I ordered pizza with shrimp and got tuna instead. The man is still arguing on the phone and says I said anchovies instead of apologizing. We will never order from there again

One of the worst pizzerias I've ever visited.

I can only recommend this pizzaria to everyone. Great quality, price/performance is phenomenal. Extremely clean. Very fast delivery. Food came quicker than expected. Food delicious and extremely hot. Just great. They also deliver to rehabilitation clinics. Great. 1A with ********* lots of stars

Hygiene zero there was a woman who ordered at 6 p.m. She then came to the restaurant in person at 9 p.m. The food was still not there... the name of the store is just fake and has nothing to do with Giovanni. They use the name so that people think it's Italian... but it's not

It's terribly inhumane, waited for 3 hours, called several times after a waiting time of 1.5 hours and was always put off with incorrect time information. They say after 1.5 hours it will take another 10-15 minutes and call again after 45 minutes. Same game, people are making themselves comfortable The evening will be ruined because everyone is now hungry and has a stomach ache from hunger and our guests won't order anything here anymore. Didn't even receive an apology.

We ordered there via Lieferando, it arrived super quickly, after 30-40 minutes. However, the salad we ordered was moldy and everyone had a stomach ache after the pizza!

Unfortunately, the food is not recommended because it is moldy...

If you haven't been duped yet today, here's your chance The 28cm pizza ordered is 25cm tall. Toppings that were paid for are forgotten. Notes are not fulfilled (e.g. please cut pizza). Long waiting time and the pizza tastes rather better. Never order here again and advise anyone who wants it not to.

We ordered 2 kebab plates with fries online. Delivery time should be approx. 45 minutes. It was delivered in half the time and we are thrilled. Food warm, fries so perfect, respect. The delivery person/staff was super friendly! 2 new regular customers! Thanks.

The food tastes good, but people always forget the mayonnaise for the fries. Even though I always remind them.

Ordered something there for the first time over the phone. Delivery was super fast. The pizzas were very generously topped, hot and delicious. I will definitely order there more often.

Unfortunately I have to give one star but for what we experienced today my rating is actually 0. We ordered food at 5 p.m. for 45 euros. The food tracker at Lieferando didn't seem to work at all and after 45 minutes it just said that our food was there immediately. Another 15 minutes later I looked at my email inbox and found that a driver was supposedly at our door at 5:19 p.m. and tried to call me...19 minutes to prepare food worth 40 euros and travel time of 15min......impossible. Of course I didn't have a call on my cell phone either. I called the restaurant probably 40 times.....always busy. The restaurant also has a chat function. But no one even answers here. We often ordered from you, but unfortunately you have lost us as regular customers.

We ordered today. Delivery later than confirmed and then half the food comes wrong 🙁 When we complained, we were then accused of ordering incorrectly online. Very unfriendly treatment of customers! It's a shame you can't read your card...we'll never order again!

Very tasty pizza, in my opinion the best delivery service in town. Anyone who uses the in-house app can also save another 10% compared to a Lieferando order. Collection is also possible.

No longer listed on Lieferando (I even understand), but then only offer cash payment in your own shop system? Sorry - I'm out of there! It's 2023 and not 1923

Eigentlich bestellen wir immer dort, doch wir wurden richtig enttäuscht. Das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt obwohl wir das immer bestellt hatten. Als wir dort angerufen haben um die Situation zu erklären, hat man kein Verständnis bekommen und er wurde richtig unfreundlich !! Dabei wollten wir nur was neues zuessen, was wir nicht bekommen hatten !! Unverschämtes Verhalten! ( Kunde ist König) komplett verfehlt !!

Schnelle Lieferung und das Essen hat geschmeckt.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, Sehr geil die Tonno Calzone und mein Klein Salat mit Joghurt Dressing. Ich kann nur eins sagen das ist die beste Calzone die ich je gegessen habe. Ich sage nur macht weiter so bitte. Danke für das gute Essen..😊

Falscher Salat wurde geliefert, beim Beschweren am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, dass der richtige Salat erst in 1 Stunde kommen könnte. Döner kam sehr dunkel, trocken und zerbrochen an, so dass man ihn kaum genießen konnte. Spaghetti all Aglio hatten zu viel Öl und kaum Knoblauch, es hat nur nach Champions geschmeckt. Auf den (falschen!) Salat war kaum Dressing, wir mussten nochmal nachwürzen. Pizzebrötchen waren verbrannt.

Beste Pizza hier in der Umgebung. Die Pizzabrötchen mit der Cocktail Soße sind eine Empfehlung bzw. ein Geheimtipp. Leider wurde eine Zeit lang die Soße oft vergessen, so dass die Pizzabrötchen nicht mehr so besonders sind :-( Am besten mehrfach bei der Bestellung drauf hinweisen!

Nach fast einer Stunde kam das essen...sollten nur bei Pizza bleiben und bloß keine Schnitzel mehr anbieten,dass schlechteste was wir jemals gegessen haben so fettig das man es nicht aufessen konnte
