Sehr leckere Pizza. Im ersten Moment wird man von der Karte erschlagen, aber ist diese ist sehr gut aufgebaut. Die Auswahl ist gigantisch, aber absolut vielfälltig. Wir werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier gegessen haben, denn das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super.

The Pizzeria Napoli in Herford city center offers typical Italian food. This is actually a pizza service, but you can also eat on site. It's nice to sit in a slightly larger room next to the snack bar. We both ordered a pizza, which was also delicious, but it was tiny. We didn't get enough of it. Too bad. However, the service was very friendly.

Unfortunately, our visit to Pizzeria Napoli was disappointing. We ordered four different pizzas, but unfortunately they were not convincing in terms of taste. The dough didn't seem very fresh and the ingredients didn't seem to be of high quality either. We expected significantly more for the prices quoted - both in terms of taste and quality. The pizzas felt more like a quick snack than a carefully prepared meal at a restaurant in this price range. The ambience also initially conveys a certain standard, but this is not reflected in the quality of the food. We found the excessively large selection on the menu as well as the naming of some dishes particularly strange - we find calling a pizza with bananas “Africa” inappropriate and inappropriate. Another negative point was the service: the waitress (a lady with a long, brown braid) was unfortunately very rude to several guests. Her behavior seemed irritable and unpleasant, so that we had to feel embarrassed at times. In addition, the waiting times for both the order and the payment were very long - you had the feeling that you had been overlooked. Unfortunately, in its current form we cannot recommend a visit to the Pizzeria Napoli. There is a clear need for improvement in several areas.

Nice restaurant with delicious pizza

Although we originally ordered incorrectly—for pickup instead of delivery—a very friendly employee called and pointed this out to us. The order was changed immediately, and the pizza was delivered shortly thereafter, hot and fresh. Delicious. We'd definitely order again!

Since the change, it has been thought that the new team would first have to get used to it and then it would be fine, but unfortunately the new team or the team that has been in existence for a long time has its own ideas, which is fine as long as it is about appreciation and sensible handling goes to the customer. The previous concept was perfect and just needed to be combined with a pinch of passion and appreciation of the new younger generation. Unfortunately, since the change in management, I have noticed a significant deterioration in customer service. There are two younger women in service, one is very accommodating and the other is unfortunately not. I think the lady's manner is known to the management who it is. I hesitated for a long time before writing this review because I In my opinion, everyone deserves one or, as in my case, several chances to change. I personally communicated my positive criticism for improvement to the lady some time ago and unfortunately only experienced incomprehension and lack of insight and was confirmed by her snippy and improper and above all your contemptuous behavior towards us. Unfortunately, this hasn't changed in the last few months, you're just a good customer who orders ala carte and doesn't have any special requests and gives a lot of tips. For example, yesterday we waited almost an hour for our food, even though everyone others had already had their food. My extra order instead of tortellini, ham cream sauce with rigaton noodles was unfortunately expected, snippy and inappropriate only with the comments I would like the number from the card, I answered her that I didn't know that This dish is only available with tortellini. She again demanded in an inappropriate tone give me the number. I actually don't think and expect much from the service, except when I as a guest don't know the number, that the service staff knows the number and supports me in my selection and doesn't make us feel like we're always begging and we can be happy to eat here.I think it would have been easy to just tell us, ah yes, the dish is number 14 on the menu and I'll make you rigatonis or macaroni as a replacement. That would have been professional, polite and, above all, courteous and would have shown us as a family that you were willing to change your service orientation towards customers. I think that, given the already considerable price increases, appropriate treatment of customers on an equal level is a given. Finally, if everything were as good as the food......

Wir haben lt. Samstag 5 verschiedene Pizza liefern lassen. Sie kamen noch richtig warm bei uns an. Alle Pizza waren gut belegt und schmeckten vorzüglich. Es waren die besten Pizza ever. Hier werde ich ab jetzt immer bestellen.

Delicious pizza with a crispy base, well topped and, above all, vegan. The additional pizza rolls we ordered were also super tasty. A good addition to the small pizza we ordered - it's really small as shown in the photo ;-) The small dining room was well attended, the delivery drivers carried the boxes out the door every minute. Despite being busy, I was served quickly and, above all, in a very friendly manner. My order was also on the table promptly. From my seat I could watch the hustle and bustle in the open kitchen. Every employee has a fixed place, the processes are in place and therefore there is no waiting time when there is a lot going on. Overall a good experience and definitely saved for my next visit to Herford and surrounding areas.

A really nice restaurant. Pizza 🍕 to my taste. It really always works. The dough is delicious and the topping is fresh and not dry. Simply perfect. The service is attentive but not intrusive. The prices are completely reasonable for the quality. Always happy again.

The “Pizzeria Napoli” has the best pizzas in the city. The dough is thin and crispy, the topping rich and fresh. The Margherita pizza with extra buffalo mozzarella is particularly delicious. The relaxed and informal atmosphere invites you to linger. Another highlight is the open kitchen, where you can watch the pizza makers at work. 👍🏻

I ordered 2 pizzas, it took about 90 minutes for the food to finally arrive and the pizzas were a bit dry and too salty

Unfortunately the pizza was an absolute disappointment. The Margherita pizza was not pizza bread with cheese. The tomato sauce was simply missing. In addition, the pizza was in the oven too short and the box was soaked. What is much worse, however, is that the website or pictures at Lieferando present a Neapolitan pizza. However, what is prepared and delivered has nothing to do with a Neapolitan pizza.

We ordered the vegan pizza Bianco twice. It was very tasty. The desired additional ingredients were also displayed correctly. The employee who delivered was very friendly. A delivery time of just under 1 hour was announced. The food only arrived after 2 hours and the pizzas were not cut. Since we were sitting in the hotel without cutlery, we had to tear them apart to eat. Therefore only 1 star for service.

We ordered food there yesterday. Instead of the announced delivery time of one hour, we called after an hour and apparently no address was provided. So it took 1.5-2 hours until the food was there, which was a disgrace. The pizzas were tasteless, lukewarm and flabby (that's what all 11 people absent said about their pizza). Back then it was by far the best pizza in Herford, but now I would never eat there again, a shame for the money. We were very disappointed.

We rediscovered Napoli on the recommendation of my work colleague. The pizzas are really delicious, the base is nice and thin, delivered quickly and what I really like: I can pay with Paypal. Top! Absolutely recommended!

Wir bestellten zwei Party Pizzen und es kämmen zwei normale Pizzen.der Preis Der Party Pizzen war 56 Euro wurde am Telefon gesagt.am Ende als wir die Pizzen entgegen genommen haben bezahlten wir den normalen Preis von zwei Pizzen nämlich 38 Euro und 80 Cent. Die Pizzen waren auch nicht das beste

Sehr gute Pizza, zu niedrigen Preisen

Mega lecker, eben um 19.30 per Lieferando bestellt und um 20.10 Uhr extrem heiß und frisch geliefert. Sowas geniales habe ich noch nie gehabt! Geschmack und Preis passt. Lieferant war auch super freundlich. Definitiv bestelle ich demnächst noch einmal die Pizza Rucola ! Großes Lob und riesen Empfehlung!

Ich war jetzt zwei mal in kürzester Zeit da um was zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen. Die Jungs in der Küche geben echt Knallgas. Tolles Essen, freundliche Mitarbeiter, man kennt Hallo und Tschüss und das Essen ist auch grandios. Weiter so!

Lieferservice werden wir noch ausprobieren, aber davon bin ich überzeugt, dass auch da alles super sein wird. :)

Bester Lieferdienst in ganz Herford. Super Preis-Leistung und nette Mitarbeiter

Ich habe eine Pizza Quattro Formaggi bestellt, mir ist bewusst das Käse viel Fett enthält, allerdings triefte die Pizza förmlich vor Fett sodass dies bereits kleine Pfützen auf der Pizza zu sehen waren. Entsprechend schmeckte die Pizza auch nur fettig, nach dem ich das Fett mit einem Zewa abgewischt habe verschwand der Fettgeschmack. Allerdings war auch sonst kein Geschmack vorhanden abgesehen von dem Gorgonzola. Der Teig war auch absolut fad und ich muss sagen das eine Gustavo Gusto aus der TK Abteilung deutlich besser schmeckt. Hier wurde einfach nur Sinnlos Käse auf die Pizza geschmissen. Der Belag ist außerdem zum Teil von der Pizza runtergerutscht gewesen. Die Pizzabrötchen waren in Ordnung aber auch nichts besonderes. 3 Sterne nur dafür das eine 28cm Quattro Formaggi zumindest satt macht.

Wir sind von einem Urlaub im Norden in Richtung Köln aufgrund einer Empfehlung hier gestrandet und können nur Empfehlungen aussprechen !!! Aperitif war ein Campari Spritz, dann eine sehr leckere Pizza und Nudeln, leckeren Wein, und mit das leckerste waren die selbstgemachten Nachtische Tiramissou und Panna Cotta. Eine ehrliche Überraschung auf unserer Reise, nicht nur wegen der tollen Mitarbeitern 👍👍

Leckere Pasta/Pizze zum günstigen Preis

Die aktuell beste Pizza die man sich liefern lassen kann. Aber vor kurzem habe ich nur !! zwei kleine Pizzen bestellt.Das machte 12,40€ ..Die einfache Margherita 4,90€ und eine Salami mit Schafskäse stolze 7,50€.😳 Für eine kleine !!! Vergleicht man das mit einer Kirmes Pizza die 4,50 in der gleichen Größe kostet, ist das schon echt happig geworden. Vielleicht überdenkt Ihr da nochmal die Preise.Preisanstiege hin oder her..7,50€ für drei mal abbeißen gehen garnicht. Geschmacklich war es aber wieder top 👍🏻
