I've ordered from here twice and so far I'm convinced it's a good burger place. However, today I was absolutely convinced of the opposite. Waiting a whole hour after ordering 2 burgers with fries even though they only had to be delivered to a neighboring town is really hard. The fries arrived cold and tasted like they had been fried 4 times. The burgers weren't bad, but this time they just weren't great. Unfortunately I was very disappointed.

Burgers arrived nice and hot. The delicious sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. The burger was a lot bigger than I thought which was a nice surprise as it was seasoned well. Would for sure order from here again. Also price wise was well worth it.

Ice cream parlor with normal prices for a scoop of ice cream. 1€ like before, just smaller, but ok compared to other ice cream parlors that charge 1.70€ or more. And it tastes good too.

tastes really very good! The burgers and everything that goes with them are freshly prepared. no standard patty and no standard buns! A really very well made burger reached my table and my palate! Everyone was very nice and the dips (also very tasty!) for the fries were on top! Thank you! price/performance fits! Always a pleasure and a big recommendation to all grilled burger lovers! The furnishings could be made a little more authentic, but everything was clean and in order.

In terms of taste (burgers, wraps), everything has always been great, delivered hot and quickly. Buns fluffy, thick patty, plenty of toppings. Wrap properly filled and with enough sauce. The sauces are also really tasty, I've already tried them all. Fries could sometimes be a little saltier, but it's better to add more salt than to oversalt them. 😁

I can't rate the ambience because I ordered from Lieferando. The burgers came much quicker than stated and we have Sunday. The burgers were fresh, juicy and perfectly fried. Ordered avocado and barbecue burger. Side dishes were great. Onion rings delicious, mozzarella sticks also very good. The positive reviews on Lieferando and here don't lie! Price performance is also very good. I wanted to write a bad review so I could get a burger on the house, but I'm happy to spend money for this quality 😉

We ordered via Lieferando. Fast delivery. The delivery time in the app was given as just under 50-60 minutes. It was delivered to Hanau after just 35-40 minutes! Everything is still very warm. Just the fact that you think ahead and make holes in the box of the fries so that they don't soak so quickly is great!! We had a veggie burger (with halloumi) in the menu, very tasty! Not tough or dry like some other delivery services. Also a bacon and egg burger with an extra patty, very successful! We also liked the fact that you can have the burgers individually topped as well as the large selection of side dishes and dips. We are very satisfied and will definitely order again soon or even eat there! :)

Order there often and always very fresh and delicious! Apparently there were problems with the printer today, which is why our delivery came at a different time. I ordered via Lieferando. The selection is really good and one or two burgers are really unusual, like the Nacho Burger or Sucuk Burger. Totally interesting. Side dishes are also quite varied and not so run of the mill. I was called that my food was on its way to me, which I think was very nice. The delivery man was very friendly. I had a Sucuk Burger menu with steakhouse fries and an ice cold Coca Cola. Plus chilli cheese fries. I had an extra onion ring put on my burger. Everything was really very tasty! 😋 Will definitely order there again or go there directly.

Pommes waren total übersalzen und tot frittiert, die Burger haben leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Statt Bacon wird einfach Salami verwendet?! Wir werden nicht noch mal hier essen!

Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen zum Mitnehmen wurde sehr schnell zubereitet. Leider war den Pommes anzusehen, dass sie versalzen sind. Die Burger haben etwas verbrannt geschmeckt und auf meinem Bacon Egg Burger war kein Bacon, sondern eine Scheibe Salami. Der Chicken Wrap hat gut geschmeckt.

Alles Top. Sehr lecker 😋 nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten 2 Burger bestellt, ein Cheese und ein Crispy Chicken. Lieferung wie angegeben innerhalb einer Stunde angekommen. Top. Cheeseburger Fleisch war leider angebrannt. Der crispy chicken war dagegen gut. Die pommes waren leider labrig durch die Feuchtigkeit. Sumo sumaro 2 Sterne, wegen dem angebrannten Fleisch, feuchte Pommes und geschmacklich war es im ganzen kein weghauer. Geschmäcker sind verschieden, also probiert ruhig selber und macht eure Erfahrung, es ist definitiv kein schlechter Laden!

Die Burger waren super lecker. Besonders hervorragend sind die Buns, man Schmeckt das es echtes Handwerk ist und kein Industrie Produkt. Der Service ist rundum sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer richtig gute Burger essen möchte, ist hier genau richtig!

Burger Point ist einfach der beste Lieferdienst hier in der nähe! Die Qualität der Burger ist immer super und kommen eigentlich immer vor der versprochenen Zeit. Jedes mal warm bis fast heiß direkt bei uns auf dem Teller! Preis und Leistung stimmen hier definitiv bei den Portionen.

Unser Besuch hat mich absolut positiv überrascht, tolle Burger Auswahl & super Qualität! Sind sehr freundlich bedient worden und Burger waren geschmacklich sehr gut, auch die Brötchen sowie die Pommes. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Einziger Negativpunkt - leider nur Barzahlung.

Der Burger war wirklich gut. Meine Kinder haben Burger geliebt.

Der Inhaber ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und man merkt ihm an, dass er mit dem Herzen dabei ist. Die restlichen Mitarbeiter sind vom Freundlichkeits-Level eher so "naja". Da ist meiner Meinung nach noch Luft nach oben. Die Burger schmecken gut und sind großzügig belegt. Das Bun ist nicht selbstgemacht und das schmeckt man auch. Extra-Zutaten gibt es gegen einen fairen Aufpreis. Neben Burgern gibt es auch Wraps. Menüs mit Burger, Beilage und Getränke runden das Angebot ab. Einen Lieferservice für die umliegenden Gemeinden ist auch vorhanden. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
