Pizzeria Mondo in Jüchen

I eat there every now and then, and I can only say it's a very good pizzeria that I know. My girlfriend and friends say the same; we've celebrated a birthday there several times, and I can only say it's very friendly, very clean, and most importantly, in my opinion, very tasty. I don't understand some of the comments here, so just go there and you'll see.

Been going there for years. The most delicious pizzas, salads, and pasta dishes. Lovely ambiance and not your average pizzeria. The staff is always very friendly, too.

When ordering, we didn't feel like guests, but more like supplicants. Friendliness is a different story. The person who brought the food was much nicer. The food was okay: chicken salad, pizza, and pasta. Our stomachs were full. Fulfilled. Nothing more. It's a shame, because the restaurant is actually nicely decorated; they could do more with the customer experience.

A long-time customer, but no longer because they're cutting corners on the size and, above all, the surface. It's a real shame the high prices are no longer justified.

I ordered a pizza there again after a long wait. It didn't taste good and the toppings were thin. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

Best pizzeria (more like a restaurant) in the area! I mostly order one of their diverse salads or enjoy one of their delicious pasta dishes! I love ordering a steak there; it's cooked exactly how I like it 👍 with croquettes or the best fries. The prices are absolutely reasonable and not at all expensive! Considering they offer pizza rolls and herb butter, and a free schnapps as a nightcap, it's actually quite a bargain! (Where else can you find that!) The beer garden is truly magnificent; it's a wonderful place to relax on warm days. The newer beer garden in the back is also perfect for larger groups. I often go there just to enjoy a freshly tapped Altbier/Pilsner or one of their truly delicious wines. They've also recently added an ice cream counter. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive; I'd especially like to commend Mr. "Hassan" and his team. Dear Mondo Team, keep up the good work, even if it gets incredibly hectic sometimes (no wonder with such delicious food 🤭)

We had pizzas delivered. The taste was pretty good, but I had a pizza Parma; the arugula on the pizza was so dried out that it was inedible. It's a disgrace to deliver something like that. I won't order anything from there again.

We were there yesterday on Mother's Day with 8 people and reserved a table in advance. After 30 minutes we were asked what we would like to drink, the table was so dirty that we had to have a cloth brought to us (ok, it was dust, we were sitting outside), the drinks came, but still no menu, we had to ask for that too. It took a solid 2 hours until we finally had our food. Completely overpriced and carelessly prepared, there were more broccoli stalks in the gratinated vegetables than broccoli and that for just under 15 euros. The service was totally overwhelmed and the boss was unreasonable. They won't see us again.

The pizzeria is great, the food is really tasty. Every time we were there or ordered it it just tasted so delicious. The price-performance ratio is great and the employees are very nice and the pizzeria is nicely decorated and clean. I can only recommend it

Das Essen ist gut, der Biergarten ist auch sehr schön. Leider ist das Preisniveau dieses Jahr extrem gestiegen. Wir sind dort regelmäßig in den Sommermonaten und genießen es draußen zu essen, aber leider ist es vom Preis her viel zu teuer geworden. Man darf nicht vergessen das es eigentlich eine Lieferpizzaria ist, und sich erst in den letzten Jahren zum kleinen Restaurant entwickelt hat. Wenn man dort ist gelten andere Preise als wenn man bestellt, das finde ich schon merkwürdig. Unsere ganze Familie wird dort nicht mehr so oft einkehren wie in den letzten Jahren. Selbst die beste und älteste Pizzaria in Mönchengladbach ist lange nicht so teuer. Pizzas und Nudelgerichte fangen bei 12€ an.

The pizza used to be really tasty. A few weeks ago my daughter said that the base didn't taste good and there were only three slices of salami on the pizza. Bought three small pizzas today and was totally disappointed. The base was undercooked and the edge was inedible. The rest of the pizza was not what you wanted, and not what it used to be a few years ago. Too bad.

I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. Very good despite delivery. Even the fries were very good, even though they were wrapped. I will order there oftenxx

We've actually been loyal customers for years and have always been satisfied, whether on site or delivery, but things have been slowing down for a while now. The pizzas are getting worse and worse, the pasta is a disaster. I don't know what's going on changed, but before it was much better..

There are very tasty ones here 🍕. The service is very good. The service is very friendly and nice. In summer you can sit in a really beautiful beer garden and end the day. Importantly, it's a village pizzeria - you shouldn't forget that! You shouldn't come here and expect 4 star cuisine and silver cutlery for little money!

Pizza is fine and you can order it without hesitation. The salami pizza is really delicious. So far, you haven't been able to score points with pasta or even meat dishes

Unfortunately, the pizzas are getting smaller and smaller, the toppings are fewer, and the prices keep going up... what a shame! We used to order often and happily, but there is nothing left of it now. Today was our last order for a long time. P.S. A delivery fee of €1.50 for a really short distance (200-250m) is very borderline! There should now only be a free drink for orders over €50?! Wow!!!

We came across this pizzeria by chance when we were looking for a pizzeria on the way back from vacation. What luck! From the outside it looks inconspicuous, like a delivery service. But the beer garden behind it is great! The interior design also looked good. The service was very friendly and we really enjoyed the pizza. It's a shame that we live over 100 km away, otherwise we would definitely come more often 😊

Everything fine! Pizzas and salads are very tasty at fair prices. Special requests are always possible, everything is very flexible. You can order by phone or app - pick up or have it delivered. Of course you can also eat in the restaurant on site and in summer there is a wonderful beer garden! The service is very friendly and “on the ball” - very good service! I can 100% recommend Pizzeria Mondo 😃.

I have to revise my previous review. My husband has picked up pizza there twice now, and the pizza was great! It's a shame that this doesn't work when it's delivered! We like to support local businesses, but even when it's delivered, the quality has to be the same as if you picked it up in person! We will definitely visit your beer garden soon and eat something good!

Unfortunately it's gotten worse and worse lately. Drinks are simply forgotten and not replenished. In the past, if you paid x amount, you would get a bottle on the house. Well, unfortunately we no longer order from Mondo. All the best.

So, today was the first and last time at this pizzeria visited on site. Honestly, it was a complete disappointment. After 50 minutes the rolls were served, After asking and after another 25 minutes, the house food was brought. Empty drink glasses were only cleared away after notice or a new order was taken. Finally, another 20 minutes were spent waiting for the bill. It was such a mess, the service had no system at all. In terms of taste, it wasn't an experience at all.

A place that is definitely worth a visit if you are in Hochneukirch. The food is very good, the staff is very nice, you feel 100% comfortable here. It's a shame that you can only give 5 stars, it definitely deserves more. For me there is nothing to complain about here

My favorite pizzeria 😁 I've been enjoying eating here for over 8 years. Whether in the restaurant or by delivery. The staff is super friendly and extremely accommodating. I'm looking forward to sitting in the beautifully designed "beer garden" again very soon. I highly recommend it.

The pizzas are getting worse and worse. They were really good 2 or 3 years ago. But when you take the pizzas out of the packaging and then see this, you feel sick afterwards. The taste was nowhere near what it used to be. It tasted like nothing or like fat or oil. The main thing is to raise prices but reduce quality. Delivery time was given as approximately 45 minutes. But it was there much earlier and warm too. Absolutely not recommended!!!!!

Super Essen, nettes Personal und tolles Ambiente

Pizza an sich gut, aber beim Belag sehr knauserig und Preise extrem hoch. Auch komisch ist wie der Preis zu stande kommt. Nach rausrechnen der zweiten Pizza kostet eine Pizza mit zwei einfachen Zutaten 11€ obwohl eine vergleichbare 3€ günstiger ist. Nimmt der Fahrer sich hier noch ungefragt extra Trinkgeld? Und die Sache mit dem Formfleisch ("Vorderschinken") ist für mich ein no-go bei einer Pizzeria. Fleisch das mit Enzymen und Chemikalien zusammengeklebt wird widerspricht wohl eigentlich jedem stolzen Italiener.

Leider heute sehr enttäuschendes Essen bekommen. Nicht annähernd gerechtfertigter Preis zur Leistung… Eine Bestellung nicht wie bestellt, die Pizza so durchtränkt mit Knoblauchöl/Fett das sie weich war.. nicht gewohnt aber heute leider enttäuschend…. Lediglich die Lieferzeit von weniger als 45min. war zackig

Lasagne und Spaghetti Carbona, beides sehr schmackhaft. Die junge Servicekraft war äußerst freundlich und ist auf dem besten Weg tippitoppi zu werden. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Abend, jederzeit wieder gerne bei Ihnen

Es ist so eine gute Pizzaria mit so freundlicher Bedienung und das essen wow es ist einfach sehr gut und auch das Ambiente wunderschön besonders wen man draußen sitzt es ist wie als wenn man an einer schönen stein strand Bar essen würde 😁

Gute Pizza und auch guter Lieferservice. Besonders der Biergarten lädt zum Verweilen im Sommer ein. Cocktails sind in Ordnung.

Die Pizza hat sehr gut geschmeckt, die Mitarbeiterin im Service war äusserst freundlich, flott und aufmerksam. Im Sommer gibt es dort einen grossen Biergarten mit Holzbänken-Tische, viele Bäume und Pflanzen, mit seperater Theke und auch für die Kinder steht eine Schaukel zur Verfügung. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haben jetzt zwei mal dort bestellt. Beide Bestellungen waren unter einer halben Stunde bei uns. Der Biergarten im Sommer ist super schön. Wir können nichts negatives sagen bisher. Alles Tip top bisher.

Gehen immer wieder Mal zu Mondo. Pizza und Pasta sind gut, ebenso die Salate. Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich.

Mein großer bestellt dort mit den Jungs aus seiner Abteilung sehr oft, mal haben wir die Pause zusammen gemacht und dadurch kam ich auf den Geschmack von Pizza Fabio :)), Leute, ein Gedicht o:p. Wer auf Krabben, Spinat und Knoblauch mit doppeltem Käse steht, wird die Fabio lieben :* . Am Samstag waren wir in der Gegend und haben endlich geschafft dort zu essen. Der Chef ist ein sehr angenehmer Zeitgenosse und genauso aufmerksam wie die netten Kellnerin. Top. Ein Stern Abzug gab nur für das Ambiente, aber bei der kleinen Fläche wollen die natürlich auch kein Platz verschenken und so vielen Leuten wie es geht ein Sitzplatz anbieten. Aber alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert*****

Tolles Essen in gemütlichen Ambiente. Auch bei großen Bestellungen kommt das Essen für alle gleichzeitig heiß auf den Tisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Sommer einen sehr schönen Biergarten. Ich kann diese Pizzeria nur empfehlen. Waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Haben das erste mal dort gegessen. War eine nette Atmosphäre und der Chef und die Bedienung waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Lokal mit sehr guter Pizza. Leider sind die Pommes (für meinen Geschmack) nicht mehr ganz so gut. Ich kann einen Besuch trotzdem nur weiter empfehlen.

Bedienung und Service top, schöner Außenbereich, gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, leckeres Essen (wir hatten Nudeln) 💗 konnten somit den Abend schön ausklingen lassen

Bei warmem Sommerwetter haben wir im wirklich schönen Biergarten gesessen. Das Essen war lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und fix. Pizza, Pasta und gefüllte Pizzabrötchen waren durchweg gut.

Die Ausstattung des Lokals ist gehoben und die Qualität der Speisen hervorragend. Die Preise sind trotz der top Qualität relativ niedrig gehalten. Wer entspannt einen schönen Abend genießen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben
