Pizza Royal in Düsseldorf

Ordered something from Royal Pizza again after a long time. Either the very bad Google reviews were taken seriously or there was a change in personnel. In any case, delivery is on time and delicious again 👍🏼.

Too long of a wait for pizza to be delivered

I tried the offer “Sea bream fillet with salad and feta cheese” for EUR 4.99 - normal EUR 14.50. I ordered the salad without feta! The sea bream was cold and full of bones, the salad was raw as always - lettuce, tomatoes, onions, corn and a ready-made balsamic dressing - not a highlight either! “Pizza Royal” should stick to its core business, Pizza & Paste. Always enjoy pizza!

I ordered food and waited almost 2 hours after 2 hours the delivery person called me anonymously and I have anonymous calls deactivated and I called and asked where the food was then an answer like you gave us the wrong number address phone number then is The delivery person said to me that it's your bad luck if you have switched off your cell phone to anonymous. I said to her that you can also call normally. She said I don't want everyone to have my number and is even more cheeky to call me on the other side of the street still says here yours Weird food So I don't know what to say

Another flyer in the mailbox, which is clearly labeled "No advertising". If this is ignored, you should have at least one vegan option in the menu by the end of 2024, it's really not rocket science and it's not too much to ask, especially for a large chain

Hello. If you have problems with miserable food, write an email to the public order office or the trade inspectorate. You can also report the problem with the flyers there.

Poor customver service. They dropped a leaflet with their menu in our mailbox even though there is a big sticker saying no advertisements. A waste of paper and bad for the environment. (So not surprising that they have no plant-based/vegan options, either.) It's a delivery place, not really a place one wants to sit down and eat.

Our hallway is flooded with flyers from the store every few weeks...including the mailboxes that say "NO ADVERTISING" in bold letters. What a waste of resources... will never order here. It's better to invest your money in the quality of your ingredients. This doesn't scare away customers.

You guys were my favorite pizza delivery guy for a while. Delicious dishes, consistently good quality, BUT... For about a year you've been steadily declining in the quality of your food; the dishes taste different and worse every time you order them. Today the crowning glory: I ordered Tortellini Royal (tortellini with spinach, gorgonzola, cream sauce and cheese gratinated). It was inedible: There was clearly not a shred of Gorgonzola in the entire portion. Not only can Gorgonzola be visually distinguished from cream sauce and cheese and therefore recognizable, it also tastes very unmistakable. It's a shame to just leave it out. It became inedible because the missing Gorgonzola was not even replaced by a grain of salt. That's why it doesn't taste savory at all, but rather sweet thanks to the cream sauce. DISGUSTING, sorry. That was my last attempt with you, what a shame.

On the mailbox it said: NO advertising please!

Constantly throwing flyers into the mailbox even though there is expressly no advertising on the mailbox. Illegal aggressive marketing deserves 0 stars. With each additional flyer you will receive another review from me.

The store is an absolute disaster. Worst pizzeria in Düsseldorf. At first only 1 out of 6 dishes is delivered. A dish is still missing from the subsequent delivery. All dishes in the subsequent delivery were cold. If you complain over the phone, employees simply hang up. The employee's suggestion was a 1 percent discount on the next order. Simply ridiculous. Who orders from a store like this twice?

The aioli is missing every time you paid online. Even if you point out in the notes that it shouldn't be forgotten this time. I can't recommend the store.

Everything is bombarded with your advertising, even if you clearly don't want it.

To have something cheap and tasty to eat in the evening, great!

Your driver, delivery Schwelmer Straße August 3rd, 2024 12:25 a.m., almost ran me over because he didn't look in the rearview mirror or glance. Instead of apologizing, he said that there was no one on the street at night and that he had to look for the address and that I should call the police, his words. No semblance of insight let alone apology. Please make sure that your drivers at least know the rules of the StVO, if they are already so brazen, unreasonable and unfriendly.

It's not the best pizza I've ever had, but we've already been to this place twice, we've added salmon and it's great. It is close to the Zoo and you can pay by card.

Ordered for the first time today and had it delivered. Pizza was crispy, hot and delicious. The chicken wings were ok. We will order again.

Owner tries to have critical reviews deleted! In my opinion Inferior food: Pizza tuna with a hint of tuna and a lot of bad cheese. The chicken breast schnitzel without any toppings came with a kind of creamed spinach, it looked like vomit!

I ordered a pizza almost exactly two hours ago around 7:07 p.m. After the confirmation, it says one hour delivery time (ok. No problem) now it's 9:08 p.m. and the pizza is still not there. Best pizza delivery I've had in Germany so far. The crust is very thin and crispy, and very generous with toppings. The chicken wings are very tender as well. And the price is very reasonable comparing to some other Pizzarias I've ordered before. Delivery was on time and smooth. Definitely recommend to anyone living in the neighborhood.

The food was very good. The staff are also friendly. However, only suitable for pickup or delivery. There are no parking spaces in the area and there are hardly any seats or they are occupied by the delivery service drivers.

We ordered 4 family pizzas with 10 people and they were solid and arrived on time. Of course not a Neapolitan top model but definitely tasty and the ideal amount. So all in all a good price-performance ratio.

I had to eat something before my exam and then we decided to order here. Because I didn't have a fork for my tagliatelle, I ordered one and even asked if one could be included. Of course it was forgotten. I then had to write my exam completely hypoglycemic and was very unfocused during the exam and that cost me a lot of points. Ich bestelle und esse seit 2,5 Jahren sehr gerne hier. Die Pizzen und die Nudeln sind super lecker, frisch zubereitet und warm. Geschmacklich gibt es hier sogar die besten Pizzen die ich persönlich gegessen habe. Der Chef ,die Fahrer und die Mitarbeiter im Laden sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich kann die Pizzeria nur wärmstens empfehlen!!

Pizza und Nudelgerichte immer wieder sehr lecker. Abraten würde ich von den Schnitzel mit Jägersoße oder Paprikasoße, diese schmeckten mehr Süß-Sauer als alles andere.

Ich bestelle sehr oft bei Pizza Royal und war tatsächlich bisher immer zufrieden. Lieferung geht schnell und das Essen kommt heiß an. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon sind manchmal gestresst (verständlich), aber dabei immer freundlich. Meine Empfehlungen sind Spaghetti Carbonara, gefüllte Brötchen mit Schinken und Käse und die Pizza. Immer wieder gerne :)

Seit fast 2 Jahren ein großer Fan von Pizza Royal und vor allem von dem Team vor Ort! Hole mir fast jede Woche mindestens einmal einen Salat vor Ort, aber zwischendurch auch mal eine Pizza oder gefüllte Pizzabrötchen. Bisher nie enttäuscht worden und wenn mal was war, dann wird mit der „Kritik“ super umgegangen! Super Team, leckeres Essen und nette Gespräche bei der Selbstabholung! 👍

Дуже смачна піца. Я замовляв велику піцу з грибами і помідорами. Її зробили досить швидко. Я замовляв з собою. Піца виявилась дійсно досить великою, а головне - дуже смачною. Персонал був ввічливим. Зручне розташування. Є можливість замовлення по телефону. Рекомендую цей заклад однозначно.

Ich habe gerade was bei Pizza royal bestellt aber es kam nicht das was ich wollte .Habe dort angerufen und da wurde mir gesagt ich hätte falsch bestellt es gebe 2 spagetti cabonara...ich hätte wohl die falsche genommen ..hätte ich das gemacht hätte ich auch mehr bezahlt ..aber der Herr hat einfach aufgelegt... Das aller letzte ..werde nie wieder dort bestellen !!!!!!!!

Die Pizza ist groß, reichlich belegt und super lecker.Der Lieferservice ist pünktlich.Die Bestellung verlief problemlos und der Lieferant war freundlich.

Ich gebe nur einen Stern für die Pünktlichkeit. Leider muss ich sagen, dass das Essen eine absolute Katastrophe war. Pizzen sind Kalt angekommen , war fast gar kein belag drauf . Pizzabrötchen könnte mann garnicht mehr essen so hart waren die. Dies war unsere letzte Bestellung

Haben dort bestellt.. war recht mau.. nicht drauf was wir bestellt hatten bzw nur teils belegt. Dann das schlimmste wir haben 1x ananas in einer Pizza gefunden und 1x ein Stück alu ? Plastik? Kann dieses Lokal nicht empfehlen werde dort auch nie wieder bestellen.

Leute...mal im Ernst, probiert ihr euer Essen selbst mal? Bratkartoffeln werden gebraten,deswegen heißen die Dinger Bratkartoffeln! Ich hab nicht viel erwartet aber das war ..... fehlen mir die Worte. Das war maximal ein schlechter Kartoffelsalat ohne Geschmack. Dazu ein Jägerschnitzel mit der klassischen Tütensoße die so sauer war das ich leider das Fleisch nicht essen konnte! Tjo. Erste und letzte mal!
