Pizzeria Bei Alberto in Hemer

The staff are quite tense with each other. This is affecting the guests, who are already in an unpleasant dining area. There's a small computer corner set up there. Next to it is a laundry basket filled with various things. The placemats are stuck to the table. Utterly bizarre. The colleague from the kitchen took the order, but had considerable difficulty doing so. The order was: a small Funghi pizza with extra salami (€9), Rigatoni al forno (€12), and a small water (of course, no one asked). He then passed the order on to the owner/pizza maker. This is where the first mistake occurred (ham instead of salami; however, I noticed and pointed it out). The ordered water went to the next table. The guest didn't object and continued smacking his lips while watching Reels in Spanish. I finally received the water after ordering again. The pizza arrived quickly and already sliced. The pasta took a good five minutes to arrive because the pizza maker started earlier than the cook. In the meantime, they brought pizza bread with herb butter (for some reason). The pasta, which according to the Google menu cost €1, was not what I wanted. It turned out to be penne. The supposed owner didn't seem to care, though, after asking me at the end if everything was okay. I had been looking forward to rigatoni, and the penne is obviously cheaper. The owner said it tasted the same anyway and was listed on the menu. I pointed out that he could have just written "pasta" on it. Penne al forno isn't served that way. Of course, no apology. As for the food: I wouldn't even order or go there if I lived nearby and had nothing at home. Absolutely nothing special. Completely boring, disappointing food. It didn't taste good. We just wanted to get out of there. We walked past the refrigerator. Inside were some kind of desserts (private? And uncovered). There was also a honeydew melon that looked quite dark on one side. In the end, I paid €23.50. I have no idea how that was calculated. The owner jotted something down on a notepad. I didn't ask for a receipt because I just wanted to leave. I don't know if they charged for the pizza bread. Never again; we were only there for a spa break. I hope they get a decent replacement soon. My child (3) almost finished the pizza. It was quite small. If you want delicious pizza, go to Iserlohn and visit the pizzeria next to Kaufland in the city center. Pizzeria Romantica. ✌️

Unfortunately disappointing – poor value for money I ordered two small pizzas for pickup and was unfortunately not satisfied. For €17, I received two very small pizzas with a diameter of only about 24 cm – which, in my opinion, is not commensurate with the price. I also had to agree with the existing, rather critical reviews regarding the toppings: The pizzas were very sparsely topped and had a dry, approximately 2 cm wide crust all around. The taste was nothing special – a shame, because given their dominant position in the village, I would have expected better quality and more care. In conclusion: It was unfortunately not a good experience for me. There is definitely room for improvement.

Very tasty, extremely friendly, and good value for money. Alberto said our order would take a while, but after 30 minutes, we had our order (2 pizzas, 2 pastas, and pizza rolls).

A total catastrophe 9 euros for a small tuna fish to take with you and then tasted and topped like a frozen pizza. Stay away from it, it's way too expensive and doesn't taste good!!!

Food is good, but for an order over €40, adding €3.50 delivery costs for 800 meters is audacious. No more orders are placed there.

The best pizza in the Iserlohn/Hemer/Altena area. Sometimes the boss overschedules a bit, but we never had to wait long and therefore order regularly and very happily.

Complete disaster! We ordered 3 large pizzas. 1 salami, 1 Hawaiian and a tuna with onions. The dough wasn't fresh (it was totally crunchy), and there was very little topping! 5 slices of salami for a large pizza (you could count the pineapple, as well as the tuna and onions!) Plus the pizza wasn't topped all the way to the edge. This creates a border of 3 - 4 cm. This one didn't even have tomato sauce on it! We paid €29.50 for the fun. And the children didn't eat the pizzas because they didn't taste good at all! So you also have to organize something else to eat! We definitely won't order again. That was the third and last time overall. The other times weren't good either, but we wanted to give it another chance!

I'm so happy to have gotten to know a pizzeria where pizzas are prepared with love and passion. Thank you very much for that💪 keep it up, I won't be with you for the last time.🤤🥂

Wir waren gerade mit einer Gruppe dort Pizza essen. Wir sind hier im Mutter-Kind-Kur. Zuerst dachten wir: Na ob das was wird......?! Aber dann..... Die Pizza war mega lecker. Der Besitzer total sympathisch und nett. Wir habe uns noch lange mit ihn unterhalten und werden das im Haus erzählen, sie gut das Essen war und wie nett der Besitzer ist. Also wenn wir nochmal hier in Kur fahren werden wir wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Tagesabschluss

Ein so so so toller Italiener. Super Essen super Service. Aber das wichtigste: ein wunderbarer sympathischer und liebenswerter besitzer+Team. Wenn wir hier wohnen würden, wäre es unser stammlokal. An alle die bei der Mutter Kind Klinik sind: kommt hierher!!!!!

Der Besitzer war so lieb zu uns. Die Kinder wurden bespaßt und durften die Musik auswählen. Das Essen war auch mega Lecker und reichlich.

An und für sich ganz ok leider nicht ganz das bekommen was ich bestellt hatte die Pizza kam mit Krabben ( hab die dann runter gepult) hatte ohne bestellt und der Salat hatte das falsche dressing( was aber nach einem Anruf sofort neu gemacht wurde) geschmacklich war es ganz okay
