The best pizza I've had in Düsseldorf. The base is perfect and the toppings are generous. On top of that, the prices are incredibly reasonable by Düsseldorf standards – you'd pay significantly more for inferior quality at other restaurants. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You just feel at home here. Even if you just order a takeaway pizza, the staff takes the time for a quick chat. Even friends of mine who are very picky about food are absolutely thrilled with Firenze. I highly recommend it.

The reception was friendly. There was a large selection, especially of pasta dishes. There were also several recommendations of the day. We each ordered a pizza, which arrived quickly. The crust was thin and the toppings were generous. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend this place.

There have been seats in the restaurant for a few years now. There is always some free space at lunchtime, but it gets a little louder inside in the evenings.

We always enjoyed getting pizza from Firenze. However, since the AfD had its stand right in front of the pizzeria and was able to spread hatred and agitation unhindered, we will no longer order pizza from Firenze!

We ordered - the box of one pizza was broken on the side - so it was cold. Other pizza was only lukewarm. Very carelessly topped and pizza dough very hard. - Not worth the money…

Unfortunately, the service and quality have deteriorated greatly!! We used to order there often and with pleasure. But after recent experiences We can only advise everyone against it. Pizzas are bland and have very few toppings and are usually only lukewarm. Unfortunately, noodles aren't any better either. Since the renovation, it is probably no longer necessary. What a shame!

I ordered a takeaway pizza today because I happened to be in the area. Tono costs just under €10, I ordered onions and then paid €12.40 for them. I think it's too expensive for 4 onions. There was also very little tuna on it. If I had preferred a Margherita I would probably have had more. The taste is quite ok. The chef who gave me the pizza wasn't the friendliest either. Oh well

Best pizzas on the left bank of the Rhine, simply delicious, no matter what pizza. I just can't get used to the salads. Salad buffet looks chaotic. I would give 5 stars if you didn't have to wait so long

I haven't eaten pizza this good in a long time. Above all, many people mistake the tomato sauce and too much oregano (you won't get any more of the pizza) and the service is also very good, very attentive waiter. We'll be back, definitely.

Zum ersten Mal im "neuen" Restaurante gegessen! Das Zanderfilet war hervorragend!!! Mille grazie!

Das Lokal versprüht keinen italienischen Flair. Langweiliges steriles Ambiente ohne jegliche Liebe zum Detail. Es war kurz nach Öffnung des Lokals ziemlich kalt und dazu hat die Türe noch aufgestanden. Erst nach Hinweis von Gästen wurde geheizt. Die Bedienung ist zwar freundlich, aber ist nicht sonderlich aufmerksam. Es wird zu selten geschaut, ob man noch etwas bestellen möchte. Die Preise sind ok. Formpressfleisch auf der Speisekarte zeigt, hier ist es günstig, sonst nichts. Parkplätze sind hier nicht so einfach zu finden.

Absolut lecker Pizza. Netter Service. Etwas laut aber trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen.

Die sparen am Belag und die Thunfisch Pizza war zu gesalzen. Egal welche Pizza man bestellt. Jedesmal wurden wir enttäuscht. Außerdem tun die immer nur 2 Pizzabrötchen rein. Hier bekommt man eine leere Pizza für sein Geld.

Superschneller Lieferservice, Pizza war wie immer gut, aber statt der Cannelloni habe ich penne bekommen. Und diese waren gar nicht lecker. Schade.

Es folgt eine eher allgemeine Bewertung, die sich nicht nur auf die letzte Bestellung bezieht: Ich bestelle seit über 20 Jahren regelmäßig bei Firenze, aber vergangenes Wochenende war definitiv das allerletzte Mal. Wir haben immer gerne dort bestellt, jetzt aber ein paar Mal schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Mal war das Essen kalt, mal kam das falsche Essen (in dem Fall wurde die Schuld auf uns abgewälzt, da wir das falsche gesagt hätten, was definitiv nicht sein kann, da ich Vegetarierin bin und ein Nudelgericht mit Fleisch kam, was natürlich doppelt ärgerlich war. Wir sollten dann übrigens nochmal 1 Stunde warten, weswegen wir es lieber abgeholt haben). Dann wiederum ein anderes Mal kam das Essen viel zu spät. Dieses Mal haben wir daher direkt zum Abholen bestellt und zwar für 20:30 Uhr und das weit im Voraus (über eine Stunde vorher angerufen). Als wir ankamen, war noch nicht einmal mit der Bestellung BEGONNEN. Sie mussten die Bestellung auch erstmal suchen. Es war wirklich ein Chaos. Ja, es war viel los, und offensichtlich waren wir nicht die einzigen wenig erfreuten Kunden, aber der „Vorsteher“ (mir fällt keine bessere Bezeichnung ein) ist sehr unfreundlich zu jedem Kunden gewesen. Nachdem wir unser Essen bekommen hatten, habe ich den Herrn angesprochen und Feedback gegeben, dass der Service in den letzten Monaten wirklich stark nachgelassen hat und wir schon einige schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Er schnauzte sofort rum und sagte zu mir „dann solle ich doch selber kochen lernen, dann müsste ich nichts zu Essen bestellen“. Das ist wirklich das unverschämteste was ich je in der Gastronomie gehört habe. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder dort bestellen und werde zukünftig auch jedem davon abraten.

Wir haben Pizza bestellt, kam überpünktlich und allgemein sehr schnell an. Die Pizza die man dort kriegt, kriegt man nicht überall. Wir haben noch nie eine so leckere Pizza gegessen. Allgemein ist es einfach nur empfehlenswert 😍🙏🏽

Good food, great service! They have great kids menu with good variations, on the deserts you can tell they are not really following the Italian recipes. Drinks are rather expensive for some reason.

Their to-go window has very fast service. Prices are good too, and quite yummy 😋

Sehr lecker! Keine Notwendigkeit, Italien zu besuchen. Der Zusteller ist auch freundlich. Hier ist mit Abstand eine der besten Pizzerien in Düsseldorf. Wir haben dort 3 Jahre lang oft bestellt.

When I told a friend of mine that I was looking for alcoholfree tiramisu she advised Firenze and today I make a go of it. This time I was in pasta mood so with the waiter’s recommendation I had tagliatella a la chef, a very tasty pasta full of vegetables before the dessert. This one is definitely on my top 10 list so congrats to the chef. Tiramisu is also another love story😄 one of the best I have tried in Düsseldorf so far. Lastly I must mention how welcoming the staff is, so try it. I am sure you wont regret it👍

Enttäuschend! Pizza wurde früher aus dem Ofen genommen um eine zweite Pizza, die vergessen wurde, zeitgleich fertigzustellen. Die Pizza wurde dann wieder in den Ofen gesteckt und schmeckte einfach nur trocken. Im Gedanken konstruktiv das Thema am nächsten Tag anzusprechen, kam Null Reaktion, nicht mal ein Sorry. Nö, nur schnell abkassieren. Service gleich Null, Pizza gestern miserabel, heute aber wieder besser.

Bisher nur zum Mitnehmen bestellt und die Qualität war super. Preislich auch absolut okay und es konnte immer schnell abgeholt werden

Eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre mit sehr netten Personal. Der Preis zwar etwas teurer, als man es gewohnt ist, aber zu 100 % gerechtfertigt. Mit dem Preis erhält man 1A Ware, die einfach nur vorzüglich schmeckt. Wenn man auf eine kulinarische Durchreise ist, muss man hier definitiv mal vorbeischauen.

Die Pizza ist ok aber vor Ort verzehren ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal inkl "Chef" sehr abgehoben und unfreundlich!

Stimme dem Jungen (Technikfox) zu, dass das die beste Pizzaria in Heerdt ist. Gehe oft mit meinen Freunden am Abend zu der Pizzaria. Mitarbeiter sind alle nett und freundlich. Atmosphäre ist ruhig, aber wenn viele Kundschaft da ist, kann es bisschen lauter werden. Pizza ist auch ganz lecker. Ach ja vergessen sie nicht dem Jungen Aioli anstatt Kräuterbutter zu den Pizzabrötchen zu geben.

Beste Pizza in der ganzen Umgebung. Super nettes Personal. Noch nie Probleme gehabt. 👍🏼
