The food has always been solid and the guys have always been friendly in their own way. Review subsequently adjusted: I found it annoying that you can never pay in cash in your store and that it is not pointed out anywhere. But: Ordering online solves the problem, so another star.

The pizza is simply unbeatable! But don't see where it's made, it's better to order it from home. )))

It used to be my absolute favorite pizzeria in Mainz and the surrounding area, we ordered there very often, the pizza and especially the pizza rolls were the best I've ever eaten, super soft, slightly raw dough on the inside (not everyone likes it), but the pizzeria was a 10/10. It hasn't been so good for a long time now, at first the pizza rolls had deteriorated significantly and the last time I ordered, the pizza and pizza rolls were subpar, way too dark, it's an impertinence to deliver something like that. The aioli dip we ordered was completely forgotten. We will never order there again, which is a real shame because we used to order so often, went there with friends, etc.

We had placed a large order worth €95. There were several complications with this order, among other things, 1 bowl including the dressing was completely forgotten, 1 bowl was absolutely not edible and the dough for the banana balls was mostly not baked through. The two bowls were subsequently delivered. Due to the subsequent delivery (almost 1 hour after the initial delivery), the bowls were stored in the refrigerator because the meal together had already taken place. The following day (not even 24 hours later) the two bowls were no longer edible and had to be thrown away. We wanted to give the pizzeria the opportunity to respond to this complaint and sent a corresponding email. They wanted to return this, but unfortunately this did not happen. We understand customer service to be something different and obviously customer satisfaction is not the priority. Very disappointing.

We ordered at 7:30pm for 8:15pm. Delivery was at 8:35 p.m. We had a pizza for €8.40 and a salad for €10.60 minus 10% according to the advertising that was in the mailbox. The driver wanted €21. I find it a disgrace. The pizza was very dry and the salad dressing was far too little.

No advertising means no advertising! Please refrain from using flyers

Were in Wiesbaden today for a trip and tried this pizzeria. Delicious pizzas in nice weather with pleasant service. What more do you want.

Delicious pizza, always friendly staff, prices are right, not a restaurant, more of a snack bar. In summer you can sit outside.

Do not order by phone!! After our first order via Lieferando, we received a menu with a “special offer” attached that promised a 20% discount on the online menu if you ordered by phone. On the menu itself it said again that you generally get a 10% discount if you order by phone. So we called next time. The driver arrived without an invoice with a green piece of paper on which numbers were written which corresponded to the normal price of the goods plus delivery costs. When I mentioned the discount, he immediately pulled out his cell phone and wanted to call the boss because he didn't know what the price was and wasn't allowed to give a discount. I was caught off guard and thought I had made a mistake by not factoring in delivery costs, so I let it go. After the driver left, we calculated everything again and called the boss. He explained to us that the 20% discount was due to the fact that the goods in the normal menu were 20% cheaper than online at Lieferando. So you don't get an extra discount, as advertised on the special offer, but the pizzas are generally cheaper. We checked this and it is not true - the prices on Lieferando and the card we have were exactly the same. When we then demanded at least the 10% that you normally get for telephone orders according to the menu, he said that we would get a free pizza next time. We ordered again by phone. However, we should not receive free pizza, but the discount should be applied. That would be 10% of the last order plus 10% of the current one. The driver came back with a green piece of paper with random numbers written on it that no longer matched our order at all. This time my friend accepted the goods, mentioned it to the driver, who again knew nothing and wanted to call his boss. When we spoke to the boss on the phone, from whom we ordered beforehand, we were told that we should only pay €20 and then it would be fine. Even if the pizzas (especially the vegan ones) taste really good, we are no longer interested in such unprofessional behavior, which is like a targeted scam.

All I can say about my order yesterday is that I'm thrilled. And that almost never happens. Absolutely the best delivery service if you can maintain this standard. 1. Pizza Price Performance 1st place out of all the places I've ordered so far and there were a lot of them. Large pizza and great taste for €10.80. Wonderful. 2. Salad huge, good value for money too. That was nothing, but OK. For me personally, definitely the best pizza supplier. I hope it stays that way, then I'll only order from you.

We used to order from Safrano more often. That was at the time when it also received the Lieferando Award. Now it has changed hands (we believe several times) and it just hasn't been the same since. We are really totally disappointed. I tried to figure out why the pizza had such a strange taste and even scraped off the toppings... but the dough alone with just the sauce was inedible. There's something wrong with your oven too. The topping was burnt as were the pizza rolls. They were a mixture of dough that was still raw in places and had a burnt oven. But quite tasty in itself. At least compared to pizza. And another little tip: the order of filling is dough, sauce, cheese, toppings.

Got a completely different pizza than what I ordered. No avocado or cherry tomatoes. Instead, broccoli stalks and juicy zucchini. Unfortunately I only noticed it on the train I wanted to catch…

There is really good vegan pizza here

I've picked up food several times, always very tasty pizza. Prices are also very fair and the vegan options make the store even more special. Once I got a large pizza instead of a normal pizza, you have to be careful. Otherwise I really enjoy going there. It's often hectic inside, but the staff was always friendly. Tip if the weather is good: take a pizza and walk across the tracks to the banks of the Rhine in Kastel

Pizza took forever. The pizza was cold. The pizza rolls were burnt and the dip was moldy. I was really annoyed for the money and won't be ordering from them again.

Superspiritual taste! Ordered pizza with minced meat, sucuk, onions and corn as well as hollandaise sauce. The yeast dough was fluffy and yet crispy to the bite. Very fresh, nice and warm, almost hot like it came out of the oven. You can immediately tell that it is quality and not ready-made dough from the freezer with standard ready-made products. This pizza had character. Really an exceptionally good pizza. I can only recommend it, I haven't had pizza this good in a long time!

The service is an absolute disgrace! You order by phone and are told it will take an hour. Then you call again and ask where the order is, because the hour is long over, they lie and say you didn't want the order for an hour and of course the MA is not here anymore. Then as a customer you have to be insulted because you don't have to depend on them. That was definitely the last time!!!

We ordered via a flyer. According to the flyer, 10% discount if you order by phone. After deductions it should have been around 38 euros, without deductions it would have been 42 euros. In fact we had to pay 44.70 euros. When asked, they said the boss had done the math. There are no delivery costs on the flyer. At Lieferando it would be 2.50 euros, if you order via your own homepage it would be 1 euro. Unfortunately there was no invoice either, so we couldn't check. You advertise something, but then you even pay for it without us being able to see anything. The food itself was good, but due to the misleading pricing we won't be ordering again.

I just ordered from Lieferando around 4:00 p.m. and so far the food hasn't shown up, even though I was given delivery times of 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Otherwise the food tastes very delicious, but when it comes to delivery it is not recommended. I have ordered there many times and today I have the longest wait in my life just for a pizza 🤔. It's a real shame, I hope the food arrives still warm!!

These people don't know what bruschetta is, you get an abomination that can hardly be surpassed in its disgust, it's floating in a baking dish with soggy pieces of bread at the bottom. Pizza was anything but good, and the wrong one at that. Definitely not recommended. .

After we had a card from this pizzeria in our mailbox we wanted to try it out. Ordering via Lieferando was also possible. But the prices differ significantly. A Margherita pizza should cost 9 something, small was not available, but small costs just under 6 euros according to the menu. So order by phone with a 10% discount. It's on the map, I didn't check it. According to Lieferando it is open from 1 p.m., according to the map from 1:30 p.m. You can call at 1 p.m. but will then be asked to call again. Then why is anyone even answering it? When ordering, you have to follow a certain order. As if you still know the leg next time... There are many options with or without cheese crust, with tomato sauce or other sauces. Overall everything was delicious. However, my son couldn't eat his spaghetti with tomato sauce because it was quite spicy. You don't expect that with simple tomato sauce. The delivery came relatively quickly. All in all 4 stars plus.

Sehr netter Pizzabäcker! Direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt und die Pizza hat auch sehr von sich überzeugen können! Ambiente... Ist halt mehr ein Takeaway... Is aber auch okey so. Wenn das Geld in Personal und Qualität gesteckt wird ist mir das lieber als eine schöne Optik für 5 Minuten...

Unfassbar leckere Pizza! Leute, unabhängig von der überragenden Qualität dieser Pizza, wurde ich auch noch super freundlich von allen aus der Pizzeria bedient! Das sind safe 5/5 Sternen, und der Award den die Jungs bekommen haben, ist mehr als verdient! Kauft ihr hier Pizza, ist euer Abend gerettet. Danke, Ende!

Die Pizzen waren optisch und geschmacklich sehr gut. Lieferung kam schneller als angegeben. Das einzig traurige war, dass der extra Serrano-Schinken auf der Pizza vergessen wurde, ich aber den Aufpreis gezahlt habe. Kann ich aber verzeihen.

Eine Info vorab: Ich würde bei Pizza mittlerweile wieder Safrano wählen. Höchstens mal eine neue Pizzeria aus Neugier. Die Pizzen sind sehr variabel, frisch und der Teig geht gut auf. Die Pizzen (mehrere schon probiert) triefen nicht vor Fett und die Preise sind fair. Die Auswahl an vegetarischen und sogar veganen Varianten ist für die Gegend schon beachtlich - zudem ist die Variation bei den Pizzen auch nicht nur der Standard, wie man ihn bei Pizzerien gewohnt ist. Schnell sind die Jungs ohnehin! Innen kann man zwar nicht sitzen (evtl. im Eiscafe nebendran, das seit Kurzem auch zu Safrano gehört?) aber als es im Sommer warm war, konnte man auch im kleinen Außenbereich verweilen. Okay, genug Geschwafel. Die Pizzen sind empfehlenswert :)

Lieferanten sind immer sehr freundlich, das Essen ist sehr gut, man hat eine krasse Auswahl. Immer wieder gern👍🏻

Haben Vorort gegessen. Relativ lange gewartet (okay war ein Sonntag Abend). Zwei von 4 Pizzen wurden falsch rausgegeben (Salami statt Margarita). Der Teig war nicht richtig durch. Brutal viel Käse. Nicht wirklich eine qualitative Pizza. Aber kann man vermutlich bei BBQ und Hollandaise auf der Karte auch nicht erwarten. Kann man Essen wenn man keine besonderen Erwartungen hat oder 16 Jahre alt ist.

Qualitativ sehr Hochwertiges Essen! Saubere Küche!👍 jedoch kleines Geschäft was aber das Essen nicht wieder spiegelt. Absoluter geheim Tipp. Die Qualität der Gerichte sind auf dem Niveau eines Italienischen Restaurant. Selbst Veganer kommen hier auf ihre Kosten. Die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter spiegelt die Qalität des Essens und die sehr Schnelle Lieferzeit wieder. Wer hier nicht zuschlägt verpasst etwas. 😋👍

Ich wohne in Kastel und bestelle seit langem bei Safrano. Die service ist immer top! Das essen auch. Pizza Salami Duo ist unser Favorit. Jetz die Tiger Salad und Bowls sind so lecker und gesund. Bei lieferung ist eine super netter Fahrerin gewesen,super freundlich und nett! Immer wieder!
