The worst service, and the worst food I have ever tasted in these fast food places, the food is cold, the pizza is unfinished, you order a chicken pizza and you get a corn pizza, the taste is disgusting, I will never visit this place again, I would rather go to Chemnitz where they have excellent pizza right next to the public washing machines, I do not recommend this place in Limbach!!!!!!! Also the behavior of the staff is very disastrous 😡😡😡

You should really check your salad dressing or mayo. Yesterday I spent two hours throwing up my guts about 20 minutes after eating 😡

We've been customers there for years. Initially, the food was fantastic. No matter what we ordered (we usually ordered doner kebab, pizza, fries, pasta, etc.), it was always delicious and fresh. However, the quality has declined drastically recently. The doner meat is almost always incredibly dry, and the sauces have become completely bland. We actually like garlic, but when it overpowers all the other flavors, it's just too much. All in all, we won't be ordering from here again. - It's a real shame. The delivery (whether via Lieferando or by phone) was always quick and worked well.

I was really satisfied at first and ordered regularly, but now the food is simply a disgrace. The meat is dry and of poor quality, ingredients are constantly forgotten, fries arrive half-frozen, and sauces and drinks are regularly missing. Considering the prices, it's an absolute disgrace! The quality and service have completely plummeted – I'll definitely never order from here again.

Waiting time much longer than stated and special requests (e.g. "dish without onions & tomatoes") are ignored

I've been ordering for years now. At first, I was really impressed, but 90% of the time it was delicious. Now, four years later, I have to honestly say, it's gone down quite a bit. Sometimes the pizzas aren't cooked all the way through, or if you order delivery, the food crashes onto the table. I've had this happen several times now where the food doesn't taste good at all. Or rather, it doesn't live up to the description.

The menu is extensive, and you can try many new dishes here. Best regards

They put junk in my mailbox even though it's explicitly stated that no junk mail is allowed. It's annoying. I won't go there anymore.

I've ordered multiple times and wait times of 1-2 hours are standard. Everything's great in-store, but through Lieferando, it's a complete disaster. The food is tasty, but the delivery times are ridiculous, even if you order at 5 p.m.! It's not like you can eat at 7 p.m. 🙈

The pizza is really, really good, not greasy and without a subsequent stomachache. The kebab is also delicious; the bread is good and the sauce is tasty, the meat is good, and the salad is fresh.

We ordered food twice within three days, both times for over €30. When placing the order, we specifically asked if the free bottle of cola advertised in the flyer would be included... which was confirmed. The driver didn't speak a word of German and didn't understand what we were asking for. One time might be a mistake, but this is a rip-off – or to put it more bluntly: systematic fraud!

There can't be a better kebab, just subba polite, no food, bass price is ok, I can only recommend it

I ordered via Lieferando, the food came earlier than expected and was still nice and warm, the salad could have been a little fresher but it was great and tasted good.

I always order by phone and pick it up. Pizza top, kebab top, price-performance ratio is top!

The food there is good, the ambience could be a little better.

I have to write here that I don't understand many of the reviews. I always go there personally, order, get the food quickly and the lady at the counter isn't exactly unfriendly either. Maybe a little short. The food is really tasty, the burgers are bomb and the pizza is also very good. Price/performance is great! I would happily recommend the store.

We haven't ordered from here for a long time because I wasn't always really satisfied. Today I ordered again and we were very satisfied. The pizza dough was super thin & crispy and not so greasy. No more canned mushrooms either, just fresh ones. You'll be happy to order again if it stays that way.

It was said that the food would be ready 5 minutes after Um, it was only prepared when we arrived. In my opinion, the food has to be ready when you are ready to pick it up

I've been coming here for kebab food for 5 years and I'm always very satisfied. The price-performance ratio is right and the staff is always friendly, as long as you are friendly yourself. I'd love to come back again and again.

To pay for the €8 kebab plate I ordered, I gave the woman at the counter a €20 note. However, instead of a change of €12, I only received €2 back. The salesperson in the sales room told me I had only paid €10. Despite my repeated assurances that I had given €20, the seller stuck to his opinion. The woman at the counter left the sales room during my dispute with the seller. The clerk at the counter continued to insist on his opinion. In protest I returned the food but only received €10. I didn't receive the missing €8. Because of this business practice, I will avoid this facility in the future and cannot recommend it to others.

So something else is delicious, I won't go there again. The staff doesn't work at all.

So waiting 2 1/2 hours for a kebab plate and a pizza, despite calling and asking twice, is absolutely cheeky. Neither an apology, compensation or anything else. So I can't recommend ANYONE to order delivery!

Good food and unusual things such as: Doner baguette very tasty. Unfortunately, the ingredients vary from time to time for the same order. Quality is always changing...

Meist ist das Essen ok, wir sind Stammkunden und es kommt mal vor das es kalt ist oder mal Fleisch schmeckt anders... Aber alles im grünen Bereich! Man darf nicht vergessen das es kein 4 Sterne Restaurant ist sondern ein Imbiss und dafür hält er die Preise gut! Sein Neues Mittagsangebot BILLIGER geht es nicht! Wir halten immer smalltalk...

Falschen Burger bekommen ,demzufolge zu viel bezahlt. Nach einem Anruf von mir wurde sofort der Richtige nochmal gemacht und mir innerhalb 30 Minuten geliefert. Sowas nenne ich kundenfreundlich ! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Absolute Dreistigkeit.. Preis Leistung ist eigentlich ok, aber wenn man eine Döner Tasche bestellt, OHNE ZWIEBELN, und es wird eine mit Zwiebeln und ohne Tomaten geliefert.. Dann schickt man diese zurück, im Ersatz zu einer neuen ohne Zwiebeln, und es wird die gleiche, ANGESCHNITTENE zurück geschickt, das geht gar nicht, absolut dreist und sie haben auch mehr Geld berechnet, als es auf der Karte stand, und wir es im Vorfeld ausgerechnet haben.. So schnell wird dort nicht mehr so schnell bestellt

Echt lecker, hatten eine Dönerpizza und eine Calzone bestellt, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war klasse.

Habe hier öfter's eine Pizza bestellt und der Geschmack ist der Wahnsinn richtige Steinofen Pizza bekommt man sonst nirgends so. Habe die immer abgeholt und somit waren die Zubereitungszeit immer kurz. Die Familie bsw Party pizza's sind wiederum normal wie bei jeder anderen Geschäft auch. Die Bildschirme im Laden sind zwar Modern aber man erkennt nix wirklich.

Das Essen schmeckt köstlich und der Service ist freundlich. Ich werde immer wieder bestellen:)

Gutes günstiges Essen im Herzen der Stadt. Sehr gut erreichbar, kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Lieferung über 2 Stunden. Das Essen war schon kalt.

Dönerteller bestellt. Dönerfleisch war schon abgeschnitten wo ich ins Geschäft kam, zu Hause (2 bis 3 Minuten Fahrweg) dann die Box geöffnet....das Fleisch war total trocken und hart. Die Kräutersauce schmeckte auch nicht. Das runde Fladenbrot war nicht richtig knusprig bzw warm. Nie wieder, sehr enttäuschend.

Leckeres frisches Essen. Sehr gute und grosse Auswahl an Essen zu einem guten Preis. Werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder etwas hier bestellen.

Heute zum ersten Mal eine Familien-Pizza bestellt. Schnelle Lieferung, sehr gut im Geschmack und bei Ankunft richtig heiß. Waren sehr zufrieden. 👍

Oft dort bestellt, war immer zufrieden, immer freundlich und schnell bedient. Extrawünsche sind kein Problem.
