Nice service, normal prices and delicious food

The ambience is OK but the food is bad takeaway food at best. Very poor presentation - loveless and bland. When we asked for mayonnaise, which the restaurant didn't have, we were given a bottle of tartar sauce from Aldi. In the end we wanted to at least have the fries packed for the children, the waiter simply gave us the cardboard box and we could pack them ourselves. Considering that a simple gyro costs €17.50 and a 0.4 beer costs €5, you would definitely expect something different... the service was also extremely bad.

Were invited to dinner there. We sat on the terrace. The service was great, we were warmly welcomed and treated nicely. There was hardly any waiting time for drinks and food. Food was very tasty and good portion sizes (for me it could have been a little more). Can only recommend the restaurant. It takes advantage of its good location and offers a beautiful view of the landscaped pond. You also have the opportunity to take a walk through the city park after or before your meal. I really enjoyed our stay there, the time we spent there flew by. Feel free to come back here.

Just been here and the staff were so unfriendly, they threw the card on the table. We went back straight away, not recommended. A little more friendliness would be required 👎

Simply unfriendly service, everything dirty, dirty, and disgusting, I wanted to eat here with my family, we wanted to eat here for the first time, when we wanted to sit down an employee came up to us and complained directly to us about what we wanted here and that we had to stand down at the beginning, we weren't even allowed to sit down where we wanted, so we had to wait a few minutes, then the employee came back and took us to our place, he threw the menus on the place, as if it wasn't happening That was enough, the menus were really dirty and filthy, just disgusting, we left then we don't feel like paying for dirt🤢😠

The food was OK, but the service was very bad. It took forever for the meals to arrive. I ordered another drink but this never arrived. The waiters were very unfriendly, actually they were quiet rude from the minute we arrived. We will never spend another dime here. We left without desert.

We were there 7 years ago in the winter, it was way too tight because it sat back to back. Today, August 31st, 2024, we unfortunately had to eat there because we had a voucher. The saganaki was far too soft, the grilled pepperoni had no taste. The grill plates have too little choice of meat, and are constantly repeated, from the super none Hennry who ate the friendliness with a spoon, the only thing that comes out is the statement that you have to make compromises, the red wine that we ordered was presented to us by Hennry as we walked past the table that the glass would soon kipte, well for 6€ the glass would have We can expect better. Unfriendly farewell to him. My tip, as I said, there are better Greeks like in crooked arthemis, nothing beats it, world class. P.s It's better to leave Hennry out, he ruins the mood with his hectic manner, he's also unfriendly on the phone, tells the customer on the phone come at 8 or you're unlucky, what's the problem. It does not work. If you don't talk to any guest as if you'd already had a beer together, no, we won't either. Prices are very high, especially for the starters. Was here for the first and last time. The service was terrible. Waited a long time for everything, unfriendly, condescending. When it came to eating, you could only choose from a very small selection. Fish was no longer available and for vegetarians/vegans there were only starters. Billing tzatziki as a separate starter when you ordered it as a dip with the fries and then charging €6 for it is also very shameful. Especially when it tastes like almost nothing. All dishes were available at a desolate price-performance ratio. The ambience is only nice when you sit outside. It's very noisy inside and there are dogs buzzing around there.

We are actually regular customers!!!for 20 years!! And now I wanted to order something and pick it up twice!! (3 cold starters) We were told both times that it was not possible to pick up anything! And I don't even want to talk about the tone on the phone! The food is always very tasty but we won't come back with this service!

The restaurant has a beautiful location right next to the city park in Krefeld. The terrace has a beautiful view of the pond with a water feature. A new winter garden was added to the restaurant and the terrace was also modernized and equipped with high-quality and comfortable furniture. The staff is always super nice, but sometimes overwhelmed given the size of the beer garden. But with a little patience it works. As always, the food was really, really tasty 😋. We would be happy to come back and definitely recommend it

Nice terrace. It is recommended to reserve a table. The cellars were friendly, the place was full and it took a while if you wanted to reorder drinks. The food was good, we had gyros gratinated in metaxa sauce. It was very tasty and a lot. Clearing the plates took a while. I would still like to come back.

Generally very disappointing. We were told on the phone it would be packed with a short wait but no problem. When I answered her okay, see you soon, she screamed into the phone AGAIN!!! When we arrived 10 minutes later there was no sign of it being packed. In terms of service it was a complete disaster. First we were ignored then we were given cards at the table then we were ignored again. The waiter walked past us to the staff table a few times and continued to ignore us. After half an eternity we were able to order drinks. It also took a very long time to eat. We didn't feel very welcome. Especially since guests at the neighboring table, who apparently were known, were served faster and friendlier. And so we had the ambience of 2nd class. The food was okay but unfortunately the poor service made the food a bit bad for us. And we just wanted to leave quickly. Only the lady at the end asked very nicely whether we would like anything else and whether everything went well when we paid. Unfortunately, that was the only friendly employee in this restaurant that evening. A pity!

When the food comes after a long wait, it is tasty and good. But the waiting time of over an hour is too long. Therefore only 3 stars.

Very nice outdoor area with a view of the Uerdinger city park. Ideal when the weather is nice, but when the weather is not so nice you can enjoy the view from the spacious winter garden. Very nice service and good Greek food.

One of our regular bars. Always happy to go here. The restaurant is known nationwide and is often visited again and again. The selection of dishes was reduced some time ago so that the quality remains the same. You shouldn't miss a dessert afterwards. They have delicious ice cream.

Rarely have we had such delicious and tender lamb salmon. Definitely worth a visit. Definitely a 5 star recommendation. Keep it up.

After a long time we were here again in the restaurant and we can recommend it without reservation. The food was very good and tasty, it came very quickly. In between, further requests were unobtrusively asked. At the end we had a nice chat with one of the owners before we happily went home. Thank you for a nice evening.

Wir sind hier Stammgäste und es ist eins unserer Lieblingsrestaurants. Das Essen ist immer super lecker und die Besitzer sind herzlich und tolle Menschen. Wir lieben es.

Ich habe hier Lammkarree mit frittierten Kartoffelscheiben und grünen Bohnen gegessen. Das Fleisch war sehr zart und köstlich. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Stadtpark Restaurant Uerdingen bietet köstliche Speisen, die den Gaumen verwöhnen. Die Gerichte sind geschmackvoll zubereitet und bieten eine breite Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, was das Gesamterlebnis angenehm gestaltet. Allerdings könnte die Akustik im Restaurant verbessert werden, da es zuweilen recht laut sein kann und somit Gespräche schwer verständlich werden. Trotzdem ist das Stadtpark Restaurant Uerdingen definitiv einen Besuch wert, besonders für Liebhaber guter Speisen und herzlicher Bedienung. Ich werde es nochmal zur einer anderen Zeit besuchen um weitere eindrücke zu bekommen...

Immer super netter Service, immer leckeres Essen. Im Sommer tolle Terrasse. Auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet, da Auffahrrampe vorhanden. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Sehr idyllisch im Uerdinger Stadtpark gelegen.

Es war ein sehr netter Abend im Stadtpark Restaurant. Essen frisch zubereitet und schmackhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren als Gruppe dort. Da bedient einen die Chefin noch selbst :-) Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Essen war auch top. Als Vorspeise erhält man einen leckeren gemischten Salat. Hauptspeise, Fleisch war schön zart und die Scheibenkartoffeln waren mega knusprig. Und zum Schluss ein leckeren Ouzo oder Likörchen.

Nette Location im Park mit schöner Aussicht. Vom Essen war ich entäuscht, hier wird viel Masse angeboten und leider leidet die Qualität des Essen darunter.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Salat überwiegend Kraut. Essen relativ geschmacklos. Wur waren mit acht Personen zum Essen da, lediglich einer war zufrieden.

Bester Grieche in Krefeld, ich sag's wie es is'.

Das griechische Lokal im Stadtpark Uerdingen ist immer eine Besuch wert. Gerade im Sommer bietet ein Platz auf der Terasse einenherlichen Blick in den Park. Das Essen ist köstlich und ist in meinen Augen mit Das Beste was griechisches Essen in Krefled zu bieten hat. Dazu kommen faire Preise und das Highlight Schnelles freundliches Personal, bei dem man sich sofort wohl fühlt.

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier zu Gast und sind jedes mal mehr als zufrieden. Die Besitzer sind tolle Gastgeber und geben sich sehr viel Mühe alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen ist super, die Lage ebenfalls. Der nahgelegene Ententeich verkürzt die (kurze) Wartezeit für Kids extrem. Wir nehmen hier auch gerne Freunde mit hin. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man toll. Wir werden weiterhin gerne kommen.
