Pizza-Taxi Dinos in Kassel

Our preferred pizza delivery service for many years! Good delivery pizza with a wide selection of toppings, including unusual ones, and consistently friendly and accommodating staff. The one time (in 10 years?) that we had a complaint, it was handled professionally.

I'll keep it short, I'm not just reviewing the food, but the food is bottom drawer. I've never had such a dirty mess delivered before, it's dripping with grease and the whole box is literally dripping with oil. Do you make your pizza with dough or oil? By the way, their drivers should also drive a little better, which is the reason why I want to vent my frustration a little here. Drivers simply open the car doors in the 30 zone without first looking in the mirror. I almost took a door off the delivery trucks. Cyclists often ride on the street and can seriously injure themselves. Please instruct the driver a little better on how to get out. I hope this works for you.

Unfortunately I am really disappointed with this delivery service. Yesterday the pizza wasn't baked properly, which was annoying enough. Today I gave it another chance and then found a black hair in the pizza - that's not possible! This simply shouldn't happen in a professional company.

I also ordered online. After an hour I called and asked. Here, too, there was apparently no order. I then ordered somewhere else.

Ordered online and paid via PayPal and called after 70 minutes to find out where the food was. They didn’t know anything because “the note isn’t there.” But it would be quick, about 45(!) minutes. We don't understand what's supposed to be fast about it. When asked, the employee hung up. It couldn't be more outrageous. Paying customers are obviously not welcome here. We advise against ordering from this dubious place.

We ordered pizza twice. The jumbo was cut, the normal one wasn't. Was it forgotten? I ordered a pizza with tomato, mozzarella and basil. The pizza with pesto arrived. Yes, I know that pesto is made with basil, but that was really overkill. The pizza was swimming in fat and I first tried to absorb the excess fat with Zewa so that the pizza would still be edible. This simply doesn't have to be the case. Another thing that really annoyed me is that some people don't know that pesto is made with pine nuts. If you had a nut allergy, this could have been life-threatening. I'm not exaggerating, I've worked in healthcare long enough to know how something like this can end. The icing on the cake was that I explicitly wrote in the info that my name was on the bell. The driver still couldn't find her. Why is that? The last few times we ordered pasta and everything was great, so we ordered again today, but unfortunately it was a flop and we're thinking about whether we'll order again next time or not.

Even taking your order is super friendly and you feel like you've known each other forever. The delivery guy is nice, thanks politely and the food was hot and tasty. I've been ordering there since it's been around. Mostly very satisfied.

Great pizza with lots of cheese 😄

Always a good pizza. It just took a little too long to answer the phone, otherwise everything was great.

The pizzas are good and arrive hot. However, it's not nice when I call after waiting 80 minutes and hear that the pizza is "now in the oven".

As a resident, I would be very grateful if your drivers could close the vehicle doors and the trunk lid a little more considerately at the start of a delivery trip in the evening. The banging really gets on your nerves in the evening and wakes you up when you have to sleep so you can get up at 5 in the morning. I also find the occasional kickstarts with squealing tires or quite high speeds very inconsiderate. I mean no harm to you, but this is a residential area.

Enttäuschung. 1 1/2 Stunden Lieferzeit, kann passieren. 26cm anstatt 28cm darf nicht passieren. Teig war nicht wie gewohnt. Am Rand sehr dünn. Teigmenge war in anderen Dino-Filialen definitiv größer. Suchen uns wen anderes.

Mega leckere Pizzas. Die Jumbo-Version ist tatsächlich sehr groß und reicht für 2 Mahlzeiten;-)

Pizza schmeckt nicht, da der Teig maximal TK-Pizza Niveau hat. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal bestellen.

Wednesday evening, on Lieferado they accept the order for 40 minutes. It arrives after 1 hour and 10 minutes. The place is 500 meters from the delivery address.

Geschmacklich sind eure Pizzen unübertroffen und sie kommen heiß an, was nicht selbstverständlich ist bei einem Bringdienst. Ihr seid immer freundlich, habt ein gutes Auftreten und sogar jede Menge Humor, dass macht euer Unternehmen noch sympathischer als es ohnehin schon ist. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Fünf Sterne !!!

Wenn die Zeiten die im Netz auszuwählen sind, nicht eingehalten werden können, sollte man andere Zeiten anbieten zur Auswahl oder bescheid geben. So warte ich nun schon länger und bekomme keine zufriedenstellende Antwort am Telefon. Bin von euch anderes gewohnt. Und geschnitten ist se au nit

Capri bestelle ich seit Jahren bei Dinos. Bisher immer ein Gaumenschmaus. Und ich hole es prinzipiell im Lokal ab.

Die Pizza ist geschmacklich immer noch die beste für mich. Der Fahrer war super freundlich und nett. Die Lieferzeit ok und das Essen war noch schön warm! Punktabzug für den Flammkuchen der leider total versalzen war!

Leider hat sich seit mehreren Wochen der teig verändert. Pizza war trocken zum 2ten mal, wie pappe und dazu extra käse fehlt immer wenn ich bestelle. Also immer 2 euro aus dem Fenster eigtl ! Dabei habe ich dort immer gerne bestellt. Aber heutzutage extra käse bestellen is eh Geld verschwenderei hält sich kaum jemand dran! Aber schade das der berühmte Dinos teig nich mehr der selbe ist.

Pizza eher nicht gut, Teig war nicht so durch und die Pizza war eher kalt, vielleicht lag es an den tiefgefrorenen Meeresfrüchten. Würde nicht da wieder Pizza essen. Auf Reklamation kam anstatt eine Entschuldigung ein „das ist normal bei der Pizza“

Pizza undTortelloni in Käse -Sahnesauce bestellt , 50min.Wartezeit war ok .Pizza war gut und warm , die Tortellini nicht gut haben sauer geschmeckt. Nie wieder.

Pizza lecker. Lieferzeit unterirdisch. Freitagabend bestellt, Lieferzeit wurde mit einer Stunde angegeben. Ok freitags ist ja viel los. Pizza kam letztendlich erst nach 2 Stunden an. Kein Kommentar vom Lieferanten, kam mir auch im Hausflur keinen Zentimeter entgegen... Als ich zwischendurch telefonisch nachfragen wollte, wo die Pizza denn bleibt, bin ich auch nach dem 5. Mal nicht durchgekommen. Find ich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich ärgerlich. Kein guter Service.

Tatsächlich mittlerweile problematisch. Grundsätzlich ist die Auswahl breit geblieben und der Geschmack ist für einen Lieferdienst befriedigend. Immer noch finde ich die Grandiosa-Varianten komfortabel. Leider reflektiert das Fahrerklientel mittlerweile die generellen Probleme des Gaststättengewerbes. Tatsächlich musste ich dem letzten Fahrer Grundstücksverbot aufgrund von Übergriffigkeit erteilen. Für mich hat sich der Dienst erledigt, möchte aber betonen, dass dies mit der zu erwartenden Pizzenqualität nichts zu tun hat. Drei Sterne für grundätzlich ok. Gut funktioniert auch die Website.
