Delicious pizza and good homemade iced tea!

The pizza dough is good. Too bad the mozzarella tastes cheap. Considering that a margherita eaten there costs almost 11€, even though it's in Hamburg, I expect a little more. On one occasion I also ate there and unfortunately the service was also very hasty and not very friendly.

The pizza was okay. We just thought €16 for a tuna pizza was a bit pricey. If you sit by the window, you have a great view of the Alster.

Pizza and appetizer were ok. However, strange service - seemed very annoyed. You were asked to pay during the meal. Ambiance is ok (thanks to the view).

Unfortunately not authentic Italian, but very Germanized. The homepage says “Spaghetti Carbonara” with bacon (?), egg and Grana Padano. When I asked, I was told that the sauce was made with cream. When I asked if I could have the traditional version of the dish, people looked at me as if an Italian had never heard of real carbonara. I was then offered to use butter instead of cream... seriously? 🤦‍♀️ I then ordered another dish, which unfortunately didn't impress me in terms of taste. My visit was about 2 years ago. I don't know whether the selection of ingredients for the carbonara has changed since then. Unfortunately I dare to doubt it...

Ate super tasty. Pizza was great, pasta and salad were perfect. It's a shame that we live in East Frisia otherwise we would come more often

Based on the Google reviews, we also served the place in a Plaza. We arrived for dinner, there was a free table, the service was relaxed and fast. We ate Tonno and Parma E Ruccola Pizza. Very tasty and hearty. We also saw a salad at another table, which looked very good. The slightly higher price compensates for the high quality. I recommend this place to everyone!

I was there and ordered a salami pizza. It was somewhat tasty, but I had to quickly run to the toilet afterward. It's better not to eat anything there. Who knows what they put in it.

I had the salad with goat cheese and my partner had the pizza burrata and we were both extremely satisfied. Very tasty food and the house limos are also highly recommended!!

Here you can get the best stone oven pizza in Hamburg. The service is quick and friendly. There is also delicious cake. The cappuccino was also very good, but in an unusually small cup.

If you enjoy pizza, (and who doesn't?) then you'll love this restaurant. I got the Diavolo which tasted amazing. The way the pizza is cooked, probably in a fire oven, combined with the thin crust gives the pizza a nice crunch too. Save room for dessert aswell, the Raffaello sundae was incredible! The staff were all very welcoming and the food was prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant has a nice open space with plenty of seats to choose from. I would definitely recommend eating here!

The tastiest pizza in a long time! Super attentive and friendly service! Kid friendly! Really Italian! I can only recommend this pizzeria. It is on the 2nd floor of the Europa Passage when you enter from Ballindamm.

Very tasty but not easy to find. It is located in the Europapassage shopping center on the 1st floor in the far corner. The food was delicious and the service was one of the fastest we had ever experienced. With a bit of luck you will have a seat at the window with a sensational view.

The food is absolutely amazing. Rarely have I had such a good pizza. A real insider tip if you're in Hamburg on the Alster. A bit noisy due to the location in a shopping center but comfortably furnished. Staff is super attentive and friendly. That's how gastronomy works.

It's difficult to find from outside if you're a stranger, for everyone on the 2nd floor. Friendly staff, had a delicious salad...there was plenty to choose from.

Very tasty pizzas! The price is probably around 2 euros higher than usual, but that's appropriate for what you get. However, I also have to say that my partner and I had a somewhat queasy feeling in our stomachs the next day. Since we only had breakfast and then dinner that day, we _guess_ it was because of the pizzas.

The food tastes excellent and the price is reasonable... Also for a quick snack... Staff super friendly and pleasant atmosphere with a view of the Alster... Very happy to come again

The restaurant is located on a high floor of a department store. If you can sit by the window, it can be a double enjoyment of delicious food and a great view. If you want to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine but don't want to run around looking for a store, then the location of this store can be said to be a suitable choice. It is recommended that everyone order tiramisu as dessert after ordering the main course. This is my favorite dessert. The waiters will be standing near the entrance of the store at any time, and you can get a quick response to any needs.

Typical Italian hospitality and delicious food. The portions are large, but definitely manageable and reasonably priced.

We haven't had pizza this delicious for a long time. Exactly how a pizza should be, nice thin base and nice and crispy. My husband had one with salami (maybe it could have been a little more salami, but that's a matter of taste) and I had one with onions and olives. The service was great. Friendly and quick. I deducted a star for the ambience because it is very cramped with the individual tables. Otherwise it is cozy and you have a beautiful view of the Alster.

A little hidden on the first floor of a shopping center with a view of the Jungernstieg. Pizza top! Some loss of ambience due to the Einoaufszentrum.

Had reserved a table at lunchtime for the evening. We also got this directly with a view of the Alster. The pizza was good and the service too. The only thing that was annoying is that everything is very narrow and the tables are very close together.

We arrived in the city for a few hours, there was very little time left. Despite the heavy workload, the waiter took our order quickly, was very polite and attentive, and cleared the dishes on time. The pizza turned out very tasty. Thank you for the excellent service and pleasant experience!

A nice Italian restaurant inside the shopping mall. First of all, they served delicious white bread and delicious olive oil as an appetizer before the meal. It is very smart to add sea salt to olive oil. We ordered the four cheese pizza and chicken Penne Arrabiatta pasta. Their pizza was Naples style, the dough was cooked to the right consistency, the base was very thin and delicious. Cheeses are of good quality. Only the tomato sauce was a little too salty for us. Pasta al Dante prepared. The flavor of the ingredients was very good, the chicken breast did not lose its water while cooking, it was soft and very delicious. It's just a little too oily. The portions of the meals are very large and very filling. We both had to ask for takeaway halfway through. I definitely recommend it in terms of service quality and taste. The waiters are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Their pizza is Neapolitan style pizza.

Super tasty pizza (large, crunchy and well topped) and Hugo. Prices absolutely ok. Friendly service, I can absolutely recommend it. We've been here several times and it's always absolutely delicious.

Nice 5 stars service. Fast and professional. We ordered 1 pizza (3cheese) which is enough for 2 adults. I usually always order cheese pizza, but the blue cheese on this one was awful. There was just a few pieces of blue cheese, but it was enough to ruin the taste.

Value for money for lunch is unbeatable.

The waiter claimed: “It could take longer...”. When I left the restaurant, he said: “I meant just 5 minutes”. They discriminate against customers. A pity :(

What a pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Waited 15 minutes after sitting down for any sort or service even though the waiter walked past multiple times with me gesturing to him that I was ready to place an order. Only to be greeted by a rude and condescending waiter with a nasty attitude. I decided to leave as if this is your level of service that a customer receives from a waiter I would hate to see the food that comes out of your kitchen.

The ambience is great! This cute and beautiful restaurant is hidden in the Europapassage. The view over the Jungfernstieg is great. The employees are very friendly and the prices are absolutely right. Unfortunately, the food didn't really impress us. It's totally ok if you're hungry every now and then, but if you want to enjoy pizza to the full, there are better places in Hamburg. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't arrive really warm and therefore got cold very quickly. The four basil leaves were probably well-intentioned, but if they are freshly placed on the pizza after baking, they look more appealing even in small numbers. The pasta was a bit too hard for our taste.

I've eaten pizza in many restaurants but this place makes the best pizza by FAR!!! It's almost a shame it's hidden in a shopping center. I can only recommend it to everyone!! The service is also very friendly and accommodating!

Spontaneous visit during the shopping trip. The food surprised us more than positively. The pizza is one of the best we have had in Hamburg and the homemade drinks are the perfect thirst quenchers. The coffee afterwards was also of very good quality and there was a view of the Alster on top of that. Price performance is also completely okay. If you go shopping in the Europapassage, be sure to stop here.

The Pizza Fungi was large and topped with fresh mushrooms, but unfortunately it had no taste. And the consistency and taste of the dough wasn't worth more than one star. But tables were clean, drinks were cold and good. Overall a bit loud.

Young squid, or the cook of the young squid, someone let someone down! Carbonara excellent Caesar salad is great The bruschetta is a little bland, most likely not for everyone (I didn’t have enough after the taste wow, Italy, where are the herbs, cheese, olive oil? Not bad overall, but a check for two, 100 €, alcohol 150 bourbon whiskey, we definitely won’t be back.

Wel leuk en prima bediening. Eten goed maar verkeerde keuze gemaakt. Er zijn meerdere prima menu's die op een groot bord staan.

Pro - schnelle Kalorien beim schoppen, selbst gemachte Pizza, hat für 2x Personen mehr als gereicht. Contra: unsere Pizza war roh in der Mitte und verbrannt am Rand (s. Photos) Die Bedienung teilt mit, dass Kartenzahlung erst ab 20 Euro möglich ist. (Cash hatte ich keins in der Tasche). Die Preise sind aber so ausgelegt, dass man mit 1x Tee und 1x günstigeren Pizza schon über 20 Euro liegt... 😕🤯 Fazit: nur beim akuten Hunger besuchbar...

Tek kişi bruschetta ve spaghetti aglio e olio yedim, yanında da zero içtim. Servisleri büyük ve doyurucu ve çok lezzetli. Çalışanları güler yüzlü ve samimi. Aslına bakarsanız 1 kişi 20-30 Euro arasında fazlasıyla doymuş olarak buradan ayrılabilirsiniz. Ben fazla sipariş vermişim, kalanını yanıma palet olarak aldım. Tavsiye ederim, gidiniz ve yiyiniz 👍🏻

Waren zum Kaffee und Kakao trinken dort. Der Kakao wurde jedoch sehr viel zu heiß serviert, wodurch sich die Zunge verbrannt worden ist. Schön das Personal aber ehrlich wenig zu interessieren.

Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die kellneren waren sehr nett, besonders kostenlose Espresso, die wir am Ende bekommen haben 😍😘🥰

¡Hemos almorzado estupendamente! Nos han tratado muy bien, con muchísima amabilidad y rapidez. Tienen una carta muy variada. Nos sirvieron la comida muy rápido aún estando el restaurante lleno. Las pizzas son muy grandes, están exquisitas, muy sabrosas. Además, desde fuera se ve la cocina, y se ve como hacen la masa de las pizzas caseras. Sin duda, volvería.
