The kebab itself seems delicious in the picture...but when you as a customer say LITTLE SPICY THEN IT MEANS LITTLE SPICY, my mouth burns so much that I can't eat the kebab!!! There were even 2 super hot chilies in it, you should pay more attention to customer requests, because they come so often it's just outrageous 😡 And since when do you have slices of tomatoes on a normal Margherita pizza? so that you use them up and put less cheese on them apparently...

No, it's not just a "kebab stand"... There are many different dishes, including of course kebab and Turkish pizza, but also other Turkish specialties. The food is always freshly prepared and tastes very good. The salad is crunchy and the pepperoni is also great. You can pick it up there or eat it there. Due to the high level of customer traffic, the atmosphere in the Kebap House isn't exactly cozy, but it's definitely enough for a quick meal. Tip: You can also pre-order your food to be picked up by phone and then just pick it up without waiting. You should definitely try the Kebap House in Erlensee. This is a can where they sell a kebab for 8 euros. The shop is 20 square meters in size. I ate there twice, the meat is never really cooked through, the sauce doesn't taste like anything, never again!!!!!

Salads and ingredients are fresh, unfortunately the bread is not homemade and is just standard. The meat had small pieces and was too over-seasoned for my taste. Priced at eight euros, a bit too expensive for my taste. 7 euros or 7.50 euros would be more appropriate for the product you get, but the price is also average across the country. All in all just average.

This is the worst kebab I ever eated in my whole life!. No taste no sos only some water. I take a durum kebab and ask me what vegetables I want, I tell that I want everything. They put me only salat...and two paprika chilis..No tomatoes . Where is a sos?? It should be but the give some white water in the down I'm not got any sos.. They say it's the best kebab in town...this is mistake

On my last visit to the Kebaphaus Erlensee I was greeted warmly. Despite a small error in my order, the staff showed great professionalism and came to me to correct the error quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This type of customer service is rare these days and deserves recognition. The food was of course also very good, but it was the warmth and willingness of the staff to go the extra mile that really made my visit unforgettable. I will certainly come back and can recommend Kebaphaus Erlensee to anyone looking for quality in both food and service.

It's actually a good kebab shop, but the service staff isn't interested in what's going on at the checkout. People are pushing forward. Some people stand for 10 minutes without ordering anything because no one tells them anything. The others just go ahead and order something. In the end, no one knows who is ordering what. There should be more communication from the service staff.

The food is delicious and the place is extremely well staffed for a kebab shop. I was on site around 9pm during the week and when I arrived I was the only customer and there were 6 employees present! 😃

I've probably eaten there 20 times. It always tasted good. Bread, sauce, meat everything perfect. For me it was the best kebab shop in the Erlensee area, but that time is over. The taste is no longer what it used to be and the price is very exorbitant. I recently paid 19 euros for two Lamacun (one with cheese). What an extortion. Somehow I had the feeling that the prices were chosen completely at random. In addition, you are processed like you are on an assembly line. In my opinion the staff is totally unfriendly. In diesem Dönerladen habe ich leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. Trotz der steigenden Preise ist die Qualität nicht im Einklang. Der Döner enthält spärlich Fleisch, und die Portionen sind knapp bemessen. Die kontinuierlichen Preiserhöhungen machen den Besuch hier wenig attraktiv. In Anbetracht der Konkurrenz und der gebotenen Qualität wäre eine Überprüfung der Preisgestaltung und der Fleischmenge dringend erforderlich. Ich hätte die Preiserhöhung akzeptiert, wenn man wenigstens mehr vom Döner hätte oder dieser beispielsweise größer wäre. Allerdings besuche ich in Zukunft andere Dönerläden. #Disgrace

Sehr schlecht geworden, damals die Nr.1 aber heute ganz schlecht. Extrem wenig Fleisch und sehr viel Gemüse. Gehe da tatsächlich garnicht mehr essen weil ich es mittlerweile einfach nur noch gemein finde ,das man so mit seinen Stamm Kunden umgeht . Freunde und Familie gehen alle wo anders jetzt essen.
