Ordered pizza, unfortunately 1 hour late, cold and limp...

Let's assume you're really hungry. And you're really in the mood for the dishes that Pizzeria Cascade offers - because they generally look good and sound pretty delicious too. Yes, then it's best to order somewhere else. BECAUSE here you will have to wait a very, very, very long time for your delivery & if you are unlucky (about 50/50 chance), the food won't even taste good. I understand that there are problems with delivery at peak times and everything takes a little longer. No problem! But if the delivery takes over 2 hours and you are fobbed off in an unfriendly manner when you ask over the phone, then the focus here is certainly not on service quality and “returning customers”. This is very disappointing, especially since I know from before that things could have been different here. Too bad. I can't recommend it - there are plenty of very good delivery services in Erfurt and, if you're looking for something to eat locally, very good restaurants etc. Just go there, save yourself the hassle and waiting.

Never again, after a promised order of 40 minutes and an inquiry after more than 1 1/2 hours, the service employee on the phone turns into being rude. Therefore not recommended!

Pizza wasn't convincing, dough wasn't cross, rocket was very bitter and some burnt spots on the edge. Salads didn't blow our minds either, they were far too ordinary and not delicately crafted. Meat tough, missed the cooking point, I don't need it again. We'd rather go somewhere else next time, too bad.

Kindness is very important in this industry. The problem is not with the food but with the employees who prepare the food and apparently don't really want to work carefully. How can you keep forgetting ingredients? and then it's normal for people to complain and then you're treated badly, you're made to feel stupid, so you can't feel comfortable there anymore. It's very sad that there is always theater because people don't work properly and carefully so that people can sometimes write something positive. No, unfortunately that's not possible at the moment! I hope they change their behavior and stop driving through the city like racing car drivers. Everyone has to follow the rules! There are so many good ordering services out there, this one is a brilliant exception! Here you can get homemade dishes of excellent quality. I can only recommend it..

Instead of the stated delivery time of 1 hour, it was 1 hour 45 minutes. Instead of an apology, the excuse was that he was just the driver. At least the pizza was still warm. It was okay, but that was it.

We were guests today with a group of 10 people and were thoroughly impressed. The food was of excellent quality and was served in a very short time. We would particularly like to praise the excellent service and competent advice. The ambience of the restaurant is also worth highlighting - it is stylishly furnished and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this restaurant offers an impressive overall experience - both in terms of food, service and ambience. Highly recommended!

Boss totally unsympathetic, delivery service does not adhere to traffic regulations and thus endangers people's (children!!!) lives. Pizza below average, you can also take the "good" one from the freezer.

It can't be right, I've paid cash on delivery twice so far. Twice the driver couldn't give me the correct change. We're talking about €5 here... supposedly he only has €4 How can something like that be? I'm sorry, but that's beyond bold... The food tastes good, but with such audacity I will never order from you again...

Ate there and just saw it at My Local, Your Local. Mega unsympathetic owner. The guy should stick to his delivery service and stop pretending to be a "cook" because that's definitely not him. No recommendation from me.

I can only recommend to everyone here who doesn't like the pizza: buy the pizza from Gustavo Gusto TK in the supermarket. Now better than many pizza restaurants. Costs under €4. Just try it. Really!!!

I haven't ordered pizza from you, but I would like to leave a review about your suppliers. I noticed that the delivery people drive very quickly and dangerously through the city. This is very strange and worrying. I ask the management to give the drivers appropriate information.

There was an INSECT in the noodles 🦟!!! I don't have the words to say this. Ordered at 10:30 p.m. Nobody answers the phone anymore. Bruschetta looked like the driver had been at the racetrack before. 2 small slices of baguette and an end piece for €7.50... Driver can't handle the bell because you first have to get to the door from the 10th floor. So don't get half-ready for bed if you want to order in the evening!

I don't know what else to say... I've now ordered the second time and thought I'd try the dessert again. It's better to take something like this out of the range if you can't prepare it. The first time the panacotta was ready to drink. Now I have ordered a Hot Blondie - below there is an extra lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Actually, I could have inserted a skewer to lick the "Hot Blondie" like ice cream. When I called the pizzeria, the employee explained to me that the pie shouldn't be warm. When I asked why he was called "Hot Blondie" he couldn't answer me and said the boss would call me back.

I ordered from Pizzeria Cascade via Lieferando. A Chillichees burger with fries and panacotta. The food was delivered very quickly, but unfortunately it was disappointing. The panacotta was liquid, you could actually drink it. In addition, it spilled out of the package onto the fries and the burger. I don't know if it was because it "melted" from the heat or what happened to it. Definitely a shame for 6 euros. When I called to get feedback, all they said was "yes, that's stupid, but there's not much I can do about it now." I can understand that something like this is difficult to regulate. But I still wished for more. The burger and fries were pretty good, but there wasn't much chilli for a Chillichees burger.

The behavior of delivery drivers in traffic is impossible. Reckless and excessive speed endangers other road users. For me, this is a reason never to order here.

Spontaneously ate pizza on site, which was very, very tasty. So definitely worth a visit again. In addition to pizza, there is a large selection of many different dishes.

Oh well. After we ordered our food online, I received an email saying that I would receive my pizzas in an hour (2 pieces). After an hour and a half they still weren't there and the so-called delivery service didn't answer the phone either. You have to know. After an hour and a half the doorbell rang, just as I was about to go find my order. The messenger briefly explained to me that one of the delivery vehicles had probably broken down. I fully understand that, but in my opinion it cannot be that they showed up almost three quarters of an hour late, and that several attempts to contact were not accepted and no initiative was taken to establish contact. The two pizzas were tasty, but cold. You have to know.

Unfortunately that was nothing! I ordered on a normal Monday and waited 1.5 hours for my food. As a thank you, it was unfortunately cold and not even tasty. The pizza came with hollandaise sauce, which wasn't apparent in the order or description and which I definitely didn't want. When delivered, the bruschetta was more like a box of shaken bread than anything else. But the individual parts tasted okay. All in all, the order was unfortunately a real zero number. Definitely won't order again.

We ordered 3 pizzas and a waffle. The pizzas were scheduled to wait for an hour and arrived after 2 hours, the waffle was forgotten, after inquiries they said that they would send it out straight away. But we had to wait almost 2 hours again and the waffle was cold. We have ordered there several times and were mostly satisfied, but after this experience we will probably change our mind and not order there as often anymore. But the taste was different compared to the past and not really good.

We ordered for over €80, the food was inedible, a colleague of mine had to throw up 10 minutes later after eating, the delivery took 1.5 hours and was ice cold, the pizzas were swimming in oil and were also inedible, the only thing that tasted good was When they asked for a refund for the Coke cans that came with it, they simply said no. If you're thinking about eating or ordering there, you should get a frozen pizza from Rewe and eat it straight down your throat from the freezer. It probably tastes better than what we got and should be pretty much the same temperature as the food we delivered. I will never order there again

We ordered 2 grill plates and a pizza menu, from which we could enjoy the cola cans. Meat was fried to death and fatty and bone-in, fried potatoes probably never saw a pan and the pizza was more arugula and olive oil than anything else. It would have made more sense to burn the money

I have rarely had such bad food delivered. The whole box was swimming with oil (at best it was olive oil, but I'm not so sure), the meat was absolutely reudig, the fried potatoes were mostly raw. About 5 minutes later I puked my heart out. Stay away and get a dry bread roll because you get more for your money. (but a real insider tip for all your fingers in your neck friends. It saves you fingers)

Experienced today. Delivery service at full speed in the 30 zone, contrary to a one-way street, a danger to people and animals. Not ok.

Pizzaservice Vulcano Erfurt is on average 5e cheaper and at least 20x better.. In fact, you can't compare it at all... Every Turkish kebab shop has a better pizza.. I really don't understand the positive reviews... The delivery also took extremely long

By far the best pizzas are here, very tasty and always freshly prepared. I don't understand some of the bad reviews here. Mistakes happen everywhere and you should understand that! (Especially since the store is flooded with orders, certainly not because it's bad). In addition, the store has opening times that Erfurt had only dreamed of before!! :) GREAT FOOD!

Ordered 2 pizzas to pick up. There was a misunderstanding with the pickup time. We would have had to wait another 30 minutes. It wouldn't have been a problem at all - BUT we were lectured in a rude manner and didn't get a chance to speak at all. We have to understand that, we have to know that, etc. We have never experienced such unfriendly people. We won't be ordering anything there anymore.

Wrong pizza was delivered, drinks ordered didn't even arrive. I was offered a new delivery over the phone. Since as a working person you don't want to wait another hour at 12:30 in the evening, I was offered a refund and I accepted it. After a week I went to the store again in person to discuss it. I was promised quick processing. Nothing has happened to date (3.5 weeks later). I'd love not to come back! Fair two stars because I was satisfied with the taste up to that point.

The store itself is okay. It is nicely decorated, the prices are fair and the employees are very nice. I think it's good that fresh dough was used for the pizza, but unfortunately the topping didn't stay on. The pizza itself tasted quite good, but towards the end it tasted a little bitter and sweet, which I found strange and not very tasty. Still 3 stars for the food.

My boyfriend and I always get pizza here. We have been going to you for more than a year and have sometimes delivered. The pizza is really tasty, juicy. Just the way pizza should be. It's love at first bite. But, what a terrible disappointment the service leaves.... If your employees want to solve a couple of three of their problems, shout, say obscene words - a place where they take a break and smoke, or create a closed kitchen, or tell about the basic norms of "open" work kitchen... The impression is terrible. While waiting for the pizza, we listened to so many obscene words, personal moments... These are not the moments that your dear guests want to experience while waiting for their food, because the "aftertaste" when the guest leaves your restaurant leaves much to be desired. I imagine how the guests feel, who eat inside your establishment, and not just wait for their order for 10 minutes And we have seen such negative moments more than once, so the feedback is appropriate

Nach anderthalb Stunden Wartezeit wurde uns heute eine eiskalte Pizza geliefert. Sowohl der Lieferfahrer entschuldigte sich,dass man zu wenig Personal habe als auch die Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant. Eine Kulanz wurde nicht angeboten. "Es sei viel zutun und man habe nur einen Fahrer ." Außerdem würde ich weit weg wohnen . Die Distanz war Bahnhof -Herrenberg,die Aussage ist beinahe frech! 23€ waren völlig rausgeschmissen und die Pizza Karlos ist nicht im Ansatz scharf. Die erste und letzte Bestellung!

Die Wartezeit war sehr lang und die Pizza war kalt. Der Geschmack ist nicht so schlecht, aber es lohnt sich nicht. Ich empfehle es nicht.

Burger und Dessert ist echt ne Beleidigung, dafür noch so viel zu verlangen, ist einfach unglaublich.

Haben zum zweiten Mal an einem Sonntag bestellt! Von Rippchen bis Bolognese über Pizza, alles mega lecker. Preis und Leistung absolut gerechtfertigt. Lieferzeiten absolut in Ordnung, und eure Fahrer sind auch super nett! Danke dafür. Weiter so!

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier und hatte die Pizza Diavolo. Ich war wirklich überrascht, da ich nach den mittelmäßigen Pizzas, die man in so vielen Läden kriegt, nicht so viel erwartet hätte. Sie war wirklich klasse. Könnte vielleicht noch ein Tick weniger fettig sein für meinen Geschmack, aber es waren gute Zutaten und schmeckte einfach nach einer richtigen Pizza, statt einfach nur Fast-Food. Gerne wieder!

Die Pizza ist grundsätzlich immer hervorragend, um einiges besser als viele andere sogenannte Pizzerias in Erfurt. Es kommt beim Belegen und dem letzten fehlenden Stern immer darauf an, wer die Pizza macht. Das Restaurant hat super lang offen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist modern, aber nicht auf ein "richtiges" Restaurant ausgelegt. Eher ein wenig mehr Fastfood, was aber keineswegs abwertend gemeint ist. Zum Abholen bestellen wir hier sehr gern unsere Pizza. Weiter so.

Also das Essen dort ist mega lecker, Rippchen mit Barbecue und auch die Nachtische super lecker. Ich bestelle dort öfters und wurde nie enttäuscht. 👍🏻

Nice pizzeria near to the main train station in Erfurt. The pizza was great, the crust was so soft and tasty. Everything served hot and nicely presented. This place offers a wide variety of pizza toppings (sure not an authentic one but it suits more people) and 3 pizza sizes. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was ok. The only major drop that this place doesn't have a toilet, a sink, or any hand sanitizer. If you order a take away or delivery you don't have any problem.

Super Mitarbeiter , super essen man kann sich nicht beschweren.

Beste Pizzeria überhaupt. Habe mot kumpels schon 90% der Karte ausprobiert und es ist alles genial. Kann ich jedem empfehlen der gutes Essen mag. Ps: Die Öffnungszeiten sind auch der Hammer. Kannst so gut wie immer etwas bestellen.

Beste Pizzeria in Erfurt. Perfekt für ein Late Night Snack. Wir waren 1 Uhr nachts dort und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen ist fantastisch und man hat sehr viel Auswahl. Für diese guten Angebote bekommt man einen Super Preis und alles schmeckt frisch. Ich kann diese Pizzeria nur empfehlen.

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellt. Lieferung kam auch recht zügig an. Jedoch war die Pizza schon kalt und ein Apfelstrudel wurde erst garnicht geliefert. Wir haben selbstverständlich versucht dort anzurufen aber es ging keiner ran. Ich bestelle nicht mehr dort und empfehle es auch nicht weiter!!!

Pizza war okay, jedoch ohne Pilze wie extra bezahlt. Durch die sehr lange Lieferzeit auch leider kalt angekommen. Würde ich nicht nochmal bestellen..

Verdammt leckeres essen und verdammt heiße Lieferanten was will man mehr?!

Die Speisekarte lässt zunächst spannende Geschmacksexplosionen vermuten. Mein Testessen der Pizza „London“ war für meinen Geschmack jedoch leider eine krasse Enttäuschung: VIEL zu FETTIG und - um im britischen Kontext zu bleiben - overdone! Und das angepriesene Spiegelei habe ich auf der Pizza gar nicht gefunden! Die verwendete Barbecue-Sauce - oder was auch immer - fand ich in der Konsequenz viel zu süß und offenbar auch ahornsirup- oder zuckerhaltig. Sehr schade! Eine kreative Pizza-Bäckerei-Idee mit einem Hauch gewagter kulinarischer Exotik sind diese käseüberfrachteten Fastfood-Kalorienbomber nach meinem Gusto gar nicht!

Preise sind ziemlich krass überteuert. Die Pizza Milano, die sehr nobel beschrieben wird, is jedoch einfach eine Margherita. Die Pizzen waren relativ kalt. Sie wurden aber dafür aberschnell geliefert. Eine typische Durchschnittspizza aus dem Dönerladen nebenan tut es auch. Damit will ich sagen, es gibt besserr Alternativen in Erfurt.
