Hof Löbke in Ibbenbüren

We were there with our grandson, just like last year...very beautifully decorated, a great idea with the Noah's Ark...it just looks beautiful. Afterwards, we wanted to take our grandson to the playground, but the €7 entrance fee for children and €4 for seniors...that's quite high for a visit to a playground. We weren't aware that you have to pay for a playground. We weren't willing to pay €15 for the three of us, so we got our grandson an ice cream. A scoop for €1.50 is okay, but charging €0.70 for a small teaspoon of sprinkles is almost outrageous.

Autumn is also pumpkin season – and this exhibition delights visitors every year.

A place designed with a lot of care and love. Wonderful for a pleasant afternoon or even a quick stop during a long drive.

The farm is a wonderful place to spend a lovely day. There's a restaurant, a farm shop, an ice cream parlor, a playground, and much more... Currently, you can buy a variety of pumpkins, depending on the season, or look at the many wonderful figurines. The prices are reasonable, and the selection of different cakes 🍰 is excellent. There are also alpacas 🦙 to look at and various activities.

A wonderful farm to spend your free time. The Pumpkin Paradise – with pumpkin dishes, of course, but not only that! The cakes are delicious, as are the other foods. You can also buy vegetables, drinks, and much more. P.S.: There are even gifts for loved ones. There's a playground for children. I highly recommend it!

A lovely farm shop with very friendly staff and good advice. In contrast, the staff in the restaurant are unfriendly and moody! There were four of us and we were looking forward to a nice coffee... There was plenty of space... However, we were rudely seated in a corner and "forgotten" there. Despite repeated requests, no one came; everyone was busy folding napkins... We left after more than half an hour without a coffee.

Great breakfast buffet and a pleasant atmosphere. There's a wide selection, catering to both vegetarians and meat-eaters. Reservations are recommended on weekends. At the end of September, everything outside was full of pumpkins, and that looked fantastic.

We were there for the asparagus buffet. The food was absolutely delicious, there was plenty of everything on the buffet, and it was constantly being refilled. The ambiance was also very nice. The farm shop is a highlight; there's something new to discover in every corner.

We went to Hof Löpke for dinner yesterday for a 70th birthday party. Unfortunately, our experience was rather mixed. We arrived and had reserved a table for 12:00 PM, but we couldn't get to the table because it wasn't ready. When we got to the table, the highchair was missing, and when we asked for it, we were initially accused of not having been provided, but it was eventually provided. The service was slow; at the buffet, items such as meat and croquettes, as well as desserts, were unavailable because they apparently hadn't expected so many guests. However, there were alternatives, but even these always took a long time to arrive at the buffet. We wanted to reorder drinks and cake, but after no one responded after several requests, the birthday girl went to the counter to order and was then yelled at for the waiter to come to the table. The food itself was very good 👍 and I highly recommend the waffles; the kids loved them.

The waiter was very nice and friendly, but unfortunately, I didn't find the food tasty. Some items were simply out and hadn't been refilled. Upon request, they made sweet potato fries. They were okay. Unfortunately, I didn't like anything I tried. My two friends didn't really like it either. The baked ham was so dry that I couldn't have finished it without my Coke, and I can't define what the potato pancakes tasted like. Definitely not like potatoes. The three of us had to share dessert afterward because there wasn't enough left for everyone. Honestly, paying €24.90 for a couple of sweet potato fries is a real pain. I've noticed that breakfast isn't what it used to be either. At a buffet, everything offered has to be available until the end. This was my last time. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it anymore. What a shame. I can only give a thumbs up to the man from the service, but unfortunately I can't get enough of friendliness either 😕

The prices in the farm shop are rather high, and I honestly found the entrance fee for the playground excessive: €7 per child, while we paid €40 for four children and two adults – quite steep for an outdoor playground. I was very surprised by everything there is and how popular the farm is. There's something for everyone, whether you're young or old, there's plenty to do. Great, keep up the good work. There's just one minor issue with the parking spaces down by the street. Something should be done about that. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied.

We had the pleasure of visiting the 2025 "Noah's Ark" pumpkin exhibition at the Löbke Adventure Farm and were absolutely thrilled! The exhibition is lovingly designed, features an impressive variety of pumpkins, and is a true highlight for the whole family. I especially recommend the Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Pumpkin Spice Waffle – both were delicious and perfectly suited the autumnal atmosphere.

Hof Löbke impresses with its beautifully designed outdoor area. There's plenty to discover for both adults and children. The entrance fee for adults to the playground is controversial. I wasn't impressed by the buffet food, but the service was friendly and helpful.

The selection of products, primarily food, is outstanding. The ambiance is stunning, and at the moment, thousands of pumpkins are arranged. It's a dream just to see them.

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I went to Löbke and ate the Sunday buffet. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The meat, fish, and vegetables were dry and didn't taste particularly good. There was only one sauce, which was very disappointing. The vegetables were served without hollandaise sauce, which we would have expected at a buffet. The food was lukewarm, which bothered us a lot. The side dishes weren't particularly varied either—just potatoes, spaetzle, and sauerkraut, which unfortunately didn't taste very good either. The whole meal had the feel of cafeteria food, which isn't what we'd expect from a restaurant and doesn't justify the price of €20.90 (without drinks). The dessert also left a lot to be desired. The service was unfriendly and not very attentive. Overall, we were very disappointed with our visit to Löbke and would not recommend it.

We were there for the breakfast buffet on the weekend. The selection was sufficient, but nothing special. Unfortunately, it was very noisy, the dishes were cleared late, and no one came by to ask for additional coffee specialties – only filter coffee was on the table. One positive thing I would like to highlight is the playground, which is really great for children. However, I find the prices (€5 for adults, €7 for children just for use of the playground) quite high. There's also only one baby changing room, and you have to go to the restaurant to use the restrooms. Overall, it's okay, but there's room for improvement.

Disappointing and unprofessional – incorrect information on the phone I called before my visit and specifically asked if dogs were allowed in the park. I was clearly told: Yes, dogs are allowed. So I took my dog ​​with me – which was a lot of organizational work, especially with a family. Then, upon arrival, I was surprised: No entry with a dog! As a father, this was extremely inconvenient – ​​I would have either had to stay outside or we would have had to cancel the entire visit. Such incorrect information in advance is not only annoying, but also shows a lack of organization and poor communication within the team. Very disappointing – we won't be coming back anytime soon.

We were there for breakfast with three families. Among them were three boys aged 4-6. Naturally, they wanted to go to the playground immediately. It didn't open until 10:30 a.m. That's fine, of course. But charging guests who have breakfast there €5.00 for the children's entrance fee at the playground is, in my opinion, downright cheeky. Especially since the playground doesn't offer anything special.

Hello The surroundings and playground are really great for children. But for a birthday party, it's a complete disappointment. The birthday party was booked well in advance, and absolutely nothing was done. My son-in-law and daughter had to set up the tables for the guests themselves. It makes you wonder why you should call and book in advance.

Food and service good, but not suitable for families despite the playground. The playground naturally arouses the children's interest, and if parents want to relax in the courtyard restaurant, they have to pay separately, no matter how high the meal bill is. Even for a 30-minute stay. There is a €2 discount – but only if you ask the cashier at the playground directly and remember to bring your receipt. Adults accompanying children are also expected to pay individually, even if it's just to check the bill. If the restaurant bill approaches the €200 mark, it's a shame and you feel a bit ripped off. Tip: The children of restaurant guests receive special wristbands directly at their table after ordering (!) over €xx. I'm fine with an extra €2-3 per child; you can also have that added to the bill. At the playground cashier, they'll assume you're a supervisor and immediately disappear back to your table. Once you've sucked the drops, people will come back. Unless, of course, it's a calculated move to alienate families. In that case, it's working perfectly.

A very pleasant farm shop with a large and interesting selection of products. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful and inviting – overall, a very harmonious and lovingly designed concept. We returned deposit jars when paying. The lady at the cashier kindly pointed out that returns aren't permitted on Sundays and public holidays. However, since we were also buying new products with a deposit, this was a bit of a contradiction. Honestly, I wouldn't want to drive 60 km during the week just to return the deposit for a few jars – a clear notice about this beforehand or a more flexible solution would be helpful. Still, a really nice shop that we really enjoy visiting!

Never experienced such overwhelmed restaurant staff. We ordered two Aperols, one was completely watery, and the second only arrived about 30 minutes later, after asking twice. The Land Cola tasted like extremely sour lemon water with a bit of greenery—absolutely not recommended. Also, we were initially given the wrong soda. The food was good, but the sauces and cutlery arrived late. In the end, we and even the table next to us were overcharged.

It's always lovely there. We always come during pumpkin season, which is especially great. I celebrated my 70th birthday with my family (husband, children, and five granddaughters) at the farm. A whole day all-inclusive, from the breakfast buffet to cake, waffles, yogurt bowls, ice cream, and dinner à la carte! All of our drink requests were catered to. It was easy to maintain and relaxed for all ages. The kids (2-13) loved the fantastic playground. The highlight of the day was, of course, the alpacas, with whom we were able to experience an exciting and thrilling hike under great guidance (thanks again for that). We also really enjoyed the herb garden and the lovingly designed farm shop. Not to mention the friendly service throughout the day! We were the last guests... A big thank you to Hof Löbke for this unforgettable day! We'll be back!

Breakfast buffet simply great the whole farm is recommended

A beautiful farm with a farm shop, a restaurant, and a large playground. There's also a large garden and a kind of wildlife enclosure. Plenty of parking is available. There are short-term parking spaces right at the top of the farm, but unfortunately, these are also used by visitors who stay for several hours. We'll be looking into this soon, unfortunately, before you have to trek further up the hill with strollers, etc.

We were at a party at Löbke with 13 people. Initially, my waffle was forgotten. Upon request, I finally got it. After 3-4 forkfuls, I noticed that some of the blueberries on it were moldy. When we spoke to the wait staff, they told me I'd get a new waffle. Shortly afterward, an extremely unfriendly waitress arrived and cheekily asked about the problem. When I explained it, she simply said the waffle was already half eaten and that a new one could only be offered at a discount. No apology came. The fact that I didn't notice it right away and that the moldy blueberries were on the waffle, which I was apparently supposed to finish, didn't matter to her. After some protest, she finally agreed to make a new waffle. When she finally brought it, she said she had "tested" the blueberries and that one was moldy, while the others were just mushy. So, the fuzzy green mold we all saw wasn't practically nonexistent. It's just sad that you can't even apologize and argue like that about a waffle that probably doesn't even cost a euro to make. Besides, there were 13 of us there, and they all just shook their heads. By the end, I'd lost my appetite.

We were there yesterday with our 6-year-old grandson. A great, large playground for a variety of age groups, with an adjacent animal enclosure. There are plenty of covered seating areas for relaxing and picnicking. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the outdoor terrace of the self-service restaurant. The stuffed animals in the kiosk at the playground entrance could have been done without. We'd love to come back.

Homemade treats and a lovely playground for the kids

A trip to Hof Löbke is always a beautiful experience. In the fall, there's a fantastic pumpkin patch, and in the winter, it's beautifully decorated, and there's also a small Christmas market with wonderful craft stalls. Further up, there are also alpacas. And we always buy something from the farm shop. We once had waffles there, but the service was unfortunately not very friendly. But it was also very crowded, probably due to the stress. We will definitely be back regularly!

WOW, we stumbled upon this farm by chance, and the food was absolutely amazing—indescribable. The buffet alone for 16.50 and the selection was simply amazing. The farm shop was just as great, and the ice cream parlor was absolutely amazing, too.

The restaurant had actually recovered well after the coronavirus pandemic. However, we went to the buffet on July 4th, and it was a complete disaster. Since the staff were allowed to serve themselves, the two main courses were sold out quickly and, even after repeated requests, were only refilled after 45 minutes. So, we only had side dishes at full price. In the evening, you feel unwelcome. After the buffet starts, you have about 1.5 hours, then they clean up and it becomes uncomfortable. It's a shame. We always liked the restaurant, but we won't be coming back.

It's also an ideal place for kids, as there are plenty of opportunities to play and things to discover and see. For adults, there are delicious food and drinks, such as coffee and cake. It's a great place to sit outside and enjoy the magnificent view of the Teutoburg Forest. The farm shop belonging to Hof Löbke is also always worth a visit.

I don't think the playground prices are reasonable. Adults pay €5. Children 2 and older pay €7, which I don't think is normal. Manta board €9. You can also overdo it.

The food was constantly being replenished, so there was always plenty of choice – including the delicious dessert. The value for money is absolutely outstanding. Particularly positive: Everything was super clean, both inside and outside, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Dogs are also welcome, which is a huge plus for us. The attached farm shop leaves nothing to be desired – you'll find many regional products and lovely little treats here. We're already looking forward to the Turkish and Greek buffet next week. We'd definitely love to come back!

I was here again this Monday with friends for dinner. Due to the weather, we chose a table on the terrace instead of inside. Normally, outside is completely self-sufficient. The farm shop and atmosphere were very good; we were there at lunchtime. The restaurant was busy, the food was delicious as always, and the staff was attentive. The only irritating thing was that all the free tables had "reserved" signs on them, and no one else was seated at them during our stay. We were also seated at a "reserved table" even though we hadn't made a reservation. It's strange to find something like that in Ibbenbüren 🤔

I visited this place years ago and loved it. Everything was clean, the people were friendly, and the place was lovely. Unfortunately, it's no longer a dream, but a mass-produced place. The last time I was there, I had to find a table that wasn't covered in trash or other items...not nice anymore, a shame.

A complete disaster today at the asparagus buffet. I had to queue four times to get asparagus from the buffet. The first time I got the leftovers from three measly stalks of asparagus, which were very thin and mushy when cooked. Then I joined the queue three more times to see if I could still eat some asparagus. When I got to the buffet, each time there was no more asparagus. It took a very long time to restock it and it was sold out immediately. I was left with the mushy asparagus from the first course. Other guests were similarly disappointed and annoyed. I don't need to have that again.

I was carrying three meals to my table, for my children (2 and 4 years old) and myself, when I accidentally dropped my meal. It can happen when you're trying to juggle everything. Then I asked how they handled such situations after I'd cleaned everything myself, whether I could get a replacement or if I was just out of luck. A short, blunt answer: "You're just out of luck." That's absolutely not service, nor customer-oriented. I wasn't even offered help with cleaning. Then the nice atmosphere and the good weather didn't help. So I remained hungry and annoyed.

Unfortunately, we were guests on one of the warmest days of the year so far. It was unbearably hot in the restaurant (estimated at 38 degrees Celsius). Apart from tilting the window, the staff did nothing. And when asked to open a large door, they replied that it was an emergency exit. I find it very surprising that the farm shop right next door is very well air-conditioned. This situation, of course, completely distracted from the food.
