Fried rice with vegetables. Delicious. Fresh. Friendly service. Clean.

The quality of the food has drastically declined! They don't even have coleslaw anymore? We used to always look forward to eating at Mr. Phung's, but as of today, that's over forever! What a shame!

I was there with my boyfriend today and went outside briefly to make a phone call. While I was out, the woman behind the counter actually made a pass at him – even though she could clearly see he was in a relationship. Such behavior is simply disrespectful, indecent, and embarrassing! I really wonder how someone can have so little self-respect and decency. They should be ashamed of themselves for such behavior.

Unhygienic and it doesn't taste good!!!

Terrible service! They don't even speak German. If you receive the wrong order, they aren't even able to exchange it, even though it was their own fault. A clear lack of communication and understanding of customers. They're not environmentally friendly either. Stay away!

We eat at Mr Phung once a week. The food is simply delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the price is right. We'll be back!

This was by far the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Completely overcooked, tasteless! The portions were manageable. Never again!

The food is great. I don't understand the bad reviews. We've been eating here after a trip to the mall since I was a kid. Yes, the atmosphere is loud (it's a mall, after all), and if you're having a bad day, you might encounter bad staff. The young female staff, in particular, are so-so. But the food is always great.

The food is neither bad nor particularly tasty. It's a mass-produced affair. Positive: For just over 10 euros, you'll be full and even get a 0.3l Coke or something similar. Spiced up with a bit of sambal oelek and soy sauce, it tastes decent. It's okay for a quick, inexpensive meal.

The food arrived really quickly, but the employee was TERRIBLE. I approached her and asked if she could pack my food, and she rudely replied, "You can do it yourself," and gave us the takeout box. I don't recommend going there.

When we go to the mall, my husband and I stop by from time to time to eat or take away Asian food. We love the duck menus, they are delicious. We stopped in tonight and had two different menus: one with rice and slightly spicy duck and another with noodles and duck. They were hearty and large. The food was very good and the service was fast.😊

Awful! I'm usually careful about my choice of words, but this place is complete garbage. Three times I ordered the wrong food, and then it all tasted terrible. The service was unfriendly, and they offered absolutely no solution. In the end, I wasted my money and still hungry. Absolutely outrageous!

Unfortunately the food was mediocre. What's worse is that the lady who works there is extremely unfriendly. You just wanted to ask something and were immediately approached in the right way, which is not possible. Were there last time.

I always enjoy coming here when I'm in town and hungry. Delicious, large portions at fair prices. The staff is very friendly, and they even offer a stamp card for a free meal between meals.

Fried noodles tasted musty. The duck was wobbly. Sauces take some getting used to. I can't recommend it. Ultimately, more than half ended up in the trash.

I often come here with my father. The food is great. My recommendation is fried noodles with beef. Very tasty and well seasoned. Always worth a visit.

I was there years ago and it was much better! The meat was limp, the onions were huge, you had to look for the mung beans, the waitress looked like my 14 year old daughter with bad make-up and it didn't taste good at all! My husband had to eat it. I'll be eating Chinese food again soon in Hamm Westen in Kaufland... Much friendlier, more familiar and the quality is top! Never again Allee Center sorry

The food is actually ok, if you want simple fried noodles/rice with a bit of vegetables and meat, this is the place for you. The price is also okay. I had previously gotten pasta with duck, before this time I had normal fried pasta with chicken and vegetables which was okay, the taste was also okay, well seasoned. Before that, however, it was unfortunately drowned in sauce and it wasn't hot/spicy either. Very bland. Fine for simple snack meals. Ambiance is relatively small and can also be given a new coat of paint. Service OK. Would come again for simple pasta dishes. However, I have one request and that is the “spicy sauce/dip” that is offered in the bottle. Why is this stuff just toilet cleaner? It is very sour (Is it also old and rancid)? Please try the dip immediately and change suppliers if necessary. I also found out about that in Dortmund at the Thiergalerie.

Best Chinese in Hamm; always very tasty.. Spicy beef, fried noodles or rice with chicken and fried duck are my favorites.

I'm Indonesian and I confirm their Fried Rice with chicken and veggies is good! I love it and makes me want to eat it with some Indonesian kerupuk (crackers). In my opinion the fried noodles isn't as tasty as the fried rice though. But me and husband still happy as the meals are really smokey hot fresh from the wok. Yummy. So happy to find this restaurant when I did random afternoon window shopping yesterday. Was about to buy McDonald's and we saw this restaurant in front of it and of course we changed our plan to have some Asian warm meals. We'll go again sometime to try different menu. Thank you for good service and tasty meals!

My wife loves fried noodles but here she was not at all happy with the taste. You could only eat half of my roast duck because the edges were inedible. It's a shame about the animal that was wasted on this quality. The good thing was that you got the food quickly.

Consistently delicious for years. Whenever we shop at the Allee Center, we eat our fill and go home happy. Good selection of menus. Fast service. Tables are cleaned quickly. Comfortable seats. Leftovers can be taken with you in a cardboard box. Small minus: no EC payment. Recommended!

No matter how busy it is, you never have to wait long. The food tastes great and the employees are friendly.

Delicious food, good and spicy sauces. The vegetables are great! Service quick. Portions very large.

It's a snack... The quality is rather poor and you are processed quickly. Certainly better than Macces next door, but worse than the restaurants 2 streets away.

The prices are okay, but the rice doesn't really taste good, it's overcooked and tasteless...

You might have to send the health department in unannounced.

War schon mal besser, das Fleisch war sehr fest und nicht mehr so weich wie früher.

Meine Erfahrung hier war wirklich toll! 😃 Das Essen hat mir ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, und ich habe festgestellt, dass sie gerne auf individuelle Wünsche eingehen. Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum es hier so viele schlechte Bewertungen gibt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich hervorragend. 💰 Außerdem, wenn man höhere Erwartungen hat, sollte man meiner Meinung nach einfach ins Restaurant gehen. Hier bekommt man wirklich viel für sein Geld. 👍 Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen und freue mich schon darauf! 🙌"

Eigentlich immer recht zufrieden mit dem" Schnellimbiss " gewesen. Leider waren vor 3 Tagen die Nudeln total verkocht, als wenn sie schon einige Male aufgewärmt wurden und von frischen Gemüse darin war absolut nichts!!! Totale Enttäuschung!!! Wenn ich nicht schon Zuhause gewesen wäre, dann hätte ich es wieder zurück gebracht. Für mich gibt es kein Wiedersehen! Schade!!!!

geht besser zum asia wok in Richtung Bahnhof. der ist Tausend mal besser. Fleisch war recht trocken und die Nudeln schmecken gut aber auch nicht mehr. Peking Suppe war aber sehr lecker.

Hi! Wer hier etwas Gesundes erwartet ist hier definitiv falsch. Ich habe mir gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse to go bestellt und ich frage mich wie man das Gemüse nennen kann. Es waren viel eher gebratene Nudeln mit Sprossen. Mehr nicht. Naja, für 4,50€ kann man auch nicht viel erwarten.. Ich finde es so schade, dass es in Hamm kaum Möglichkeiten gibt sich gesund und vollwertig zu ernähren ohne ein halbes Vermögen zu bezahlen. Hoffe das kommt noch mit fairen Preisen und schließt nicht wieder nach ein paar Monaten!

Enttäuschend.. auf gute Nudeln gefreut.. eine matschepampe mit zermatschten Frühlingsrollen bekommen.. Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, nach Besteck muss man fragen und macht irgendwie einen unhygienischen/chaotischen Eindruck. Den zweiten Stern gibts für die ordentlichen Portionen. Mehr positives können wir leider nicht finden

Gutes Restaurant mit asiatischen Gerichten.Besonders die gebratenen Nudeln dort schmecken sehr gut.Personal ist auch immer nett und freundlich.Preise sind sehr günstig und die Portionen ordentlich da wird man auch satt.Eine ehemalige Kollegin von mir aus Soest ist dort auch immer essen gewesen wenn sie Mal in Hamm war .Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Für wenig Geld gibt es viel Nudeln...also geschmacklich vollkommen i.O. ...Fastfood eben.

Faire Preise, nette Mitarbeiter und immer leckeres Essen.

Nach einem langen Einkauf haben wir etwas gegessen Ich hatte die Nr,11 Rindfleisch scharf, meine Frau die Nr, 12. Das Essen meiner Frau war sehr lecker. Mein Essen war total versalzen und so gut wie nicht essbar. Ich habe diesbezüglich mich gemeldet, aber sie meinten das wäre so. Was soll ich sagen die Diskussion wollte ich mir nicht antun.

Bei Mr.Phung gibt's immer schnell was zu futtern. Das Essen war bisher immer Top. Leider ist das Personal manchmal unkonzentriert bzw. unhöflich. Liegt bestimmt auch an den Andrang täglich. Ansonsten gehe ich hier gerne asiatisch essen

Eigentlich mag ich die Nudeln da aber als ich das letzte mal da gegessen hab haben die Nudeln anders geschmeckt als sonst als währen die 5 Wochen alt oder so und seitdem kann ich davon nicht mehr essen wenn ich nur daran denke wird mir schlecht.

Jedes mal ein Vergnügen hier essen zu gehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind ausnahmslos freundlich und jedes mal am lachen. Auch unter enormen Stress verlieren die Mitarbeiter nicht die Fassung und arbeiten Fehlerlos. Das essen schmeckt sehr lecker und wird frisch vor den Augen zubereitet. Bin sehr zufrieden mit Mr. Phung. 5 Sterne!

Aktuell im Restaurant: Ich habe die Nummer 11 - gebratenes Rindfleisch mit verschiedenen Gemüse bestellt und fast aufgegessen. Geschmacklich war es sehr lecker. Vorallem die Sauce auf dem Fleisch. Die Nudeln waren okay. Die Portionsgröße ist riesig! Die Umgebung ist äußerst laut (Küchengeräusch) und ungemütlich ( Einrichtung wirkt sehr minderwertig). Die Punktabzüge: sowohl der Koch (heute im türkisen Poloshirt, wie auch ein Mitarbeiter im roten Poloshirt haben ihre Maske sehr selten getragen. Auch bei der Essenszubereitung nicht. Ungewöhnlicher Anblick. Diesbezüglich habe ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Die Ente war lecker, die Nudeln etwas geschmacklos aber dafür leider sehr fettig, das können andere besser und günstiger wir kommen so schnell nicht mehr hier her

Für das schnelle Mittagessen super, ich finde es nur schade das man manche Mitarbeiter darauf aufmerksam machen muss das man Besteck, Servierten oder Soßen möchte. Manche Mitarbeiter bieten es direkt an, andere packen das Essen in die Tüte und drücken es einem wortlos in die Hand.
