Pizzeria Phantasie in Dieburg

One of the worst Burger King restaurants I've ever been to! The staff barely speaks German… the food was incomplete and nobody understood what we wanted… the tables were dirty… And to top it all off, on top of the €40 meal, we also got a €30 parking ticket (!!!) in their own parking lot!!! This is a rip-off!!!!!

Celebrated my birthday today, September 7, 2025, with four people. The wait was a bit long due to the large crowd. The food was very good, with very large portions.

I would have preferred to give it zero stars. We made a reservation for seven people on a Saturday evening, and the reservation was even confirmed by email. When we arrived in the evening, the restaurant was closed. That's a disgrace and completely unacceptable. The website even stated that the restaurant was open, but when we called, it went straight to voicemail. Absolutely not a recommendation!

Only 3 stars because something was forgotten again. This time it was two apple turnovers. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home.
