A very successful family celebration with excellent food. Outstanding service in a wonderful setting by the lake. The next visit two days later reinforced the great impression. Highly recommended. The great team makes a visit a wonderful experience.

We were only served upon request (drinks, food, bill). The food was far too expensive for the quality of the dish. The schnitzel was dry. I wouldn't recommend it.

Update Saturday, July 5, 2025: After the great experience last year, I returned to Steg 11 and once again had an excellent meal. The team was in top form again (shoutout to Mike) and worked hand in hand. Despite the full house, everything was under control, with no unpleasant waits for drinks, appetizers, or main courses. Everything was top-notch in terms of taste and portion size. No wonder the tables are occupied from 6:00 PM onwards... so make a reservation or relax on a deckchair on the shore with an aperitif. However, given the atmosphere and the positive attitude of the staff, it might take a little longer. This is fine dining that's worth every cent. I reserved a table for my birthday and was assigned a wonderful one. A super warm and natural welcome without any frills. The great location was complemented by superb food at reasonable prices. Also a very good selection of drinks and not overpriced. The service was absolutely prompt and super friendly, without being intrusive. We felt like we received first-class service. ... Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

We arrived spontaneously and got a wonderful spot in the shade with a direct view of Lake Constance. Our dogs were also warmly welcomed and provided with water. Upon our arrival, we received a warm welcome and were immediately escorted to our table. Since we had our little dog with us, we were especially pleased that the waitress brought us a water bowl – for that alone, the team deserves 5 stars! The waitress was extremely friendly and took our order with a good mood. The food was served quickly, was beautifully presented, and tasted excellent. We were also completely impressed by the value for money. We have rarely had such an all-round successful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! A culinary highlight on Lake Constance – Restaurant Steg 11 This evening, my wife and I once again had the pleasure of dining at Steg 11, and as always, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The restaurant is idyllically located directly on the Radolfzell marina and offers a stunning terrace overlooking Lake Constance – the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. For starters, we had fried olives and bacon-wrapped dates. Our main courses were the Trinidad curry with sous vide-cooked corn-fed chicken and the vegan summer bowl – both dishes impressed with their sophisticated flavors and high-quality ingredients. It's not just the food and the beautiful location that make Steg 11 one of our favorite restaurants, but also the excellent service. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. We come here regularly and are impressed every time. If you're looking for a combination of excellent cuisine, first-class service, and a stunning view, Steg 11 is the place for you.

It used to be a good spot for delicious food, but now we don't go there anymore. All four of us were disappointed with the selection and quality of the food. So maybe we'll have a drink there, but eat somewhere else.

I’m afraid that I can’t review this place well. Service and atmosphere all fine, the sides were good too but we had the Viennese Schnitzel and the breading has such a strong and overpowering taste that you can’t taste the veal. What a shame exact opposite you want. No idea why the chef thought that’s a good idea. It’s a high quality meat with a subtle taste, not a cheap cut that needs some obfuscation of its flavour.

We had reserved a table for 1:00 PM today – everything worked out perfectly, even our preferred spot with a direct lake view was available. It was our first visit, and we received a very warm welcome from Ramona and her team – top-notch service – which is unfortunately a rarity these days. The food was very good; we had the appetizer platter and the Wiener Schnitzel. We'd love to come back!

We discovered this great restaurant on the first day of our stay on Lake Constance and were so impressed that we reserved a table for the following two days. So we were able to try out different dishes, all of which really impressed us with their taste. What should be highlighted are the courteous staff, the cozy atmosphere and the great view of the lake.

Very tasty and relaxed atmosphere among sailors. Super nice service. The tartare was delicious 😋 as was the rest! The entrance is a bit hidden, which makes it seem like an insider tip. You should definitely make a reservation if you want to sit inside. Here you can end the perfect Sunday!

Turned away at 8:30 p.m. with the kitchen closed, apparently they didn't want us. Very unfortunate. Let's put our money somewhere else.

I had such a pleasure of visiting this restaurant on Saturday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top notch. A special shoutout to our waitress, Sabrina, she was an absolute gem! So friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely enjoys their job and brings that kind of good vibe to the table. Sabrina definitely made our evening even more enjoyable. We were there for the first time today. I ate a Wiener Schnitzel, it was a dream. The breading was crispy, flavorful and fried until golden brown. It was a pleasure, it couldn't be better. The service was super fast, funny, very nice and attentive. And the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The service was super friendly and charming, unfortunately the food was a disappointment compared to before with the old menu. Sweet potato fries totally burnt and salty, breading of the schnitzel with tons of garlic... Luckily we both had the schnitzel. Unfortunately, the Frozen Aperol had nothing to do with it. It's a shame the quality has definitely deteriorated a lot.

Sehr netter Service und sehr schöne Lage. Essen leider etwas enttäuschend. Man sitzt ganz nett direkt am Ufer neben einem kleinen Hafen im Jacht-Club. Die Plätze direkt am Wasser sind natürlich die schönsten und entsprechend reserviert. Wir saßen auf der Terrasse und das war auch ok. Wie gesagt, unsere Bedienung war super nett. Unser Essen war jedoch absolut nichts besonderes und geschmacklich schwach, wir müssen leider sagen, dass wir enttäuscht waren. Gegessen haben wir es gleichwohl.

Bridge 11 (/10) We were there after prior reservation. (A reservation is highly recommended here if you want a table outside in good weather) The reception was nice and the staff were always attentive and motivated. I ordered a well-mixed Aperol with bruschetta as a starter and the 250g steak with sweet potatoes as a main course. The food was at the table promptly and well prepared. The taste was perfect and the steak was cooked exactly as desired. A little tip from me for the operator: Please put small table lamps on the tables in August / September as it is usually dark after 8 p.m. and this affects the ambience and the food at the table.

Reservations are important, but there is usually a deck chair available on Lake Constance for an Aperol. Thank you for the extremely friendly service

We spontaneously visited the restaurant on August 30, 2024 at around 5:30 p.m. without a reservation. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, and we were escorted to the terrace. The place itself was very nice, but unfortunately the sun shone directly on us despite the umbrella, which was quite uncomfortable and too warm at first. After about 20 to 25 minutes it became more pleasant as the sun disappeared behind the trees. To drink we ordered two summer spritzers and a large bottle of mineral water. The drinks were refreshing and the bottle was actually generous. For dinner we chose the summer bowl with shrimps and the Wiener schnitzel with side dishes. Particularly noteworthy were the shrimps, which were really large and not replaced by smaller crabs, as is often the case. The schnitzel and the side dishes were also of good quality. Overall, we can fully recommend this restaurant.

Something more upscale... we were served great, totally friendly and open waiters and waitresses! The prices are a bit higher, but it tasted good, there is a vegetarian selection and the dessert was great!

Steg 11 is a good restaurant in Radolfzell. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I had the schnitzel, the breading was very well seasoned and the sweet potato fries were delicious. Price performance is okay for the schnitzel. The ambience right on the lake is great and the interior design is very chic.

Steg 11 is beautifully located right on the lake, the employees are very nice and accommodating (we even gave our dog water without asking), the food is really tasty and reasonably priced. We went there several times during our vacation because we liked it so much.

Unfortunately very disappointed and really angry, which is why I'm giving this review! I ordered the children's dish “Arielle” for my daughter (3 years) - penne with tomato sauce for €7.00. My daughter wanted Parmesan on it, understandably, so I ordered the dish “with Parmesan please”. We were served a really good portion in a bowl that was much too small - dirty clothes were inevitable 🤦🏽‍♀️ and the penne in this small bowl simply stayed hot for ages. Pretty thoughtless, oh well. Parmesan was also put on the table for my daughter's meal. She took a spoonful of the coarse pieces of Parmesan and that was it. The Parmesan portion was awarded €2.00! I was shocked. Parmesan on the dish would have done it too, why wasn't that communicated?! Especially since I ordered the spaghetti sepia for myself - as a half portion, knowing full well that I can't make a whole one, against food waste etc. No problem when accepting the order, half a portion was also served - only €19.00 was collected instead of €20.00 - a joke 😅 However, I only asked the previously friendly waitress about the Parmesan and received the cheeky answer: “Parmesan isn’t free.” Are you crazy?! Nothing is free, that's clear, but a restaurant should be somewhat customer-oriented. You could also have asked whether it had to be a whole bowl. Because it either ends up with the next guest for €2.00 or in the trash - simply unnecessary. Conclusion: Good food, nice location, hospitality and unfortunately the communication was very poor. We won't come a second time.
