We stumbled upon this place a year ago and have been coming back regularly ever since. Whether it's pizza or pasta, the food is always excellent. My in-laws are convinced they serve the best schnitzel in Wiesbaden. :) I celebrated my birthday here in the summer. All my guests were thrilled with the food and service. One thing I particularly appreciated: even with a larger group, they make sure everyone receives their food at the same time.

Also a couple of dishes for those who aren't big fans of Italian cuisine. The bruschetta appetizer is beautifully presented and tastes fantastic. The pizza is one of the best we've ever had. The lamb skewer and lamb chops are excellent. The octopus is also very good. I recommend adding aioli. It would definitely be the perfect finishing touch for the octopus and potatoes. All in all, very good value for money. Next time we'll try the pasta. Highly recommended. Two years later, still excellent. Very friendly and fast staff. The bruschetta is a bit smaller now, but still very good. Definitely make a reservation.

Very nice restaurant with a great ambience

I ate there for the first time today. We managed to get a table on the covered terrace, despite an event in the adjacent hall. The terrace and restaurant are attractively decorated. The menu is very extensive, especially since it combines German and Italian cuisine (a selection of schnitzel, rump steak, pasta, pizza, and fish). We ordered an antipasti plate as a starter. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. It was more like a Bavarian snack (a generous pepperoni salami, sliced ​​cheese, and a selection of ham). The antipasti included pepperoni and five olives. I personally opted for pesto rigatoni. Unfortunately, a completely different dish arrived (even the pasta type was wrong). There was no pesto to be seen, but a pasta and cream sauce dish, which isn't explicitly stated on the menu (a no-go). I then learned from the waiter that all the sauces are refined with cream. In the end, I ordered spaghetti aglio e olio. These were really okay. Tip: Please adjust your menu accordingly! Many dishes don't indicate that cream is used in the sauce. This leads to unnecessary discussions. Otherwise, the waiters and waitress were very friendly!

Wonderful dinner! We were in Wiesbaden for an event with our daughter we found Ristorante Sala Giotto on Google Maps. It was lovely, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent. My wife had the white asparagus pizza and I had the salmon with fresh pasta. We shared the bruschetta and tiramisu. Everything was fresh and delicious. - Plenty of free parking - Clean restrooms

We celebrated our daughter's baptism this weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was full of joy and love and we enjoyed every moment. The food was truly a 12 out of 10 – so delicious and lovingly prepared! The service was also first class, and the decoration set the scene perfectly. We would choose them again and again without hesitation because the planning and implementation were simply excellent. Everything went smoothly and we were able to concentrate fully on our guests and the celebration. A really big, fat thank you for everything! I have to say that I was super happy with everything. Unfortunately it is a bit noisy in the restaurant but that didn't bother me. It's a really nice shop. We were there on Wednesday for schnitzel evening. Everyone was very satisfied. There is also a room that can be used for celebrations.

There were six of us there, apart from us there were only a few people on the terrace. Friendly welcome and service at the beginning, drinks and food were picked up and brought quickly. After clearing the plates, we weren't asked if we wanted anything else for almost two hours, no dessert - no drink! And even though the waitress was there...That was really bad! My meal was okay...the white wine sauce on the fish was more like a hollandaise sauce.

I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and absolutely loved it. It's run by a young family who prepare incredibly good food. The quality of the food and the friendly service are remarkable. That's why I'm happy to give five stars for the entire restaurant. Highly Recommended! ---

We were here on Sunday lunchtime and were quite satisfied. My Salmone pizza was good, but if garlic is mentioned on the menu, you should be a little more aware of it. The cordon bleu was a bit dry, but good. The service is attentive and good, but the number of guests was manageable that day. We will definitely try it again.

At the weekend we celebrated the confirmation in the Sala Giotto. We booked the extra room with buffet for this. The food was very tasty, service with two employees who were there just for us, and the atmosphere in the room was great. In short, everything fit and was perfect. We had a delicious meal here and the service was very friendly. It's not expensive and the portions are generous. Meat tender, fries crispy, salads and everything else fresh. It really tastes like in Italy with a little German twist.

I had booked a table for 8 people online for Saturday evening. With a little skepticism I waited for an answer. This came within 30 minutes. An experience like this makes you want more. When we arrived we received a very friendly welcome and were able to sit down at our reserved table. The map is very extensive and we tested across the board. Whether pizza, meat, fish, rump steak (just as ordered), starters or desserts, everything was just right. We checked to see if there were always drinks and asked if there was anything else or if everything was OK. What a great evening. We will be happy to recommend you.

Were there for the first time on Sunday. It is exactly opposite the community center in Erbenheim. The restaurant space is new and looks very nice. I ordered a pizza and I have to say, the pizza was delicious. The waiting time was very short and the waiter was very accommodating and nice. I can only recommend the restaurant with a clear conscience.

To clarify a few things, I just want to say that it was a New Year's Eve party and not a funeral, so the music is a little louder. I don't like it when some people complain when there was nothing to complain about. The food was great, tasty and very well prepared. The starters were very tasty. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was friendly and available at any time. The food was very tasty and juicy: salmon, venison goulash and the delicious fried potatoes. I could write here for a long time about all the positive things I learned at Sala Giotto. Thank you very much for the wonderful time with you. I can recommend the restaurant with all my heart.

Wir haben gestern dort unseren Silvester Abend verbringen wollen. Der Abend hatte Buffet, Musik und Feuerwerk für 60 Euro pro Person gekostet. Der Saal war sehr schön gestaltet und der Service war auch sehr lieb. Danke dafür! Doch das Essen war wirklich nicht gut. Sagen wir mal so, wir wurden satt. Am Telefon sagte man uns das Buffet startet um 18:30. Los ging es um fast 20 Uhr. Wenig Platz, ewiges warten am Buffet. Die Bruscetta waren nicht gewürzt und sehr trocken, kein Olivenöl oder Knoblauch vorhanden, schade :-( Geschnittene Tomaten , Gurke usw in großem Topf als Salat mit Bissl Balsamico als Deko; keine Sauce. Schafskäse wurde nicht aufgefüllt... Die Hauptspeisen; naja durchwachsen. Sowohl die Lende als auch das Huhn im Speckmantel waren furztrocken; das arme Tier! Das Gulasch & die Putenschnitzel im Biermantel waren sehr lecker. Während des Essen gab es das immer gleiche Panflötenlied von DJ, direkt danach wurde es dann richtig laut. Unterhalten ging nach dem Essen nur noch mit schreien und wir waren weiter hinten. Die Musik war nicht unsers, aber einige haben schön getanzt bis der DJ alles wieder zerstörte und alle von der Tanzfläsche verschwanden. Wir waren zu 6t da, einer Person viel das laute Reden durch eine Erkältung so schwer, das wir uns dazu entschieden um 10 Uhr das Restaurant zu verlassen. Wir waren vom Essen sehr enttäuscht und es ärgert mich sehr, das wir so viel Geld für so durchschnittliches Essen ausgegeben haben.

Wir hatten das 3 Gänge Silvester Buffet reserviert . Telefonisch sagte man mir 18:30 Vorspeisen Buffet . Wir waren deswegen auch bereits um diese Uhrzeit da und ich war verwundert das es dann erst um 20 Uhr Vor und Hauptspeisen Buffet zusammen gab . Ich hatte es vorher per Mail bekommen das es erst Vor dann Haupt und dann Nachspeisen Buffet geben sollte . Der Raum und die Tische waren schön hergerichtet . Das Essen war leider eine sehr große Enttäuschung. Geschmacklich und auch Qualitative enttäuschend . Auch die Auswahl war für mich sehr fraglich . 60€ pro Person für fade Salate , trockene Lende und abgepackte Spätzle, sorry geht gar nicht .
