Wenn ich könnte würde ich minus Sterne verteilen… Pizzabote mault direkt rum er habe angeblich 15 min vor der Tür gestanden doof nur das ich den Wagen kurz vor Klingeln gesehen habe… Nun das Essen: Absolute Frechheit für sowas Geld zu verlangen, ich habe immer gerne dort Bestellt das hat sich nun sehr schnell erledigt! Brokkoli nur den Strunk gehabt drei Rößchen das wars!! Jegliche Pommes so stark aufgeweicht und ungewürzt! Pizzabrötchen schmeckten auch nur nach Pampe am liebsten hätte ich mein geld zurück verlangt…. Wären sie Frech aber könnten Backen und Kochen okay… Aber bei beidem so inkompetent zu sein ist schon dreist und dann kcoh so viel Geld zu verlangen

Zum zweiten Mal in folge habe ich 2 1/2 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet !! So lecker die Pizza auch ist, so schlecht ist leider auch der Service. Mitarbeiter am Telefon dazu auch noch unfreundlich.

Leider bin ich mit diesem Lieferdienst sehr unzufrieden. Der Service am Telefon ist oft unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert. Außerdem kommt es regelmäßig zu erheblichen Verspätungen bei den Lieferungen. Ich wohne in der näheren Umgebung, trotzdem dauert die Lieferung häufig etwa eine Stunde oder sogar länger. Wenn man nachfragt, erhält man oft keine freundliche Auskunft. Die Qualität des Essens ist in Ordnung, aber der schlechte Kundenservice und die langen Wartezeiten sorgen dafür,

Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden mit den Bestellungen.Neuerdings werden die Liefertermine die bei lieferando angezeigt werden in keinster Weise mehr eingehalten ! Bei Anrufen und Nachfrage kann einem auch schonmal gesagt werden man kann es selber abholen . Keine Ahnung warum wir dennoch erneut dort bestellt haben . Lieferando hat 25 minuten angezeigt . Jetzt beim Anruf nach über 1 Stunde Wartezeit wurde erstmal gefragt was bestellt wurde und wo. Telefonisch nochmal Die Info bekommen das es bestimmt noch 30 Minuten dauert! Diesesmal war es definitiv das letzte Mal das wir da bestellt haben. Das können andere Unternehmen bedeutend besser und wenn es doch mal länger dauert wird sich entschuldigt und man bekommt als gutmachung eine Kleinigkeit extra ( Cola ,oder Brötchen …) die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das liefersystem nicht auf das Essen selber ! Definitiv wird hier leider nicht mehr bestellt von uns !!!

Sehr gute Pizza und Nudeln. Habe schnell vor Ort gegessen und auch bestellt und es schmeckt beide Male excellent. Wirklich Preis Leistung übertrieben gut. Bin selber Pizza Bäcker dementsprechend sehr pingelig aber bei Pizza royal ist man in guten Händen.

Ich bin jetzt schon länger Kundin bei Pizza Royal Angermund und bin immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen und auch die Lieferfahrer sind immer sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Pizza, Pizzabrötchen, Fleischgerichte, Kräuterbutter und auch die Mayonnaise schmecken immer sehr gut und die Preise finde ich auch fair. Die Lieferzeiten waren bisher auch völlig in Ordnung, ich habe noch nie länger als eine Stunde auf die Lieferung gewartet.

Essen ist top, bei Online-Kunden unter myroyal.de kam es zum Identitätsdiebstahl. Ich nutze für jede Seite ein eigenes Postfach und lasse alles auf mein Hauptpostfach unter meiner eigenen Domain weiterleite. Heute kam die erste Spam-Meldung eines Bio-Hacking-Unternehmens. Ein Hinweis vom Betreiber myroyal wäre schön gewesen.

Leider hat sich der Service hier deutlich verschlechtert. Die Wartezeit beträgt inzwischen regelmäßig 1 bis 1,5 Stunden, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Statt einer vernünftigen Erklärung oder Entschuldigung wird man lediglich damit vertröstet, dass gerade sehr viel zu tun sei. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Wir haben 5 Pizzen bestellt, die innerhalb einer halben Stunde geliefert wurden. Wenn wir Pizza essen, dann auch nur von hier, es schmeckt wirklich nirgendwo anders so gut. Eine Pizza haben wir versehentlich falsch bestellt ( es war vollkommen unsere Schuld ), aber trotzdem waren die soo lieb eine neue zu schicken. Ich wünschte überall wäre der Service so gut!
