The short wait for a table was worth it. The pizza was super tasty and the service was very friendly. Topped off with a great espresso. You'll be happy to come back.

With the first bite of pizza you will be catapulted straight to Italy. The pizza is really outrageously delicious! I tried the Salame, Capricciosa, Parma and Margherita with Bufala. The latter is definitely my highlight. If you like authentic Italian pizza, this is the place for you.

We were there spontaneously on a Saturday and still got a table. The service was very nice and accommodating! The pizza there is really the best pizza I have eaten in Karlsruhe so far. I can really only recommend it!

Extremely good pizza, taste experiences.

It's almost unbelievable how good this pizza is! The dough was soft, elastic, the edge was high, airy and slightly caramelized, with a typical irregular pore, a perfect balance between soft center and crispy edge. Very easy to digest. The center of the pizza was thin, almost tender without being soggy. The floor folded easily, like in Italy. Our toppings, including Fior di Latte on the Napoli and Mozzarella di Bufala on the Pizza Bufala, were creamy and tasty, with fresh basil leaves and delicious olive oil. The flavor was the perfect balance of the sweetness of the tomatoes and the creaminess of the mozzarella. The look, texture and taste of the pizza was amazing. The size of the map is perfect, focused on the essentials. The service was very friendly and attentive. The price matches the quality. A piece of Napoli in Karlsruhe!

I've tried a lot of pizzas in Karlsruhe and this was clearly the best. Anyone who lives even remotely close should know this pizza. Super juicy and soft dough, baked perfectly from the bottom and around the edges. Plenty of toppings with a lot of flavor. Plus better prices than anywhere else and fast, friendly service.

Great Neapolitan pizza - and we were in Naples recently. :-) Thin base, edge fluffy and generous but not too thick, pizza overall very large. The ingredients are all fresh and high quality. Absolutely recommended in terms of taste and quality. We had the four cheese with extra ham and the Margherita with extra eggplant. There is a lot going on even during the week, so reservations are recommended.

Top pizza, one of the best in Karlsruhe… whether ordered or on site, it makes no difference, as it has always been delicious… Unfortunately, the restaurant is very small and therefore has very tight seating… Otherwise everything is great.

We were there for the first time. Are excited. Finally a restaurant where the price is right. Delicious starter, bruscetta, fine pizza, good salad and great wine. Don't forget the ice cream for dessert. Very nice staff. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent Neapolitan pizza, also sweet with Nutella or pistachio cream for dessert. And all of this at absolutely fair prices for the quality of the ingredients. The ambience is not great, but quite cozy, and the service is attentive - despite Italy's European Championship game that evening. The fact that many Italians eat at Gioia speaks for itself.

Pizza was okay but not earth-shattering, for which we waited almost an hour. The service wasn't particularly attentive either. The chairs and tables are quite narrow in the outdoor area.

We had been meaning to try the pizzeria for a long time and absolutely loved it! We enjoyed the bruschetta, tuna pizza, capricciosa and two side salads - everything was delicious! I was particularly enthusiastic about the delicious tomato sauce on the pizzas - so aromatic, the perfect tomatoes were definitely used. The pizzas were perfectly topped, fresh and not greasy at all. In addition, the entire team was extremely attentive and warm. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

War heute zum ersten Mal mit meinem Mann dort essen und wir waren wie verzaubert. Die Bedienung war unglaublich freundlich, die tolle Weihnachtsdeko und auch das schöne Licht am Tisch war traumhaft. Aufs Essen musste man nicht lange warten und es war der absolute Wahnsinn! Ich habe noch nie sooooo eine leckere Pizza gegessen auch wenn ich sie leider nicht ganz aufgekriegt habe, den Rest gibt’s zum Frühstück :). Vielen lieben Dank an das nette Personal und dem Pizzabäcker für die Wahnsinnsessen, absolut empfehlenswert :)

Ich kann die Pizza Funghi sehr empfehlen! Generell guten Pizzen und freundlicher Service! Es empfiehlt sich am Wochenende vorher zu reservieren, da der Laden nicht sehr groß ist.

Beste Pizzeria in der Südstadt. Wenn ihr nicht reserviert kann es knapp werden mit dem Platz.

Wir waren am 31.Juli anlässlich des Geburtstages unseres besten Freundes mit 11 Personen zum Essen dort Draußen reserviert- Tafel wurde Draußen und drinnen gestellt- Am Ende waren wir dann 13 Personen und Regen setzte ein - Katastrophe!!- Nicht aber für den Chef des Hauses und der übrigen Servicecrew!!- Also kurzerhand Aperitif draußen 'eingenommen ' - die Tafel drinnen vergrößert und abgefeiert!! - Kleine, aber sehr, sehr feine Speisekarte!- geniale Getränke- sensationelle Vorspeisen! und leckerste Pizza ever!! - Wartezeit- für desvollen Gastraums und Garten!!- durchaus hinnehmbar! - Wir hatten einen super Abend!! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, die Betreuung und diese Location!!- Wir werden wieder und wieder bei Euch auftauchen!! Grazie mille!!
