I was here again this Monday with friends for dinner. Due to the weather, we chose a table on the terrace instead of inside. Normally, outside is completely self-sufficient. However, the young gentleman voluntarily made an exception and served us fully and more than satisfactorily at our table. That's fantastic service! The food was great, as always! See you next time! The farm shop and atmosphere were very good; we were there at lunchtime. The restaurant was busy, the food was delicious as always, and the staff was attentive. The only irritating thing was that all the free tables had "reserved" signs on them, and no one else was seated at them during our stay. We were also seated at a "reserved table" even though we hadn't made a reservation. It's strange to find something like that in Ibbenbüren 🤔

It's definitely worth a trip there. The alpaca hike was truly worth the price. Amazing animals with their own personalities; we definitely had fun and had a good laugh. 😄 Definitely recommend it.

I visited this place years ago and loved it. Everything was clean, the people were friendly, and the place was lovely. Unfortunately, it's no longer a dream, but a mass-produced place. The last time I was there, I had to find a table that wasn't covered in trash or other items...not nice anymore, a shame.

A complete disaster today at the asparagus buffet. I had to queue four times to get asparagus from the buffet. The first time I got the leftovers from three measly stalks of asparagus, which were very thin and mushy when cooked. Then I joined the queue three more times to see if I could still eat some asparagus. When I got to the buffet, each time there was no more asparagus. It took a very long time to restock it and it was sold out immediately. I was left with the mushy asparagus from the first course. Other guests were similarly disappointed and annoyed. I don't need to have that again.

I was carrying three meals to my table, for my children (2 and 4 years old) and myself, when I accidentally dropped my meal. It can happen when you're trying to juggle everything. Then I asked how they handled such situations after I'd cleaned everything myself, whether I could get a replacement or if I was just out of luck. A short, blunt answer: "You're just out of luck." That's absolutely not service, nor customer-oriented. I wasn't even offered help with cleaning. Then the nice atmosphere and the good weather didn't help. So I remained hungry and annoyed.

Unfortunately, we were guests on one of the warmest days of the year so far. It was unbearably hot in the restaurant (estimated at 38 degrees Celsius). Apart from tilting the window, the staff did nothing. And when asked to open a large door, they replied that it was an emergency exit. I find it very surprising that the farm shop right next door is very well air-conditioned. This situation, of course, completely distracted from the food.

We held a family reunion there, and everything was great. The buffet price was absolutely reasonable. The farm ice cream was amazing. The children's playground was well-used. Beautiful view of the Teutoburg Forest from the terrace. The farm shop had wonderful strawberries and asparagus. It's worth a visit.

A popular asparagus farm in a beautiful location. We went for the asparagus buffet. The price was reasonable for what was on offer. There were some traffic jams and lines at the buffet during peak times, but that's inevitable when the place is so busy. Despite the busyness, the service was very attentive and friendly!

I recently had the dubious pleasure of visiting Hof Löbke with a group of 20 people, including several people with disabilities who rely on wheelchairs. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete disappointment and an example of poor service, poor organization, and outrageous prices. Here are the details: 1. Unreasonable treatment in bad weather: In pouring rain, we were forced to eat outside because we weren't offered a seat in the restaurant. Instead, we were sent to a flooded area where we literally had to sit in puddles. For a group with limited mobility, this was not only unpleasant, but absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful. 2. Lack of accessibility and assistance: For a group of wheelchair users, the walk to the dining area was far too far and impractical. There was no assistance whatsoever from the staff. The guests had to do everything themselves – from ordering to carrying the food and drinks. Even clearing the tables was left to us, which is outrageous for a group with disabilities. 3. Outrageous prices: The prices were completely exorbitant. A tiny pot of mayonnaise or ketchup actually cost 1 euro – for a simple side dish! This is simply a rip-off and disproportionate to the quality offered. 4. Poor food quality: The food was a disaster. The meat was completely overcooked, the breading so tough that it damaged some guests' teeth – an absolute no-go! The overall quality of the food was so poor that you wonder if the kitchen even cares. It wasn't much of a stretch, and they probably would have let us cook ourselves. 5. Poor service: The staff was unfriendly and showed no understanding of our situation. There was no helpfulness, no flexibility, and no consideration for the needs of our group. Instead, we were fobbed off with a "self-service" mentality, which is completely inappropriate in a restaurant of this price range. In summary, our visit to Hof Löbke was an absolute disappointment. For a group with special needs, the experience was not only unpleasant but humiliating. The combination of poor organization, lack of accessibility, outrageous prices, and abysmal food quality makes this place one we will never visit again. I strongly advise against coming here, especially if you're traveling with a group or people with disabilities. There are numerous other restaurants that treat their guests with respect and professionalism—Hof Löbke is definitely not one of them. Rating: 0/5 stars

Went there for the asparagus buffet for the first time. We liked it a lot. There are a few points of criticism, however: - Asparagus soup with green asparagus was awful, and tasteless. - An alternative to potatoes was definitely missing; not everyone likes potatoes. French fries or fried potatoes would have been good. - Asparagus rolls with raw, hard asparagus didn't taste very good either—a no-go. - The rhubarb dessert was awful.

Great farm café/restaurant. We came here to try the breakfast buffet. The selection of rolls and bread was good, and above all, everything was homemade, which you could definitely taste! There were scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, various sweet and savory spreads, pickled and fresh vegetables, various cheeses, a selection of sausages and fish, juices, and a few desserts. Because I'm pregnant, I could only eat a little of the sausage because it was mostly salami and smoked ham, which you should avoid. The waitress had heard about this when she brought us to the table and offered me a hot cocoa as an alternative to coffee, which I found very thoughtful. If you go for breakfast often, you might be used to a slightly larger selection, but considering that so much of it is homemade, the price is completely reasonable. There was also a special strawberry menu, which I thought was really cool at this time of year; we'll definitely come back to try something.

We went there for an evening buffet. What you could call a buffet meal 😂. There were sausages, rice, pasta, a small selection of salad, and schnitzel without any sauce. Some kind of tomato sauce that didn't match the dishes or have any kind of seasoning. I suspect it was the leftovers from the lunch buffet. The sausages were dried out, and nothing went together at all. Offering something like that as a buffet is pretty cheeky. We declined and ordered something from the menu. But seriously, fried potatoes with no salt, no onions, and certainly no bacon; some of the potatoes were raw. On top of that, the service was very unfriendly, and they just snatched the full plate from under your nose without asking. Hire decent staff and pay accordingly. It used to be really great there, but 90% of the time you've deteriorated considerably. After this meal, we decided: NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I can recommend it with a clear conscience. The evening asparagus buffet is good value for money.

Today we visited the asparagus buffet with four people and would like to give a short feedback. The staff was attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant, for which we would like to thank you. Unfortunately, the dishes were not convincing in all respects. The asparagus was cooked way too soft and therefore barely had any bite. Unfortunately, the other dishes also seemed not very seasoned and overall quite tasteless. Both the schnitzel and the roast pork were also a bit dry. We really appreciate the concept of the buffet, but would like more careful preparation on a future visit. Despite the points mentioned, we believe the house has a lot of potential and we would be happy to be pleasantly surprised at the next opportunity.

An extra 30km journey to have a nice place/playground for our children. Then I saw that entry to the playground costs €7 per child and €5 per adult. This is the first time that I have to pay money for a playground (and then a total of over €30). You don't have them all anymore. Here in the Lüneburg Heath there are yards with at least comparable playgrounds on every corner. Nobody here would allow themselves to take money for this. Even with 2 euros per child as a "depreciation" for the play equipment, I wouldn't have said anything, but 31 €... We went back with 3 crying children. Thank you!

Hof Löbke is worth a visit at any time of the year, whether you just want to eat something in the restaurant or take your children to the playground or buy something in the farm shop. There is something for everyone. We chose the gourmet breakfast on Sunday. You can also get a good parking space for breakfast, and when we left there were already attendants in the parking lot to manage the crowds. The rolls as well as the spreads and cold cuts are plentiful and of good quality. A small negative point is that you can only get filter coffee and other coffee specialties such as cappuccino etc. only for an additional charge. At least one special request would be nice given the price. Afterwards we looked at the fantastic pumpkin exhibition, which was spread around the farm with great attention to detail. Afterwards we went to the playground with the children. What really needs to be emphasized here is that there are an incredible number of opportunities for children here, so you can stay here for several hours, depending on the weather of course. We'd love to come back.

The name 'Löbke ErlebnisHof' is indeed completely correct. On the way to Tecklenburg I was here on Friday February 14, 2025 with a group of 46 people for lunch. Very different from what we are generally used to for lunch in the Netherlands. A walking buffet! No bread, toppings, etc., but some kind of hot meal... A pleasant surprise. Outside there are several terraces with multiple options. Theme and season oriented! Fine. The Löbke Shop is very special in its offering. Only the 'better' products. Fruit and vegetables are largely from our own cultivation. Also a limited range of gift items. The Löbke Play Park is spacious and will certainly attract a lot of interest on nice days. There is also a garden with 'sections', where there is undoubtedly much to enjoy and buy in summer and autumn. Ample free parking. In short, it was a pleasant introduction. If you are in the area, definitely give it a try. Ed Jansen

Just bought cake to take away for €15. We wanted to enjoy it at home with coffee. The apple pie was simply disgusting and not edible. Hardly any apples in it. Just “filler” in the form of jelly or gelatin. Very tough. Really a shame. I expect apples from an apple pie. But that would probably increase the price. Unfortunately the cake ends up in the trash. The quality used to be really better. But sales have to roll... Well... Last time...

It's always full and you have to make a reservation. The farm shop is also always quite full. But you actually always get what you want. The parking lot is usually very full. We happened to pass by here in our motorhome while passing through. We parked in the bus parking lot. The farm shop has a very good selection. The baked goods are also very tasty and of good quality. It's nice, but like an overpriced health food store. The prices are outrageous. But the presents are very nice. You should definitely open more than one cash register in the narrow aisles so that the queue doesn't go all the way to the back. I would have liked to get bread, but couldn't get there because the queue at the checkout was far too long. There was a chip shop outside. The sausage is fried in fat and, together with fries, costs over 12 euros. Those are exorbitant prices! A nice idea is the stick bread for the children. Unfortunately they couldn't roast it because you have to get pretty close to the fire bowl and it's too hot for the little children's faces and sparks are flying everywhere.
