Amazing place with very good food and very lovely staff!!

Gave the wrong house number while drunk. Didn't hear the driver on the doorbell or phone (unfortunately, the house number was wrong). When called back, the driver was directed to the correct address. Delivery was still very fast. Very friendly staff. The pizza was excellent. After enjoying the delicious pizzas, we checked the friendly voicemail. The driver rang the wrong doorbell 22 minutes before the stated delivery time. Highly recommended

The pizza itself is good but nothing special, the service is very nice and helpful, the price is definitely a plus, I will definitely come back when I'm nearby and try a different flavor

We ordered pizza to the cinema. It worked out well. We ordered online. Without realizing it, I accidentally placed the order twice, one after the other. But that was my fault, not the website's. Just a moment after I placed the order, the phone rang, and it was the pizzeria. They immediately noticed the duplicate order and asked if it was really meant to be. No, it wasn't, and I hadn't even noticed, especially since I hadn't seen my emails with the pizzeria's confirmation at the time. The pizzeria simply canceled the duplicate order. Thanks for that! We waited at the reception for the delivery man at the time of delivery and paid in cash. The pizza was good, very thin, but tasted absolutely fine. Thanks for a delicious pizza dinner!

The best Italian delivery service in Düsseldorf! I've been ordering regularly from Pizzafone in Unterrath for quite some time now. The service is extremely friendly and very organized. Delivery times are faster than other delivery services, and the food is always warm when it arrives at home. I admit... I usually stick with the same dish because the taste always impresses me. Nevertheless, I can wholeheartedly recommend this small business's pasta and pizza rolls – always delicious, freshly prepared, and completely reasonable in price! Ordered via Lieferando. The pizza arrived in just 25 minutes and was still piping hot. It tasted really good, too. The only thing I would criticize is the price, as the pizza was quite small for €12. Otherwise, I definitely recommend it.

I ordered online for the first time yesterday and was extremely satisfied. I also ordered spicy and garlic pizza. For dessert, I had a large portion of tiramisu, which was exceptionally delicious. I'd love to order again right away and will do so very soon!

Poor value for money! The taste was okay; you can customize your pizza, both in terms of diameter and toppings. Unfortunately, they significantly cut back on ingredients and toppings for both the smallest and largest diameters, as is clearly visible in the photos! Considering the final prices, the pizzas should have significantly more toppings! Conclusion: Ordered once, but won't order again!

Simply excellent pizza. Is it the best? No, but they deliver decent quality in a neighborhood with few alternatives. Note: only the chicken breast is halal here, and it's excellent quality for a reasonable price. Two pizzas for 21 euros.

I spontaneously found this pizzeria today and ate a tuna pizza with onions. One of the quickest and best pizzas I've ever had, absolutely fantastic. And it came with aioli cream!

I ordered the “Fone Pizza Kentucky” and the “Pizza Inferno (hot)” via the Lieferando app, and I also added a note requesting the pizzas to be baked a bit darker than usual. Additionally, I mentioned that I was staying at a hotel and asked them to call me upon arrival so I could come down and pick up the order. They followed all my instructions perfectly! The pizzas were baked exactly as requested, and they called me as agreed. The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding during the order process, which resulted in the wrong product being accidentally selected. There was another offer offering the same pizza at a cheaper price. Pizzafone was completely unaccommodating in this regard, and ultimately, the price for the same product remained the same. Furthermore, the pizza toppings were very meager, which is truly outrageous and completely unjustified for such a high price. Unfortunately, I don't recommend them.

We ordered for the 5th time today. Always the same pizza. The first 3 were perfect! The 4th was far too thick. Today's had hardly any tuna, far too much cheese, and the fresh onions were black. Just like the pizza crust. The ones from today shouldn't have been delivered. It's a shame that there are such differences in quality from time to time.
