Pizza Paradies in Schleiden

The food—we had four pizzas—was quite good. Crispy bases, generous toppings, and hot! The sauce could have been a bit more spicy, but that's a matter of taste. The restaurant was clean and warm. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

After moving to Schleiden, we ordered from Pizza Paradies quite often. It was always absolutely delicious; the pizzas are fantastic!

We had broccoli al forno...pasta casserole...unfortunately, it was completely forgettable. There were exactly six tortellini pieces, a base of frozen broccoli, and no trace of cream sauce. Pictures showed tomatoes and fatty sauce that weren't declared. It's a shame, but after this experience, I won't. Too much money for such poor quality.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The food is very tasty and plentiful for the price. It's well served by friendly staff.

The stated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. I called after 70 minutes. They said the food was being sent out. A total of 95 minutes. Regarding the family pizza: The amount of toppings from a regular pizza spread on a family pizza. Personally, I don't think that's acceptable! First time, last time! What a shame!

Ordered via Lieferando and was delivered almost 2 hours late and the food arrived cold. Will never order from there again and when you ask where your order is, you are just told that they are so busy and that it is a real shame for the business as it once had a good reputation.

We ordered party pizza twice for €64 and I have to say that we have never eaten such a bad, extremely dry pizza. That was definitely the last time we order from there.

We ordered via Lieferando. Delivery time was given as 40 minutes. After 1 hour I asked, the food was supposedly ready and we were waiting for the driver. Food came after 2 hours and 15 minutes. Absolute impudence. Either the food is no longer fresh or we were lied to! We are a household of 5 and none of us will definitely order anything from Pizzaparadies or recommend this miserable shop to others.

Very friendly staff, pizzas with plenty of toppings, and freshly prepared and delicious salads. The atmosphere is a bit cafeteria-like and could be improved. Still, highly recommended.

I came across this restaurant during the holidays, ordered the donor sandwich and it was very tasty. In the Netherlands there is often sauce on top of the last bite and no more sauce and in the Netherlands there is often a lot of meat and few vegetables. I really liked the bread itself, sauce was put in right away so there was still sauce in the last bite, I would have liked a little more meat and a little less vegetables in proportion, but still a 9+, just a nice sandwich :)!

The pizza is way too expensive for the quality. Nothing on it, no sauce and way too small for a large pizza. Once and never again!!

I have the impression that the owners have changed? I don't go there very often but when I did I was very happy - unfortunately that has changed. Once after work a chicken kebab that was so warmed up and dried out didn't taste good anymore, the salad was wilted at 8:15 p.m. Opening hours are supposed to be until 9 p.m.... recently I wanted to do my morning shift again on Sunday at around 11:30 a.m. because I had read on the internet opening times from 11 a.m. Isn't that true anymore? Everything dark has been kindly complemented out again.... yes, if you no longer need it, there are plenty of others....

Had dinner there yesterday with my little son. The men sitting in front of the snack bar were friendlier than the waitress. I didn't feel welcome, we were alone in the restaurant and ordered soda (white) and cola, yellow soda and cola came. No drama for my little one but as a service a no go with just 2 customers. I order schnitzel with cream sauce and a small salami pizza. The pizza: Cheapest salami, greasy, endless Gouda cheese and a strange dough that wasn't cooked through. For a place that calls itself Pizza Paradise underground.. The schnitzel was a ready-made product with a touch of fries next to a sour salad strip. I can only recommend you to change side of the street and choose one of the restaurants, I was really disappointed 😔

Cold food was delivered. Laby fries. A citizen who tasted burned once bitten into it and straight into trash. Donner meat also had a strange taste. Overall not good, the food once and never again.

Cold food, unfriendly staff and very unhygienic. The only warm food there is in Schleiden and we always regret going there. Fries are completely unseasoned, kebab is cold and the food is swimming in fat. The “cook” wipes off the sweat and then digs his fingers into the salad. You lose your appetite. The food is served with plastic forks, which shouldn't be the case in a restaurant. Absolutely not recommended!

Were there today, hardly anything going on. Bought us a falafel bag, it was delicious, just not enough sauce, could have added more 👍🏻☺️

Ordered pizza to take away as the only customers in the restaurant. Despite sufficient oven capacity, orders (including those that did not require the pizza oven and were put together by another employee) were processed in advance, so we had to wait almost half an hour. We received two pizzas that were OK, unfortunately nothing more. The pizza crust didn't have much to do with pizza and the size of the pizza was definitely not appropriate for the price. However, the employees were very nice. Nevertheless, not again for us.

I've known the shop for about 10 years and it used to have the best pizza in Schleiden. Unfortunately the quality of the food has deteriorated significantly. However, the staff are always friendly, you can sit outside and the prices are reasonable too. What I think is good is that there is now a lot of choice.

Es war ok, aber auch leider wirklich nicht mehr. Es gibt einfach zu viele bessere Alternativen. Ich hatte essen mitgenommen. Die Gabel war von so niedriger Qualität, dass sofort alle Zinken abgebrochen sind. Dann nehmt doch Holz anstatt Plastik. Wenn ich dann überlege... Spart jemand so offensichtlich, was wird da vielleicht verkocht? Eine Serviette wäre auch nett gewesen. Angesichts der fehlenden Gabel war das essen einfach nicht mehr lecker.

Lieferdienst sehr nett. Wenn Lieferando mal was verbaut sehr zuvorkommend und einigen sich direkt. Vor Ort ebenfalls sehr zu genießen. Essen schmeckt auch immer sehr! Kann ich nur empfehlen

Das Essen ist immer lecker, und die Preise sind normal. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich! War schon öfters als Gast dort, und habe noch nie einen Grund für eine Beschwerde gehabt. Kann das Restaurant wirklich empfehlen.

Ich glaube es wird langsam Zeit, dass sich die Bewertungen hier zu Herzen genommen werden. Es gibt viel zu viel Auswahl - Türkisch/Italienisch/Amerikanisch - und es täte dem Laden eventuell gut, wenn man sich für eins von all dem entscheiden würde. Ich habe der Pizza dort jetzt schon genug Chancen gegeben, aber es wird einfach nicht besser. Sie ist jedes Mal trocken, egal welche Extrazutaten man dazu bestellt und entweder zu durch oder garnicht durch. Die Burger haben niedrigeres Niveau als McDonald’s und über die Preise, die dort mittlerweile verlangt werden müssen wir glaube ich nicht reden. Selbst bei 50€ Bestellungen wird nochmal 5€ Fahrgeld verlangt und es ist einfach unverschämt. Spezialisiert euch auf ein paar wenige Gerichte, welche alle Türkisch, Italienisch oder was auch immer sind und arbeitet diese vernünftig aus. Ich werde dort nicht nochmal essen, bevor sich nicht etwas geändert hat. Sowohl an der Qualität, der Organisation von Lieferungen, als auch an den Preisen und der Speisekarte. Ich hoffe es tut mal jemand etwas, weil so wie es grade läuft wird das nicht mehr lange funktionieren.

Essen is mega egal ob sofort essen oder mitnehmen Service sehr freundlich im Sommer die Terrasse benutzen sehr empfehlenswert

Schade schade aber hier stimmt die Qualität einfach nicht. Bereits vor einigen Wochen haben wir verschiedene Pizzen getestet, sie waren alle viel zu trocken und auch absolut nicht schmackhaft. Heute 2 verschiedene Salate getestet, Fitness-Salat vom Geschmack her ganz ok aber von der Menge einfach zu wenig für 11€. Der Thunfisch Salat schmeckte einfach nur pampig und matschig, ebenfalls für 10€ zu wenig. Nein Sorry - ich komme nicht wieder.

Ich habe mir gerade einen Döner mit Sauce Hollandaise bestellt kenne ich aus Berlin und Frankfurt kann es euch nur empfehlen weltweit der beste Döner Pizza Paradies Schleiden

De pizza's zijn er heerlijk Echt fijn hoe vriendelijk de eigenaar was en je voelde je er zeer welkom De salade was ook vers gemaakt en smaakte goed

Gehaald Doner teller compleet, lekker gegeten, en werden netjes geholpen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr gutes Essen zu normalen Preisen.

Wieso ist man nur so unnormal unhöflich und dreist? Essen war okay, aber mit viel Freude konnten wir nicht essen!
