I can recommend it without reservation. The pizzas are very good. I've never been disappointed. Reservations are recommended in the evenings.

The visit was very disappointing. We ordered 2 pizzas by phone, which should take 45 minutes - ok so far. We were there 10 minutes earlier and the pizzas were already ready. If we had arrived on time, we probably would have only had a lukewarm meal. The money was grumpily snatched out of my hand. You just felt totally uncomfortable and unwanted. You are literally shouted at, a friendly smile or at least a short "Hello, please" or something similar - none. The food was on the other counter when I paid. I was only told with a brief nod of the head that I should please take it myself, as my back was turned straight away and I was done for. The food itself wasn't that great. The dough was strange and very crispy/thin, which was more reminiscent of a tarte flambée. The pizzas were also very modestly sliced. In the middle everything was still completely connected and at the edge you could pull out 3-4 mini pieces. Customer-friendly is different for me, even if it's just a smaller place. The prices were also overpriced for that. One hopes for a different quality. My husband also had stomach pains at night. We can't say for sure whether it was because of the food, but based on the daily routine and the other foods, the suspicion is obvious... It would be better to go somewhere else in the future, as people seem to be rather unwelcome here. Addendum: yes, I'm sure I was there!!! I have the feeling that bad reviews are always pushed to the other location... :-)

I've been ordering regularly for a few years now and if my figure allowed it, I would eat basically every day. The pizza, especially the one with spicy salami, is unsurpassed and consistently delicious. It is one of very few pizzas that taste almost fresh even when warmed up the next day due to the excellent quality. The pasta and the changing daily specials also deserve a mention. Although the small restaurant generally always has a lot of guests and is always busy, Franco and his lovely wife always have time for 2-3 nice sentences. I'm already looking forward to the next pizza today... By the way, it's also open at lunchtime!

We have enjoyed coming here to Pizza Pasta da Franco for years and have had the best experiences with both the food and drinks as well as with all the service staff and have always been served in a nice and friendly manner. I ordered one from yesterday, she also thought it was great (Pizza Diavola), unfortunately the one from today had already had lunch, so just for me and to continue trying Pizza Franco 👍 Pizza as it should be: crispy, thin base and topped with good ingredients 😋 And thank you also for the great timing: despite guests, the pizza could be picked up on time 👍🤗 Soon the elevator will work here and I'll come myself. Unfortunately, my visit to this Italian restaurant was a disappointing experience. Although I was looking forward to a delicious meal, I was confronted with unfriendly behavior and blatant racism. As soon as we arrived we were ignored by the staff, while other guests were served immediately. When we finally got a table, we clearly felt that we were unwelcome. The waiter spoke to us rudely and showed no interest in our orders. We had to ask several times before our wishes were finally taken into account. The food itself was average but the atmosphere and treatment completely ruined the evening. It is unfortunate that such discrimination still occurs today. I was hoping to have a pleasant time at this restaurant, but was deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone who values ​​respect and good treatment. Racism has no place in the restaurant industry or anywhere else, and I hope that the management of this restaurant takes measures to prevent such incidents in the future

I recently had an extremely disturbing experience at Pizza Pasta Da Franco that I would like to share. My family and I visited the restaurant and ordered a pizza. While we waited, our children played nearby. To our shock and horror, the chef was incredibly rude to us. At one point he even held a knife at us, which was extremely alarming and unacceptable. His actions went beyond mere rudeness; they were intimidating and threatening. Furthermore, it was obvious that his behavior was influenced by racist motives. Such treatment is absolutely outrageous and has no place in any establishment. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and advise others to be cautious when considering eating at Pizza Pasta Da Franco. I hope that management will take immediate and appropriate action to resolve this serious issue.

We came here to have coffee and ordered a pizza. We're waiting for the pizza to arrive. The kids were playing when a staff member shouted at them for sitting on a chair. When we asked about it, he shouted back and brandished a knife, telling us to leave in a very rude and racist manner. Definitely not kid friendly.

Mein Freund und ich kommen seit 1 1/2 Jahren jede Woche einmal zum Franco. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Karte bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Francos Aglio Olio sind Weltklasse. Nicht mal in Italien haben wir so leckere Nudeln gegessen. Ich kann es nimmer nie erwarten, wenn wir dort essen gehen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich die Karte rauf und runter essen. Selbst wenn der Laden mal voll ist, hat Brigitte alles unter Kontrolle. Wenn dieses Restaurant mal umziehen sollte, würde ich ihnen folgen, egal wohin. Ohne Francos Nudeln sind wir aufgeschmissen. 😂 10/10 Sternen ⭐

An sich ist die Pizza ja lecker gewesen. ABER: nachdem ich vor Jahren von der älteren "Dame" so unterirdisch dumm angeredet wurde, war ich nimmer da. Heute habe ich nochmal einen Anlauf gemacht... Fehler! Kein anderer Kunde da, jede Menge Pizza, auch die Pizzabäcker haben mich freundlich gegrüßt. Nur die "Madame" war so mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt... ich kam hin, sagte "Hallo", holte meinen Geldbeutel aus dem Rucksack, packte ihn wieder weg, die Pizzabäcker im Hintergrund haben sogar gegrüßt und ihre Chefin nur angeschaut! Die ganze Zeit nahm sie keine Notiz von mir. Also: wenn es die Pizza wert ist, so behandelt zu werden, okay, mir nicht!

**Bewertung für Pizza Pasta da Franco** Leider muss ich feststellen, dass die Qualität und Quantität der Speisen in der Pizza Pasta da Franco in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen haben. Als langjähriger Kunde war ich einst begeistert von ihren köstlichen Pizzen und großzügigen Portionen, aber in letzter Zeit hat sich die Erfahrung drastisch verschlechtert. Die Qualität der Pizza, die einst für ihre frischen Zutaten und den knusprigen Teig bekannt war, scheint nun zu leiden. Die Pizzen sind nicht mehr so schmackhaft wie früher und wirken oft überladen mit billigen Zutaten. Die Quantität hat ebenfalls abgenommen, und die Portionen sind kleiner geworden, ohne dass dies im Preis reflektiert wird. Der EXTRA bestellte Belag "Knoblauch", war bei allen Pizzen nicht wirklich zu vorhanden. Zu erwähnen sei an dieser Stelle aber noch, dass der Italienische Salat mit Hausdressing, noch schmeckt wie damals und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Ein weiteres enttäuschendes Element ist die mangelhafte Freundlichkeit der Chefin des Hauses. Nach 67 telefonischen Versuchen (es war ständig besetzt), fiel unsere Entscheidung dort hinzufahren, um die Bestellung persönlich zu tätigen. Wir waren im Glauben, dass evtl. Versehentlich das Telefon nicht richtig aufgelegt wurde und wir deshalb nur das Besetztzeichen zu hören bekamen und schilderten das der Chefin auch. Daraufhin erörterte uns diese in sehr überheblicher Art, dass sie mit Absicht das Telefon auf "Stumm" geschaltet hätte, weil sie den Bestellungen nicht mehr gerecht werden würden. Tolles Statement, dass kann man seinen Kunden aber auch anders übermitteln! Zudem sind die Betreiber gerade einmal zwei Tagen, nach deren Betriebsferien wieder im Einsatz. Es wäre schön wenn meine Worte die Betreiber auch ernst nehmen würden und verinnerlichen, dass andere Gäste vielleicht auch so denken, sich aber nicht die Mühe machen es nieder zu schreiben und so dann auf Lang oder Kurz fernbleiben. Früher war die Chefin stets zuvorkommend und freundlich, aber in letzter Zeit habe ich das Gefühl, dass sie desinteressiert und unhöflich ist. Dies trägt erheblich zur negativen Erfahrung bei. Es schmerzt mich, diese Worte zu schreiben, da ich einst ein großer Fan von Pizza Pasta da Franco war. Aber leider kann ich nicht länger eine positive Bewertung abgeben, da die Qualität und Quantität der Speisen nachgelassen haben und die Freundlichkeit der Chefin zu wünschen übrig lässt. Ich hoffe, dass die Pizzeria in der Zukunft wieder zu alter Stärke zurückfindet.
