Pizzeria La Margherita in Frankfurt am Main

They say the truth comes from the mouths of children. Yesterday I got pasta and pizza there for the first time, today my son says so. Dad, can we get yesterday's pasta. I think that says it all. Super friendly people there, great food, appropriate prices, the other comments were right. You can't go wrong here.

Pizza and pasta were fantastic and the service was very nice

I can say as a former pizza chef that this pizzeria is truly a spectacle, everything is truly fantastic from the appetizers to the pizzas and the pasta... they put their heart into everything they prepare and you can see it from the moment you are served. The environment is truly family-like, it feels like being at home every time here. The dough is crunchy as I like it and therefore I can only compliment it and recommend it to everyone. I attach below the photo of two pizzas as an example. <3

Very tasty food and large portions!

We had a lovely meal dining at La Margherita! It was one of the best meal we had travelling to Germany ! Authentic Italian and good quality ingredients! We went on a Saturday and they were full but we lucked out and got a table outside. (Do call to make reso!) Otherwise we were ready to buy takeout. We enjoyed our pasta, pizza, and tiramisu! Staff are welcoming and courteous. Pricing is also very fair ! Full menu on their website!

Pizza romagnola (with pistachio cream) and pizza bernaldabella (with truffle oil) are the best!

The small but very nice restaurant offers a familiar and very pleasant atmosphere. The service is very friendly and committed. It was a very nice event for our birthday party. The food was fabulous. Both the foot Illy with the chicken and the one with the beef were delicious and spoiled me like grandmas spoil their grandchildren back home. The staff works with heart.

When we arrived at closing time, despite everything the guys were available in preparing 2 pizzas for us, one of which was off the menu. The pizzas were really good, not the usual rubbery pizzas you find around, even though we arrived at the hotel not very hot they were excellent. Recommended pizzeria!!!

The food tasted and looked outstanding, and the service was totally friendly and competent. There was a great response to the fact that we were only allowed to eat at a certain time due to Ramadan. The food came on time. We are very excited and will definitely come back. Great, keep it up!

Wir waren aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen da und können uns den positiven Meinungen nur anschliessen. Eine sehr gemütliche, fast familiär geführte Pizzeria mit einem sehr symphatischen Inhaber. Der Salat und die 2 Pizzen waren überdurchschnittlich gut und auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Aufgrund des sehr dünnen Teigs würde ich die Pizza aber direkt vor Ort essen. Bei Mitnahme oder Lieferung könnte die Qualität etwas leiden. Wir kommen wieder und werden sicher ein paar Freunde mitbringen.

Trovare un ristorante che ti ricordi casa è difficile, ma La Margherita ci riesce. Le pizze sono di ottima qualità e gli ingredienti sono freschi e buonissimi. I piatti serviti ti fanno fare un viaggio tra i sapori tipici italiani e il personale è sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Anche il servizio da asporto è ottimo. Da italiana, posso proprio dire che è un piccolo scorcio di vera Italia nella grande Francoforte. La consiglio vivamente.

Eine nette Pizzeria. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Pizza wird frisch zubereitet. Man sieht, riecht und schmeckt, dass die verwendeten Zutaten von guter Qualität sind. Fruchtige Tomatensauce, klein gezupfter Mozzarella, der richtig schön Fäden zieht und ein paar Blättchen Basilikum machen die Pizza Margherita zum Gaumenschmauß. 7,20 € für eine große (33 cm Durchmesser werden es schon gewesen sein) Pizza Margherita sind dafür ein sehr guter Preis. Edit Oktober 2023: Auch im Oktober 2023 ist die Pizza noch immer sehr gut, mit einem fairen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und freundlichem Personal.

Bisher die vielleicht beste Pizza, die ich gegessen habe. Alles hat gepasst: frische Tomatensauce, knuspriger, dünner Boden, schmackhafte Mozarella und der Rand war auch knusprig.

Da dove iniziare a raccontare i pregi di questa pizzeria? Lacale abbastanza piccolo e molto accogliente, ha anche alcuni tavolini all´aperto. La pulizia regna sovrana. I due titolari sono di una simpatia e di una bontá uniche. La pizza é sottile e croccante e, anche se ammetto di preferire i bordi alti e le lievitazioni napoletane, viene condita con ingredienti di alta qualitá. Sapori italiani a Francoforte.

Auf jeden Fall mit eine der besten Pizzerien in Frankfurt am Main. Wenn man dort bestellt und selbst abholt kriegt man sogar noch ein Dessert pro Pizza geschenkt. Das nenne ich Kundenbindung. Man kann dort auch nett sitzen und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.

Vito è una persona splendida che ci ha cucinato con pazienza e mantenendo quelli che sono i canoni di qualità Italiana. Cibi freschissimi, tipici Italiani, di qualità, pizze buonissime e primi piatti altrettanto buoni. Eravamo in 5 e siamo usciti in 5 ma contenti. Grande Vito continua così!!!! Da hat mal "Frankfurt geht aus 2020" was richtig gemacht (was selten ist). Sie hat diese Pizzeria als die beste Pizzaria auserkoren. Die Tischreservierung ging schnell. Hygiene Standart sehr gut umgesetzt. Die Bestellung geht schnell da auch das Personal sehr freundlich und und zuvorkommend ist. Es gibt hier auch italienisches Bier. Die Pizzabäcker haben Spaß an ihrem Beruf und das schmeckt man. Die Pizza ist eine Wucht. Der Sugo von Tomaten ist klasse, nicht salzig, die verschiedenen Beilagen gut, ausgewogen plaziert und frisch. Auch der Nachtisch kann überzeugen. Wir kommen wieder.

Un po' decentrata rispetto alla zona locali ma ne vale la pena.. pizza con gusto italiano, a parte forse alcuni ingredienti, ma la pasta della pizza è veramente buona e cotta al punto giusto.. Prezzo non modico paragonato all'Italia ma normale per francoforte.. Se siete in zona ne vale la pena!

Sonntag Abend, spontan Lust auf Pizza aber keine Lust auf ChiChi und keine Lust auf Lieferdienst. Dafür hat der Ortskundige natürlich ein paar Ideen in der Hinterhand aber "kein Parkplatz bzw. brechend voll" führte zu einer tollen Neuentdeckung! Die Pizza Bar La Margherita in der Wittelsbacher 65. Über diese Adresse stolpert man nicht zwangsläufig aber man sollte unbedingt gezielt dorthin gehen. Das relativ kleine, gemütliche Lokal - ganz grob in der Nähe der Naxos Hallen - wird von zwei erfahrenen Gastronomen betrieben, die wirklich was von ihrem Handwerk verstehen! Zum Glück für uns sind sie nach einigen Auslandsengagements bei uns in Frankfurt sesshaft geworden und zaubern wirklich ausgesprochen leckere Pizze! Auffällig ist, daß besonders auf die Qualität der Zutaten geachtet wird. Da wird nicht irgendeine Tomate verwendet, sondern die richtige San Marzano, nicht irgendein weißer Kautschukaufschnitt als Mozzarella verwurstelt, sondern echter Büffelmozzarella. Die meinen es richtig ernst und bieten sehr gute Qualität zu absolut fairen Preisen an. Die La Margherita ist aber nicht ein TakeAway mit ein paar Tischen. Man sitzt auch nett im gemütlichen Restaurant. Erinnert alles an Urlaub, die Stimmung ist bestens. Auch die angebotenen Weine sind von sehr ordentlicher Qualität, so daß einem gemütlichen, leckeren Abend nichts im Wege steht. Kurzum Großes Kompliment!
