Very bad.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Minor problems were quickly resolved. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended for an overnight stay.

An eyesore for the neighborhood. Regular customers publicly consume drugs in front of the snack bar every day. The alleyway to the right of the building stinks unbelievably of urine, as customers defecate there. I find the place a disgrace.

Delicious burgers and moderate prices. Excellent value for money.
