Pizzeria Ristorante Toscana in Lindau (Bodensee)

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The pasta was extremely salty, which significantly affected the enjoyment. In addition, the staff was unfriendly. I hope the restaurant can improve these points in the future.

Were there on Friday at 5:30 p.m., so there wasn't much going on. Super friendly service, food came quickly. Pizza and spaghetti - tasted very good, portion just right. Unfortunately, parking in front of the door is only possible for small cars

Very friendly Italian restaurant with an extensive range of good quality food and drinks at fair prices. The price/performance ratio was particularly positive. Very friendly service! The current pasta dishes fully met our expectations!

English speaking guests are not expected there. Menu only in Italian, the waitress couldn’t explain in English and not interested in it.

The ambience is really nice and kept clean. The service was okay. Not particularly open or polite. We were there at 5 p.m. right when it opened, when we ordered 2 iced teas, we were told that the iced tea was out and there was only enough for one glass. The starter was beautifully presented, but it was the bruscetta in three different versions instead of the one normally ordered. The salad was a joke. It only consisted of tomatoes, cucumber, onions and raw vegetable salad for €11.90. Everything was cut way too big and not properly prepared. The olives were supposed to be the highlight, but they were still full of seeds, which had to be sorted out when eating. The chanterelles were out and the salmon was no longer in stock, even though we were there right when it opened and were the only ones in the restaurant...a very poor performance for a Saturday.

Great restaurant and even though the place was packed, we got a table quickly and were served very friendly.

Top pizzas Price-performance definitely one of the better ones in Lindau.

Price performance is perfect, I was very satisfied, everything was great. Ambiance is great and very friendly staff. The only disadvantage was that there was little parking space, but you can park opposite in Lindau Park (1 hour is free)

We were there about half an hour ago and sat down on the terrace. According to the opening times online, it closes at 11 p.m. A lady with dark hair shouted from the door, “There’s nothing left.” Such unfriendly behavior! Definitely won't be coming back!

Very modern and beautiful interior and a very interesting map. I was traveling with a fully packed bike and was therefore very happy to have an outdoor area. Despite table decorations and umbrellas, there was no service. They responded negatively to my order at the counter and refused to accept my offer to pay straight away, despite pointing out that the bike was full. The waitress did consult with the "boss" - but she didn't seek contact and instead sent the waitress back. Anything over an hour before closing time. It's a shame - I don't know Italian hospitality at all.

Hours need to be adjusted. It says they close at 11pm on Google and on their door but when we walked in at 10pm the staff said they were no longer open.

We came here without expectations, tired, hungry, after a long day with 4 children at the beach. But we were welcomed very nicely and warmly and quickly received the menu. After we made our selection, the food was delivered quickly. This was very tasty, the pizza from a stone oven, the salads nicely prepared and very tasty. The location may not be perfect, but the warmth and good food more than make up for it.

A pizzeria that I can only recommend! From the appetizer to the dessert, it simply tasted great. We ate pizza and it was really delicious. Price performance is also great. The service was super super friendly and accommodating. We say thank you to the entire team.

Overall it's a nice pizzeria but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Pizza tasted good and came pretty quickly. But that's it. Pizza had been eaten, drinks were all empty at the table, but there was no asking if anyone else wanted anything or at least clearing the plates. Would have liked to order dessert or a second drink, but if you don't want to make money, it's better not to ask.. Payment was then at the counter and card payment only from €20 Well 😅

The pizza was very tasty. We first noticed that the olives were missing from one of our pizzas. When the same pizza was served at the next table. We mentioned this casually to the waitress, and we were promptly served a pana cotta at the house's expense - that's what I call service.

If you compare the price of the food for what you get, you can only give it 5 stars. Crosser pizza base with a nice taste. Fresh toppings and well seasoned round things off. A nice salad with it. Perfect. Everything fresh. Only the red wine was a little off. Service is friendly and brings the food to the table quickly. Just keep it up.

We went to eat as a family and we had different dishes, pizza and pasta. Everything was very well prepared and at a really low price, €8.90 for a crispy Marguerita pizza. The service was very good and the waitresses friendly and smiling. We will come back if we pass through Lindau again.

Ich war auf der Durchreise mit der Bahn und hatte beim Umstieg etwas Zeitdruck. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass meine Pizza ca. 10 braucht (Quattro Formaggi). Das hab ich so hingenommen, aber nicht geglaubt. Leider gab es aber keinen Gorgonzola mehr. Statt mir jetzt die Entscheidung zu überlassen, ob andere Pizza, gar keine Pizza oder ähnliches ging man pro aktiv auf mich zu mit dem Vorschlag, 2€ wegen des fehlenden Käse zu erlassen. Das nenn ich Service. Und am Ende war die Pizza tatsächlich nach 9 Minuten fertig. Ach ja, geschmeckt hat die Pizza natürlich auch ^^.

The pizza was delicious, thin and crispy. I recommend for everyone who wants to eat a good one. We also liked the kind stuff who was also fast.

The consistency is a bit runny and the knives are really sticky, but otherwise good. By the way, the WiFi password was a simple sequence of numbers, if I remember correctly 12345678, you should probably change it.

Price was good. Staff was courteous. Food was excellent. The ambience was really great because I felt like I was really in Italy.

Went there about 7 minutes before the advertised opening time, but were personally sent away by the boss in a relatively disinterested manner with the remark “We open in 15 minutes.” In my opinion, it's not very customer-oriented and therefore probably doesn't rely on "walk-in customers" 🤷 We occasionally try it again at the location on the island, and we've always been thrilled.

Good restaurant in downtown Lindau. We went here for dinner yesterday after visiting the island. The menu has quite a selection and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The salmon was really good and they didn't skimp on the mini prawns either. However, for €16 I would have expected a little more. The service was very nice

Das Essen total lecker....beim Ambiente gibts nen kleinen Abzug weil der Eingangsbereich sehr offen ist und es beim Öffnen der Türe, gerade jetzt im Winter, ziemlich kalt wird und zieht. Wer Glück hat sitzt ein bisschen um die Ecke... ein kleiner Windfang wäre eventuell denkbar? ....ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen 👍

Die Bedienung war sehr unaufmerksam, obwohl wir bereits früh am Abend die einzigen Gäste waren. Das gesamte Geschirr wurde erst abgeräumt als wir gegangen sind, auch das von der Vorspeise. Kaffee und Dessert wurden nicht angeboten. Zudem waren diverse Dinge von der Karte nicht verfügbar, es gab zum Beispiel kein Carpaccio, keine einzige Flasche Rotwein und kein Eis für die Getränke. Wir fühlten uns nicht wirklich willkommen. Die Qualität der Zutaten auf der Pizza liess ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr leckere Pizza mit einem gut gereiften und dadurch aromatischen Pizzateig. Sehr gut belegt und fein gewürzt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und fühlten uns im gemütlichen Ambiente wirklich wohl. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Pizza ganz in Ordnung, Vorspeisenplatte für zwei Personen reichlich aber ohne besondere Note. Nudeln al dente aber auch nichts besonderes. Service in Ordnung. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Weil es in der Gegend keine andere Alternative für ein Restaurant gab und die Nähe zum Bahnhof entscheidend war. Für uns aber keine Empfehlung. Aber: saubere Toiletten!

Egal, ob ich vor Ort esse oder mir etwas zum Mitnehmen bestelle, das Essen ist immer sehr gut Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist gemütlich und einladend Die Speisekarte bietet eine Vielzahl leckerer Gerichte – es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Was das Restaurant jedoch besonders auszeichnet, ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Das Personal und auch der Chef persönlich kümmern sich gut um die Gäste und nehmen sich Zeit, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder einen schönen Aufenthalt hat Meine Erfahrungen waren immer durchweg positiv Ich kann dieses Restaurant wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Essen war nach 35 Minuten da. Drei mal Pizza und Spaghetti gehabt. Pizza war so groß das ich sie kaum geschafft habe. Alles war echt lecker und sehr frisch. Werde dort wieder bestellen. Einen Stern Abzug wegen dem Kurier sonst alles andere Top!

Top service! Needed to catch a train in about 45 min ans they managed to give a good pizza & a very tasty dessert! i was surprised actually how good it was!

Auf der Durchreise vin der Côte hier gestoppt. Lecker Pizza und Pasta.

Pizza kam eine Stunde später als angegeben. War dementsprechend kalt. Die zusätzliche bestellten Toppings wurden auch mal so mal so hinzugefügt. Schade um das Geld.
