A truly great Greek restaurant in a great location. The service was good, fast, and friendly. The restaurant was recently renovated, from the restrooms to the furniture. Unfortunately, one gets the feeling that this has had a very significant impact on the prices.

I've found my favorite restaurant. The food is excellent! The staff is attentive and friendly. We even had a private party there, and every wish was fulfilled. I recommend it to everyone 👌 but you should make a reservation!

The only nice thing is the location, but if you really value good food, this isn't the place for you. We found it to be like "chip shop" food, and so we won't be going back.

The food was delicious, especially the meat, which was juicy and tender. The staff was friendly, and we felt like we were in good hands! The small salad starter was specially adapted for the children, and we got our food quickly despite the large number of guests. Plus, the view of the park is simply beautiful.

Culinary good, humanly a disaster – Stadtpark Restaurant Krefeld The main course in the Stadtpark Restaurant in Krefeld was to the point and tasted excellent - unfortunately the only positive thing that evening. The service was an absolute disaster. As soon as we were welcomed by the boss himself, it was clear that politeness had no place here. No smile, no greeting, no trace of hospitality. Older people had to stand and wait for up to ten minutes without anyone feeling responsible - an indictment. The table was dirty and I had to organize the drinks menu myself. Requests were ignored and the already overwhelmed waiters were forbidden from responding to simple requests such as a coaster for the wine glass. After I expressly emphasized that I only wanted to order the appetizer first, we were simply ignored. I had to get up again to even be able to order - an absolute nonsense. Conclusion: If you appreciate good food but don't value respect, service or hospitality, this is the place for you. For everyone else: stay away. ---

Seniors' plates and starters might be a little cheaper and the free ouzo would be more tolerable at the beginning than at the end, but Harry and Magda are always in a good mood and friendly and the food is very tasty! The new winter garden is great!

The surroundings are of course beautiful, especially for the children watching ducks and fish at the lake. The restaurant itself scores points thanks to Magda. I personally like her style but I don't think everyone does :D. Now to eat... Unfortunately only Greek snacks! There is a total lack of attention to detail and that certain something! But the prices are more than fair :-).

The ambience is OK but the food is bad takeaway food at best. Very poor presentation - loveless and bland. When we asked for mayonnaise, which the restaurant didn't have, we were given a bottle of tartar sauce from Aldi. In the end we wanted to at least have the fries packed for the children, the waiter simply gave us the cardboard box and we could pack them ourselves. Considering that a simple gyro costs €17.50 and a 0.4 beer costs €5, you would definitely expect something different... the service was also extremely bad.

Were invited to dinner there. We sat on the terrace. The service was great, we were warmly welcomed and treated nicely. There was hardly any waiting time for drinks and food. Food was very tasty and good portion sizes (for me it could have been a little more). Can only recommend the restaurant. It takes advantage of its good location and offers a beautiful view of the landscaped pond. You also have the opportunity to take a walk through the city park after or before your meal. I really enjoyed our stay there, the time we spent there flew by. Feel free to come back here.

We were there 7 years ago in the winter, it was way too tight because it sat back to back. Today, August 31st, 2024, we unfortunately had to eat there because we had a voucher. The saganaki was far too soft, the grilled pepperoni had no taste. The grill plates have too little choice of meat, and are constantly repeated, from the super none Hennry who ate the friendliness with a spoon, the only thing that comes out is the statement that you have to make compromises, the red wine that we ordered was presented to us by Hennry as we walked past the table that the glass would soon kipte, well for 6€ the glass would have We can expect better. Fish was no longer available and for vegetarians/vegans there were only starters. Billing tzatziki as a separate starter when you ordered it as a dip with the fries and then charging €6 for it is also very shameful. Especially when it tastes like almost nothing. All dishes were available at a desolate price-performance ratio. The ambience is only nice when you sit outside. It's very noisy inside and there are dogs buzzing around there.

The food was OK, but the service was very bad. It took forever for the meals to arrive. I ordered another drink but this never arrived. The waiters were very unfriendly, actually they were quiet rude from the minute we arrived. We will never spend another dime here. We left without desert.

We are actually regular customers!!!for 20 years!! And now I wanted to order something and pick it up twice!! (3 cold starters) We were told both times that it was not possible to pick up anything! The restaurant has a beautiful location right next to the city park in Krefeld. The terrace has a beautiful view of the pond with a water feature. A new winter garden was added to the restaurant and the terrace was also modernized and equipped with high-quality and comfortable furniture. The staff is always super nice, but sometimes overwhelmed given the size of the beer garden. But with a little patience it works. As always, the food was really, really tasty 😋. We would be happy to come back and definitely recommend it

Nice terrace. It is recommended to reserve a table. The cellars were friendly, the place was full and it took a while if you wanted to reorder drinks. The food was good, we had gyros gratinated in metaxa sauce. It was very tasty and a lot. Clearing the plates took a while. I would still like to come back.

Generally very disappointing. We were told on the phone it would be packed with a short wait but no problem. When I answered her okay, see you soon, she screamed into the phone AGAIN!!! When we arrived 10 minutes later there was no sign of it being packed. In terms of service it was a complete disaster. First we were ignored then we were given cards at the table then we were ignored again. The waiter walked past us to the staff table a few times and continued to ignore us. After half an eternity we were able to order drinks. It also took a very long time to eat. We didn't feel very welcome. Especially since guests at the neighboring table, who apparently were known, were served faster and friendlier. And so we had the ambience of 2nd class. The food was okay but unfortunately the poor service made the food a bit bad for us. And we just wanted to leave quickly. Only the lady at the end asked very nicely whether we would like anything else and whether everything went well when we paid. Unfortunately, that was the only friendly employee in this restaurant that evening. A pity!
