Last 3 kebab orders were wrong every time. It used to be better, but now it has deteriorated significantly.

A great atmosphere that invites you to linger. Unfortunately the meat was seasoned too strongly for my taste and the sauce ran through the bread. The bread fell apart. All in all, still tasty and good.

The food is very tasty, but the salad is 60 to 40 at the expense of meat, which in my opinion is too little meat

We had dinner here with friends today. The food was really tasty and freshly prepared. The kebab was especially delicious. The service staff were really nice and the store was clean. I can highly recommend the store to you. Thumbs up!

Today I picked up a large pizza order for the children's party (10 pieces) and a kebab. Despite being busy, everything was ready at the agreed time and the staff were very friendly. And the kebab was one of the best I've ever eaten. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back!

This is a can where they sell a kebab for 8 euros. The shop is 20 square meters in size. I ate there twice, the meat is never really cooked through, the sauce doesn't taste like anything, never again!!!!!

Actually a good shop, just not entirely convincing in terms of taste. The atmosphere and staff are quite ok and the service is nice. Unfortunately, the taste of the kebab didn't impress me. Salads and ingredients are fresh, unfortunately the bread is not homemade and is just standard. The meat had small pieces and was too over-seasoned for my taste. Priced at eight euros, a bit too expensive for my taste. 7 euros or 7.50 euros would be more appropriate for the product you get, but the price is also average across the country. All in all just average.

I'm happy to pay €13 for a kebab plate, but not if I'm given yesterday's meat even though there were 2 fresh skewers hanging next to the skewer. Haram olsun

This kebab is currently the best I know, the garlic sauce is the best, the meat is really good, and the bread is nice and crunchy too. It's worth driving past here and I live half an hour away from Erlensee

The best kebab for me far and wide! You can eat on site, the premises are clean. Most of the time I pick up in Hanau, the food is still warm and tastes good! Absolutely recommended, price/performance is right!

This is the worst kebab I ever eated in my whole life!. No taste no sos only some water. I take a durum kebab and ask me what vegetables I want, I tell that I want everything. They put me only salat...and two paprika chilis..No tomatoes . Where is a sos?? It should be but the give some white water in the down I'm not got any sos.. They say it's the best kebab in town...this is mistake

On my last visit to the Kebaphaus Erlensee I was greeted warmly. Despite a small error in my order, the staff showed great professionalism and came to me to correct the error quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This type of customer service is rare these days and deserves recognition. The food was of course also very good, but it was the warmth and willingness of the staff to go the extra mile that really made my visit unforgettable. I will certainly come back and can recommend Kebaphaus Erlensee to anyone looking for quality in both food and service.

Simply the best kebab in the area!

The food itself tastes very good. The only problem is hygiene. As you can see in the picture, there is a hair in the kebab box.

It's actually a good kebab shop, but the service staff isn't interested in what's going on at the checkout. People are pushing forward. Some people stand for 10 minutes without ordering anything because no one tells them anything. The others just go ahead and order something. In the end, no one knows who is ordering what. There should be more communication from the service staff.

Clean shop, fast service and good food. A bit expensive but we don't know of any similarly delicious kebab in the area!!! It's not without reason that the store is so well attended and has continued to attract customers even during the lockdown. The best skewer is used here and the meat is well seasoned. All other ingredients are also fresh and crunchy. We recommend Update from 04/02/21 Absolutely no idea what was going on this time, the staff wasn't as friendly as usual this time and my lahmacun was done "completely" wrong. I wanted with meat, garlic sauce and without pepperoni and got vegetarian with pepperoni and yogurt sauce?? What was that this time? Otherwise I'm super happy but that was a failure :/

I've probably eaten there 20 times. It always tasted good. Bread, sauce, meat everything perfect. For me it was the best kebab shop in the Erlensee area, but that time is over. The taste is no longer what it used to be and the price is very exorbitant. I recently paid 19 euros for two Lamacun (one with cheese). What an extortion. Somehow I had the feeling that the prices were chosen completely at random. In addition, you are processed like you are on an assembly line. In my opinion the staff is totally unfriendly. In diesem Dönerladen habe ich leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung gemacht. Trotz der steigenden Preise ist die Qualität nicht im Einklang. Der Döner enthält spärlich Fleisch, und die Portionen sind knapp bemessen. Die kontinuierlichen Preiserhöhungen machen den Besuch hier wenig attraktiv. In Anbetracht der Konkurrenz und der gebotenen Qualität wäre eine Überprüfung der Preisgestaltung und der Fleischmenge dringend erforderlich. Ich hätte die Preiserhöhung akzeptiert, wenn man wenigstens mehr vom Döner hätte oder dieser beispielsweise größer wäre. Allerdings besuche ich in Zukunft andere Dönerläden. #Disgrace

Sehr schlecht geworden, damals die Nr.1 aber heute ganz schlecht. Extrem wenig Fleisch und sehr viel Gemüse. Gehe da tatsächlich garnicht mehr essen weil ich es mittlerweile einfach nur noch gemein finde ,das man so mit seinen Stamm Kunden umgeht . Freunde und Familie gehen alle wo anders jetzt essen.

Der Dönerladen bietet hervorragende Qualität und Geschmack. Das Fleisch ist saftig und gut gewürzt, das Gemüse frisch, und die Saucen sind einfach köstlich. Die Portionen sind großzügig, und der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Ein großartiger Ort, um Döner zu genießen!

Ich wurde von dem freundlichen Personal lieb begrüßt und habe anschließend einen Döner bestellt. Ich durfte eine "Spezial Soße" des Chefs probieren und ich war echt beeindruckt von dem Geschmack, Qualität des Essens. Das Personal ist stets für einen da und das Restaurant liefert ein schönes Ambiente. Empfehle es wärmstens.

Preis-Leistung ist einfach in keinem Verhältnis mehr. Die Preise gehen hoch und die Gerichte werden kleiner: der Döner ist kleiner geworden und für den Dönerteller vor Ort wird ein kleiner Teller verwendet. Schade, dass die Besitzer den Hals nicht voll bekommen. Der Laden würde sicher nicht pleite gehen, wenn man den Kunden ein Gericht vorlegen würde, von dem man satt wird.

Also es ist mittlerweile schon eine Frechheit der Döner an sich schmeckt zwar aber ist ungenießbar weil sie viel zu viel Soße reiten und die ganze Zeit tropft beim essen ist schon fast der ganze Arm mit Soße

Geschmacklich bester Döner in der Region, schon seit vielen Jahren, und auch sehr schöner Laden. Aber es stimmt leider, die Döner sind recht klein im Vergleich zu anderen und für die Größe einfach etwas zu teuer geworden.

Der Döner ist super Lecker und die Pommes relativ Gut Gewürzt. Aber der Service ist der größte Schrott. Ich habe mein Döner bestellt und mind. 4 andere Personen haben nach mir Bestellt. Alle 4 Personen haben ihr Essen viel früher bekommen!!! Und ich musste fast eine Halbe Stunde warten… Essen 4/5 , Service 1/5

7,50 pro Döner dafür das man es zum einen eher als Brot mit Fleisch Geschmack bezeichnen kann. Toilette im sehr schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Bestellung von 2 döner 1 davon auch noch falsch und dazu noch unfreundlich

kein fleisch schlechtester kebab

Allso geh da gerne essen , aber so seit 1 Jahr rum ist das Brot kleiner geworden ist wie Chips mäßig dünn habe ich das Gefühl. Früher war ich mit ein Döner satt und jetzt könnte ich noch ein Essen , Für 7 Euro muss auf jeden Fall der Döner mehr Volumen haben.

Sehr Leckeres Essen und zur aktuellen Situation (Inflation) sind die Preise noch Fair. Es war sehr angenehm dort zu essen. Gerne wieder!

Bester Döner rund um Hanau. Die Preise sind zwar entsprechend hoch, das Material aber ist jeden Cent wert. Kann mich über die Füllmenge meines Essens überhaupt nicht (nie) beschweren, war alles (wie immer) absolut fantastisch. Wenn Ich mit Hunger in der Nähe bin, komme Ich regelmäßig hierher. 10/10

Eins vorweg, die Döner sind echt klasse. Das sie teurer geworden sind, ist verständlich, da sämtliche Preise gestiegen sind. Das die Döner jetzt plötzlich aber noch kleiner geworden sind, finde ich unmöglich. Der normale Döner hat die Größe eines Kinderdöners und der Kinderdöner ist auch kleiner geworden. Schade, jetzt muss ich mich nach einem anderen umsehen.

Je mehr Mitarbeiter dieser Döner bekommt desto schlechter wird er. Das Fleisch könnte länger durchgebraten werden und die Chance, dass der Döner beim Essen komplett auseinander fällt liegt ungefähr bei 50%. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mir von dme Hungerlohn erzählt von dem man kaum eine Familie ernähren kann. Gleichzeitig ist der Döner der teuerste den ich kenne.

Hab den Laden vor einem Jahr das erste mal besucht . Der beste Döner im Umkreis von 10 Km. Fahr extra aus Bruchköbel dahin. Gute Fleisch Qualität, frischer Salat und leckeres Brot .

Sehr Nettes Personal. Sauberer Laden und schnelle Zubereitung des essens. Der Döner ist ein guter Standart Döner, 7€ kostet ein normaler Döner. Die Saucen sind eher zurückhaltend, dafür hat das Fleisch eine starke Würzung.
