Pizza Primavera hat sich leider dazu entschlossen das Fleisch im Döner auf ein Viertel der ursprüngliche Menge zu reduzieren. Kann man machen, aber man vergrault auch die Kunden. Beim ersten Mal dachte ich noch es wäre ein Versehen, aber es scheint neue Geschäftsstrategie zu sein. Jetzt wurde der Preis auf 5 € gesenkt, aber auch dafür könnt ihr euer spärlich belegtes Brötchen behalten. Schade, denn es war ein richtig guter Laden.

Top, super geschmack, freundlicher service + schnell und günstig! 5€ fürn Döner in der Qualität ist unschlagbar.

Sehr Tolles Freundliches Team. Preis Leistung nicht zu Toppen. Mittagsmenü ( Pasta,Pizza+ kleiner Salat und Getränk für 10€). Das kann man kaum unterbieten. Und das Essen schmeckt Super.

Mit der beste Döner in Hannover. 19.06.26 wieder ein Döner bestellt und erstaunt das er nur noch 5€ kostet, richtig gut :)

Absolut der beste Laden in Hannover und Umgebung! Der Service ist 1A, man fühlt sich jedes Mal extrem wohl und herzlich willkommen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, besonders das Fleisch: perfekt zubereitet, liegt angenehm im Magen und man hat nicht dieses unangenehme Gefühl der Übersättigung. Bester Döner überhaupt !!! Die Soßen : ein Gedicht !

Wir haben mit mehreren Personen bestellt und getrennt bezahlt. Nach der Lieferung gab es noch Klärungsbedarf bezüglich der Abrechnung, weshalb ich später nochmal kurz vor Ort war. Die Lieferung war leicht verspätet und es hat etwas gefehlt. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung, insgesamt war die Erfahrung für mich aber nicht ganz zufriedenstellend.

Unhygienisch und unfreundlich! Ich muss meine Rezetion leider ändern. Ich hatte jetzt 2 sehr schlechte Erlebnisse mit Primavera und werde dort nicht mehr bestellen oder hingehen. Bei der Bestellung kamen nur 2 statt 3 Gerichte und es gab (außer vom freundlichen Fahrer) keine Entschuldigung und schon gar kein Angebot, das Problem zu lösen und auch keine Wiedergutmachung. Als ich vor Ort was geholt habe, hat ein Herr mit Pflaster am Finger die Bestellungen fertig gemacht. Sowas von eklig und unhygienisch ... als ich ihn darauf angesprochen habe, sagte er er hätte nichts mit dem Essen zu tun. Dabei hat er die ganze Zeit vor meinen Augen Döner vorbereitet und die Zutaten immer mit den Fingern angefasst. Pfui. Ich hab dort immer gern gegessen und viele Angestellte sind sehr freundlich aber das ist ein NoGo.

Es ist nicht alles lecker, aber wenn man das isst das man mag, dann schmeckt es sehr gut... Halt Geschmackssache

Döner mit dem neuen Broten sind winzig. Das alte Fladenbrot war besser

Keine besonders gute Erfahrung. Das Restaurant macht seinem Namen keine Ehre; es ist im Grunde ein Dönerladen. Sie sagten, sie akzeptierten nur Bargeld, da es sich um einen Pizza-Lieferservice handele, und weigerten sich dann, mir eine Quittung auszustellen. Ich bekam lediglich einen Verbrauchsbon, der keine Quittung ist.

Freundliches junges Personal, das Ambiente haben sie neu gemacht. Gehe dort gerne hin.

Wir waren spontan dort und sehr positiv überrascht! Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker, der Auflauf ebenfalls und der Service überaus freundlich und aufmerksam.

Ich bin seit rund 8 Jahren Stammkunde bei Primaverza und war bisher immer zufrieden. Auch während der Corona-Zeit habe ich dort regelmäßig bestellt. Umso enttäuschender war meine heutige Bestellung. Bestellt wurden 1× Dönerteller Lamm und 2× Hähnchendöner. Die Lieferung kam zwar relativ schnell, bei der Übergabe fiel jedoch direkt auf, dass ein Döner fehlte. Zusätzlich war einer der gelieferten Döner mit falschem Fleisch zubereitet. Der Fahrer konnte vor Ort keine Lösung anbieten und verwies mich telefonisch an den Inhaber. Nach dem Gespräch wurde vereinbart, dass der Fahrer die fehlenden Döner nachliefert. Die Nachlieferung erfolgte etwa eine Stunde später. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir bereits insgesamt über zwei Stunden auf die vollständige Bestellung gewartet. Da wir hungrig waren, wurde der zuvor falsch gelieferte Döner zwischenzeitlich verzehrt. Bei der zweiten Lieferung verlangte der Fahrer entweder die Rückgabe des falsch gelieferten Döners (zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits rund eine Stunde alt) oder die vollständige Bezahlung der nachgelieferten Döner. Um weitere Diskussionen zu vermeiden, habe ich die beiden Döner bezahlt. Diese waren bei Ankunft zudem kalt. Fehler können passieren, das ist für mich grundsätzlich kein Problem. Was ich hier jedoch vermisst habe, war eine klare Kommunikation und eine Entschuldigung. Der Umgang mit der Situation wirkte insgesamt wenig kundenorientiert, insbesondere nach der langen Wartezeit. Schade, da ich Primaverza viele Jahre gerne weiterempfohlen habe. Ich hoffe, dass solche Situationen künftig besser gelöst werden.

Yes, nice. Why a pizzeria has to make the best kebabs is beyond me, but with the international team there, yes, it works. The ambiance is more like a fast food joint than a restaurant, but if you ask for a glass with your Coke, you'll get one. For a quick, good meal, it's a good location. For a romantic dinner for two, nope...

Very, very tasty! Great staff and the best kebabs for miles around! I can recommend it without reservation! Salads and pizzas are also delicious here. We've been loyal customers for years and have never been disappointed. Top, top, top!

The food is truly delicious, no question about it. 🤤 The prices had to be adjusted here, too. The King Doner is also quite filling. But with the Dürüm for €8.50, even my glasses couldn't believe what they were seeing (or not seeing). And they're already 13.5 cm wide. 😂 So, dear team, please make the portions more acceptable again, otherwise my friend will bite my arm off from hunger. 😎

I quickly grabbed a kebab to go. I was seated immediately and was able to place my order with the friendly staff on site. The staff was also able to answer questions about the menu items immediately. The kebab was also super tasty and fresh, generously filled, and at €6, the price is unbeatable these days. I would eat there again and recommend the shop and the guys. Great work 👏

Hello everyone, I'll give it 10 out of the 5 things again!!! I've been a customer there for a long time. I have rarely if ever had/eaten delicious kebabs. The other dishes too...there's nothing to complain about for me. Of course it's always a matter of opinion... you can't/never please everyone. I've also had it delivered via a delivery service...that was also great. The staff is always nice even though there is often a lot to do there...very busy. I guess I met the owner, or one of them, by chance…we had a nice conversation. If I don't know what to do... on the inside of my garage/hobby workshop wall is the name: Primavera. For me it’s always worth thinking about “Plan B”!! Thank you for being here...keep it up! LG

We've heard good things about the store about the quality, BUT we requested a large order with a number of people the day before and it was "no problem". Ordered the next day, completely overwhelmed. The pizzas came every now and then over 1.5 hours - as a small compensation there was extra pizza, but that doesn't matter if you wait 1.5 hours for your food... Instead of just being honest about what you can do and what you can't do... But no, they just saw the money and happily accepted it.

I've never been so ripped off before, paying 7 euros for a pizza and an extremely small frozen pizza arrived. It's not possible that the pizza was ready faster than the kebab that my colleague ordered. The pizza took less than 4 minutes. There must be something wrong. And for 7 euros it was very small and sparsely topped. Never again

Service is very friendly and responds to customer requests. Food tastes very tasty. Compared to other kebab shops, Primavera is significantly better. The ambience is a classic kebab shop. But if you want something fancy, go to the restaurant and not to the kebab shop. Food is still highly recommended

So that's it folks, with Primavera. I loved the Kaden where the parents were still there😊 At the reception where Barsan took over everything was still good. But now catastrophe. For a roll 11 euros😥 I got something for the last 2 days, but that's enough. Man is just being deducted. Really not. 😟😟😟😟

It used to be great. We enjoyed eating kebab/fries/pizza here. After the parents handed over the shop, you noticed the clear deterioration. The kebab shrinks from time to time. I have now named it Biscuit Doner. The gentlemen behind the counter seem very stressed. Criticism from shift management is handed out directly in front of customers, even when the store is full. Big ohh. On my penultimate visit, my wife was insulted in a foreign language, and the boss's words were "Don't you have any respect?" to the people sitting. During my last visit, insults were loudly thrown at each other. One word was “Sharmuta,” referring to the mother of an employee. A word that I also understand. Quality and customer decline are becoming apparent. We won't be coming back for the time being.

Times so and times so. I used to prefer to go there. The service has now become rather average. Special requests are brought in according to your own imagination and covered with a portion of smiles. Either there is just a very fake friendliness or a bad mood. There is no such thing as normal. Almost every time something goes wrong. Unfortunately, times sometimes change.

We have otherwise ordered here frequently. Unfortunately, Primavera does not manage to maintain the quality of the food. Anything from delicious to absolutely terrible is possible. After I ordered a kebab today that ended up in the bin after the first bite, I decided to write this review. The bread was absolutely untoasted, the salads were not seasoned and just thrown into the bread and the meat was wobbly. I have rarely eaten such a bad kebab... It's a shame Primavera, you used to be good!

This pizzeria was recommended to us by a young lady at the Shell gas station next door. She said pasta dishes 10 out of 10. She wasn't exaggerating. I had macaroni with ham and cream gratin and my wife had the curry schnitzel. Not only did it taste really delicious, the price was unbeatable. Arranging the food in the shop...every restaurant could learn a lesson from that. Visually it's absolutely amazing and I would never have expected it in a pizza service. You just know...the eye eats too. Top...10 points out of 10 definitely. I can only recommend.
