Pizza Palme in Solingen

We ate there yesterday, and the food is generally really delicious. Unfortunately, my brother found two hairs in his burger, which simply shouldn't happen. When we pointed it out, the only response was, "Sorry, it happens." Honestly, that kind of reaction is unacceptable. A more professional approach would have been really important. They did bring us a new burger, but without fries – a little more goodwill (e.g., a complete replacement) would definitely have been appropriate. The prices are okay, but you can sometimes get larger portions for the same price elsewhere. The ambiance, however, is really nice – no complaints there. Overall: the food is good, the place is nice, but they desperately need to improve how they handle complaints.

Always friendly on the phone, as was the driver who made the punctual delivery.

Even if you might not guess it from the outside, you can really eat delicious pizza here! The dough, toppings, and flavor are all truly impressive. Plus, the excellent value for money is something you rarely find. Highly recommended! 🍕👏

Our pasta dishes were delicious. The portions were generous. The service was quick and friendly. The price was reasonable. Small hot rolls are served with the meal. I would have preferred them as a starter, perhaps with olive oil 😳

The Pizzapalme is a little gem in an unassuming setting. From the outside, it looks more like a rustic snack bar and certainly not the place for a first date. However, the service is super friendly and the food is extremely good and delicious. Five stars is all we can give this place. We'll definitely be back.

Had dinner yesterday, delicious spaghetti carbonara, great service, we were even allowed to order a beer after 10pm.

We ordered 4 large pizzas. Two of them with spinach and artichokes. Of those, only one large came, the second small and without artichokes. We first checked the bill to make sure we'd ordered everything correctly, then called and explained it to them. The lady on the phone said they'd received the order in the same way that we'd ordered a small one. I tried to explain to her that we had a completely different bill and asked her several times if I could send her the bill. She never responded and often told me to add everything up, this and that, and that we'd made the mistake. So: According to our bill: One large tuna + €9.90 One large margarita + €8.50 2 large spinach with artichokes + €23.80 Subtotal: €42.20 -€12 Uber promotion €30.20 +€1.50 delivery +€2.53 fees Total: €34.23 What we also paid Their bill: One large tuna + €9.90 One large margarita + €8.50 2 spinach with artichokes + €19.80 (one large, one small) Subtotal would be: €38.20, but they also said €42.20 -€12 Uber promotion €26.20, but they also said €30.20 +€1.50 delivery +€2.53 fees Total should be €30.23, but they still said €34.23 The lady on the phone obviously can't do math. In the end, the delivery guy even came back to compare both bills, but they still didn't agree with us. They didn't apologize for the misunderstanding, and they didn't deliver the correct pizza to us or to us. Pure rip-off and totally unfriendly. The taste was okay, but nothing spectacular. Not recommended.

We placed an order online, but they had another order. How is that possible? They gave us no reason. We paid for a large pizza, but they didn't send us a small one without the ingredients we ordered. They sent a copy of the order to the pizzeria. What a disappointment 🙄

Quattro Formaggi! There are only two types of cheese here... For this kind of money, you have to sell what's on the label! So, four types of cheese! If you use Italian names, Italian recipes are expected!

Service needs to be improved. The pizza tastes excellent. €33 for two pizzas and two small drinks is pretty steep.

Very nice, relaxed atmosphere. The pizza I had (Tonno Special) was incredibly delicious. 🤤 I've never had anything like it before. Unfortunately, I'm just passing through, but I would happily enjoy the food here again anytime. 👍

Doesn't even deserve a star. After 1 hour 15 minutes still no delivery. When asked, the order was just being processed and not even finished. No information received and then sloppy answers on the phone. No go!

I was with an Italian woman for many years and say :: Dough exactly as it should be, above - everything is always fresh and tasty, very good pizza. Here, however, I was referring to the Pizza Pavillon in Unterbach, which unfortunately had to close because the property was demolished.

Orders have always been received 30-40 minutes late. When you call the store they lie to you and say "the driver will be there soon". Even if you pre-order for a time, it doesn't come on time

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I placed the order at 5 p.m. and after 1.5 hours I called to ask when my food would arrive. A tragedy!! Then I had to listen to my order being pushed back, then I was told that my order, which was slightly larger, would always be there half of every 15 minutes…. Which of course would have been a lie again. When I asked about it, the conversation became very, very unfriendly. So I canceled the order. That was my last order!!!

Apparently you only get prepared meals here. Pizza tasted like a frozen pizza. Casseroles are mini portions. Requests such as children's/seniors' portions could not be accommodated because, according to the service staff, there are only one size fits all. But very nice service and the pizza rolls with dip are delicious. We were hoping for better quality.

This small pizzeria offers very tasty pizzas, pasta dishes and burgers. During our stay in Solingen, we were so excited after eating there for the first time that we went there twice more. Due to the large selection, no dish was eaten twice. There are definitely 5 stars for the food and service!!

Lach da bestellt man Spaghetti Eis was 3,50€ kostet . Und bekommt das Eis aus dem Lidl wo eine Dreierpackung für 1,79€ kostet Für eine normale Pizza , 1 Spaghetti Eis und Tiramisu über 1 Std gewartet. Obwohl man drei Mal am Telefon gesagt hat das man kein Knoblauch drauf haben möchte. War welcher drauf . Danke jetzt sitzt mein Mann auf dem Kloo. Wegen Knoblauchunverträglichkeit. Man hat den Knoblauch nicht gerochen aber geschmeckt. Ich danke euch jetzt für den schönen Abend Pizza war halb roh , in der Spitze nicht durch . Das Tiramisu fade und nicht mehr rund im Geschmack

Heute das erste mal bestellt , auf Empfehlung von meinem Arbeitskollegen. Muss sagen es war sehr lecker , die Burger groß und saftig, das Schnitzel schön saftig nicht trocken. Die Pizza und die Pommes ein Träumchen. Wir werden wieder bestellen oder persönlich vorbei kommen .

Unser Gefühl ist wahr geworden. Einfach nur Schrecklich! Gepresstes/fertig Schnitzel, Spaghetti Cabonara ist eher eine Sahnesoße, die Pizzen waren trocken aber konnte man noch mit viel Flüssigkeit essen. Restaurant ist es keinesfalls! Preis Leistung miserabel! Einfach schlimm

Pizza war ok. Jeder hat seine eigene Vorstellung von einer leckeren Pizza. Unser Standard-Pizza-Dealer hatte geschlossen, darum waren wir nur zum Ausprobieren da.

Super leckere Pizza! Zum dritten Mal wird diese sehr heiß, mit super leckeren Boden, toll belegt und sehr schmackhaft geliefert. Jederzeit wieder!!

Bedienung planlos und nicht Aufmerksam musste mich mehrmals darum bemühen nachschub zu bekommen.Freundlich und Nette Bedienung.

Immer leckeres Essen und freundliche Mitarbeiter bei der Anlieferung. Man muss aber mit langen Lieferzeiten rechnen! Einziger Abzug. Vielleicht kann man daran noch arbeiten.

Sehr gute Lage wenn man im Juststay gebucht hat und was zu Essen sucht, die Pizza ist ziemlich gut nur noch so erwähnt.

Hinsichtlich des Essen selbst, würde ich diesem Unternehmen sogar die 5 Sterne geben. Ich gehe gerne dorthin und esse da. Was ich allerdings zu kritisieren habe, ist die Lieferung. Diese hat sehr lange gedauert, doch auch das ist zu entschuldigen. Allerdings war einer der Lieferanten sehr aufdringlich. Womöglich merkt er das selbst nicht, doch er betrat wie selbstverständlich mein Haus. Das war eine sehr unangenehme Situation. Die Tür wurde auch zum Teil von außen geschlossen. Dies hat mich in eine wirkliche Stresssituation versetzt und plötzlich nehme ich wahr, wie er den Reißverschluss seiner Jacke öffnete. Ich dachte, dass der mir jetzt ein Messer ziehen wird, doch eigentlich wollte er nur an sein Geldbeutel. All diese Ängste hätten vermieden werden können, wenn der Lieferant in erster Linie nicht mein Haus betreten hätte. Ich verstehe auch einfach nicht, wieso er nicht einfach vor der Außentür bleibt.

Knuspriger, dünner Teig, reichlich Belag (auch individualisierbar), Schnelle, heiße Lieferung

Wir haben 2 Pizzen bestellt. Vorweg, es waren die besten Pizzen die wir seit langem gegessen haben. Es ist schonmal schön, wenn man einen Pizzakarton aufklappt und einen eine mit Bedacht belegte, lecker aussehende Pizza anlächelt. Findet man eher selten. Der Belag war reichhaltig und hochwertig, die Käsemenge war genau richtig. Aber was die Pizza perfekt gemacht hat, war der Teig. Schön dünn und trotzdem luftig und leicht knusprig. Einfach eine insgesamt richtig gute Pizza!

Die Preise sind gut, die Portionen in ordnung. Mir schmeckt das Essen sehr gut und die Qualität stimmt auch. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Ich war bestimmt nicht das letzte mal hier.

Wir waren diese Woche im Hotel nebenan und haben an zwei Abenden hier gegessen. Wir wurden freundlich und zügig bedient. An den Getränken und Speisen gab es nichts auszusetzen. Vielen Dank nochmal! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Die Pizza kommt immer heiß und frisch an und ist wirklich köstlich. Ebenso sind die Burger zu empfehlen. Wenn man in Solingen und angrenzendem Liefergebiet italienische Pizza bestellen möchte, dann am besten bei Pizza Palme. Die freundlichen Herren des Lieferdienstes nicht zu vergessen. Vielen Dank!

Einfach die beste Pizzeria in Solingen. Das Essen, egal was man bestellt, ist immer sehr delikat und heiß, und das Team ist super nett und freundlich. Wir kommen hier öfters hin und wurden noch nie enttäuscht :-)

Pizza Ok, habe Lachs mit Bratkartoffeln bestellt, die lauwarm daher kamen! Dann das ganze unter die Mikro, natürlich auch der Lachs! Das geht nicht!

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und die Burger mit Pommes sind auch eine sehr gute Wahl. Der Hauswein ebenfalls. Als Lieferdienst ist alles top und wir bestellen hier öfters. Ein Punkt Abzug, da es vor Ort an einem Freitag Abend scheinbar nicht geheizt war. Uns war leider ungewöhnlich kalt und da muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn die Kunden ausbleiben. Wir waren die einzigen. Da muss sich der Eigentümer entscheiden, was er will. Auch das Außenambiente mit den billigen Blinkies macht keinen guten Eindruck, denn das Essen ist klasse. Meines Erachtens müsste das Restaurant bei der zentralen Lage voll sein am Wochenende. Hier muss meines Erachtens mehr für den ersten Eindruck gemacht werden.

Das Essen und die freundliche Bedienung verdienen definitiv 5 Sterne. Wenn wir nochmal an Solingen vorbeikommen werden wir definitiv bei Pizza Palme einen Halt machen. Die Pizza war hervorragend.

Sehr nett, und sehr leckeres frisch zubereitetes Essen. Wartezeit von 30 min. Auf eine lasagne hört sich erst mal viel an, relativiert sich aber wieder men erfährt dass sie gerade frisch gemacht wurde, und geschmeckt hat sie auch noch. Sehr zu empfehlen
