I picked up a pizza to go on Saturday afternoon. Even though it was busy, the pizza was ready in 10 minutes and tasted absolutely delicious. Even after a few minutes, it was still super crispy, thanks to the ventilation in the box. And the price was unbeatable at €10 (pizza cipolle), just the to-go price. Definitely recommend it!!!

Very large and delicious pizza, friendly service, okay atmosphere, but the employees who were constantly charging something next to our table were a bit annoying. Could have been the debit card machine, but I thought something like that had little place in the middle of a restaurant and belonged more at the cash register...

Super delicious pizza, the crust is so fluffy! Great view and drinks. One star deducted because I didn't like the seasoning of the bruschetta topping (not quite a classic bruschetta flavor; they might have mixed it with vinegar).

Place in a Mall, without private bathroom. You use the bathroom in the Mall for which you receive a ticket from the restaurant so you don't have to pay, otherwise it costs 0.5 eur. Food ok. I ate a salad with sheep cheese and blueberry jam. Pizza seemed ok, but be careful of the sauce on it, barbecue was not a wise choice. Acceptable prices.

Had a great experience here! Staff were quite friendly and attentive. Orders were delivered quick. Portion size is huge, taste is great! Prices are decent for the location (view to Alster). I’ll def come back!

Centrally located, with a great view of the Inner Alster Lake. Friendly staff, fast service. And all at a fair price! The only downside: there are unfortunately no restrooms 🙄

Great portions of pizza and great salads. A bit of a shame that you can see the staff on a break – just in the middle of the restaurant eating and on their phones. A bit expensive I would say, 20 euro for a pizza. There’s a dessert menu and food menu so it can be good for any occasion. I recommend the chicken caesar salad.

Great food and friendly service

Great pizza restaurant! The food is delicious and the service is excellent and fast. What I liked most is how they care about children. They brought my son a drawing book and kept him entertained the whole time. A great experience, and I highly recommend it.

I've been here several times for coffee: the cappuccino, latte macchiato, cake, and ice cream are all delicious. The gooseberry cake is especially recommended! One star deducted for the ambiance, but it's difficult to create a cozy atmosphere in a passageway. Another star deducted for the service. The service is usually very friendly and attentive, but on Saturday there was a blond, rude employee who immediately barked at us and was obviously not interested in his job. I've never been treated so rudely! I've been assured that this was not an isolated incident, and the employee was apparently fired the same day. Respect for this decision! Especially in times of staff shortages, this decision deserves applause. I hope this never happens again.

Food is sufficient/good. Spaghetti Bolonese is free. It's in a shopping mall.

The pizza dough is good. Too bad the mozzarella tastes cheap. Considering that a margherita eaten there costs almost 11€, even though it's in Hamburg, I expect a bit more. On one occasion I also ate there and unfortunately the service was also very hasty and not very friendly. Edit (01.07.2025): I'd like to share that the restaurant is trying to take down my honest review as "defaming", they tried already twice.

The food was delicious; we had two pizzas and one pasta dish. The service was very unfriendly and inattentive. We had half a pizza that we didn't manage to take with us, and the waiter threw it all into the box at the table, causing the whole thing to fall off and ruining our appetite.

Pizza and appetizer were ok. However, strange service - seemed very annoyed. You were asked to pay during the meal. Ambiance is ok (thanks to the view).

Unfortunately not authentic Italian, but very Germanized. The homepage says “Spaghetti Carbonara” with bacon (?), egg and Grana Padano. When I asked, I was told that the sauce was made with cream. When I asked if I could have the traditional version of the dish, people looked at me as if an Italian had never heard of real carbonara. I was then offered to use butter instead of cream... seriously? 🤦‍♀️ I then ordered another dish, which unfortunately didn't impress me in terms of taste. My visit was about 2 years ago. I don't know whether the selection of ingredients for the carbonara has changed since then. Unfortunately I dare to doubt it...

Based on the Google reviews, we also served the place in a Plaza. We arrived for dinner, there was a free table, the service was relaxed and fast. We ate Tonno and Parma E Ruccola Pizza. Very tasty and hearty. We also saw a salad at another table, which looked very good. The slightly higher price compensates for the high quality. I recommend this place to everyone!

I was there and ordered a salami pizza. It was somewhat tasty, but I had to quickly run to the toilet afterward. It's better not to eat anything there. Who knows what they put in it.

Here you can get the best stone oven pizza in Hamburg. The service is quick and friendly. There is also delicious cake. The cappuccino was also very good, but in an unusually small cup.

If you enjoy pizza, (and who doesn't?) then you'll love this restaurant. I got the Diavolo which tasted amazing. The way the pizza is cooked, probably in a fire oven, combined with the thin crust gives the pizza a nice crunch too. Save room for dessert aswell, the Raffaello sundae was incredible! The staff were all very welcoming and the food was prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant has a nice open space with plenty of seats to choose from. I would definitely recommend eating here!

Very tasty but not easy to find. It is located in the Europapassage shopping center on the 1st floor in the far corner. The food was delicious and the service was one of the fastest we had ever experienced. With a bit of luck you will have a seat at the window with a sensational view.

The food is absolutely amazing. Rarely have I had such a good pizza. A real insider tip if you're in Hamburg on the Alster. A bit noisy due to the location in a shopping center but comfortably furnished. Staff is super attentive and friendly. That's how gastronomy works.

Very tasty pizzas! The price is probably around 2 euros higher than usual, but that's appropriate for what you get. However, I also have to say that my partner and I had a somewhat queasy feeling in our stomachs the next day. Since we only had breakfast and then dinner that day, we _guess_ it was because of the pizzas.

The restaurant is located on a high floor of a department store. If you can sit by the window, it can be a double enjoyment of delicious food and a great view. If you want to enjoy delicious Italian cuisine but don't want to run around looking for a store, then the location of this store can be said to be a suitable choice. It is recommended that everyone order tiramisu as dessert after ordering the main course. This is my favorite dessert. The waiters will be standing near the entrance of the store at any time, and you can get a quick response to any needs.

We haven't had pizza this delicious for a long time. Exactly how a pizza should be, nice thin base and nice and crispy. My husband had one with salami (maybe it could have been a little more salami, but that's a matter of taste) and I had one with onions and olives. The service was great. Friendly and quick. I deducted a star for the ambience because it is very cramped with the individual tables. Otherwise it is cozy and you have a beautiful view of the Alster.

Had reserved a table at lunchtime for the evening. We also got this directly with a view of the Alster. The pizza was good and the service too. The only thing that was annoying is that everything is very narrow and the tables are very close together.

We arrived in the city for a few hours, there was very little time left. Despite the heavy workload, the waiter took our order quickly, was very polite and attentive, and cleared the dishes on time. The pizza turned out very tasty. Thank you for the excellent service and pleasant experience!

A nice Italian restaurant inside the shopping mall. First of all, they served delicious white bread and delicious olive oil as an appetizer before the meal. It is very smart to add sea salt to olive oil. We ordered the four cheese pizza and chicken Penne Arrabiatta pasta. Their pizza was Naples style, the dough was cooked to the right consistency, the base was very thin and delicious. Cheeses are of good quality. Only the tomato sauce was a little too salty for us. Pasta al Dante prepared. The flavor of the ingredients was very good, the chicken breast did not lose its water while cooking, it was soft and very delicious. It's just a little too oily. The portions of the meals are very large and very filling. We both had to ask for takeaway halfway through. I definitely recommend it in terms of service quality and taste. The waiters are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Their pizza is Neapolitan style pizza.

Super tasty pizza (large, crunchy and well topped) and Hugo. Prices absolutely ok. Friendly service, I can absolutely recommend it. We've been here several times and it's always absolutely delicious.

Nice 5 stars service. Fast and professional. We ordered 1 pizza (3cheese) which is enough for 2 adults. I usually always order cheese pizza, but the blue cheese on this one was awful. There was just a few pieces of blue cheese, but it was enough to ruin the taste.

What a pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Waited 15 minutes after sitting down for any sort or service even though the waiter walked past multiple times with me gesturing to him that I was ready to place an order. Only to be greeted by a rude and condescending waiter with a nasty attitude. I decided to leave as if this is your level of service that a customer receives from a waiter I would hate to see the food that comes out of your kitchen.

The ambience is great! This cute and beautiful restaurant is hidden in the Europapassage. The view over the Jungfernstieg is great. The employees are very friendly and the prices are absolutely right. Unfortunately, the food didn't really impress us. It's totally ok if you're hungry every now and then, but if you want to enjoy pizza to the full, there are better places in Hamburg. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't arrive really warm and therefore got cold very quickly. The four basil leaves were probably well-intentioned, but if they are freshly placed on the pizza after baking, they look more appealing even in small numbers. The pasta was a bit too hard for our taste.
