This store is a complete disgrace!!! No special requests (e.g. without mushrooms) were taken into account. After about 30 minutes of removing all the mushrooms, the pizza tasted like horror on the palate. I really hope this shop finally starts doing its job. Addendum: This answer is the height. Wonder which boss he means? I find the store bottomless and would like to warn people. Furthermore, I have no relationship with any competition.

First of all: If you decide on a simple pizza experience, you should avoid this establishment. What awaits you here is no tenderly melting mozzarella, no delicate tomato sauce, but an adventure that has more to do with a failed scientific experiment than with Italian high art. Full of hope and in a good mood, we ordered two pizzas, of course without mushrooms, as the menu recommends. But what came next was less of a pizza and more of a revelation. The dough? A masterpiece made of rubber and failed papier-mâché. A taste that immediately brings back memories of old, worn-out sneakers. The dough was so tough that it could probably be used as a replacement for concrete in the construction industry. If you accidentally dropped the pizza, it would definitely have caught the shards of the handle from the nearby mortar. But the real surprise came when we looked at the pizza - a mushroom exorcism of the worst kind. Despite our clear announcement that there were no mushrooms, the "Pandora's Pizza" gate opened. A mushroom army of all variations secretly sneaked into the cheese dreams, as if the mushrooms themselves had taken command. Perhaps this was an attempt to outdo the remaining ingredients with the mushrooms, which showed up like uninvited guests on a bad dinner date. When we dared to take a bite - and I mean "dared", not enjoyed it - the taste hit us with the force of a meteorite strike. The mushrooms we never wanted danced on our tongues like a poorly staged ballet - clever leftovers from the freezer? It was a mixture of damp, squishy sponges that had just been invited for a cup of tea. In summary, if you're looking for a pizza treat that captivates all your senses, you've come to the wrong place. However, if you're looking for an adventure for your stomach - an adventure that challenges both your taste buds and your life choices - you're welcome. But be careful: you're not just eating, you're in the middle of a dramatic, culinary crime thriller whose ending you'd rather not find out!

The worst kebab plate ever Delivery: A marathon of patience Ordered at 11:20 a.m. via pizza.de. After an hour of waiting, I called only to be told the driver would be “there in 7 minutes.” 20 minutes later he actually came – for a distance of 900 meters. Respect! As if I had ordered a delivery service from a parallel world where time has no meaning. Of course, my request to call me when I arrived was completely ignored. The kebab plate of horror I've never seen anything like it - and I would rather not have seen it. The “salad” consisted of a slice of tomato, a slice of cucumber and a few sad leaves of lettuce. The fries? A bad joke. Less than 20 of them, and even those seemed to have eked out an existence in a damp burial chamber. But the flesh - or rather, the indefinable something - was the real low point. It looked disgusting, smelled strange and tasted even worse. It was as if someone had packed all of humanity's culinary sins onto a plate and served it to me. I felt like a child who received a card for his birthday - but with no money in it. Pure disappointment in food form. Conclusion: Never again. I might as well have set the money on fire - at least it would have given me a little warmth. The reviews? Questionable. Interestingly, this store has tons of 5-star reviews, but if you look closer, most of them come from profiles that only wrote one or two reviews. Very believable, isn't it?

I don't know who at Rustica imagines that they are running a restaurant, but what was delivered was an absolute impudence and bordered on fraud! The portions are tiny, the food tastes like the cheapest ready-made food and seems to have been lying around for days. My pasta came in a quantity that wouldn't have fed even a toddler, and the so-called hollandaise sauce was simply a cheap, watery cream substitute that tasted like powder. But the best part? There was barely any of the sauce - two tablespoons if that. The broccoli hollandaise schnitzel was the height of misery: burnt, rock hard and obviously old meat that should have been thrown in the trash long ago. Anyone who puts something like that out there has no idea about food and not a shred of decency. The small Margherita pizza for just under 8 euros? Ridiculous. The dough was wafer-thin, the topping was old, and the taste was unreasonable. The dollop of sauce on my “salad” was an absolute joke. So stingy, as if their sauces were worth their weight in gold. And that's not all: the wrong cola was delivered, the two pizza rolls were loveless and without herb butter or dips - just slapped down. And we had to wait over an hour for the whole disaster to happen! But the height of audacity was that after my honest review at Lieferando, Rustica called me and insulted me. This is not only disrespectful, this is the lowest point in customer relations. This “restaurant” is a bad joke, a disgrace for the catering industry and should be closed. Anyone who orders there is throwing their money out the window. Anyone who delivers such filth should be ashamed of themselves. I hope no one has to experience this disaster themselves – stay away before you get food poisoning!

So the pizza here is A1 and hardly any other pizzeria can beat it. I'm now a regular customer here Absolutely recommended

A small, inconspicuous pizzeria that absolutely surprised us! We just wanted to satisfy our hunger quickly and cheaply before a concert and had no special requirements. We got restaurant quality pasta, pizza and salads!!! Super tasty and absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately our food was bad! Spaghetti Bolognese was ordered. The food smelled sour as soon as I opened the packaging. That's exactly how it tasted. After tasting, the food was thrown away immediately. This should have been noticed when preparing it. I find it an impertinence that such food is delivered.

Ordered a family pizza home. First of all it was too late, then it was so thinly topped and dry that we hardly enjoyed it and 36 euros is far too much for that. Will definitely not order there again sorry.Very disappointed.

Absolutely not recommended! We ordered two pizza trays today and they were completely inedible. The pizza was hard, the topping was too thin and burnt in some places. It seemed as if she had simply been warmed up. We immediately called the pizzeria to explain our concerns and receive a new pizza. We were not accommodated in any way. No solution whatsoever, just totally unfriendly and uncooperative. You can see how incapable this pizzeria is of criticism just by looking at the answers here. Once and never again!!!

Just got the delivery, I was so looking forward to eating an asparagus schnitzel, what a dark baked schnitzel with 4 asparagus pieces and a touch of sauce and €10.90 (ordered from Lieferando) so I think it's a bit cheeky... it was definitely better in the past …. :( Ordered last time....!

I paid 1.50 for broccoli on the pizza... the question is where is the broccoli... price performance ratio not good Addendum: So for 1.50 euros I still expect a little more on a pizza. The free drink at least made up for the fact that the two Coke Zeros we ordered weren't included. At least I get the money back from Ubereats. The kebab meat we ordered was also very little for the price. I can definitely rate it if I think there is little topping for the price if you know more about other pizzerias. That's why people simply don't order here again and as the owner you should be able to deal with criticism :)

Wir haben an Silvester 4 Bleche bestellt. Die Pizza kam pünktlich und hat super geschmeckt. Die Pizza "Vitamin-reich" War besonders gut! Waren auch sehr flexibel hinsichtlich einer Änderung der Lieferzeit.

Pizza und Falafelwrap waren super! Habe um möglichst wenig Käse gebeten und bekam möglichst wenig Käse! Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und geben sich sehr viel Mühe beim zubereiten, ich finde das schmeckt man. Wir haben jetzt endlich eine stamm Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke :)

Meine gestrige Bestellung bei La Rustica in Bochum war die Enttäuschung hin weg bestellen um 13.30 um 15.30 war noch nix da ich habe bestellt eine kleine Pizza Margarita bekamm eine große der Mann meinte er hätte mir aber den Preis einer kleinen Pizza berechnet mein Zigeuerschnitzel war in einer Schale ohne richtige Soße einfach nur Paparika drauf mit extra Pommes in einer Schale und mein Salat ebenfalls nicht gut hatte ein Dressing bestellt Essig und Öl als ich dies auf mein Salat machen wollte kam mir ein Geruch entgegen von geronnen Öl so das ich mein Salat nicht mehr essen konnte genau so wie auch die Kräuter Butter. Was am Ende der Bestellung gut war der freundliche Lieferant die Nuggets und die kleine Pizza schinken . Leider war der Rest ein reinfall so das ich da nicht mehr bestellen werde 👎

Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Champignons auf der Pizza und auch der Thunfisch haben nicht so geschmeckt, wie Thunfisch und Champignons normalerweise schmecken sollten. Die Qualität war also leider überhaupt nicht gut.. die Preise dafür aber umso höher. Wir bestellen dort nicht nochmal.

Unterirdisch!! Lange Lieferzeiten! Alle Speisen von A-Z hart durch kalkuliert. Ich hatte dicker belegte Butterbrote als die Calzone die ich von dort hatte. Dressing vom Salat nicht frisch. Auf dem Salat Original eine Cherrytomate, zwei Maisstücke. Keine Sauce bei den Nudeln. Keine Kräuterbutter zu den Brötchen. Aber Preise abrufen wie im altem Rom. Sorry, ich fühle mich richtig verarscht.

Haben bestellt. Pizzen sehr groß. Die oliven auf der diavolo Pizza wurden durch meinen Wunsch durch Pilze ersetzt. Lieferung mit 1 1/2 Stunden an einem Freitag ziemlich lang und einzige Sache, die auszusetzen ist. Lieben Gruß!

Essen wurde um 14:57h bestellt, geliefert um 17h. Als ich telefonisch um 15:43h nachfragte, wann mit dem Essen gerechnet werden könne, sagte mir der freundliche Fahrer die Uhrzeit: 16:20h. Um 16:33h rief mich der freundliche Mitarbeiter erneut an und entschuldigte sich, dass es noch länger dauert (die Lasagne wäre hingefallen & wäre gerade neu im Ofen, 1 Getränk gäbe es gratis dazu). Beim Eintreffen der bereits-bezahlten Gerichte, fiel leider folgendes auf: Beim Angebot "2x Pasta inkl Pizzabrötchen & 2x 0,33l Getränke", fehlten beide Getränke. Schnitzel mit Pommes waren leider kalt, bestellte Mayo für 0,80€ fehlte. Gefüllte Pizzabrötchen ebenfalls kalt. Schade. Mitarbeiter waren nämlich sehr freundlich.

Essen schmeckt kanns gut, Lieferung dauert aber über 2 Stunden

2x Schnitzel bestellt. Wir hatten leider eine alte Karte. 1x Paprika Schnitzel, 1x Hawai Schnitzel. Leider gibt es das Hawai Schnitzel mehr,was uns aber nicht gesagt wurde. Geliefert wurde ein Paprika Schnitzel und ein Curry Schnitzel mit Ananas ,beides leider nicht in einer leckeren Soße . Die" Soße " war eine Art Suppe. Dünn und wässrig. Käse gab's leider auch nicht,und Currywasser mit Ananas schmeckt nicht. Und beim Paprika Schnitzel war es nicht besser. War unsere erste und letzte Bestellung beim neuen Besitzer.

Megaleckere Pizza! Frisch gemacht und schnell am Tisch und die Bedienung war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und das ganze wurde auch noch mit italienischer Musik geschmückt. Dankeschön 😊

Burger Kalt patty nichtmal angeröstet, Agnus patty wabelich und trocken gebraten da erwartet man beide seiten einmal scharf anbraten dann 5 min ziehen lassen... Kartoffelecken dazubestellt bekommen aber pommes und kroketten. Pommes kalt und wabbelig... 4 mal Aioli bei bestellt nur eines bekommen. werde ich kein weiteres mal bestellen. Zu viel verkackt bei der ersten bestellung...

Die Lieferung verlief etwas holprig, ist auf dem Betriebsgelände leider nicht zu vermeiden. Salat uns Pizza waren geschmacklich top! Gerne wieder

Neuer Eigentümer seit 1.12.22 pizza war lecker und Pizza Brötchen frisch gemacht und Butter war auch sehr gut. Mann kann da wieder gut essen.

Heute zwei Nudelgerichte und eine Pizza bestellt. Nudeln waren kalt und nicht gewürzt, Pizza war ebenfalls kalt und pappig. Von den Nudeln in Scampi-Sahnesauce gab es dazu noch umgehend Durchfall.

Ich wohne seit über 10 Jahren in der Nähe und hab mittlerweile den 3 Inhaber Wechsel mitbekommen. Das Essen ist gut. Pizza kann er Nudeln eher nicht so….

Besitzwechsel wurde mir vom Lieferanten gesagt... Seit Jahren Kundin dort jetzt nicht mehr ... Mir hat es nicht geschmeckt weder Pizzaboden noch Belag und für zwei normale Pizzen knappe 20€ zu verlangen, unverschämt.

Das Essen ist teilweise nur lauwarm geliefert worden bei einer Strecke von 10 min. Das Essen war leider geschmacklich enttäuschend, Fertigsoße auf einem sehr kleinen Schnitzel, Wetges statt Pommes, Salat wurde erst garnicht geliefert. Pizza war am Rand stark verbrannt und nur lauwarm. Keine Empfehlung

3x Pastagerichte, eine Pizza, 3x6 Pizzabrötchen und 2 Schnitzelgerichte bestellt. Statt wie angegeben Pommes wurden Wedges geliefert. Pizza war kalt und verbrannt, Nudeln in Soße ertränkt, in einem Pastagericht war ein undefinierbarer Faden (Barthaar/Wurm?!?) enthalten. Beilagensalate haben gefehlt.Pizzabrötchen waren in Ordnung. Nach telefonischer Beschwerde wurden uns zwar Pommes und Salate nachgeliefert, wir haben auch eine Cola als „Entschädigung“ bekommen, trotzdem war auf einer Pommes wieder ein graues Haar drauf. Wir sind zu 5. im Spätdienst und fast jeder hat von uns Durchfall und Magenkrämpfe bekommen. Noch nie so was erlebt, hier bestellen wir garantiert nie wieder!

Bestellung für über 70€ aufgegeben. Pizza war verbrannt und kalt, statt Pommes erhielten wir Wedges, Salat wurde ganz vergessen, Nudeln waren in Soße ertränkt, Broccoli musste man dagegen leider suchen. Nie wieder 😡

Lieferzeit wurde mit 60min angegeben, wir haben über 2 Std gewartet...die Pommes waren nicht durch, das Schnitzel mit soße war für 9,50 ein Wiener Schnitzel mit 3 Champignons. Die Pizza war lecker, das war aber auch das einzige

Obwohl ich jedes Mal anmerke, dass ich gerne viel Knoblauch hätte und das sonst nie klappt, wird es jedes Mal wieder ignoriert. Das war jetzt meine letzte Bestellung.
