Pizzeria Phantasie in Dieburg

There is a shortage of ~10 euros in goods! I have no idea why something like this isn't checked properly.

The taste of the food was okay, but unfortunately it was only lukewarm. After complaining, we were offered to have it delivered again, but honestly, who wants to wait that long again after a delivery time of 60 minutes That's not possible and I won't be ordering there again. There was better service a few months ago, but I'm very disappointed

I would have preferred to give zero stars. We made a reservation for seven people on a Saturday evening and the reservation was even confirmed by email. When we arrived in the evening, the restaurant was closed. That's a disgrace and doesn't work at all. The website even said the restaurant was open, but when we called it went straight to voicemail. Absolutely no recommendation!

Service was good. Eating doesn’t have to happen again.

-Unfortunately, orders too often contain errors -Cleanliness of the cups and spoons in the Mc Café was not satisfactory -Tables and seats often not clean -Cappuccino and cocoa are prepared incorrectly depending on the employee -French fries are often not warm and fresh You notice when the right boss is there (the gentleman with the Volvo) that everything is actually as it should be. Fresh, fast and without mistakes. Sure, it's a McDonald's and you'll go there again and again, but the points should be reworked. After all, you pay a lot of money here and expect adequate performance. Most of the employees are nice.
