Unfortunately, the service was very unfriendly. You might be lucky with the food, but it's beautifully located by Lake Bärensee. A 0.4-liter beer costs €4.30.

We had our confirmation there. The service was very attentive, despite the ongoing business. The only thing missing was a sunshade. It was unbearably hot under the Plexiglas roof. I wish they had warned us about this during the pre-wedding meeting. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. Beautiful location, great food 😀

We rented the venue for our wedding, and our wishes and expectations were far exceeded. From the planning to the celebration, all expectations and wishes were fulfilled. Great food and excellent service. I can only recommend it.

We received a very warm welcome. We immediately felt at home. The food arrived very quickly and was super delicious. We had squid and linguine with broccoli and salad 🥗 We'll be back 😊😊😊

A truly beautiful location. Unfortunately, we found a huge dead fly at the bottom of our Bärensee salad. They kindly waived our payment and apologized. But that was it. There was no tip after that.

Long wait times. Even though we'd announced in advance that we were coming with a larger group. Unfortunately, there was only one server assigned, so taking orders took a long time. By the time it was our turn (the last table) to place our orders, the first table had already finished their food and second round of drinks. It's a shame. The pizza was delicious, though.

The meal took more than two hours. Unfortunately, children weren't given priority.

It was a wonderful evening; I'd do it again anytime. It couldn't be better.

Disastrous food and drinks, poor service, rip-off! The bread for the bruschetta was untoasted, the topping consisted of coarsely diced tomatoes. Underneath were wilted arugula leaves. The two salads were obviously made from the cheapest ingredients. The feta was no feta, the tuna was poor quality, and there was only a very small amount. The poultry in the other salad was completely unseasoned. Both salads came without any dressing, not even a trace of salt or pepper. Since there was no waiter in sight, quite unlike at the beginning, when we were repeatedly asked for our order in a downright intrusive manner ("What, still haven't decided?"), we had to get our own oil and vinegar, as there was none on the table. The bread was only served upon request. It was the same tough bread as with the bruschetta. If you think that's it, you're wrong. We ordered a Martini Spritz, which consisted mostly of ice cubes, except for two half orange slices at the bottom. We didn't taste like a martinis. Long after the drinks were finished, the glasses were still two-thirds full of giant ice cubes. Our visit was accompanied by loud music, which made conversation difficult. Card payments were not permitted. Conclusion: the view of the lake is truly beautiful. We'd rather not eat or drink here.

Ambience is very simple, I didn't eat anything, great location with a direct view of the lake. Large terrace.

The only pizza in the area that I know with a real Neapolitan pizza dough. It's lovely to sit on the terrace and the pizza is delicious. You park in front of the campsite and then walk about 50m to the restaurant. You can also ride in by bike.

The schnitzels were very good, which unfortunately cannot be said about the service. After we got our food (everything was great up to this point), no one came to ask if we would like to drink something else. When, after several attempts, we were still ignored, we asked the waitress (who, according to her own statements, is only allowed to bring food) to let someone know that we would like to order something else. She also told the counter, but after another 25 minutes no one came. There were repeated arguments between the staff in the subject area. Even paying (at the counter) was very difficult. It's a shame, the food was good that's why 3 stars, the rest was an absolute disaster

Very nice location at Bärensee in Erlensee. Well-kept restaurant with a large outdoor area and friendly Italian staff. Delicious Italian food. Pizza and calamari from the grill were very good. Special requests no problem.

We've been here before and weren't impressed. But now, enjoyed very good pizza and salads on 2 days. We'll be back!

Went there for dinner today. The last time for me too. The pizza didn't taste like anything, as did the salad with it. The waitress doesn't even know which food belongs to which table. After we had eaten, he came to our table an incredible 3 times and wanted to bring other guests' food to our table, definitely the last time I was there

... very tasty food at affordable prices. Nice and friendly service. One point deducted for: July 14th, 2024, we wanted to dine there around 5:45 p.m. ALL seats would be reserved.... (final game, television was set up) There were many unreserved seats available and: game started at 9 p.m.... And: ALL tables in the rooms were free, no "reserved" to be seen... Well then. I ordered takeaway and we ate at our camper... The food is really delicious!!!

We celebrated our year reunion at Sergio's and it was a completely successful event. The arrangement in advance worked great and the service in the evening was great. Original Italian pizza with, very importantly, handmade and freshly prepared pizza dough. Pasta deserves praise. Nice view of the lake and delicious food. And finally a very tasty tiramisu. Any recommendation.

We spent a week at the Bärensee campsite and ate there on the first day. It looked very attractive and was very tasty. Price performance comparison is correct for our conditions. The waitresses are very nice, sometimes you had to wave so that you could be seen, but all in all we found it quite pleasant to sit by the lake and it's also a good place to just have a drink. We were satisfied. Gladly again !

Good restaurant at the Bärensee campsite

The food was good, but the service was catastrophic, four people, one wrong drink, then a dish was forgotten during the meal, a dish was brought incorrectly, then the boss came? And started discussing that this is what we ordered (all 4 of us clearly heard it before and it was even shown on the menu). With every subsequent drink order, everything was repeated several times because the waitress gave the order incorrectly every time. Although the food was good, this was our last visit as we wanted to eat in peace and not worry about the entire staff.

Update! A visit again and the food was again delicious! We ordered a pizza, a pasta dish and a salad plate. Pizzeria Ristorante at Bärensee Eating outside on the terrace with a fantastic view of the lake. When the weather is nice and the sun is shining, large parasols are set up. Anyone who eats here has a holiday feeling, because the food, whether pizza, pasta dish or tiramisu, always tastes wonderfully Italian. The Tagliatelle Salmone with salmon, tomato cream sauce and garlic was a bit sparsely topped with salmon, but still tasted good. The price-performance ratio is ok. If you want to eat Italian ice cream, you will also find it here; there is a separate stall. Anyone coming by bike or car can drive through to the restaurant after a short registration at the entrance without having to pay entrance fee to the lake. Parking spaces directly at the restaurant are limited, so it's best to park right outside where there are enough spaces.

Zeer goed eten (meest Pizza of vlees maar ook Pasta's). Flexibel personeel, snelle levering en goede prijs. Tip is om roken te verbieden op het terras om het voor iedereen aangenaam te maken. De naastgelegen camping die veel van dit restaurant gebruik maakt bied veel vaste staanplaatsen.

Sehr schön (vor allem bei schönem Wetter) Wenn die Sonne scheint und man auf der Terrasse Sitz hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See und den angegeben Sandstrand. Da kommt direkt etwas Urlaubsfeeling auf. Nicht zu vergessen 😉 Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und das Personal ist sehr nett. Beim Essen habe ich jetzt erst mal „nur“ 4Sterne vergeben da ich bisher außer 2 Pizzen nichts anderes gegessen habe. Werde das aber nachholen und dann entscheiden ob es einen 5. Stern gibt.

Direkt am Wasser gelegen. Essen schmeckt hervorragend und die Tochter des Hauses ist wirklich attraktiv. Leider war sie in ihre Arbeit vertieft und konnte so nicht flirten. 😇

Absolute Empfehlung 👍. Sehr schönes Restaurant direkt am Bärensee gelegen. Der Service ist zuvorkommend und schnell. Die Pizza ist total lecker. Die Preise sind absolut angemessen.

Mit 18 Personen ala carte gegessen. Alle zufrieden, tisch wurde sogar dekoriert zum Geburtstag. Kinder haben am Strand gespielt und gebadet, kommen gerne wieder.
