I ordered lassagne by phone today. The pasta plates were hard, the sauce tasted like water and it looked like it, and the meat was completely dry. After immediately complaining on the phone, they became very rude and said there is no right to complain about food. I'm supposed to write a bad review. They have this. Advise against this store.

Ordered food for 7 people. The salad was delivered incorrectly. In addition, the dressing and the feta cheese were not edible. The cheek, however, was the pizza rolls. These can only be used to break windows. See pictures. Unfortunately, one star is still too many.

Absolute impudence. 95% dough, almost no toppings on the pizza for absolutely overpriced money. Once and never again.

The pizza is super delicious, especially with the cheese crust option. Unfortunately, you can't always order reliably here. Sometimes our order didn't arrive via the pizzeria's website, sometimes we ordered by phone and instead of two different pizzas we got the same pizza twice... If the ordering process were more reliable I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately there are 4.

The food is actually always good and it is delivered very quickly. Apart from the fact that the different burgers are often the same. Unfortunately, communication doesn't work so well. I've had the order canceled twice now. Apparently because the opening times aren't right. Today, however, it was strange and I felt like I was taking part in a child's prank phone call. After the order was canceled, a child called me and asked if I wanted the order. I could hear more children talking in the background. Finally it was hung up. 2 minutes later another call from a child. This time I wanted to sound decidedly adult. Everything very suspicious and unprofessional.

I would like to share my extremely unpleasant experience with the pizza delivery service via their own app. According to the app, the delivery service should be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. On the day in question, I placed an order around 12:00 p.m. Contrary to my expectations, the delivery did not arrive. After asking, I was told that the delivery service was only open from 5 p.m. But the app says something different... I pointed out the opening times listed in the app, whereupon I called back from ordering because waiting five hours for my food was out of the question. When I asked what would happen to the money I had already paid, I was told that cancellation was not possible. Despite my express request to cancel and after much hesitation, I was assured that I would be contacted by telephone. to find a solution. Unfortunately, a whole week went by without anyone from the pizza delivery service contacting me. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would therefore strongly advise other customers not to use this pizza delivery service. The unreliability of opening hours, the lack of communication and the failure to respond to customer concerns make this delivery service not recommended in my opinion. Please avoid this provider.

Leider nicht so gut wie erwartet.....Will nicht schlecht über dieses Pizzeria reden,weil die Jungs waren wirklich nett und haben sich echt Mühe gegeben,aber die müssen noch viel lernen.
