The food was excellent, no stress with the staff, and it tasted very good. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered food, pizza was too loose

This place is a complete mess. I placed an order that was supposed to arrive at 12:00, but it didn't. I called again at 12:15, and they said they were too busy. It still hadn't arrived. The food finally came at 12:45, but the pizza was cold and didn't taste good. After eating one slice, I threw the rest in the bin and ordered from somewhere else. Thanks for the hassle. Get your business under control.

We ordered through Lieferando. The food arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes after ordering. The opening hours listed on Lieferando were extremely misleading and did not match the actual opening hours at all. It would be desirable if the opening hours were accurate to avoid making customers wait so long.

Ordered a sucuk pizza, got a seafood pizza. How can you be so stupid? I'll never order from there again.

Ordered a Hawaiian calzone pizza. I received a calzone filled with chicken and ham! I complained, but the new calzone was filled with sausage. I complained again, spoke to the driver, and explained the difference between ham and turkey ham via WhatsApp, including pictures for clarity! I'm still waiting for my food, which I've already paid for! It's been 3 hours now! Simply outrageous!

Super tasty, delivered quickly, everything fresh and hot

Ordered three pizza trays for 2 PM and confirmed by phone the next day. With a house full of guests, the pizza never arrived. After calling, they said they expected delivery at 2:30 PM. After 2:30 PM had passed, we called again. They showed absolutely no understanding that something was seriously wrong. They also refused to offer a discount. Their exact words on the phone were: "Then we'll just take the pizza back." It was finally delivered at 2:55 PM. I would give zero stars if I could. Never again Milano!

I ordered my favorite pizza. I thought the delivery was okay. The pizza tasted terrible; the crust was like a shoe sole, and it was hard to chew. I won't order from there again.

Delivery took significantly longer than stated, and the cheese salad with Gouda, mozzarella, and feta cheese had a strangely spicy flavor. Luckily, I realized relatively quickly that there were no herbs in the cheese... The pizza rolls, however, were quite good.

Thank you so much for this unforgettable taste experience! Rarely has an order evoked so many emotions in me—from astonishment to sheer despair. The delivery person was obviously so excited about the order that he didn't even dare to unpack it himself. It was a nice touch of service that I, as a customer, was allowed to reach into the box myself. It's nice to be involved! The three chicken durums I ordered magically transformed into two doner kebabs with meat that was probably dry by the time my great-grandfather was born. The bread that came with it was a perfect substitute for chewing gum—great for the chewing muscles, less so for the taste. The pizza? An absolute highlight. A moist, soggy mixture of spaghetti and indefinable mush, tasting somewhere between an old kitchen rag and cleaning water. You really can't deny your courage to innovate! All in all: A culinary experience I certainly won't forget anytime soon. Big praise to the kitchen and logistics departments for this brilliant performance.

My husband ordered a kebab plate with rice and I had a cream schnitzel with fries. You couldn't eat the kebab plate, the rice was soggy and there was no salt, you couldn't eat the meat with no seasoning at all! Schnitzel from the freezer wasn't tasty at all!! The cream sauce was lumpy and not seasoned either. The fries weren't seasoned either and were half cooked. I can't recommend it!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my order from this delivery service. The food tasted disappointing, was delivered late, and was also cold. There was a serious problem with the payment: Even though I had already paid the amount, the delivery person claimed that the card payment had failed. As a result, the amount was debited three times. I was refused a refund, stating that this was my problem. This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable. I will definitely not order from here again.

Anyone who orders here via Lieferando is charged a 25-cent deposit for a cup of Ayran. Upon delivery, it turns out there's no deposit on the cup. When asked by phone, they promise to refund the 25 cents, but the driver refuses. Even if it's only 25 cents, in my opinion, this is fraud and a matter of principle!

Hygiene problems! The health department should really step up its game here! The delivery is usually even faster than advertised. However, I once had several hairs in my food and so I threw it away immediately. Of course that's not possible. I can't find my money on the street. Last time I had the wrong pasta. Yesterday the pasta was overcooked and probably spoiled. Strange in taste and with a resounding effect. Spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom. There seems to be a real hygiene problem. NEVER AGAIN !

Ordered there 3 times. 3 times casserole with pasta. Unfortunately it always came with potatoes! 1.5 hours min. Cannot be registered via the app and is also completely over-seasoned. Unfortunately without us from now on

So I ordered the chicken pasta, the pasta is completely burnt, there is too much salt on it. The salad looks like it was thrown together, the pieces are way too big and that's what you call "dressing"?😂😂 The delivery was quick and the noodles were hot but yes, I already have a stomach ache.🫨

For the third time the pizza arrived completely raw and the egg was on it and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted and through.

This is definitely the last time I've ordered there. The rocket salad consists of all raw vegetables, but unfortunately not rocket. The sausage had a sour aftertaste and had been re-grilled at least 3 times and the fries were dripping with fat and limp. I was able to throw the food in the trash almost untouched 🤮

We had food delivered. Food was cold, kebab meat, totally dry, the fries were hard. The citizen for 9€? An absolute joke, isn't that embarrassing for you? Serve with a cream schnitzel, I don't know, do we have to squeeze it out to get the sauce? We are really disappointed, we got food for the trash for over €50. We will order somewhere else in the future

Food arrived 2.30 hours late and unfortunately cold.

My seminar group ordered pizzas for 12:30 on January 16, 2024, but nothing arrived. Since we all remained hungry, only one star. A bottomless impudence. The pizza was ordered and this incompetent service couldn't handle it

After more than two hours and two phone calls asking when delivery could be expected, the ordered food finally arrived. In the second phone call they even simply hung up in annoyance. I had the kebab salad, but what about leftover pasta in it? Then I stopped eating. Conclusion, we will never order there again.

Ordered two kebabs and two pizzas. Halfway through the kebab it was clear that something was wrong. The meat was rotten. We no longer dared to try the pizza with kebab meat. My girlfriend threw up five times the following night, and I felt the same way. Even my dog, who was given some meat, vomited three times! But the worst is yet to come... The next day I went there with the bill and politely asked for the bill to be refunded. I was connected to the boss via cell phone and treated very dismissively and rudely. I supposedly would have drank too much and threw up because of it. No courtesy or understanding at all, just blatant accusations. I didn't get a euro back from the actually ridiculous amount of €35. Healthy food and lousy service...

We were actually always relatively satisfied. Unfortunately, today we received a kebab with rotten contents. We are not sure if the meat or the sauce etc. was bad. The only thing that is certain is that it wasn't just not tasty, but definitely rotten and harmful to health.

I have now given the pizzeria 3 chances and all 3 have failed miserably. The first order I made with friends, my pizza was forgotten. For the second order, the delivery person arrived 10 minutes late despite pre-ordering, which would have been okay if the food hadn't already been almost cold. Today, with the third order, I pre-ordered again (one hour time) and after a call, the food arrived 40 minutes late. Unfortunately, as with the second order, fries were cold, limp and inedible, pizza was still a little warm but wasn't cut. There was just an apology with the words "there's a lot to do today" which also came with the other two orders. But that doesn't justify eating cold. Today was the last time I ordered there, I can't recommend this store.

We have pre-ordered 20 giant pizzas for a large party. Delivery was on time, all pizzas were still warm and overall very tasty. Gladly again.

There were several hairs in the food

I had 2 pieces of cartilage in my kebab, which speaks for the poor quality of the meat. Overall, the kebab didn't taste good and arrived cold. I cannot recommend Milano.

Delivery was quick, pizza was ok, pasta was inedible, you don't know if the bolognese was spoiled or just tasted weird.

Unfortunately I have to give it one star because otherwise I can't write a review. The pasta with the sauce was inedible and smelled like it. We didn't dare eat them anymore because we weren't sure whether they just tasted bad or whether the sauce was no longer good.

Never had such a bad pizza...I personally would never eat there again!!!

Habe zwei Familienpizzen für eine Feier bestellt. Mit der ganz wichtigen Bitte die Pizza nicht zu schneiden. Ist leider geschnitten geliefert worden. Daher für die Feier nicht mehr zu nutzen. Zwei Herzen lassen sich nicht mehr schneiden. Haben bei der Konkurrenz bestellt. Alles wie beschrieben geliefert. Schade.

Tolle Pizzeria in Detmold. Die Pizzen sind super lecker. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zubereitung passiert sehr schnell. Einziges Manko: Das Ambiente in den Räulichkeiten könnte besser sein. Das tut der Qualität des Essens aber keinen Abbruch. Beide Daumen hoch.

Super schnell geliefert ,essen war auch lecker ,ABER :22 cm Pizza ist nur 20 cm gewesen .

Heute nicht zum Erstenmal bestell. War immer gut nur heute zwei Mängel. Es fehle die Majo auf den Pommes und die Kurrywurst bestand aus holländischen Frikandeln. Schmecke nicht, weggeworfen. Dönertaschen waren lecker

Leider wiederholt eine komplett falsche Bestellung geliefert bekommen. Pizza schmeckt ansonsten aber gut.

Sehr leckere Pizza. Frische Zutaten und flott fertig. Wenn ich Pizza essen will nur noch hier. Weiter so.

Die piezzen sind in Ordnung aber die pommes hatt einfach komplett nur nach pape geschmeckt

Hervorragender Lieferdienst für Gerichte aller Art in Detmold! Hier gibt es alles unglaublich schnell, lecker und preiswert! Wer hier nichts findet, wird woanders auch nichts finden! Unsere gesamte Familie war von den Pizzen, Spaghetti, Schnitzeln, Burgern, Salaten, etc. total begeistert! Die Portionen sind sehr groß, das Essen schmeckt hervorragend, die Lieferzeiten sind extrem kurz und die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich. Wenn man über WhatsApp bestellt, bekommt man noch 15% Rabatt on top! Die Preise sind niedriger als bei Mac Donalds, etc. 5 STERNE! 👌👍💯

Wir mussten am Sonntag 2 Stunden auf unsere Pizzen warten. Dass es mal etwas länger dauern kann, ist ja ok. Aber wir mussten 2x hinterher telefonieren. Woanders hat man dann als Entschuldigung mal ein Getränk oder so bekommen. Die Preise für die Extrazutaten sind deftig und zumal fehlte auf der einen Pizza noch was. Wir bestellen demnächst woanders.

Bis auf eine Lieferung, wo die Pizza aufgrund der Witterung, nur noch lauwarm war, habe ich nur positive Erfahrungen mit diesem Lieferdienst gemacht. Ich werde diesen Lieferdienst immer wieder gerne in Anspruch nehmen.

Kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht so wirklich nachvollziehen. Bestellen das Essen immer für 12:00 Uhr und es kommt beinahe immer exakt zur angegebenen Uhrzeit an. Mit dem Essen sind wir auch sehr zufrieden, nur auf die Korrektheit der Bestellung sollte mehr Acht gegeben werden.

Wir waren schon 2 mal dort und sind mehr als zufrieden. Der Service ist super und das Essen immer gerade aus dem Ofen. Macht weiter so

Leider kam diese Bestellung nicht wie versprochen pünktlich an. Ja es ist Sonntag und die Lieferzeit kann variieren. Aber das es dann noch kalt ankam war schon krass. Der Fahrer war super nett. Und geschmeckt hat es... Naja wäre es heiß gewesen, bestimmt sehr gut. Schade war die erste und letzte Bestellung.

Nudeln ok und Döner auch ok. Lieferung zeitlich ok. Aber Lieferant hatte kaum Geld zum Wechseln dabei. Und hat mir somit 3 Euro mehr gekostet. Fand ich eine schweinerei . Da ich angekündigt habe mit ein 50 Euro Schein zu bezahlen .

Tolles Essen. Ich empfehle Rollo. Super lecker und macht unglaublich satt. Der Lieferservice ist flott und stehts bemüht.

War echt nur okay. Pizza leider geschmacklich nicht so lecker...

Preis war mal ganz in Ordnung aber nun wo sie die Preise Teurer gemacht haben, überlegt man es sich zweimal ob man noch bestellt da sind andere Lieferdienste in Detmold günstiger geblieben.
