Pizza Italian Hiddingsel in Dülmen

The pizzas were burnt, but the dough tasted raw inside. The delivery people were nice, but the food was, unfortunately, really not tasty.

The price/performance ratio is good. It's inexpensive. I ordered vegetable lasagna and stuffed pizza rolls. The pizza rolls had a bit too much dough and not enough cheese, but otherwise everything was fine. The delivery service was very, very nice, and the delivery was quick. I ordered around 10:30 PM, so I had no expectations.

The food is good and delicious. However, the problem is ordering through Lieferando: two of the three orders were incorrect. Either something was missing or the wrong item was delivered. Given all the stress, it's understandable, of course, but when you call them and they forget about the "redelivery," that's absolutely ridiculous in my opinion! In summary: The food is good, but the delivery is absolutely poor and untrustworthy!!

I ordered through Lieferando. Delivery was within 30 minutes. Delicious food and friendly staff.

If you're craving a spontaneous delivery in Ottmarsbocholt, Pizza Italian is a good option. The food and prices are reasonable. Delivery takes 20 to 40 minutes. The food is perfect 9 out of 10 times! Always happy to come back!

Very disappointing! We were looking forward to a lovely evening at Pizzeria Italia in Hiddingsel, but were unfortunately completely disappointed. The pizza seemed carelessly prepared; the dough was soft and soggy, the toppings were partially burnt, and simply tasted bad. The pasta was also bland and more reminiscent of convenience food than an Italian specialty. Prices are in the upper mid-range – for that, you expect decent food, which was absolutely not what we were offered here. A one-time visit for us, unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it.

I just ordered pasta with shrimp – an absolute disaster. The shrimp were completely raw, simply mixed uncooked into the pasta. Eating it made me feel really sick – a real health risk. I could barely eat the pasta, but even the sauce was heavy and unpleasant. Such negligence is unacceptable. I will never order from here again. And I really can't recommend it to anyone.

We ordered from there for the first time yesterday via Lieferando. We had two pizzas, both of which were delicious. The driver was also very nice, and the food arrived quickly.

We waited an hour and a half – and in the end, nothing came. The order was accepted, we waited patiently, and then... nothing happened. No call, no message, no knock on the door. After more than 90 minutes, I call – and what's the excuse? "We couldn't find the address." Sorry, but if you're unable to use a navigation system in 2025, you should seriously consider whether you've even lost anything in the delivery business. The address is clear, Google Maps shows it exactly – but here they're clearly failing at the most basic things. No understanding, no apology, no willingness to accommodate – just incompetence coupled with indifference. That was the last time. Never again.

Never again! We ordered from Pizza Italian and, unfortunately, it was a disaster. The delivery person didn't speak German and couldn't understand me at all – neither on the phone nor in person. He initially drove to the wrong address, even though the correct one was clearly stated. Communication was almost impossible, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. We ended up waiting over two hours for our food. For a pizzeria that offers delivery service, this is absolutely unacceptable. No consideration, no apology – nothing. Conclusion: Poor service, chaotic delivery, unprofessional. We will definitely not order from here again.

We ordered via Lieferando shortly before 11 p.m. – according to the ad, the store was open until 5 a.m. We had even confirmed by phone beforehand that delivery would be made. We were told it would take a while, but the delivery would definitely arrive. What happened next was a bad joke: We waited for over an hour and a half – and then the driver called us and was in the completely wrong place. Instead of driving to Lüdinghausener Straße in our town, he drove to Lüdinghausener Straße in Selm – a completely different place! Apparently, the address was too difficult for him to distinguish. Communication was also difficult – language barrier or not, but as a delivery service, you should know where you're going. Shortly after midnight, completely frustrated and hungry, we finally had to cancel the order. No cooperation, no understanding, nothing. Conclusion: If you value reliability, save yourself the hassle. This "delivery" was a complete failure.

Highly recommended. We order here often, and the food is always delicious and always super fresh. The staff is also super friendly. We always enjoy coming back.

After I left a bad review on Lieferando because the herb butter and aioli were missing, the pizza was oversalted, the fries were sticky, and the naan was quite dry, I received an angry call telling me that I should have complained over the phone first and that they would have given me two extra naan. I actually overlooked the latter and denied receiving them on the phone... When I opened the box, it became clear to me why they had been added "just like that." The extra naan were even drier and burnt. See photo. The delivery service was very nice and quite quick, though. But we definitely won't be ordering from there again.

Ordered food, two things were missing. After asking, we were assured that this couldn't be the case - "the boss had packed". All you can do is wait until the driver is back (instead of calling?!) and then get in touch again. After a while they called back. After the situation was explained three times again, the rest of the food could not be delivered to us. It is too far away. We could get something extra next time (yes... of course...) or money back. We then decided to get our money back. After we had to explain again what was missing (for the 4th time?!) and we were first offered €3, then €3.50, then €6 and then finally the full €7, they wanted to take care of it. However, the money wouldn't come immediately, but DEFINITELY today (as of ~7:00 p.m.). Of course the money didn't come. Not even the next day (Saturday). Not even on Sunday. Not on Monday either. After asking questions, some excuses came up. We're still waiting. P.S.: We wanted to try something new and order from another pizzeria. That's probably what you get from it...

Today we ordered food for the first time from the pizzeria's own homepage. Unfortunately, the fries and mayo for gyros hollandaise and also pizza rolls with herb cream were missing from the delivery. When we called we were just told that the boss had packed and everything must have been there. Then the driver should be questioned and I should give my number. In the end, we got the money back for the food instead of having to deliver it at our own expense. First and last time ordered here. That's not customer service.

We are currently on holiday here for a few days and took pizza to go with us. Very friendly gentlemen behind the counter, there was a little something on the house and the pizzas 🍕really very tasty 😊 tomorrow we'll try pasta 🍝

The pizzas were very tasty. However, in my opinion it is not recommended to eat on site. It looks very messy and sometimes dirty. They are more focused on delivery services. It can be done better and in my opinion it should. That doesn't make a good impression.

Very nice and nice service. The food tastes really good and unusual. We ordered Gyros Diavalo and a pasta with Gorgonzola. Both very, very tasty. The pasta is super creamy and juicy. Just like the gyros, which has a perfect degree of spiciness and goes really well in combination with everything. We would be happy to order here again. The vegetable pakoras were very tasty and inexpensive. Nothing can compare with that... Chicken pizza, nan bread and butter chicken is also very delicious. The delivery was super fast and it was warm enough.

Ordered from Pizza Italian for the first time today. The expectations for Indian food at the Italian restaurant weren't particularly high, but the sweet and sour dip that they sold as a sauce at the Chilli Chicken was terribly bad. The pizza rolls had a burnt base and were delivered without sauce. But I'm happy to give one star for the food, as they add pizza rolls for orders above a certain value. The service was good. It was delivered quickly (ordered within Dülmen) and the special requests were taken into account by the friendly staff.

Pizza wasn't that tasty, garlic sauce wasn't delivered despite the tip. All in all not recommended

I happened to pass by here and spontaneously ordered a pizza to take away. This was prepared very quickly by the friendly staff. The pizza was nice and fresh and hot. It also tasted very tasty. You can also sit in the shop if you want. 👍🏻

Essen ist OK, wenn der Chef da ist und die Bestellungen nicht verwechselt werden. Merkwürdig ist, dass die Lokalität seit ein paar Tagen unerwartet geschlossen hat. Wenn jemand Gründe weiss, gerne teilen.

Online bestellt, die Lieferung erfolgte wirklich schnell. Die Pizzabrötchen und die Pommes sind leider nicht so der Hammer.

Wir waren immer zufrieden, bis heute. Gyrosteller war ein Witz. Pommes mit geringer Menge Fleisch. Dafür mit schwarzem Faden und rohem Reiskorn. Schade....

Das Essen war schnell zubereitet. Preis- Leistung der vegetarischen Wraps ist allerdings unterirdischen. 7 Euro für Wrapteig mit ein bisschen Salat, Tomate, Gurke und Remoulade. 3* Für den netten Pizzabäcker. Die Onlinekarte ist leider auch nicht mehr aktuell.

4 mal Bestellt, waren jedes mal begeistert. Waren am Anfang skeptisch wegen so mancher Bewertungen aber das Essen kam immer heiß an, die Lieferzeit war auch okay ( wohnen in Dülmen). Manchmal hat man es ja bei pizzerien das die eine Sache gut können und der Rest einfach nicht schmeckt, doch hier schmecken burger Pizza, pasta schnitzel salate einfach alles frisch und gut. Also gerne wieder!

Bestellung ganz easy über WhatsApp, etwa 45 min. gewartet , Fahrer super freundlich. Essen leider brutal schlecht , Tiefkühlgyros schmeckte alt und nach Zimt , Pommes total fettig und labrig , ekelhafte fettige fertig soße mit kleinen Tiefkühl Schnitzel . Also Essen ne glatte 6 , Nie wieder !

Habe bereits mehrfach dort bestellt und habe nun zum 2. mal bei meiner Bestellung das Naan-Brot nicht erhalten, was ich anstelle von Reis ausgewählt hatte. Reis war natürlich auch keiner dabei. Das ist schon echt frech, schließlich bezahlt man dort auch gutes Geld! Die Pizzabrötchen kommen auch nur sporadisch mal an. Dafür hatte ich nun 2x den Dip für die Pizzabrötchen bekommen, abermal wieder keine Pizzabrötchen. Für den Salat habe ich Essig-Öl Dressing bestellt. Das Zeug sah aus, wie fertig gekauft. Da es bei dem Laden leider eine Glückssache ist, was man bekommt und ich kein Freund von Glücksspielen bin, werde ich wohl nun einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden machen.

Pizzabrötchen von innen roh und von außen schwarz sind jetzt nicht so angebracht. War öfters dort, heute auf jeden Fall das letzte Mal.

Heute wieder bestellt und wie immer top. Haben uns nicht zum 1 mal beliefern lassen, egal wie spät egal wie voll und wirklich egal welches Gericht... Es schmeckt! Danke und liebe Grüße aus lüdinghausen

Erbärmlich!!! Tiefkühlgyros, schlechte Pizza und selbst der Salat unterirdisch. Indisch war nicht genießbar. Naan Brot hat nach nix geschmeckt. Kein Wunder wenn man 200 Gerichte auf der Karte hat mit hunderten Rechtschreibfehlern. NIE WIEDER!!! Bei uns wurde auch einiges vergessen.

WhatsApp Bestellung funktioniert nur schlecht. Es wurde nicht geantwortet. Nach einer 3/4h habe ich dann angerufen. Nachricht kam zwar an wurde aber nicht gelesen 👌 super. Also 1h 15min auf mein Essen gewartet. Soße könnte auf den Pizzen auch etwas mehr sein.

Als ehemaliger Marler Bürger habe ich die Pizzeria Milano in Marl vermisst. Ich war überrascht als die Ex Mailand Besitzer bei uns in Dülmen Hiddingsel Pizza Italien eröffnet haben. Es ist nach wie vor mit die beste Pizza die es weit und breit gibt.

Wir haben heute ein Hähnchenschnitzel Hawaii bestellt und eine Pizza Brokkoli mit Hähnchenstreifen die Pizza kam ohne Hähnchenstreifen an und das Hähnchenschnitzel war zwar mit Ananas aber darauf war Schinken und die Soße bestand aus Tüten fix Nudel Schinken Gratin was ich unter aller Sau finde Punkt ich habe beim Lieferant angerufen der meinte am Telefon dann einfach nur frech was wollen Sie denn jetzt von mir und fing an dann geben Sie uns die Pizza zurück dann kriegen sie auch einen neue war total unfreundlich und hat es gar nicht eingesehen dass man angerufen hat und sich beschwert hat das war das erste und letzte Mal dass wir dort bestellt haben lieber bestelle ich woanders und kriege wenigstens das was ich will
