Depending on the food, the food ranges between 3 and 5 stars, although this also depends on the taste. Both outside and inside, the atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting, and the service is polite and attentive.

I went here to eat sushi, which had an explosion of flavours; excellent. The service was very good, the sushi arrived in good time together with a portion of salted green beans.

Went there for the first time and was surprised at how good it tasted. The food was beautifully presented and brought to the table and was very tasty. The experience was rounded off by a waiter (I think his name was Tuc) who absolutely knew his job! Super humorous and open, we had a lot to laugh about. We'll definitely be back :)

Absolutely recommended for everyone who appreciates and loves Asian cuisine. Sushi tastes excellent and is also an absolute feast for the eyes. The staff are friendly and attentive, always looking after the guest, even when the restaurant is busy, no trace of hecticness or anything like that.

Furnishings are very stylish, service is extremely fast & humorous (thanks to Duc!) and the price is fair 🤝🏼

We sat outside very well and were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner. Water was immediately brought for our dog. The food was prepared with fresh vegetables and was very tasty. My daughter had cucumber and avocado maki. The price/performance ratio is great.

I ate there for the first time with my son, who is very knowledgeable about sushi. And it certainly wasn't the last time. From the starter to the main course to the dessert, the food was really excellent. We ordered a menu for two people and it was generous in size and perfectly priced. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating.

So far we have always been convinced of who, although the quality has decreased slightly since the opening. Today was a disappointment. Food only lukewarm. Duck crisp was greasy and tasted like used oil. That doesn't work. Anyone who saves on quality like this will have fewer and fewer customers. We won't be coming back.

We were there for the first time. The food was really very good, large portions and freshly prepared. The sushi 🍣 platter for 4 people, on the other hand, was far too little...I could have almost eaten it myself and it was also really expensive. 🫥 We had to wait 1.5 hours for all the food, even though I didn't find it really crowded. Somehow there was a feeling of hecticness, which in my opinion was unfounded. The drinks, however, are great, be it the iced tea, the shakes or the beers... The prices range from humane to really expensive.... The toilets are a disaster in my opinion. In the women's toilet there are about 4 Air Wicks and also scent sticks, which distract from the actual smell, but not from the lack of hygiene. The floor sticks with every step, the taps are more than obsolete... All in all, I won't eat there again anytime soon, I really expected more of it 😑🤷‍♀️

Nice location. A good addition for Hamm. Went there for the first time with three people. The only thing I/we really didn't like was the waiter. Did his job without mum or joy. It's a shame for this location. The food was really top. Arranging the food at the table was also great. The kitchen does a very good job there. Can only recommend this restaurant. You can hide the waiter.😂🤷‍♂️

The food was really good. I ordered the Haven menu too far and the spring rolls (homemade). These are then homemade and really delicious. The sushi was also great. When it came to drinks, I found it a bit of a shame that there were no alcohol-free cocktails, but there was lemonade. When it comes to service, it would have been nice if you could have ordered drinks here. A little more attention would have been good. But all in all a good restaurant.

Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food was excellent and stands out from the Asian buffets in the area. The only drawback is that it is difficult for children to find something suitable. Small children's portions or dishes would round off the menu.

Very disappointing the second time. Waiting time at Sushi Fraud 2 hours. Service stated that it was understaffed because there was a lot to do in the branch in Bönen. The food was of poor quality, the tuna had a lot of tendons and was therefore not edible. Unfortunately it was the last time for us.

Mh, 4.7 rating? We don't know exactly how this comes about. We were visiting Hamm and the first time in Bach Tra. The restaurant was about half full. The food was perfectly fine, the ingredients were fresh, the waiting time was short. Compared to other restaurants with a comparable menu, all dishes lacked that “certain something”. (And the coconut soup was incredibly sweet...) With a little more taste and attention to detail it could have been a wonderful four stars. The waitresses were polite, but during our hour and a half stay we were never asked how the food was or whether we wanted to order anything else, nor were we even smiled at once - although we were very friendly and in the end not too little Left a tip. A pity.

There is good and diverse sushi here. Also fried rice and noodles. Unfortunately, not enough ramen selection - I would like more of it because this miso soup was super tasty.

Everything perfect. The vegetarian tofu dishes are also great and especially the veggie sushi rolls are amazing. Always my pleasure.

Nice atmosphere, menu leaves nothing to be desired……… I had sushi to go. The portion is quite large, unfortunately not very diverse. Rice is nice and sticky, just as it should be. The ingredients tasted fresh. The price was quite high but I was full. But here too, a lot of plastic waste. Long wait, almost 45 minutes. I will definitely eat there sometime.

Probably the best sushi in all of Hamm. Firm, sticky rice paired with fresh fish and some vegetables. There are also traditional Asian appetizers, such as kimchi. Very interesting selection of drinks with Vietnamese and Japanese beer, various types of tea and soft drinks. The service is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere is very warm and you almost feel like you are at home.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time! After 30 minutes at the table, I had to call the waiter myself so that our order could be taken. Then the waiter came, who was unfortunately very unsympathetic! There was no hello or anything. He took the order without making a sound! Unfortunately our order didn't come complete. We were there for 3 hours and we weren't even asked if everything was okay or if we wanted something to drink... a shame. Probably won't come back

Very tasty spring rolls, coconut milk soup and fried noodles or fried rice. We were very satisfied, the place is very clean and tidy.

Price performance top! The sushi tasted great, the service was friendly and attentive. The only negative point was the maki that fell apart, but they were super tasty. I'd love to come back.

This rating is purely subjective and is intended to describe the impression we got on a Tuesday evening. 😌 Price/performance = ok Quality of the food = mostly not ok Ambience = very inviting Now let's go into a little more detail... Unfortunately, the sushi is of poorer quality. The maki rolls were very tough, which might have been because they were already a bit on the ground. The other variation was overloaded with sauce, which meant that you couldn't actually taste anything other than sauce. Unfortunately, the Pho soup, which we were most looking forward to, couldn't save the whole thing. Unfortunately, the broth was almost tasteless and the meat side dish had a bland aftertaste. Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese from one menu can work, but in rare cases it does. Here it would be better to focus on one country. Nevertheless, everyone should go to Bach Tra and give this idea a chance.

The restaurant was well attended. It has tight seating with long tables. Therefore, as is often the case with Asian restaurants, you sit right next to other guests. The starter came quickly, but we had to wait a while for the main course. The service was busy. There were no questions about further requests or drinks. The soup with coconut milk was the best I've ever tasted. The tuna and salmon were served well-done, even though they were ordered medium. But it tasted very good. The menu is dominated by sushi, with some grilled dishes. By awesome standards, finally a decent restaurant that seems to be establishing itself. Reservation makes sense.

It was an evening full of enjoyment in a great ambience, rounded off by nice, attentive and very friendly service - I had a smile on my face. Thanks for the great evening, we'll be back.

My visit to Bach Tra Cuisine in Hamm was overall satisfactory and deserves a rating of 4 out of 5 stars. The food was impressive due to its good quality, and the attractive presentation on a shell-shaped plate gave the dishes a special touch that enhanced the culinary experience. The waitresses were friendly and helped make the visit pleasant. The play area for children is particularly positive, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Price wise it is very good! One small criticism was the menu, which was very old and wrinkled. An updated or better preserved menu could improve the overall impression. Overall, Bach Tra Cuisine in Hamm is a good choice for sushi lovers and offers a pleasant atmosphere for families.

The restaurant is very authentically decorated. All employees appear to come from the relevant region. Communication with employees is still largely possible. The sushi has a normal price, is very tasty and is served attractively. Due to the popularity of the restaurant, I recommend making a reservation. Unfortunately, the service staff are inattentive and not particularly friendly.

Wir haben unser Essen abgeholt. Die Saucen wurden komplett vergessen - bei drei Gerichten und Kosten um 17-18€ pro Gericht. Als wir angerufen haben, gab es leider kein Entgegenkommen oder Ähnliches. Sehr ärgerlich und nicht so schlau in dieser Art mit Kunden umzugehen. Nächstes Mal wieder Döner :-)

Sehr schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Das Essen könnte allerdings besser gewürzt sein, es fehlte an Schärfe.

Der KIMCHI Salat war von allem am besten. Das Sushi war geschmacklich sehr langweilig und hat kaum nach etwas geschmeckt. Dafür war die Anrichtung der Sushi-Platte schön. Die Erdnuss Soße zu den Sommerrollen war geschmacklich sehr gut.

Leckeres frisches Sushi und freundliche Bedienung. Wir hatten uns die Sushiauswahl Heaven für 2 Personen bestellt. Die Cocktailauswahl ist gut. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Lokal war gut besucht. Rechtzeitige Reservierung ist unumgänglich. Speisekarte war für uns etwas unübersichtlich und hat uns etwas überfordert. Eine Auswahl per Tablett und Fotos hätte uns besser gefallen.

Tolle Auswahl an Essen - hier findet jeder etwas. Sehr lecker, schön angerichtet. Aufmerksames, freundliches Personal und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bei unserem Besuch war es fast ausgebucht, trotzdem gab es keine Wartezeiten. Also auch sehr gut organisiert alles.

Mit 11 Leuten Geburtstag nachgefeiert. Service war ziemlich schnell wenn man bedenkt daß es Sonntagabend war und auch noch Weihnachtszeit.Essen bei allen ohne Beanstandung. Alles in allem schöner Abend.

Wurde auch Zeit das ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt im Herzen von Hamm eröffnet wird. Essen sehr gut. Service ist topp und auf der Speisekarte ist für jeden was dabei, voraus gesetzt man mag gute asiatische Küche.
