McDonald's in Bochum

Actually a good Mces, but something is constantly forgotten and that's annoying. I'm slowly getting tired of going to the store. Sauces or the extra cheese we ordered were forgotten several times. Unfortunately there is nothing else in the corner in the evenings.

It can happen that you get the wrong food... Instead of cheeseburger I got a chili cheeseburger, very stupid

Dirty, just dirty!!! No clean table (store not!!! full) toilets...🤮... The service...a disaster! Food lukewarm...even though we ate in the store.

Everyone is nice, but there are workers in this restaurant whose treatment is unpleasant and racist, so I hate entering this restaurant because of these two hateful people.

Actually quite a new McD, but not great staff, half of them forget when eating, tables dirty (although not very busy), upper floor unfortunately closed, toilets only partially ok - other McDs do this much better, even at rush hour

There are homeless people in the building

Ordered 8 croissants and 4 coffees, it has now been 25 minutes since we ordered and now they are telling us it will take another 15 minutes to receive the order. That was after we asked for an update twice. They could at least have the basic courtesy to inform us if it's taking so long. When I asked for a refund he simply said it wasn't possible. Now I'm stuck here for the next 15 minutes or I lose 20 euros. Great. I don't really blame the employees, more the management. If it is busy time, more employees should be available. Therefore, I'm leaving an angry review 🙂.

This is not about food, even though the food is average, it's McDonalds what do you expect. This is about manager totally disrespecting on of their own employee. i was waiting to pick up my food to take out and this girl preparing my food and other food ( working on the counter ). She was very quick and did all her chores, sorted and she saw her colleague working on drive through get stumble hammered by orders, so this great girl jumped into help her. Then this manager comes out ( some south Asian origin) yell at her in front of all the customers for helping her colleague. This man is clearly not suitable for a managing position, where this manager should have done is take her somewhere away from customers and talked to her in decent manor so customer will not see and hear all this scenario. This girl felt so embarrassed because all the customers were looking at her and this girl didn't do anything wrong and she completed all her chores and she jumped to help her colleague. If a higher management see this I want you to discipline this shift manager for mistreatment of other employees. Employees have rights, they not get deserved to embarrassed in public. This happened on Saturday the 29th of September 2024 around 1130pm .

Relatively new McDonald’s. Only six ordering terminals, which unfortunately means that it sometimes takes a long time to order. Because the store has two floors, there is plenty of seating. There is also a children's play corner

Ordering at the terminal takes an extremely long time. Often fails. Payment at the terminal is not possible at all.

McDonald's like everyone else. The food was even warm and tasty, the service could have made more of an effort to be clean... The employees seemed listless

Really bad McDonald's branch, food just kept being thrown away, fries see picture, always little and again something was forgotten, this time the curry sauce. That's it for me now, I'd rather go to Witten, the staff are at least making an effort there.

There's nothing going on in the store and you still have to wait over 10 minutes for your food. But the food was warm.

Tables not wiped and staff twiddling their thumbs. Why can the staff 'chill' despite the place being full? Correct: The order terminals are slower than my C64.. The card payment alone takes easily 3 minutes and each click on the display takes at least 10 seconds for something to happen. I don't want to speculate about the reasons for this, but it's no fun to serve when you're hungry. (Other customers already asked because the receipt paper was empty... It wasn't empty, it just takes time..)

First I got the wrong bag and luckily it hadn't set off yet. Then we received our order, which, as it later turned out, contained a completely different meal than what was ordered. Ultimately, mayo and ketchup were missing and the milkshake wasn't the one we ordered either. Since we were already on the way, we couldn't complain anymore. This shop is a mess and not recommended.

Terminal machines are extremely slow and you can only pay with a card you insert

Real miscarriages that you can't even manage to pack all 4 things for an order with 4 items, do yourself a favor and don't eat somewhere else in this snotty shed, they'll forget everything

Service was overwhelmed. Had to go there 3 times because something was missing.

We celebrated our children's birthday there today and as a mother I was very disappointed. Everything that is promised on the website at the children's birthday party does not take place there... The children weren't allowed to prepare their own burgers in the kitchen and there wasn't even a tour of the kitchen... the birthday child didn't get a birthday present, which wouldn't have mattered to us, nor was he allowed to make his own ice cream. There was no ice cream for him at all. There is a basketball hoop in the games area but there is no ball for it in the store. There was also no ball available for the other game for which a ball is intended. This course was only partially playable and was broken. The room was not decorated or decorated as pirate themed as discussed. The paper plates, balloons, napkins and wooden cutlery lay in a pile on the table. I have to say that for birthdays you only have to pay for what you eat and you can also book a chocolate cake, which was very tasty. The room and the paper plates etc. are free but there is no air conditioning at all and it was really hot in there. The boss was very friendly but didn't really care about us. It's all a shame, even though the website supposedly offers so much in 90 minutes. Not recommendable

Unclean, all garbage cans full. Was in transit. I now have severe stomach pain and the bathroom is now my living room. Never again.. not recommended. Was there on July 24, 2024.

I chose table service even though there were no numbers, I entered the table number. My order was ready, then someone came and told me that I could only do something like that using my cell phone and that there were no normal table numbers because there weren't enough employees today. But he found time to tell me and lecture me instead of bringing me my order. I had to pick it up myself. Tables were not wiped. The colleague later wiped other tables, unfortunately not mine.

Too long waiting times. After placing the order, it took over 9 minutes until I received my two ice creams and 0.25 liters of cola. Everything to go, even though I ordered to "eat in here".

Especially between 10:20 p.m. and 10:50 p.m. you get completely cold fries that have probably been left for a long time, that's not possible! coupon menu double cheese... please reprimand those responsible accordingly, unbelievable... edit: by the way, the cheeseburgers look exactly like this!

Visited in the middle of the night on the weekend, burgers were very tasty and the service and employees were unsurpassably good, never been treated so well and friendly if you compare it with other McDonald's

Of course the food tastes like everywhere else at McDonald's. As far as cleanliness is concerned, things don't look so good. The tables and chairs are always dirty. That's why it's unpleasant to eat there. Better to take the food with you and eat somewhere else. The waiting times are okay. There are the touchscreens. I find this very practical and convenient!

The food is fast food as you know it. Personally, I really like McCafe because you can easily just buy a coffee here. Furthermore, the location is great. The service is actually always quite good, and if a mistake is made they will be happy to help you.

Nothing works at all in the store. The ordering machines are as slow as if they were from 1950 and usually don't work at all. In addition, 80% of the staff cannot speak understandable German. Not recommendable

Unfriendly staff. I was ignored despite refusing several times and my order did not match what was brought to my table. Cardboard drinking straws are disgusting, the drinks taste like paper. No plastic bags but felling trees for billions of drinking straws. For me, McDonald's is history.

There's not much to say about the food (although I've never received an incorrect or incorrect order there). The employees on site are nice and friendly, even under stress.

I used to go to the McDonald's more often but it has really deteriorated into a bad place. It's a wonder the health department wasn't there yet!! I was there with a friend a week ago and we had the same menu and after that we both got really sick. I'm not feeling much better yet... Worst McDonald's I've ever seen! Card payment doesn't work when ordered at the terminal! Then you stand at the checkout for 15 minutes and NO ONE collects money!!! Then another 10 minutes until you have your food. That has nothing to do with fast food anymore!!!

The food was very tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, the fast food restaurant was supposed to be open until 3 a.m. and at 2 a.m. they let us in as the last customers. I found that very bold. Also, the regular toilets were already closed and I had to use the disabled toilet

Very clean and spacious restaurant with friendly employees. Unfortunately, the restaurant is far away from Bochum city. Because from March 31, 2024 there will no longer be a McDonald's restaurant in the city of Bochum. All others are about 3 to 4 kilometers from the center. So customers are unfriendly because I can only get there by car or by public transport if necessary.

Super fast, food is warm. But the toilet could and should be cleaned a little more often. There were language problems at the checkout because the really nice woman could hardly understand me, but our food was complete and warm.

Unfortunately the tables were not cleaned. The positive thing is that there is a dispenser for paper towels in the toilet and you can avoid using the Dyson bacteria spinner.

Amazing ambience , super friendly and supportive staff. The overall quality is very nice. The environment in-house is very calm. You can sit here for some time with friends and family. They even have a playing space for kids.

Clean, staff friendly and it tastes good too, it's just a fast food chain.

Most of it is prepared quite fresh, as the throughput is quite high. Fast operation but terminals that tend to struggle with technical problems. Fits overall.

Die Pakistanis oder Inder sind sehr aggresiv und unfreundlich.

McDonald’s hat sich seit der Pandemie wirklich schlecht entwickelt. Diese Filiale ist ein gutes Beispiel. Das Personal quatscht die ganze Zeit lieber miteinander, statt sich um die Kunden zu kümmern. Die Terminals sind super langsam, stürzen sehr häufig ab und die Kartenzahlung ist auch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Sollte es Aktionen geben, in dem ein besonderes Glas zu haben ist, sortieren die Mitarbeiten die besonderen Gläser sofort aus und geben die weniger attraktiven Gläser an die Kunden aus. (Kein Witz, da stand ein Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen und hat alle Kartons aufgemacht und nach einem goldenen Glas gesucht.) Die Tische kleben häufig und es liegt vermehrt Müll rum. Cheeseburger und Chickenburger einfach jeweils 2,50€… Das ist so lächerlich hoch. Dafür kann die Filiale zwar weniger, bleibt ja aber trotzdem McDonald’s. Auch, dass man jetzt Gutscheine nur noch über die Apps machen kann. Es gibt einfach keine interessanten Angebote mehr. Früher noch Los Wochos, heute gibt es als große Innovation zwei Fleischscheiben mehr auf dem BigMac. Damit holt man einfach niemandem mehr hervor.

Unterirdisch! Ein gesperrter Bereich sollte sauber sein...ebenso wie die Toilette. Auf das hinweisen das die pommestüte nur halb gefüllt und kalt ist bekommt man die Antwort neee kann nicht sein habe ich gerade erst rausgeholt.

Wir wollten mit Sammel Punkte kostenlos Chicken Nuggets kostenlos nehmen stattdessen haben sie uns das Geld abgebucht als wir was gesagt haben meinten die wir sollen das nächste mal online machen und jetzt können die nichts machen. Absolute Frechheit der Filalleiter komplett Inkompetent

Ketchup aber keine Pommes , Chicken Nuggets aber keine süßsauer Soße. Alles von den hier genannten Sachen wurden bestellt.

Zum Essen ist es leider nicht gekommen. Standen geschlagene zehn Minuten dort, ohne überhaupt beachtet zu werden. Aber wenn die Freundin der Angestellten beim Mc Café erscheint wird natürlich freundlich sofort bedient. Unfassbarer Service. Danke, nie wieder

Der neue Mitarbeiter im McCafe hat es in einer viertel Stunde (nachdem der Rest der Bestellung schon fertig war) nicht hinbekommen meinen Kaffee zu machen, aber hat in dieser Zeit mehrfach frauenfeindliche Dinge gesagt und mehrfach gejammert, dass er wieder zurück in eine andere Filiale möchte (ich vermute, dass er mit Kaffekochen maßlos überfordert war). Ich bin dann ohne Kaffee nach Hause gegangen und werde wegen so einem peinlichen Auftreten vor Kunden auch nicht wieder kommen.

Essen: grade zwei cheeseburger gekauft, die haben geschmeckt als hätte man sie letzte Woche noch hinterm Herd gefunden.. Service: die Bedienung war stark am Husten und wirkte krank.. In so einem Zustand geht man nicht arbeiten. Vorallem nicht wenn man den ganzen Tag mit Kunden Kontakt hat..

Also die Hamburger sind fast eine Frechheit, da sollten die Verantwortlichen mal die Werbung mit dem Original vergleichen.

Ich würde sagen da muss mal ein ganzes Regiment Raumpfleger durch putzen sonst bekommt man den Dreck nicht mehr in den Griff. Tische und Sitzplätzen laden zum kotzen ein . also nehmt immer genug sagrotan Tücher mit. Mit Kindern würde ich hier nicht essen gehen. Dann habe ich beobachtet das behinderte Menschen hier vor verschlossener Toilette stehen,sie können nicht einfach aufs Klo gehen wie alle anderen Menschen auch, sie müssen fragen ob man ihnen das Klo auf gemacht wird , da wo andere in der Schlange stehen und ihre Burger bestellen, wie unangenehm, ich bin peinlich berührt.

Essen zusammengeschmissen das man den Burger selber erstmal essbar belegen muss, dann fehlt der halbe Belag und alles wirkt eher aufgewärmt als frisch. Service gleich 0 man hat Automaten wo man auswählen kann das man das essen an den Tisch bringen lassen will, gibts aber nicht da sie die Schilder hinter der Kasse alle haben. Alle Tische und Bänke dreckig, würde niemandem empfehlen hier her zu kommen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, dann mach ich mir lieber einen 2min burger im Micro warm. Und der obere Stock wo die Toiletten sind das man seine Hände waschen kann war auch gesperrt. Noch keinen schlechteren Mc Donalds erlebt!

Unterirdisch. Schon mehrfach haben Produkte gefehlt, nimmt sich niemand was von an. Am Telefon man ausgelacht.

Hatten Menüs zum mitnehmen genommen .. zu Hause angekommen fehlte nur leider 2 burger .. Aber auch die burger die wir hatten waren die Packungen durch geweicht ..

Was ich sehr schlecht finde,sind das die Tische und die Sitze. Sauberkeit ist nicht gegeben.Man muss wirklich aufpassen wo man anpackt.Service finde ich 👌. Trinkhalme gibt's nicht, Umweltschutzgründe.

Sehr nettes Personal. Meine Bestellung war unkompliziert und war schnell fertig. Ich habe draußen gesessen es war wunderbares Wetter. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke

Richtig schlecht. Es wurde gesagt wenn wir eine Bewertung abschicken würde man Eis für 50cent bekommen. Haben wir auch getan aber kein Eis bekommen.

Typischer McDonald's halt – in dieser Filiale ist mir in den letzten Monaten aber die besondere Freundlichkeit des Personals positiv aufgefallen.

Wir wollten über Lieferando bestellen und nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit kam eine Mail das die Bestellung storniert wurde.

Fastfood, so wie man es kennt. Schnell, warm, lecker. Wenn man mehr bestellt, bitte den Inhalt der Tüte überprüfen. Freundliche Dame, bei der Bestellung.

Bedienung kann nicht mal das Produkt einpacken obwohl zum mitnehmen angeordnet war. Den Kunden wird dann eine tüte gegeben, und ich soll es selber einpacken. Schlechter Service. Bestell Automaten funktionieren nicht. Das Essen einfach zusammen gepappt, fertig.

Also die Pommes waren leider nicht wirklich gesalzen und auch nur noch Laus warm. Und wie es so ist. Die Vorfreude und der Appetit ist größer als der Genuss.

Meine Erfahrung bei McDonald's war erneut enttäuschend. Trotz Bezahlung für ein Essen für vier Personen über den Drive-in, fehlte zu Hause wieder einmal ein ganzes Gericht. Dies ist leider nicht das erste Mal, dass meine Bestellung unvollständig ist, und es frustriert mich zunehmend. Die Überprüfung der Bestellung vor Ort im Auto ist schwierig,weil man wegen Platzmangel nicht alles auspacken kann. Für eine weltweit bekannte Firma wie McDonald's sollte es selbstverständlich sein, die Bestellungen korrekt zusammenzustellen, insbesondere wenn sie im Voraus bezahlt wurden. Es ist ärgerlich und zeugt von mangelndem Organisationstalent, wenn Kunden befürchten müssen, unvollständige Bestellungen zu erhalten. Ich hoffe auf Besserung in Bezug auf die Servicequalität und die Genauigkeit der Bestellungen bei McDonald's. Solche wiederholten Fehler sind inakzeptabel und beeinträchtigen die Erfahrung der Kunden negativ.

Sehr dreckig. Unfreundliches Personal. Desinfektionsspender leer. Da gehen wir nie wieder hin.
