Pizzeria Dalla Mamma in Hanau

Wir haben Calzone bestellt aber bei diesem Geschmack frage ich mich, wie dieser Laden wirklich existiert. Teig war Richtig Dick und die Zutaten darin Roh und Geschmacklich leider wie Gummi. Es wäre sinnvoll, dass der Besitzer mal selbst probiert was der Pizza Bäcker da seiner Kundschaft antut. Nur das Nudel Gericht war in Ordnung obwohl da auch viel Potential nach oben gibt an Qualität. Haben gezwungenermaßen anschließend wo anders bestellen müssen. Gibt euch mal bitte etwas mehr Mühe weil eure Bewertungen sogar verraten, dass man was verändern sollte.

Am liebsten würde ich null Sterne geben. Die Calzone war eine Katastrophe. Habe daraufhin angerufen, um meine Kritik zu äußern, diese wurde aber nicht ernst genommen und der Chef wurde ziemlich beleidigend.

Also ich liebe euer Essen, aber gestern die Pizza und heute das Schnitzel waren so unbeschreiblich gut das ich irgendwie traurig bin, dass ich euch keinen sechsten Stern geben kann. Da ich immer das Essen von euch liefern gelassen habe, kann ich leider nicht euer Ambiente bewerten aber das muss ich jetzt bald mal ändern. Selbst meine Frau fragt ob ihr einen neuen Koch habt.... 🫶Wir bleiben euch treu

Ich hatte bei Dalla Mama bestellt und hab meine Pizza bekommen hatte auch eine Cola dazu bestellt der Lieferant hat gemeint er konnte diese nicht tragen und hat gemeint er bringt diese gleich ich habe ihn bezahlt und auch Trinkgeld gegeben da ich von dieser Pizzeria öfters essen bestellt habe und dachte ich könnte ihm vertrauen er kam nicht mehr wieder hab meine Cola nie bekommen obwohl ich dafür bezahlt habe seit dem bestelle ich nicht mehr von dieser Pizzeria

Ich war schon öfter hier und komme immer wieder gerne. Ich habe zwar nicht alles probiert, aber das Schnitzel mit Pilzen in cremiger Soße war richtig lecker! Der Name „Dalla Mamma“ passt perfekt – man fühlt sich wie bei Mama. Das Personal ist super freundlich, besonders der ältere Herr. Und die Preise sind wirklich top – für die Qualität gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern.

Über 1 Std auf 2 Pizzen und 1 Nudel gewartet. Nudeln mittlerweile ein Teigklumpen und die Pizza hat einen komischen Beigeschmack, den ich nicht beschreiben kann.. zudem kann man sie nicht gescheit essen, weil der ganze Belag von der Pizza rutscht…… im großen und Ganzen sehr unappetitlich.

Bestellung über Lieferando: Belag von der Pizza lag nicht komplett auf der Pizza, Karton eingeweicht. Sehr schade. Bestelle nicht wieder. Siehe Fotos. Zusätzlich bestellter Knoblauch wurde bezahlt, war jedoch nicht vorhanden.

Pizza okay, Lasagne das letzte!

Seitdem ich diese Pizzeria entdeckt habe, ist sie für mich ganz klar meine absolute Lieblingspizzeria – nicht nur im Umkreis, sondern generell. Ich bin inzwischen ein echter Stammkunde und komme immer wieder mit großer Vorfreude hierher. Auch Freunde und Familie bringe ich regelmäßig mit, weil ich einfach weiß, dass hier jeder begeistert sein wird. Für mich steht fest: Wenn ich italienisch außer Haus essen möchte, dann nur hier. Die Qualität ist konstant hervorragend – alles schmeckt frisch, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den familiären Betrieb: Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Dazu kommen wirklich unschlagbare Preise – für diese Qualität bekommt man selten so viel geboten. Kurz gesagt: bestes Essen, beste Preise und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Hier bekommt man die beste Pizza in Deutschland. Ich war heute zum 3. Mal hier und es war wieder hervorragend: frisches Gemüse auf der Pizza, der Teig fluffig und außen knusprig - besser geht's nicht.

War früher regelmäßig und gerne dort... mittlerweile jedes mal eine absolute Enttäuschung. - Auf der Speisekarte steht Pizza Morzarella mit frischen Tomaten. Bei Abholung waren keine Tomaten drauf, sondern nur Käse. Nach Reklamation wurde dann eine kleine geschnittene Tomate vom Salat lieblos draufgeschmissen. - Ein anderes mal fragten wir, ob wir zu der Pizza eine Knoblauchsoße bekommen könnten. Diese wurde mit 6€(!!!) berechnet und sah aus, wie bereits am schimmeln. - Als Gast im Restaurant beobachtete ich, wie der ältere Koch mit seinen Fingern die Soße probierte, nachwürzte und den gleichen Finger, der eben in seinem Mund war, erneut in die Soße tauchte und probierte. Die Soße wurde danach auf vier Gerichte aufgeteilt. - Lieferzeiten teilweise über 1½ Stunden (fairerweise muss man auch sagen, dass die Bestellungen manchmal innerhalb 15 Min kommen) Bin einfach nur noch enttäuscht und werde in Zukunft bei den vielen anderen Restaurants bestellen. Da habt ihr einen Stammgast endgültig verloren.

Wir haben online bestellt und wurden enttäuscht. Pizza war labberig, Nudeln fettig, sehr scharf und ohne Geschmack. Und das besondere Highlight war die Bruschetta… sehen Sie auf dem Bild :D

Wir haben hier schon mehrmals mehrere Pizzen bestellt. 4-5 Stück. Konnten nach 20 Minuten abholen. Die Pizzen sind so lecker 😋 was besseres habe ich noch nicht irgendwo anders gegessen. Der Teig ist auch lecker und alles auf den Punkt gebacken. Werden auf jeden Fall öfters hier bestellen. Ich hoffe die Qualität bleibt so.

I ordered from a place near me today (a 5-minute walk). My last pizza from another pizzeria was cold. And what can I say? The pizza wasn't even properly warm and barely cooked. What's the point of such a nice pizza if it's only half-cooked? And no, I'm not going to put it in the oven. I ordered it because I didn't want to do anything. And no, I didn't call them. Because you only get lame excuses anyway. Unfortunately, money wasted again. What a shame.

Unfortunately, I couldn't continue writing on Lieferando. Super delicious, warm food. Extremely friendly deliveryman and fast delivery. So, for me, they definitely make schnitzels better than some Germans. The pizza is sensational. There's not much to say other than it's top-notch, and the owners and staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I'm already looking forward to the next time. Dalla Mamma has become my first port of call when it comes to pizza. The quality is consistently excellent – ​​whether I pick it up myself or have it delivered. The pizzas are always hot, fresh, and truly delicious. Not overly heavy, not too greasy – just right. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. The service is friendly, uncomplicated, and reliable. I've never had a bad experience – and that's really rare these days. For me, everything is just perfect here – taste, value, reliability. I definitely recommend it!

A disaster, the first time I ordered a pasta trio: 3 different types of pasta and 3 sauces. The worst thing ever: the spaghetti was overcooked and the tomato sauce was way too salty, so I had to throw the food in the trash. It was truly unacceptable. Once and never again. My son had a large pizza, which wasn't great either, and the garlic bread had no garlic flavor at all, just tasted of oregano. There was way too much oregano on it, and the crust was hard and practically too thin. So there was something else I could call good, and then I wasted almost 40 euros.

Based on the reviews, I ordered for the first time – and once again realized that you shouldn't believe everything. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was just not good enough. After two slices, the rest ended up in the trash – truly disappointing.

Absolutely love this place. The pizza is top notch with fresh ingredients, a perfect crust, and a great variety whether you’re into the classics or something a little different. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting with both cozy indoor seating and a really nice outdoor area if you want to enjoy the fresh air.

The pizza was okay, but not outstanding. Unfortunately, you had to search for the cheese on the pizza. Extras ordered for an extra charge were unfortunately barely visible on the pizza... a real shame considering you pay even more for them. Both the cannelloni and the pizza were also very unseasoned.

Dropped pizza was served! Today we ordered pizza to pick up, as we have often done before. When the pizzas were ready and ready to be handed over, one pizza fell onto the floor and fell out of the box. They then picked up the individual pieces from the floor, took them away, and assured me that a new pizza would be prepared, so far no problem. The supposedly new pizza was ready after a minute, which really surprised me. When I looked inside I noticed that Dalla Mamma had put the fallen pizza in the box and wanted to give it to me. When I confronted the employees about it, they reluctantly baked a new pizza. Sorry Dalla Mamma Team, that was a mess and you won't see us again.

Pasta underground with pasta with aglio e olio e peporicino, the pasta was floating in the oil, there should be oil on it but not oil as a sauce, that was disgusting and the tortellini with cream sauce almost made me puke Pizza is okay, little to complain about but not really good Fries are good and a decent amount On my first visit there was also a children's series that didn't have a nice atmosphere and the cook didn't use gloves and the kitchen didn't look tasty

Never again! We ordered 2 pizzas, a large and a small. We were delivered two small pizzas and one of them was raw! and burned (see picture). Employee was very rude, argued on the phone for a long time because he didn't believe us. It's unbelievable that you treat a customer like that. We had to wait another hour for the subsequent delivery. This can ruin a nice pizza evening.

Ordered there for our small Christmas party. I have to say: it was underground! I had a pizza funghi. 2-3 mushrooms were carelessly chopped on top, the garlic was forgotten and the pizza was partially burnt. Dough was leathery and bowed. Colleague had ordered pizza with ham and Rocula. Ham was half cold, rocket was missing. Dough like mine. His wife had ordered salad with turkey strips. It came with almost no sauce. It wasn't turkey strips, but breaded turkey pieces. As a substitute for a clever sauce, balsamic cream was used, which was made over it. The next colleague's schnitzel was lukewarm, the fries were soggy and also lukewarm. Everything continued like this with the other colleagues. Around a dozen meals, all of them at the lowest level. Completely unacceptable food. We were very annoyed, after all it was our Christmas party. The only joy is that the store lost an entire company's workforce as customers in one fell swoop due to this simply consistently negative delivery.

So the order goes smoothly and on time. However, the quality of orders leaves a lot to be desired. I have no idea what's going wrong... But if you eat there, the food, especially the schnitzels, is absolutely amazing. Rarely have such good schnitzels been eaten. Mega Gutes Essen Super Personal und alles Frisch

Ich hole manchmal nach der Arbeit hier Nudeln, Spaghetti, Tortellini, Penne, je nach Gusto. Das Essen ist immer gut und wird frisch zusammengestellt. Soßen frisch gekocht oder Lasagnen frisch geschichtet und gebacken. Maximale Wartezeit 15-20 Minuten. Das Gemecker verstehe ich nicht. Man kann am Fenster abholen und beim Zubereiten zusehen. Geöffnet ab Uhr durchgehend, wo bekomme ich das noch? Alles Tutti :)

Ich weiß nicht, was manchmal in der Küche los ist, dass bestelltes vergessen wird oder Zutaten hinzugefügt werden, die nie bestellt wurden aber bei Ansprache zeigt sich die Pizzeria sehr kulant. Bestelle gerne dort und werde ich auch zukünftig, nur der Koch sollte die Bestellungen künftig etwas aufmerksamer lesen :)

Fangen wir Chronologisch an. - Lieferung war normal ca 50 min - Essen 1x Bruschetta (Tomaten kalt und Brot zu hart) - 2x Pizzen. Die Hawaii Pizza war okay, meine Pizza Speciale hat geschmeckt wie vor 3 Tagen….. Das Hausgemachte Tiramisu war wirklich eine 9/10 also deshalb gebe ich auch 2 Sterne. Sonst 0

Pizza Mageritha ohne Käse nur Teig und Tomatensoße. Die andere Pizza noch mit rohem Teig - hätte noch 2 Minuten gebraucht im Ofen! Nach telefonischer Beschwerde wurde uns mittgeteilt, dass der Pizzabäcker schon Feierabend hatte und die Bestellung von “wem auch immer” verarbeitet wurde. Unser Tipp: nehmt keine Bestellungen an wenn euer Pizzabäcker schon im Feierabend ist!!! Früher war die Pizza mal echt gut, heute leider eine Katastrophe! Nachtrag: Man hat uns am nächsten Tag die Bestellung nochmal geliefert, nachdem man dies am Abend zuvor angeboten hatte - Wort gehalten, Respekt! Diesmal war alles ok!
