We used to like to order from La Margherita and we always enjoyed both the pizzas and the pasta dishes. Today, after a long break from ordering, we were unfortunately very negatively surprised. We ordered via Lieferando, but then immediately contacted the restaurant personally, which ended with another negative surprise. Two pizzas and two pasta dishes were ordered. A pizza should have a diameter of 30cm. When we opened the pizza box, the pizza seemed a little smaller. Out of interest, we simply measured it. It was only about 27cm! The restaurant employee immediately denied this and assured that the pizzas were always 30cm in diameter. But he simply didn't want to hear that we measured it and actually only had 27cm. We went and looked at the reviews on Lieferando. (Unfortunately only after we ordered) One person there also complained that the pizza was only 27cm in diameter and not 30. The pasta dishes were gnocchi with gorgonzola and spinach in a cream sauce and macaroni al forno. Both dishes tasted almost identical. Namely vegetable broth. You couldn't taste the Gorgonzola at all. The noodles went in the trash. With the Macaroni al Forno you could count the pieces of minced meat on one hand. But again, the strong vegetable broth taste that just ruins the whole dish. These noodles also went into the trash. The employee confirmed that all dishes are made with vegetable broth. When we pointed out that both dishes tasted almost identical and only like vegetable broth, they blamed this on the customers who eat vegan and vegetarian food. The employee was not understanding at all. He was rather outraged by our call and wanted to brush us off. In the end he even just hung up. So there wasn't even an excuse for the fact that we basically threw half of the goods we ordered into the trash and we simply didn't get what we ordered for our money. Thank you for nothing La Margherita. That was the last time we ordered anything from you, because we can fool ourselves too.

Ok s this has to be the best pizza authentic learned by a Italian customs pizzas for his children like go on! The food is so nice and you have to try their salad sauce so good the seafood was fresh and the shrinp is so elegant pleasant atmosphere with a large bird so cute

We have ordered many times now. Whether the calzone is black or not is a matter of luck. But very often she is. Ordered salad three times, got the wrong salad twice, which was of course cheaper. We don't order there anymore.

Hello I ordered here for the second time. When it comes to pizza, I'm a bit picky. The dough must be fluffy but crispy. Not too much topping that the pizzas don't get soggy, but not too little that you have to look for it either. When pizza is delivered, it generally tastes less good than when you eat there. This simply logically has something to do with the heat and the boxes. The delivery person is always nice and not pushy. Pizzas arrived on time and warm. A little too mushy for my taste, but otherwise everything was good. I ordered a tonno with onion, artichokes and mushrooms. And a tonno onion. The price is also ok My favorite pizzeria in Krefeld doesn't open until 5 p.m., and unfortunately the one in Uerdingen (because Benny) doesn't deliver everywhere. And after 5 p.m. it's just too late for me now La Margerita delivers early. I also can't imagine that the dough/pizzas here are supposed to be ready-made from Lidl. As some of the reviews say here. The bottom line is: if you want a good pizza, at good times and don't want to wait too long, you're well served here. Thanks to the team

On the one hand, the suppliers don't know the traffic regulations and park or obstruct residents. If they ask the suppliers about it, they immediately become insulting and anti-social. In general, the pizzeria is extremely overpriced for what you get. Noodles etc all the same and inferior quality! There is absolutely no ambience in this store. The staff and the manager are not even able to greet their guests properly. I wouldn't voluntarily get any more food there! Whoever gets their food is their own fault! Salmonella welcome!

After a very long time I ordered there again. Positive: The delivery came on time. Negative: the food. The sauce for the gnocchi tasted a lot like Maggi, i.e. artificial. I know the taste from the Aldi ready-made sauces. The dough for the pizzas wasn't any better either. Is it possible that this one comes out of the bucket finished? I wanted to try it out there, so I did and that's it.

I've known the shop since I was little. Have eaten it many times and tastes like Lidl pizza. I live opposite and see out the window how Lidl frozen pizza is sometimes unpacked there, at least they know that and that's why it often happens pretty quickly ;) I once had a good time with the boss's son, but basically the son is just like his father extremely aloof and if you don't renovate for it, for an underground price, then you will only be treated badly. The restaurant itself hasn't been renovated in a long time and is quite unhygienic

Have been ordering there for years and are always satisfied. Ordered a calzone yesterday. Was delivered promptly. Pizza dough is fresh and the filling is plentiful and good. For us one of the best in Krefeld.

Wrong food delivered and when you call they don't even bring the right food. The food delivered isn't really tasty either.

The shop generally looks unhygienic, with pizza leftovers and spider nests scattered across the floor. After ordering, the pizza and filled rolls were ready within five minutes. Cheese wasn't melted through, dough wasn't cooked through either, and only after a short discussion was the same food put back into the oven. Unfortunately, the taste was extremely disappointing, the service was terrible, the food was given to us in boxes, even though we said afterwards that we wanted to eat in the store. Instead of bringing cutlery etc., we were informed twice that you were not allowed to eat from the pizza boxes in the store in a rather unfriendly tone.

Top reliable shop for years. The last delivery took exactly 14 minutes. That was almost too fast. 😉 Pizza is always delicious and the value for money is also good.

A few hours after eating the delivered food, we experienced nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The symptoms lasted for about 24 hours and our family doctor diagnosed food poisoning. This was our last order from this store.

We found the pizzeria through Lieferando. Our wish: an authentic Italian pizza. What we got: an underbaked flatbread overloaded with cheese. I ordered extra with parmesan but it was really awful. We had to put the pizza in the oven for another 20 minutes and were still awake all night because we couldn't sleep because of stomach pains. It's shocking that this house in Lieferando has a terrific rating. Unfortunately I can't recommend it to anyone.

Apart from the very unfriendly staff or endless discussions with the manager or sometimes incorrect orders that are delivered, you could somehow ignore it, but what has now been delivered is an absolute disgrace and a bummer and after you complain you get pat answers and no one will be helped!!!! You certainly don't want to get anything for free, but paying money for something and then not being able to enjoy it is a real shame and, especially in this day and age, wasting food is even more sadly not recommended to anyone!!

We waited 2 hours for food and no one said that they deliver for orders of at least €15 (excluding drinks). Although Lieferando doesn't say that (without drinks). If I could I would give 0 stars!!!!!

We ordered a bottle of Fanta with our order! It was covered in mold, including on the hygienically sensitive bottle neck. A telephone complaint was resolved with the offer of a credit note for the next order. In addition, the driver was blamed! As if that wasn't enough, after a few minutes the restaurant called me again and tried to explain again! This time it was said that the bottles were stored outside in the snow! But again, no excuse! Just a tip to bring a new bottle on the next tour near us! This is absolutely unacceptable behavior!!! This is about hygienic, sensitive food processing! Mold is absolutely unacceptable! This brings up the question, how is the remaining food stored and processed! Are cold chains and hygiene standards even being adhered to here??? We've lost our appetite and reporting to the health department is a logical consequence! Never again!

There was hair in the pizza that had melted into cheese... I took it out and threw it away, he said I could still eat the pizza... disgusting, never again

A pity! After placing an order from Lieferando, my wife made a call regarding a change request and was treated unpleasantly: "Why are you calling here?! People are always calling here...!" ...yes, that's what people do when they order a pizza, Mr. Pizza Baker :-) then the phone was hung up on her and the pizza didn't come. After I called back, only the statement: " Lieferando pays late and poorly. Get your money back from them, I don't care!" We don't order here anymore!

If you want really good pizza, fast delivery times and reasonable prices, you'll be well served here. However, the service is extremely unfriendly and insulting. The goal is to portray the customer as an idiot and not admit any mistakes. Unfortunately, that's almost always the case with them. To avoid a call, I simply recommend Lieferando or their own website. After reading this review, I'll probably spit on the pizza next time, which is why I won't order there for now.

Please only consider this for the delivery service. Were there on Saturday evening at 7 p.m. and the restaurant was completely empty. Almost surprisingly, we were asked if we wanted to eat there. The rooms smelled strongly of chlorine and were visibly old. We decided to eat there. The pizza was served quickly and tasted okay for the price. The restaurant makes sense as a delivery service, but you shouldn't eat on site.

He says everyone makes mistakes except him, he would always send what you ordered, especially I'm a complainer, no one has allergies, that would all just be nonsense Now the latest and most up-to-date, a salad *CAPRICCIOSA* because the order value has increased from €10 to €12, you just have to be inventive, I once ordered pasta 🍜 and a salad, please don't put the dressing on the salad the salad because I don't want to eat it until the next day What comes is what I ordered, only the dressing was already on the salad. I asked the gentleman to take the salad back and bring me the new salad I ordered He said the boss was getting angry 😈 which wasn't my problem, I called and explained the problem, he had nothing else to do than dress me down as his serf, it's unbelievable what the man would do... After our phone call, which was very one-sided, I hung up and waited. After 32 minutes the replacement came, but not a new salad, but the first salad with sauce and one sauce on top ☝️ on top, so (extra) sauce, impudence of the first degree, that's what prompted me to turn on the AMT, I'll do it, and a lot more, as much as possible, I'll kill the business. I ordered a lasagne earlier and specifically said it had beef and no pork🤚 After I got it I find pork salami inside and no beef I called again and complained about it but I was told it was turkey salami! 🤕 This is the most disgusting lasagna I have ever not eaten‼️ The lasagne ended up in the garbage can⛔⛔⛔

Gute Pizzen und schnelle Lieferung!

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal hier bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte tatsächlich in 30 Minuten, der Fahrer war sehr nett und die Pizzen heiß. Der Belag auf den Pizzen war tip top, die Kräuterbutter sehr lecker, beim Salat Mista kann man gerne mal drüber nachdenken, ein paar mehr Gurken und Tomaten hinein zu tun. 6,50€ für hauptsächlich Eisberg Salat ist ein bisschen drüber. Aber.... was ist das für ein Pizzateig??? .... total zäh und man braucht ein Steakmesser um dadurch zu kommen! Total schade, denn alles andere ist völlig in Ordnung!

Früher habe ich häufiger hier bestellt und war immer zufrieden nur deshalb gibt es 2 Sterne. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung jedoch, habe ich Online bestellt und eine bestimmte Uhrzeit für die Lieferung ausgewählt. Aus gutem Grund, da ich leider nicht früher zuhause sein konnte. Das Essen wurde 45 Minuten früher angeliefert, als gewünscht, die Pizza war also kalt bis ich zuhause war. Also habe ich dort angerufen, um meinen Unmut zu äußern. Nachdem mir dann vorgeschlagen wurde, ich könnte die Pizza ja einfach nochmal in den Backofen schieben um sie zu erhitzen, war für mich klar, es war das letzte Mal für mich bei La Margherita. Einfach ein No Go sowas als Reaktion! Ihr solltet über eine andere Umgangsweise mit Reklamationen nachdenken. Viel Erfolg!!!

Habe über Lieferando bestellt, nach 1,5 h Wartezeit wurde meine Bestellung einfach storniert. Angeblich sei der Mindestbestellwert nicht erfüllt worden obwohl ich auf bestellen klicken konnte. Bezahlt war es auch schon. Ich weiß das Restaurants da manchmal keinen Zugriff drauf haben was bei Lieferando angegeben wird aber bitte kümmern sie sich um dieses Problem.. ich hätte es ja noch ok empfunden wenn direkt nach dem bestellen die Stornierung gekommen wäre , aber nach 1,5 h ist es schon unverschämt. By the way es ist mittlerweile nach 22.00 Uhr. Es gibt Menschen die morgen früh noch arbeiten müssen und jetzt nicht mehr die Zeit haben noch wo anders zu bestellen. 2 Sterne weil ich dort schon mal bestellt habe und es sehr lecker war.

Stehpizzeria mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Ordentliche Pizza, kalte Getränke, Umgangsformen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Einer der besten Pizzen die ich gegessen habe ,kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Gewürze muss du selbst mitbringen Corona halt essen im Haus unerwartet, Sonder wünsche immer mit bestellen ansonsten nicht erwarten das es gemacht wird. Zu empfehlen wäre ein Salat vom Preis mittelmäßig

Bestellen am Telefon ist wesentlich besser ,da kommen auch keine Fehler auf wie online ...essen immer top so wie das Personal Und am Telefon zu bestellen ist wesentlich günstiger als online !!!!

Hier bestelle ich am liebsten Salat. Kenne keine Pizzeria wo der Salat so gut ist wie hier. Sonderwünsche werden bei mir auch immer erfüllt. Verstehe die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht. Am Telefon auch immer nett und freundlich. Bestelle hier immer wieder sehr gerne.

Pizza ist sehr lecker und wurde beim letzten Mal sogar ohne Wunsch direkt geschnitten, was für mich persönlich viel besser ist. Die Bedienung ist leider, wie bereits von anderen beschrieben, nur semi-gut. Freundlichkeit am Telefon nicht vorhanden! Beim Abholen war die Bedienung deutlich freundlicher. Extrawünsche wurden von mir noch nie wirklich benötigt, deshalb kann ich dazu nichts sagen... Während unseres Umzuges und das ewige Warten unserer Küche ständig bestellt, immer freundlich, immer schnell. Eine Fehlbestellung und die ohne wenn und aber ersetzt.

Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Für mich eine der besten Pizzen, die man hier im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien in Krefeld bekommt. Auch die Nudelgerichte schmecken super.

Eine Pizzeria, die sich große Familienpizzen liefert, perfekt für meine KollegInnen, alle waren begeistert, es hat geschmeckt und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung!

Lange Lieferzeit, der gesamte Belag ist von den Pizzen gerutscht und die Kartons waren durchgeweicht, dazu war die Pizza sehr fettig. Das erste und letzte Mal, das wir dort bestellt haben.
