Pizza La Palermo in Nürnberg

Ordered via Lieferando... The delivery time was stated to be 30 minutes, it arrived after 1.5 hours and the food was cold. The driver apparently said he was standing next to the bell because he rang the bell several times within seconds and was very impatient and rude and barely understood German. We will order from there once and never again. When you tried to call to point out what was wrong, you never got through to anyone. Think about ordering there three times.

Very bad pizza, too greasy and incompetent staff.

I would completely advise any guests who plan to order there. They are totally rude, can't speak German and make the entire order wrong & try to take money out of your pocket. I ordered fried rice with duck there through Lieferando. I then wrote down in a note that I would like to have Thai curry sauce as a sauce plus I ordered a 1 liter orange juice and a spring roll After I had waited for an hour, the delivery person arrived and tried to clarify things for me, but couldn't speak German. At first I only understood half of it. When he left I checked again to make sure everything was okay. The fried rice with duck was too burnt and afterwards it no longer tasted good instead of the Thai curry sauce, which I wanted. My main course came with a soup instead, which I hadn't ordered at all and the orange juice didn't come either because they said they hadn't had it. Basically the only thing that came right was the spring roll. When I called there again. They spoke bad German, didn't respond to me at all because they gave me the wrong order and hung up immediately without hesitation. This is also the last time I will order there now. I think it's such a shame to take someone's money out of their pocket for something they didn't order and the entire order was wrong!

I've never eaten anything so bad. Under no circumstances should you order pasta!!!!

Pizza tastes like a flip flop. The cheese is like rubber and the pizza is so greasy that the cardboard box is completely soaked. A car tire has a more elegant bite.

Pizza 4 cheese like rubber (cheapest cheese?), second pizza calzone with salami (ordered without salami), carbonara too much cream, hardly any salt and meat - cannot be compared with real carbonara. 75 min waiting time - google shows 7 min. by car. (lieferando)

The worst food I have ever had, rice and curry smells so bad , looks like rice was from yesterday or day before yesterday, expensive but cheap and qualityless food

Ready-made pizza with a little cheese on top but you can tell that the pizza was definitely not homemade. Plus, the entire menu just tasted sickening. And it also looked like it was definitely the last time

Totally dry pizza. Pineapple was rotten and tasted really sour. I felt really disgusting waiting for the order. If you pick it up yourself, you can see what's really going on there, dirt, food leftovers, dirty clothes, beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeded with dirt. Never again. I also understand why many others rate the store similarly. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until later after I tried this strange pizza. Back then I had to throw away almost an entire pizza before I let my family eat it. My health was more important to me than the €13 the pizza cost. The owner is trying to delete the receptions with the help of a lawyer. Google requires a receipt 6 years after the review was submitted. Unbelievable but I ordered via Pizza.de and a confirmation email was still there. SEE IMAGE You should try to get good reviews about good food and not use Google services to claim that I have never ordered from you and have it deleted.

Delivery took so long we started to think it wasn’t coming. When it finally arrived the pizza was smaller than the one we ordered. Ordered a 30cm pizza, got one that was 25. Editing my review to add: I ordered through Lieferando so it is possible that is why it was late. However it would have been much more appropriate for the owner to reply to my review instead of requesting it be removed. Perhaps the business should instead consider changing how they do deliveries if this is such a common problem.

Es wurde grade gebeten meine Rezension hier wegzulöschen ,weil ich angeblich keine Kundin hier war. War ich aber !Ich habe per Liferando oder ähnl.bestellt. Es war ja schon vor 4 Jahren wie man es sieht. Das Essen hat uns ūberhaupt nicht geschmeckt und war unappetitlich. Wenn das Löschen etwas bringt dann könnt ihr gerne machen. Bringt glaube ich eher weniger weil ich ja nicht die einzige unzufriedene Kundin bin). LG,Ina

Solid pizza with what feels like analog cheese, nothing special. Prices were advertised incorrectly (old card), but in fairness they only let us pay that. Edit: Because the lawyer got in touch and denied me and my recession and asked for proof of purchase after 5 months. I had to change my rating from 3 to 1 star.

Absolutely not recommended. Had ordered via Lieferando. One hour delivery time became two. Nobody can be reached by phone. Unfortunately the food was rubbish. Spaghetti Bolognese didn't taste good, and the strange thing was that there was rigatoni among the spaghetti. So two different types of pasta even though I ordered spaghetti. The fried rice absolutely tasted like fish and there was seafood in it. Was inedible. I can only advise against ordering.

Hey hey, also wenn man nachts nochmal Hunger bekommen sollte und der Laden hat ja bis 1 Uhr offen sollte man nicht hier bestellen! Haben ca um 0 Uhr bestellt über Paypal Geld wurde abgebucht jetzt nach 1/5 Stunden immer noch nichts da und es geht keiner ans Handy absolute Frechheit!

Great pizza again today 🍕 😁 Great pizza. Rarely does anyone make pizza with such good ingredients, by that I mean for example the cheese that isn't greasy enough to make the pizza greasy wet. Have been ordering here for years and will continue to do so! Top! 5 Stars

Trotz starker Sturm und Regen waren die pünktlich bei uns .Pizza war hervorragend und der Salat auch. Ich würde jederzeit Wieder bestellen. Kann ich nur empfehlen;)

Hätte am liebsten 6 Sterne gegeben! Haben vor Ort eine Familienpizza geholt und sie in idealer Qualität erhalten! Zum Gaumenschmaus noch zwei Hopfengranaten und das zum absolut fairen Preis - wer hier meckert ist selbst Schuld! Lieferando zerschlagen - selber laufen!

Also nach Jahren wieder mal bestellt. War gut wie immer, nur die Tomatensoße könnte würziger sein. Darum 1 Stern Abzug.

Super leckere Pizza, verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Einen Stern abzug gibt es allerdings wegen Verständigungsproblemen und falsch belegter Pizza.

Haben eine vegetarische Familienpizza bestellt und es gibt nichts zu meckern. Evtl. könnte die Pizzagrundsoße ein wenig würziger sein, aber die Pizza war wirklich lecker. Der Boden war fluffig und nicht durchgeweicht, es war genug Belag und Käse drauf, also insgesamt gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und uns hat es geschmeckt. Die Lieferung sollte 45 Minuten dauern, schon nach 20 Minuten war die Lieferung da. Für einen Freitag Abend also top! Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für 13 Euro - ich würde hier wieder eine Pizza bestellen und kann es vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Pizza ist immer super lecker, geht schnell (ca. 15min) und das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Ich liebe die Pizza dort und kann es jedem empfehlen!

Lieferung so erhalten wie bestellt. Die Pizzen waren sehr lecker! Lieferzeit könnte etwas kürzer sein, aber wurde so eingehalten wie angegeben.

Salat nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr wenig Dressing und fast keine Beilage. Pizza ist wohl OK.

Wir haben den Service einmal ausprobiert und waren von der Qualität der Pizzen sehr enttäuscht.

Manchmal frag ich mich wie die. Menschen drauf kommen schlechte Bewertung bei Palermo zu geben ich kenn denn Chef persönlich und ich find es ist mit einer der besten pizzarien in Nürnberg sehr sauber schnell und geschmacklich hervorragend

Das essen war für den Preis okay. Die Lieferung war super schnell (sogar am Neujahrestag), alles kam warm an.

Top Pizza!! Innerhalb von 30 Minuten war die Bestellung da! Immer wieder gern!! Nette Lieferranten und alles richtig gemacht!! Immer wieder Gerne!!!!!
