I ordered a vegetarian pizza and got a margarita—easily happens sometimes. But they were completely unaccommodating with the next order, citing a minimum order value; that was my last order. That's how you successfully lose customers 👍

No Legal???? NO They allow orders paid via PayPal to be paid immediately and supposedly have... no information or anything about opening hours or holiday periods having changed... outrageous And you can chase after your money... unfortunately, I had to give it one star...

Never again. I've always been satisfied, but now no one answers the phone. I ordered online for the first time. The delivery never arrived. That's a way to scare away customers. Thanks for nothing. One star is too many.

I've been ordering from Pizza Jazz for a long time. I've tried a lot of things here, and I have to say, for me, they generally have the best delivery pizza in the entire Schäl Sick district (on the right bank of the Rhine in Cologne). As for the pizza, I highly recommend Pizza Jazz! Even on bad days, it's still better than 85% of the competition on this site. Especially here in Mülheim, there are only two other competitors that can compete. And no, I mean neither Dominos nor New York, but real pizza!

Ordered online, supposedly open until 1:00 AM. The sign on the door said open until 10:00 PM. Real closed before 9:30 PM, so no pickup possible.

I visited the store twice and ordered on site. I was disappointed every two orders. The second time I ordered pizza and casserole to take away from the store. The pizza is not small nor is it big for a person that I usually know other pizzerias are not. But it costs a large pizza.. I also ordered a casserole. When I got home with the order, I was disappointed that I didn't get a casserole but pasta, which didn't taste good either. I will never go there again.

Usually always great pizza, but not today. Salami goes over the cheese, everything slipped down due to the direct salami on the dough. Dough wasn't good today either.. whoever is here today, make an effort! 😜 And tiramisu just whipped cream and sponge cake

So far we have always ordered to be picked up and received really good pizzas. I can only speak for the Margherita but it is very good. Great wood stove and really good prices

I have always ordered for delivery. Pizza and pasta are an absolute blast! Pizza is nice and fluffy and topped with fresh ingredients. The pasta is perfectly cooked and very flavorful! Price performance is right. I can only recommend the food!

The pizza is simply to die for! My friend lives just around the corner and when I visited her she recommended this shop to me. We ordered and I was immediately impressed! The dough is wonderfully fluffy, the edge is nice and crispy, and the tomato sauce itself + cheese is just really delicious! Since then I have had to order from many other stores because unfortunately I live on the other side of the Rhine. But my hope of finding somewhere even remotely comparable pizza was disappointed every time. That's why I'm really happy every time I'm around. Truly the best pizza I've ever eaten - absolutely unbeatable! (I always order Pizza Magherita with garlic)

I was a regular customer of this pizzeria for years and was always very satisfied with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I recently learned of an extremely disturbing incident: A driver (red car) of this pizzeria grossly violated traffic rules in traffic and then insulted my wife and child in an obscene manner in the car. Both were intimidated and shocked after this aggressive behavior. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the pizzeria. It is disappointing that a company we have always supported employs such unprofessional people. I hope the owner takes care of this matter because something like this shouldn't happen.

I ordered a salami pizza today and it wasn't tasty at all, it was really thin like paper

I ordered via Lieferando….the potatoes were bathed in salt….you couldn't eat them….The minestrone soup is not edible…big disappointment

Today we had pizza arugula and salami. The original plan was to order the pizza for a later date, but unfortunately this was forgotten during the ordering process. Called Pizza Jazz and explained the dilemma. Pizza arrived on time as agreed, hot and tasty. Despite our mistake! Thank you! Gladly again 😊

You can't go wrong with pasta and pizza here. I have ordered many times and have never been disappointed once. If you want something tasty and fresh, this is the place for you.

I recently went to Pizza Jazz and it was a great experience! I tried an incredibly delicious lasagne that was perfectly seasoned and wonderfully creamy. I also ordered a pizza with tuna, onions and jalapeños - the perfect combination of spicy and savory! The service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy. I can only recommend Pizza Jazz, especially if you're in the mood for a delicious lasagne or a creative pizza! Gladly again!

We've driven past it many times because the large window always gave a dirty impression. But this time we went in and ate. Not a trace of grubby. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Pizza very tasty! Original stone oven taste! Noodles very successful (1A). Service was very quick and very, very friendly. The disc turned out to be a defect in the seal, which the operator couldn't do anything about. But the landlord should urgently take care of this! We'll be back...

Food was delivered yesterday, it was warm and the delivery person was very friendly. Pizza with mozzarella and the pene hollondaise were very tasty, for our taste the pasta would have gone well with more broccoli.. We will definitely order here again

Burnt, oversalted and always missing the garlic. Instead of Coca Cola and Fanta, you suddenly get Fritz Cola and Fritz soda in your hand in front of the door!!! When we complained we were told we were sorry but what should we do? Never again

The order only partially arrived correctly. Borderline in taste. Some kind of supposedly “hot sauce” on top (which wasn’t ordered). Not tasty. Wobbly and lukewarm. Not recommended. Frozen pizza is significantly better.

Die Pizza Margherita ist so lecker und würzig, ich bestelle immer eine Party-Pizza, friere restliche Stücke ein und hab sie bei Bedarf in 5 min in der Heißluftfriteuse wie frisch geliefert. Immer (!) freundliche Mitarbeiter bis jetzt.

Essen 10/10. Immer frisch und lecker. Pizza aus dem Steinofen besonders lecker. Mitarbeiter mega nett.

Im ganzen bin ich zufrieden , ABER jedes mal wird kein Knoblauch drauf gemacht obwohl ich es am Telefon sage oder es bei Lieferando schreibe und das nervt .

Wir finden sehr gute Pizza, normale Wartezeiten, faire Preise. Ich war neulich auch mal zum abholen da. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, leider kamen meine Pizzen erst in den Bestellvorgang, als ich zur abholzeit ankam (war wohl untergegangen - aber die Jungs hatten auch echt viel zu tun!). Dann haben die aber alles sehr schnell fertig gemacht und es war wie immer wirklich sehr lecker. Vielen Dank und gerne immer wieder! Ambiente gibt nur 2 Sterne - ist halt ein Bringdienst. Wirkte aber alles gepflegt und sauber und man konnte zum warten auch sitzen.

Chicken Wings und Pommes waren so stark versalzen, dass das komplette Essen ungenießbar war (keine Übertreibung). Chicken Wings außerdem nahezu schwarz. Ekelhaft.

Wir hatten nur ein paar Paninis auf die schnelle, aber die haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Achja, schnell ging es auch noch!

Das Ambiente ist wie im Imbiss, aber das sollte euch nicht abhalten dort essen zu gehen. Das Essen ist der Hammer. Ich hatte schon lange nicht mehr eine so gute Pizza gegessen,mein Mann hatte Spaghetti. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und sehr höflich.Wir werden wieder kommen. 👍

Hier stimmt alles: Das Essen ist gut und lecker zubereitet, die Menschen sind sehr nett und die Lieferung ist auch noch sehr schnell. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Pizzeria auch eine eigene App anbietet, die nicht nur besser als Lieferando funktioniert, sondern auch noch 10 % Rabatt anbietet. Alles in allem wirklich super!

Richtig leckere hausgemachte Pizza. Absolut top und absolute Empfehlung von mir als Pizzakenner.

Viel zu spät…. 30-55minuten (wenn’s länger dauert würde man informiert) war die Info … nach 80 Minuten ruft man selber an und fragt nach ja ihre Pizza geht gleich in den Ofen. Es war meine erste und letze Bestellung… wenigstens wurde es storniert.

Toller Laden. Top service. Vorwiegend zum Mitnehmen aber man kann auch Vorort essen. Tische sind vorhanden. Die Pizzen sind echt super und kommen aus einem Holzofen. MEGA

Sehr gutes und leckeres essen. Vorallem gute portionen. Nicht wie andere Pizzerien wo man nudeln mit zwei happen fertig hat.

Habe heute eine große Pizza Funghi dort gegessen und kann nur sagen, eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe. +++ Nicht nur der Holzkohle Ofen tut ein übriges, auch der Teig war super, Tomaten waren pürierte Tomaten - keine billige Paste oder so, frische Champignons und ordentlich Käse. Wurde dann gefragt, ob ich Knoblauch, scharfe Soße und Oregano wollte. Einfach top, nur zu empfehlen. Haben vier Bartische mit Barhockern, man kann auch gut vor Ort essen - ist für die Pizza natürlich viel besser, als zu lange im Karton zu sein.

Hatte früher immer bestellt und da war alles top. Mittlerweile ist es ekelhaft. Schnitzel und Crispy Chicken schmecken nur nach Fritieröl, kein bisschen Salz, Pfeffer oder sonstiges an Gewürzen.Die Pommes kamen heiß aber waren auch ungewürzt. Lieber woanders bestellen.

Wir sind letzten Samstag auf dem Weg zum Konzert in der Pizzeria Jazz gelandet. Die super freundlichen Mitarbeiter haben uns sehr gut beraten und betreut. Die Pizzas waren sehr lecker, reichlich belegt und aus einem Holzofen knusprig auf dem Tisch gekommen. Als Nachspeise gab es noch gute Parkhinweise für unser Fahrzeug während des Konzertes. Das leckere Essen ist hier nur ein Plus, ich hab noch nie (in Deutschland) so eine gute und schöne Bedienung und die schönste familiäre Atmosphäre in einem Restaurant wie hier erlebt :)
