Yesterday evening (5.9.24) I was there and was able to form my opinion. Not even half the tables were occupied. The service staff flew around in a super friendly manner and the drinks were on the table straight after the order. The pizza maker probably didn't feel like coming across as pleasant or working quickly. While ordering pizza from the waitress, I noticed that the pizza maker went out and stayed outside for what felt like 20 minutes. That annoyed me so much... I had almost lost my hunger. Not only did I notice this, but people at other tables noticed it too. Everyone has bad days, but he probably didn't feel like it. Incorrect work attitude. Pizza itself was ok, but not a highlight for me personally. Not enough topping. It's a shame actually. So I'll probably go to Kaiserstr. go and hope for a better experience.

The restaurant is only 1/3 full, you are left standing completely unnoticed for 10 minutes, ignored and then guests who arrived later are addressed first 👎🏼 it's a shame, but the numerous reviews only suggested positive things.

The pizza was absolutely amazing! With a nice thick, airy edge like you know from Naples. The service was also very friendly. Gladly again.

Original ndapolitanische Pizza aus qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten, die man rausschmeckt. Den Laden kann ich nur empfehlen insbesondere da man so viel Qualität bei solch moderaten Preisen (vergleichsweise mit anderen Pizzen nach neapolitanischer Art) bekommt.

Ordered two pizzas and drinks. Unfortunately, the ambience on the terrace was rather bad, as the terrace is right next to a construction site/construction crane. Price-performance is completely fine. The pizzas tasted good so far. However, there was a lot of oil on top, so the pizzas easily floated in it. They were also a little dark on the underside in some places.

It's crazy how quickly the pizzas and drinks arrived here, even though there were 10 of us there. We also found it unusual that the children here are treated like their own. Thank you again for authentic pizza and first class service.

Ordered a Pizza Cotto through Uber Eats and it was, no joke, horrible! She was lukewarm and completely soaked. Probably from the condensation from the mushrooms. The ham also tasted like nothing. Tried to save them in the oven, but no chance. I could definitely imagine that the pizza tastes good there.

Very quick, friendly service. We ordered 7 large pizzas at short notice and were kindly invited to have two drinks on the house while we waited. Gladly again!

Great pizza ❤️🍕 I expected it to be worse, but the pizza was very good, the pizza dough was a bit salty, but I liked it, the prices were ok for the quality, the lady who served us was also really nice, we had to wait a while for the order to be accepted and for the order itself, but it was clear, that the waitress, even though she was alone, took care of everything in the best possible order.

Limited menu based on pizza. The pizza quality is on average: well cooked and presented, but levitation could be better and the quality of the ingredients, in particular mozzarella, could be improved. Service was attentive but a bit slow. Prices in the average.

Exceptionally good pizzas, why go to Italy, well there's definitely more to see ;-) but you certainly don't need to go to Italy anymore because of the pizzas... we were lucky and got a table even without any renovations. But resaving is definitely the better choice. We will be back!

Stay far away!!! Took over 30 mins to even be acknowledged at our table. Over an hour after sitting down we have still not be served drinks. Not to mention the rude staff added insult to injury. It was very uncomfortable to sit and wait because the temperature of the room was so hot. Food is acceptable but not worth anywhere near the hassle it took. We came to this dinner excited to celebrate a special occasion and left very frustrated at the lack of service. But the sheer level of indifference to us was completely unacceptable and this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I was attracted by the positive reviews and beautiful photos of the pizzas on the web and on the De Rosa pizzeria's social networks. The pizza was divine, just like you were in Naples! Often abroad the ingredients are different, I expected to find a sauce and mozzarella not similar to those I am used to in Italy, but instead they surprised me! Top ingredients, super stringy and not at all chewy mozzarella, delicious sauce, super light dough. I felt at home even from miles away. I also had a chocolate dessert with ice cream, a real treat. I will definitely go back.

There is a very, very tasty Neapolitan pizza here, i.e. very soft, slightly thicker dough. I had the finest parmigiano and the tiramisu was the crowning glory. Highly recommended.

Very tasty pizza, with great cheese, (no Gouda from the bag!) but there is only pizza here, no pasta or meat dishes. You should know beforehand. The pizza is really outstanding!

Traditional pizzeria. Very good handmade dough and also the tomato sauce. Definitely a recommendation for pizza lovers. I would have found it even better if the grilled vegetables had been warm. It was also labeled as antipasti, all good. But such a warm starter has its charm for me.

The pizza is really great. You can taste that every ingredient was chosen with care. Especially as a vegan you get a really great offer here. The vegan cheese is one of the few really good ones that you can get on pizza! Nevertheless, I have to deduct a star. Unfortunately, the music is always way too loud. If there are two of you it's still possible, but in a group you really can't have a conversation at all. Whenever the music stops for a few minutes, you notice how relieved most customers are... If the music plays quieter soon, it's 5 stars :)

Authentic Neapolitan pizza! Pizzeria De Rosa offers truly authentic Neapolitan pizza that gives a taste of Italy. The ambience is cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The pizza is undoubtedly delicious, but I have to admit that it was a little undercooked on my last visit. Nevertheless, the taste was excellent and the quality of the ingredients was clearly palpable. I also appreciate the variety on the menu and the ability to choose different toppings to customize the pizza to my taste. Overall, my visit to Pizzeria De Rosa was pleasant and I would definitely come back to enjoy more of their delicious pizza!

We spontaneously decided to eat here and luckily got a seat. My partner and I ate here today with our 2 year old daughter and were thrilled. The pizza was really full-flavored and the dough and the crust were very fluffy. We ate our last Neapolitan pizza in Milan and the pizza at De Rosa was at least as good! Sure, the pizza is of course more expensive than at the pizza place around the corner, but it also tastes worlds better! We will be back definitely!

First of all... the female waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The tall male waiter brought us the pizza, but forgot to divide it onto two plates. So the pizza went back. The waiter left the pizza in the kitchen for 10 minutes. The pizza arrived completely cold.

Super gemütliche Pizzeria mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Hier kann man den Pizzabäckern bei der Zubereitung zuschauen. Da fliegt der Pizzateig auch mal hoch. Total super. Vorher anrufen wäre ratsam, da das Restaurant keine unendlichen Plätze hat. Parken ist rundherum möglich. Ein paar Meter laufen ist auch nicht schlimm. Das Essen ist super frisch und lecker. Tolle Zutaten und Auswahl, auch für die kleinen Gäste. Sehr empfehlenswert. Weiter so.

Also ich fang mal mit dem Essen an, dieses war lecker. Außerdem war es warm im Lokal, was ich sehr mag. Der Umgang der Mitarbeiter untereinander schien mir auch sehr positiv zu sein. Das fand ich wirklich schön. Außerdem wirkte niemand gestresst, aber es wurde auch nicht langsam gearbeitet. Das sieht man selten. Nicht so schön war, dass unsere Getränke nicht zusammen kamen, sondern mit einem großen zeitlichen Unterschied. Dann haben wir eine Vorspeise bestellt. Wir haben beide betont, dass wir das vor den Pizzen wollen. Leider kam das Grill Tellerchen (denn Teller kann man das nicht nennen) erst auf Anfrage nach unseren Pizzen. Die Bedienung sagte, die wären zu schnell mit den Pizzen gewesen. Ja ist klar. Die haben über eine halbe Stunde gebraucht, was jetzt auch nicht unbedingt lang ist, aber in der Zeit hätte man locker die Vorspeise servieren können. Außerdem kam sie ja erst nach Nachfrage, also wurde sie wohl einfach vergessen. Zudem schien die Bedienung danach schlechtes Gewissen zu haben. Niemand kam mehr. Die beiden Getränke meiner Begleitung waren leer, aber niemand räumte das ab. Die ganze Zeit nicht. Es war mit drei Speisen auf dem Tisch einfach viel zu eng. Im Übrigen wurde meine Begleitung auch nicht gefragt, ob er noch was trinken will. Verstehe ich nicht. Das ist verlorener Umsatz Leute. Dann war es allgemein ziemlich eng im Lokal und für meinen Geschmack waren die Tisch Nachbarn viel zu nah. Ich werde nicht wieder kommen, vor allem weil ich eh nicht aus Dortmund bin und dann probiere ich nächstes Mal lieber was anderes. Trotzdem kann man das Lokal mal machen, aber bitte arbeitet am Service. Fehler können passieren, aber die Gäste danach nicht mehr zu beachten, geht gar nicht.

Der Döner und Haloumiteller ist unfassbar gut, die Pommes sind Knusprig und der Salat frisch. 10/10 Das Crispy Chicken haben wir direkt mitbestellt, unfassbar knusprig und lecker!

Die Bedienung war sehr nett und die Pizza war ausgezeichnet. Sollten wir wieder in Dortmund sein, wissen wir wo unser Weg hinführt.

Sehr gute Pizza. Teilweise dauert es etwas länger, was aber daran liegt, dass der Laden immer gut besucht ist. Das Ambiente ist nichts Besonderes aber man kann gut mir Kollegen zu Abend essen.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber der Teig war leider etwas gummiartig. Die Beläge waren frisch und geschmackvoll, das Olivenöl war frisch und sehr lecker. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Wartezeit. Wir mussten über eine Stunde auf unser Essen warten, was wirklich unangenehm war. Dies könnte verbessert werden. Das Ambiente war akzeptabel, obwohl der Laden ziemlich klein ist und man sich etwas überrumpelt fühlen kann, insbesondere wenn es voll ist. Ein letzter Punkt, der mir aufgefallen ist, ist die Getränkeauswahl. Für jemanden wie mich, der Coca Cola bevorzugt, war es enttäuschend zu erfahren, dass sie nur Pepsi servieren.

Komme selbst aus Napoli habe hier in Deutschland noch nicht eine so gute Pizza gegessen wie bei da rosa als wäre ich Zuhause in Neapel gewesen Danke komme wieder LG Giovanna

Die Pizzen waren ganz ok, aber für diese lange Wartezeit hat sich das echt nicht gelohnt. Wir haben eine ganze Stunde auf unser essen gewartet. Die Bedingung war auch nicht besonders nett.

Die Pizzeria De Rosa ist gut zu erreichen und hat (im Sommer) sowohl draußen als auch drinnen Sitzplätze. Die Pizzen haben einen dünnen Boden und sehr fluffigen Rand. Die Menge des Belags ist eher gering. Dennoch guter Geschmack, während der Service auch gut war. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir sind nach der Ausstellung in Dortmund hier gelandet.....Zum Glück....Am Wochenende ohne Reservierung sehr schwierig. Also besser einen Tisch reservieren. Die Pizzen 🍕 waren sehr lecker. Wir hatten Tonno.....scharfe Wurst oder so ähnlich 😅 und Tomate Mozzarella mit frischen Tomaten. Die Kellnerin mega freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Ein schöner Abschluss nach einer schönen Ausstellung in Dortmund.

Aufgrund der super tollen Bewertungen wollten wir die Pizza nun auch mal ausprobieren. Lieferung über Uber Eats sehr gut! Die Pizza war reichlich belegt ABER teilweise verbrannt dafür war der Boden und auch der Rand wie Gummi!!!ohne Messer und Gabel keine Chance diese Pizza zu essen weil sie so weich und labberig war! Sehr schade ☹️

Echte italienische Pizza mit frischen Zutaten

Ich war noch nie in Italien bzw. Neapel aber genauso Stelle ich mir die Pizza da vor. Eine mal wirklich herausstechende Pizza mit toller Qualität und gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Diese Pizzeria war nicht in Ordnung. Wir haben Pizzen bekommen wo der komplette Boden Schwarz war. Die Pizza besonders die Ränder waren komplett versalzen. Die Bedienung war total langsam und überfordert. Dazu war das essen total überteuert. Wir waren fast 2 Stunden da haben ca 45 Minuten auf die Getränke und über eine Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. Die Teller haben sich gestapelt und abgeräumt wurde auch nichts. in der ganzen Zeit war sie nur einmal da um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Sie kam erst als wir rein sind um uns zu beschweren. Im großen und ganzen nicht empfehlenswert.

The Carpaccio (mal anders) with a few pieces of Bresoala was OK but not worth to try. I had pizza Büffelchen thinking it is a n original Margarita with buffalo mozzarella but strangely enough there have been also many small pieces of tomato on top of the pizza. Neapolitan pizza dough was OK but burnt too much at some parts make some slices not eatable. The atmosphere is very ordinary and not really inviting. The service was somewhat OK.

Sehr gutes Essen, super freundlich insbesondere zu unseren Kindern. Wir können die Pizzeria De Rosa wärmstens empfehlen, sollten wir nochmals in Dortmund sein werden wir auf jeden Fall hier vorbei kommen.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Eine ganz andere Pizza, als man sie gewohnt ist. Abwechslungsreich und hochwertige Zutaten. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war teilweise ein wenig laut in der Küche, was das Ambiente etwas gestört hat (was auch nicht auf herkömmliche Arbeitsgeräusche zurück zu führen war).

Vollauf begeistert. Das Essen (Pizza Büffelchen & Veggie sowie Burrata als Vorspeise) war unheimlich lecker. Teig und Belag sehr hochwertig. Der Service war ungezwungen, freundlich und sehr flott. Wir saßen draußen und haben über das gute Essen glatt die Rheinische Straße vergessen

Zentral in Dortmund gelegen eine sehr gute Pizzeria. Wir waren aufgrund der guten Bewertungen dort und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht. Der Aussenbereich war sehr gut besucht, da hatten wir Glück. Die junge Dame vom Service war sehr aufmerksam, die Bestellung ging auch schnell. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker. Einzig der Straßenverkehr war sehr laut, daß hatte uns weniger gefallen.

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal seit längerer Zeit wieder Vorort und sind immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Die Pizza schmeckt unglaublich gut, dazu kommt der tolle und zuvorkommende Service. Als Sahnehäubchen sind die gekühlten Getränke einsame Spitze. Für uns die beste Pizzeria in Dortmund.
