I ordered and paid for the food. It was brought to my table. But one item wasn't in stock, so they brought it later. They simply changed my order without asking. I don't need that.

I ordered takeout today and I'm very disappointed. The fries were completely cold and dry; I've never experienced anything like it. The double cheeseburgers were also dry and looked like they'd been sitting out for a long time. I had a stomachache immediately after eating. A very bad experience; something like this shouldn't happen at McDonald's.

I was just at McDonald's and was really hungry. So I quickly launched my McApp – but then I got a surprise: I had to log in again. No problem, I thought. I entered my email address, confirmed it – and then it said: "We've sent you an email!" Well, it never arrived. 😑 After waiting ten minutes in front of the McDonald's in Bad Salzuflen – nothing. So I tried again. And again. And again. Result: zero. Ordering without logging in via the app? No luck! I actually just wanted to redeem my well-earned bonus points and satisfy my hunger – instead, I waited patiently (and increasingly frustrated) for 30 minutes. In the end, I left hungry and disappointed. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but denying me the chance to collect my bonus points, even though I tried my best, is really weak, McDonald's. Very unhygienic to grab your nose and then give me the food, it made me lose my appetite and the food tastes like chemicals

There seems to be a system in place where something is always missing at the McDrive. I rarely complain, but when something is missing EVERY time in three visits, it's definitely noticeable. The cashiers are also overwhelmed when you ask for a receipt. Today at the McDrive, I received the wrong receipt, didn't notice it at first, then also the wrong order, and was subsequently told "there's nothing we can do about it." I can only recommend EVERYONE at the McDrive to take a photo of the screen when ordering, ask for the receipt, compare it carefully, and then go through the order to get what they ordered and paid for.

One star is still too many. Two burgers and a Happy Meal were missing from my order. I asked at the cashier, and the employee gave me a rude look, asking why I was complaining. The drinks weren't what I ordered; Coke and Coke Zero were next to each other in the same cup. The restrooms were very dirty and disgusting. Overall, very dirty and untidy. Employees were yelling at each other in front of customers. One time, never again at this McDonald's.

We ate there with our little daughter today after a long time, and I have to say it was the first time we went there. We didn't eat anything other than the food we ate there today, and we won't be able to eat anything else today because all three of us have been complaining of stomach cramps and nausea.

There are plenty of parking spaces. Staff are friendly, but there are too few during rush hour. Unfortunately, cleanliness is a bit lacking. Otherwise, it's okay, like all McDonald's. Burgers were freshly prepared and hot. Everything is as it should be, but unfortunately, the clientele here isn't that great.

We ordered two Grimace Shakes and a McFlurry with chocolate sauce. All three were unfrozen, except for the whipped cream in the shake. They were a waste of money for €11.98... Unfortunately, we had to move on quickly, otherwise we would have returned everything...

Worst McDonald's I know. Bad service, staff completely overwhelmed, and the restrooms are awful.

Not recommended, by far one of the most chaotic branches. It was barely busy, but the employees were completely overwhelmed and helpless. Orders were marked "ready for pickup," and you still had to wait 10 minutes. We found it interesting that some employees didn't wear their typical "uniform," but worked in their regular clothes and sunglasses. The atmosphere here is very dated. I would only stop here in a pinch.

One afternoon I had to wait at least 10 minutes at the drive-thru counter, even though there were no cars in front of me and the place was not at all full. I had to ask other customers inside to let me know until an employee finally took my order. After ordering, I was given the wrong food. I returned it and waited another 10 minutes. When I got home, I unpacked this garbage. I'm honestly afraid to eat it. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I would have loved to go back and ask for my money back. But nobody will pay for the gas. Friends have also reported similar experiences. There are a lot of things wrong with this place. I advise you not to eat there.

Waiting 20 minutes at the McDrive for two hamburgers and a large French fry is miserable. This McDrive is the worst in all of Germany. Even after years, nothing has improved. MAUBACH is incompetent, unwilling, simply the worst. Even after seven years, NOTHING has improved. It's inexplicable why this disgusting branch is so busy.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The constant beeping of the machines was extremely annoying – perhaps they could turn it down a bit? Add to that the strange background music, which didn't make the whole thing any more pleasant. The floor was sticky, which doesn't exactly give the impression of cleanliness. My food tasted like it had been sitting around for hours – definitely not fresh. And why aren't they stirring the McFlurry or milkshake every now and then? It can't be that much of a hassle. Overall, an experience I won't have to endure again.

It's really getting worse and worse there. We already check the bags, but now we're getting the wrong burgers that are in the right packaging is really the last straw. The employees are also becoming increasingly unfriendly.

I just got something from that store again after about three years. Conclusion: The Coke was just slush (90% water, 10% Coke flavor), the fries were like bubble gum, and the burger, an "M," was almost impossible to eat. 0 stars! A complaint is already pending about McDonald's service! The employees were extremely rude and unaccommodating, even though it was a children's toy! So much for being family-friendly! The only thing that was okay here was the staff/service. The fries just tasted of old grease, and some of them were undercooked on the inside. One burger was cold and the cucumbers were missing. The atmosphere wasn't great either. It was dirty everywhere; in front of the carts where you put your tablets, there was, among other things, a rather large puddle of milkshake. The restrooms were even more impossible to use. The only positive thing was that they provided soap. The atmosphere while eating there wasn't pleasant.

It's a shame what our McDonald's has become. Everyone has been here at some point. The service is actually pretty good, but the constant mistakes and missing items with every single order is really tiring...It used to be better. The prices are barely bearable and completely out of proportion, especially since the quality of the food is constantly declining. The ambiance is functional and hasn't been as child-friendly as it used to be. Despite all the mistakes, the service is usually very friendly and attentive, and keeps the dining area nice and clean, hence just 3 stars.

It's clear that you're not going to a restaurant at McDonald's... but... Wait time: about 30 minutes (fast food) It was busy, but half an hour for two burgers and two fries is pretty steep. I ordered a meal (breakfast) that included a gold glass, according to the coupon or in the menu description. The food was brought to the table, but the glass was missing. When I asked about it, I was told, "All the glasses are gone." Not a word of apology or discount... in my opinion, I paid for the glass... Thanks for nothing!

McDonald's offers consistent product quality, fast service, and a clean environment. Employees work efficiently, even during busy times. The ordering system runs smoothly, both at the kiosk and at the counter. Food meets expectations, and seating areas are generally well-maintained. A good option for standardized fast-food restaurants.

A nice McDonalds very clean and cozy. The staff friendly. Mozzarella wrap was wrong twice. There was chicken twice 🙃 but friendly service. All good things come in threes! It tasted great 😊 The toilet could use a bit more service.

So: McDonald's is fast food. That includes the word 'almost'. I can probably live with a 5-10 minute wait (although McDonald's promises a maximum of 2 minutes), but waiting 25 minutes for 2 products is not possible. But that's not all... You order a vegetarian product and (incorrectly) get meat? Even the green sticker was on it. That doesn't work at all! Even the really friendly employees can no longer help you out of the misery. No recommendation. Really not!

Unfriendly employees. Extremely long wait for food and then only lukewarm. Fries lightly or not at all salted. Uncomfortable seating. Instead of getting food, people sit outside to smoke and discuss. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time.

There were three of us here today. The food was a familiar McD taste but prepared well and without errors. McDonald's has missed the trend of the times. While its competitor Burger King has had a wide range of vegetarian and vegan burgers for some time and now offers ALL beef burgers with a vegan patty, McDonald's has a ridiculous vegan burger. A single, vegan burger. The menu is a complete disgrace and has been for years. Apparently the word hasn't gotten around to this marketing loser yet that the veggie share of the population now makes up 10% and the trend is rising. Anyone who discriminates against a group of consumers with purchasing power in this way should not be supported with money. If you want fast food, choose Burger King or Subway, they have their finger on the pulse. McDonald's is dusty and apparently prefers to make money from scavengers. GO VEGAN! Update April 25, 2025: An employee is currently torching the outdoor area with an ecologically valuable gas burner to destroy herbs and grass in the joints of the panels. The fact that all the insects die also doesn't count here. Here you give a 💩 to environmental and nature conservation.

Absolute disappointment in this particular McDonald's. The service is disgusting, I stood and waited at the cash register for about 10 minutes, while the employees were busy communicating with each other and on the phone, without noticing me. The order was served almost cold, they forgot to add sugar to the coffee. I went into the toilet to wash my hands and immediately came out because of the unbearable smell of urine. I noticed that the manager has absolutely no control over the work of the staff! This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. For comparison, I can say that I visited at least about a hundred establishments of this chain in Germany alone, and at least the same number in other European countries.

Guys, it's just annoying that every order is sent out incorrectly. “Free” burgers ordered via points on the app are generally missing. If I order a CHEESEburger without pickles, I get dry bread and meat. Then I would have ordered a hamburger, which was cheaper. Today I ordered a take-out chicken burger without sauce. There is sauce on it, salad is missing. So the burger now ends up in the trash. Luckily I didn't pay it, but my points are still gone. Great loyalty program. It can't be that hard?? It's one thing that you have to check in McDrive whether the order is complete. But I'm not going to disassemble my burgers at the door to see if you've managed to leave out the one right thing out of two possible ones. Apparently only people without a high school diploma work there, otherwise I can no longer explain this standard.

Was with you today, but the toilets were totally dirty, no toilet paper, and the sinks weren't clean either. There were only two toilets and one was even out of order. I was insulted on the phone and he didn't accept my order

After the McDrive didn't work and the microphone was broken, everyone had to go in to order. Of course chaos broke out there and some had to wait half an hour for their food. This didn't affect us, but the real shock came at home, after I had already treated myself to a few of my fries, a dead fly suddenly appeared in the packaging. That was the end of the rest of my meal and my appetite was gone. Definitely not McDonald's in Bad Salzuflen again.

Even though we got there late and there were hardly any guests, the food took a long time. The table was dirty and the tray dispenser was completely overcrowded. The food was ok, could have been a little warmer. But the fries were well salted. 👍

It was the first time I went to Mecces in 2 years and I knew why I didn't go there anymore. There were about 5 guests in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive-in, but the food didn't come too late, but it was lukewarm at most, almost cold. In addition, which we unfortunately only noticed afterwards, the fruit squeezer from the HappyMeal didn't come at all and my bacon crispy chicken spicy was downgraded to one without bacon (which also has a different price). Terrible! Old tasting food for more expensive price than average German McDonald's! Tomato smelt a week old with sour taste. Fries tasted like they were cooked in week old oil with heavy corn flavor. I will never go back to this location again and will be writing corporate, as I feel ill!

Why is this Macdonald's around 50c more than every other McDonald's? Even the sauces are priced 30c higher, extra pattys are 50c more. Other McDonald's have the same lower price, even in big cities! Why is this one different? One regular coffee is almost 4.20€ and was a small size, not a regular. It would be nice if you could get what you ordered in this branch. In literally every order we have placed so far, something was missing, there was something wrong in it, or a burger was built incorrectly. If you don't enjoy your job, you should look for something new instead of working half-heartedly. Just last time, an order was made via Mc Drive for 5 people, so it wasn't cheap either. Arrived home: 2 burgers were completely missing, one was swapped and the next double had no double meat. Special requests without onions were also not taken into account. So we went there again and then the discussion started.... I've never experienced such haywire in any other branch...

Fast food takes on a whole new meaning here. After waiting for over 30 minutes, we still don't have any food... Even though there are at least 6 people in the kitchen. A happy meal and two standard menus should actually be easy for a company like this. Then after over 30 minutes someone comes and says the iced tea doesn't work. And as if that wasn't enough, the BicMac Bacon TS only comes with sauce and meat. Just sad.
