I have ordered several times via Lieferando. Burgers were always very good. There are no better ones in my delivery area. Staff is very nice, prices are okay. Keep it up

Alte Wittener Str. 38What really upsets me is the mess when picking up the order. Your number is in the field “being prepared” and then it appears in the field “ready for pickup” and you get to the counter, you won’t be noticed at first. When you ask, you get a stupid answer, yes, if you wait another 10 minutes, one of the employees shouts your waiting number throughout the store. When you ask why such a system is not being used properly, you either get a rude answer or no answer at all. I find it impossible!!!
