Delicious pizza and pasta. Unfortunately, the filled pizza rolls were a disappointment. 2 large bread rolls without sauce and very, very dry. Delivery always takes a long time but the staff is very friendly.

I will never order from this pizzeria again. The pizzas arrived completely squashed, with minimal toppings and a very thin crust. And all that for €65?? Thanks for nothing.

Dissatisfaction with the ordering experience I would like to share my experience regarding my recent order of two pizzas and a salad. Unfortunately, after 1 hour and 21 minutes of waiting, I discovered that the service did not meet my expectations. After waiting an hour, I contacted them by phone to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that such a wait was considered normal, but I received no apology or suggestions for redress. The employee also informed me that the driver was on the way, which was surprising given the short distance to the pizzeria (approx. 5 minutes drive). The delivery finally took place after another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, upon arrival I discovered that the pizzas were inadequately cut and the amount of toppings requested did not meet my expectations. Overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of the service and the food delivered. For this reason, I feel compelled to refrain from ordering again and cannot recommend anyone to order there, especially in view of the price-performance ratio.

This was my first time ordering there for self-collection. Both the pizza and the pasta dish were very tasty. Gladly again.

I visited Pizza Mile in Krefeld and ordered two pizzas – and what an experience! The ingredients were incredibly fresh and the pizzas tasted fantastic. They were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, just as you would hope a pizza should be. The service was absolutely fantastic - the staff were friendly, attentive and made me feel welcome. The atmosphere in the pizzeria was also very special, and it was clear that their warmth and good energy rubbed off on all customers. All in all, a perfect experience that I can highly recommend. Pizza Mile deserves no less than 10 out of 10 stars! I am already looking forward to the next visit.

Siiuu buns are the best buns in the world

I don’t know why this place has a pretty high rating. I ordered two burger menu and it’s literally disgusting. I’ve never experienced something like that. Fries are wet and undercooked, burger is just something I can’t even explain. Tasteless and poor quality. And thanks for frozen tiramisu.

Absolute disaster and disgrace... Ordered from Uber Eats for €25 with cash payment. I had, among other things, a pasta with vegetables and tomato cream sauce for ten euros, with a note please for the sauce without cream - basically with tomato sauce or Bolognese sauce, as I am lactose intolerant. A few minutes after ordering, I got a call saying that the Bolognese costs 3 euros more or if you leave out the cream, just tomato sauce costs 1.50 euros more, because no matter what you want, it will be charged extra. Regardless of whether you leave something out, every change probably costs €1.50 more, although any other pasta would simply have been cheaper. He was annoyed and unfriendly right from the start, which is why I didn't want to discuss it and asked him if he could just deliver the normal Bolognese, which costs seven euros, without any special requests. Then came another stroppy answer. That wouldn't work, he doesn't have time now, I should cancel the order and redo it and he hung up without letting me finish. I couldn't cancel the order. I called again several times. The third time he answered and said what to do, I should contact Uber. The fifth time he said he would cancel it “later.” I should order again if I want to eat. Full of “confidence”, I wanted to order again without the transaction being cancelled Shortly afterwards I received a message saying that the restaurant had charged me the full amount as cancellation fees. (I couldn't order anything through the entire app because I had to pay this fee to Pizza Mile for the time being!) After further attempts to call there, he answered once "I'm not delivering food now. Please use Uber, then pay the fee, that's what you have to do!" and immediately hung up again. After that my number was blocked! 😂 I also texted this number on WhatsApp and blocked it 2 minutes later I contacted Uber and got the money back because their customer service was very understanding. but of course I didn't get any food either All of this because in the end I only had a small request and then the pizzeria wanted to make it easy to deliver me a pasta that I didn't want, simply because they were intimidated by the disrespectful manner! It's good that we are actually regular customers and only ordered from the address because I was visiting, that was definitely the last time. You can't deal with a customer like that, let alone a person!!!

They cook without gloves, the kitchen is dirty and the pizza doesn't taste good at all

Pizza was very tasty though, but the delivery person was very unfriendly. We had to walk down from the seventh floor and the delivery man is honking like crazy and calling us saying he's been waiting for us for a long time. Realistically, that was a maximum of 3 minutes. We won't order there again. Not recommended

Pizza too cold, not enough toppings and every day is pizza day for 6 euros, we paid 12 euros. And not properly. And the dough is way too thin.

I don't know if I was just unlucky, but this was by far the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The base was soggy and not a piece was crispy and the pizza itself just didn't taste good.

This place is amazing, the food was top tier the prices were very good for the amount of food that you get. Their hospitality is very good and they’ve never messed up an order of mine. Im a regular of this place and I’ve never been let down, the service is good, and my favorite part is the people here. The atmosphere they bring and their customer service is amazing.

French fries were apparently not ordered, even though there is a 2 for 1 promotion and they were ordered correctly and the so-called “baguette” is an absolute joke (the size of a cigarette pack) and not worth €5. Not recommended, there are better stores

Mega leckere Pizzen, hab schon drei verschiedene probiert. Schöner dünner Boden und richtig gut belegt, dazu haben sie auch noch kaum Rand. Der Preis ist richtig günstig. Einfach Mmmmh....
