Good clean fast food restaurant... Portions are decent, everything was fresh and worth recommending.

The Büfee has been my go-to place for kebab pizza and the like for 30 years... super tasty, always fresh and huge portions (order a soul and you know why) at decent prices. I'm glad that you've been part of Rzell's gastronomy for so long and successfully, hopefully you'll be around for a long time.

Incredibly unfriendly staff. We were not shown any respect, we were talked to as if we were unwanted. I won't show myself there again! Racist comments and disrespectful looks seem to be the order of the day for some employees.

Questionable store! You always have to pay -50 cents or €1 more for your order from all the employees here, even though there are different prices on the menu?! How is that possible please? If you confront the employees with this, they will suddenly think of different prices in order to justify themselves. Very clever move to earn a few extra euros with so many people coming through here every day due to the perfect location in the heart of the city - by the way, I've never received a receipt here.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. The store is very well organized. Unfortunately I didn't like the falafel kebab. It was too dry and the sauces aren't my thing either. As a vegetarian, I can't judge the meat.

From now on it's one of my favorite kebab stalls, here you're actually served at the table or you just get something at the counter on the go, there are decent menus and the food looked great. I decided on a classic kebab. Nice, crispy, warm bread and the sauce and meat were also very tasty. It was really full, which made it difficult to eat, but you don't eat kebab to look good! 😂 I really think the prices are more than okay, I paid €10.50 for a kebab + drink (which is also served in a glass). The staff were all very friendly, I will come here again and try something other than kebab.

It was better, But the problem lies in the situation that everything has become so much more expensive and small companies like büffee can no longer afford it, so they have to resort to cheaper products and therefore the quality sings. Früher waren die Gerichte noch richtig lecker, heute leider nicht mehr wirklich und die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise sehr inkompetent (Döner schlecht belegt, Yufka nicht richtig gerollt und regelmäßig werden Bestellungen falsch ausgeführt) und nicht freundlich, gibt aber auch ein paar Ausnahmen.

Die Qualität und der Geschmack waren schon deutlich besser,schade!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Yufka Kebap hat mir jetzt allerdings gar nicht geschmeckt. Sehr trocken und auch die Soße hat mir nicht gemundet.

Seit langen Jahren unser Anlaufpunkt in Radolfzell. Immer sehr gut gegessen und vor allem sehr freundlich bedient worden. Das Büfee ist unschlagbar!

Prezzo forse un po' alti, ma cibo buono e personale cortese ( il cameriere parlava inglese).

Schade das die Preise so aufgeschlagen haben. Essen ist gut, aber der Preis kratzt an der Leistungrenze. Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Besuch ist es auf jedenfalls Wert.

Let’s start with the food: It was delicious. The pizzas I had (1 Margarita, 1 Hawaiian and 1 Salami) where each delicious. Although I have no experience with the kebabs, the one my friend had looked absolutely delicious, and he confirmed it tasted as good as it looked. The service was also great - When I ordered the margarita and Hawaiian, I asked for the Hawaiian to be wrapped up in tinfoil for ease of transportation in the airport I was heading too. They facilitated this excellently and when I opened the pizza in the airport it was still warm, 4 hours later, and as delicious as it was fresh. Next, they also boxed up the margarita to go, allowing me to eat it on the train. The salami pizza I ate in, but due to the fact I was not very hungry, I could not finish it. However the employees where easily able to wrap it tinfoil for me to take home. All of this contributes to the amazing atmosphere as does the great pictures and the, and I apologise if I am wrong here, donners on display behind the counter. Overall 15/15
