Pizzeria Italia in Hamm

The food is excellent. The service is okay. The atmosphere is okay. Deliveries arrive quickly and are very hot. Unfortunately, prices are not always up-to-date.

The food was okay, the staff very friendly. The prices are quite high. Spaghetti bolognese for €11 is a bit steep for a delivery service. I'd pay significantly more for that at an Italian restaurant, and there's a chic atmosphere. But if you're in a hurry...

The schnitzel and asparagus was terrible. I didn't want fries with it, but they brought me fries anyway, only to throw them away... The pizza is good, but it would have been better if it were sliced.

Never again, because my order was confirmed with Lieferando and I had to pay 4 euros for delivery (food had to be ordered for at least 35 euros), after about 35 minutes the delivery was canceled. That's why never again. 😉

Very tasty, always fresh and very friendly, can only be recommended 5 stars ⭐️

The order arrived incomplete. After a phone call, part of the missing order was delivered. On the second call, they again explained that parts of the order were still missing, and then dismissed the request with the words, "I know what I spent." It's a shame.

Fast delivery with hot pizzas. I'd be happy to come again.

The pizzas themselves are truly delicious. Unfortunately, the service has seriously deteriorated. I ordered twice in the last few weeks after a long break, and both times the food didn't arrive until 15-20 minutes after we called to ask when our food would be coming, even though it should have been there 15 minutes ago. In other words, both times it wasn't prepared until after we called. The last time, we ordered via the website, for the earliest possible delivery date: 45 minutes after the store opened. An hour after the store opened, we were told on the phone that the oven needed to heat up first. I'll either turn the oven on earlier or wait until later to accept orders.

I've never had such amazing, delicious tuna pizza rolls anywhere else, and I've ordered them all over Germany. A real-sized roll, super crunchy, and well-filled. Great taste. Includes two garlic sauces, one aioli, and one butter, also good. I highly recommend it.

That was underground! I called and wanted to order 2 pizzas. I was asked "where should it be delivered to" and when I said "Freiske" I was told "it's not worth it for 2 pizzas". Our zip code is 59069 and that of the pizza service...59069!!! Okay, no problem... then I'll just "advertise" this delivery service 👎👎👎. Luckily there are other restaurants that deliver and we now order there and so do many other people 👍

Very tidy, friendly people and good seats

We have now always received an incomplete order for two consecutive orders. The first time my husband's pizza was forgotten, this time the pizza rolls. Something like that can happen sometimes, but I think twice within a month is a lot.

Unfortunately, both pizzas had far too thick toppings. In addition, even with the rocket pizza you had to put the rocket itself on it, as well as the cheese and the tomatoes - and there was also ham on it, which wasn't on the menu. The salmon pizza was so thickly topped that the topping slipped off me and the pizza didn't taste good either. Delivery time was 60 minutes.

Ordered pizza via the website. After 20 minutes, I received a cancellation through the shop software used by the restaurant. Money was also returned via Paypal. After calling why the order was canceled, they just said (very unfriendly): "I have no idea, I have to ask the boss, maybe we won't deliver to you, it'll be there in 2 hours, no order arrived" Then they simply hung up. We accepted that and got food somewhere else. 2! Hours later, a delivery person is at the door and wants to deliver our order. After asking why it was still being delivered and pointing out the cancellation, it was very aggressively pointed out that he now had to drive that route and we should take the pizza. We said no and the driver called his boss and gave me the phone. Here I was really shouted at that I should take the pizza and there would be no cancellations. When we were told that we had already eaten and didn't have any cash and couldn't pay for the order, we cursed even more and simply hung up. We can't say anything about the food (perhaps fortunately) but about the staff and the boss we definitely give it a thumbs down and only one star which is actually too much!

Been there for the first time and now never again! Very unhygienic store. The cooked ham was taken out of the pot with the fingers, then torn with the hands and placed on the pizza. The rest of the cooked ham was thrown back into the container. Boiled ham landed on the container and was thrown in with the finger. The cooked ham had many bruises. The old Bolognese was still stuck to the Bolognese spoon; it was very brown, almost black. We picked up the pizza and ate it at home. The cardboard boxes where the pizza was in smelled musty and old because they were taken from the basement. Unfortunately the pizza tastes like that even though it was only a 5 minute drive. Unfortunately it was €33 for the bin...since the pizzas were unfortunately inedible.

Reasonable prices, nice team and delicious food.

The pizzas have recently become more expensive and smaller. The largest pizza is advertised as being 32cm in diameter, but is less than 30cm in diameter. This has happened several times now, before they were bigger. Outrageous when you consider that energy prices are falling again. Other pizzerias go down again with their prices and here they increase and increase and make them smaller. As a consumer you are being ripped off. If you do this with every pizza you will save a lot of money at excessive prices.

Maybe you should explain to your driver how much distance you have to keep when overtaking a bicycle. It's definitely great advertising for your store. ;-)

Just ordered there! It was actually supposed to take an hour but the food arrived much quicker and in Werries. Pizza still very hot, baked crispy, spicy and lots of toppings! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Thank you ☺️

We have been ordering there for several years and are always very satisfied! The pizza always tastes delicious, the employees are always friendly and if you pick up the food you ordered on site, it usually only takes a total of 15 minutes from the time you call until everything is ready.

We have now ordered 3-4 times here. The food is great, the delivery person and the man on the phone are very friendly. I can't understand the negative reviews.

I can't say anything about the ambience. The delivery was super fast . But a rocket pizza with live ingredients (small beetles) doesn't work at all!!! Never again !!!!

We ordered there again and were again extremely satisfied. The pizza 🍕 was well topped and very tasty. The pot of Tris was also filled to the top and very tasty. The salad is totally fresh, the pot is full to the brim. Plenty and large pizza rolls included. So far we have ordered elsewhere. So far... Italia has a new regular customer. The food is very tasty, the staff and boss are always very friendly. We order there regularly. If something was forgotten, we got it without any problems.

I am satisfied with this store. The pizzas taste great, as do the filled and unfilled pizza rolls. I've also had schnitzel and it was okay. The burgers are not my thing. Delivery or collection usually doesn't take long. I usually order the pizza on request. 4 ingredients of your choice.

A very unfriendly boss who can also shout at someone if his shop is not running. But the problem is that he can also shout at his customers and doesn't even want to listen to what I have to say. Very unprofessional. The food was ok but after all the screaming I couldn't eat anything. The boss also said I should never order from them again, but I only asked when my order would arrive because it was 2 hours late. I can't recommend it.

Food very tasty, ambience: snack!

Personally, I think it's really great when you order a burger with bacon and cheese (Western Burger according to the menu), then you don't get it, you just get a burger with sauce without any trace of cheese and bacon, then you call the restaurant to say this is missing from the burger and you are told that there is a small piece of bacon on it and that would be correct. Looking for the problem with customers is a great strategy, honestly, KEEP IT UP!

Заказываем в этой пиццерии с момента открытия. Но со временем сервис стал ужасен. Постоянно что-то забывают положить или перепутают. То йогурт для салата забудут, то целую пиццу забудут, то ингредиенты не свежие. Если шефа нет на месте - проверяйте заказ, потому что вас же потом и упрекнут.

Sehr leckere Pizzen und toller Lieferservice

Leider habe ich matschige Pommes gehabt, am liebsten wäre es mir wenn man die separat packen könnte. Aber abgesehen davon war es sehr lecker und die Bedienung war sehr nett. Gaanz leckere Brötchen mit ajoli

Pizza ist okay, der Preis von 11€ für eine normale Thunfisch-Pizza mit pepperoni ist absolut übertrieben… für 11€ darf man mehr Qualität erwarten

Leckere Pizza, große Auswahl, nette Bedienung, zuverlässige Lieferung. Ist aber eher was zum Abholen oder Liefern lassen. Der Sitzbereich ist nicht so gemütlich. Aber als Pizzeria zum Liefern, bzw. Abholen sehr zu empfehlen.

Gutes Essen aber mittelmäßige Wartezeit

Die Lieferung war schneller da, als bei Lieferando angezeigt wurde - super! Es war noch schön warm und sehr lecker! Es gab mehr als genug Kräuterbutter für die Pizzabrötchen und die Pizzen waren sehr saftig und frisch! 5 Sterne und hier wird wieder bestellt!

Haben mehrmals dort bestellt, Personal am Telefon als auch beim Lieferservice sehr nett. Pizzen waren frisch , gut belegt und heiß, auch unsere Wünsche nach wenig Tomatensauce wurden immer berücksichtigt, also durchaus empfehlenswert.

Pizzeria hier um die Ecke in Westtünnen. Ganz praktisch wenn man mal schnelle Pizza haben und sie sich selbst abholen möchte.

Die beste Pizzeria in der Nähe Lieferzeiten sind top nie über einer Stunde auf meine Pizza warten müssen bei 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Die Pizzeria an sich ist auch ganz schön. Die Auswahl an Nudeln und Pizza sind sehr vielfältig und lecker, besonders die Pizzabrötchen sind top Personal vor Ort sind alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Wir haben das 1. Mal dort bestellt und sind sehr zufrieden. Geliefert wurde 10 min eher und die Pizzen waren perfekt, sehr gut belegt, leckerer Boden und richtig heiß,was wir bei Pizza bisher nie hatten. Und sehr lecker war es auch. Preisleistung auch super.Alle Daumen hoch.

Beste pizaria ever LG aus münster

Wir holen ca. 1 mal im Monat Pizza (vor Ort ab). Schmeckte schon vor 2 Jahren gut, sind über die Jahre sogar noch besser geworden. Großzügiger Belag, angenehmer Boden, keine trockene Kruste. Auch die Pasta ist lecker, wobei sie manchmal etwas salzig seien kann (eigentlich aber immer gut). Vor Ort sehr Freundliches Team. Die Preise werden häufig aktualisiert, deswegen sind die Flyer nicht immer aktuell. Über Online - Bestellungen kann ich nicht urteilen. Für uns und viele Bekannte ist das hier einer der besten Orte in Hamm essen zu bestellen.

Gerade gelieferte Pizza. Keine Ahnung warum man hier meckert. Super Qualität und Fahrer war sehr nett. Bin begeistert und bestelle definitiv wieder!

Das Essen ist zwar gut, wie kann es jedoch sein, dass die Gerichte auf Lieferando viel teurer sind als auf der Karte bzw. auf dem Flyer angegeben? Es sind ja genau die selben Speisen, dennoch sind sie teilweise mehrere Euro teurer.

Frisch, guter Preis, gut belegt, sofort da, netter Lieferant! Alles top!

Der Insalata Primavera war überragend. Ich habe selten einen so frischen und leckeren Salat verköstigt. Gerne hätte ich noch etwas mehr Käse gehabt. Immer wieder gerne, nur zu empfehlen.

Dies war unsere zweite Bestellung und wir sind sehr zufrieden sehr freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen immer wieder gerne👍

Guten Tag meine lieben Freunde des runden Genusses. Nachdem mehrere Leute auf einen, wie die Jugend heut zu Tage sagt Scam aufmerksam gemacht haben, indem eine zu kleine Größe der Pizza angekommen ist, habe ich auch einmal das Lineal angelegt. Zu meinem bedauern war meine 32cm Maxi Pizza nur 28,5cm groß. Dadurch fehlen mir 166mm². Vermeintlich wenig, prozentual allerdings gerundet fast 20% In diesem Sinne verbleibe ich mit einem Schade.

Richtig gut. Sind mittlerweile Stammkunden dort. Super freundlich und mega lecker.
