Otherwise always good. Unfortunately this time nothing went right. Hectic waiters, raw liver, Bolognese seemingly stretched with water, sauces completely without salt or taste. Hopefully it remains a “slip”. Anyway, take a break first, Lorenzo.

Delicious! If you want to feel like you are in Italy, this is the place where you feel like you are in Italy! The interior, hospitality and cuisine are at a high level! I feel very comfortable here 😍

We went for a walk with the dogs at Silbersee 2 and then spontaneously went out to eat at Lorenzo's. Looking back, it was a great choice. The service time was extremely quick, the food was first class, the ambience was simply great. All around an Italian, familiar and 100% authentic flair! PS: Sorry one of our dogs attacked your leg, I was distracted by your impressive timepieces. :-)

An absolute highlight. Super nice service, the food was simply delicious. The pizzas only come in one size (30cm), which is difficult to manage. The rest will of course be packed to take away. Pizza with eggplant...delicious. My recommendation: Spaghetti Carbonara! Haven't had a better one yet!

We were passing through and went to “Lorenzo” because of the location right on the motorway and the good reviews. The ambience, service and food were truly first class. I then took some of the homemade pastries with me to take home. Very tasty with a good price-performance ratio. Top! If the restaurant were nearby, it would probably be our new regular Italian restaurant.

Good food, nice service, just no structure in serving. Had 4 different waitresses, had a bit of chaos. But the chaos would be well controlled. Facility is a little messed up. Italian decoration with the combination of an M&M pop-colored plastic takes some getting used to. But we can recommend it with a clear conscience and we would be happy to come back again.

Nice restaurant, good service, delicious food! Had a seafood appetizer platter that seemed fresh and tasted good. Unfortunately, the bread that we got with our meal and that was also used for my companion's bruschetta starter had a very hard edge. But otherwise everything was great :)

The food was just perfect. The pizza was not too flabby and not too hard, the cheese was aromatic and in the perfect amount, the tomato sauce was fruity and fresh. The price was also really great, €12 for a medium-sized Margherita pizza.

Great team, nice atmosphere, always well attended. Unfortunately, our pasta wasn't on point and the starter (antipasti plate) may have come straight from the fridge, but was definitely very cold. With the pasta we would also have liked a better ratio of ingredients (mushrooms) to noodles ;) The pizza was delicious.

We have usually been regular customers for years. That was done today. I have never experienced such a bad and disorganized process here. The. Chef himself at the pizza oven. It's just a shame that every pizza is garnished with hot peppers, even those who didn't order any and never got any. Ordered a small pizza, had it explicitly confirmed again, a large one would arrive and of course it would also be charged. To make matters worse, a vase fell on us from a shelf because a door was open. By quickly intervening in the case, something worse could be prevented. The demand for our health came after we moved to another table. We then had to ask three more times about the bill until the payment was made after 15 minutes. If a restaurant is full to the brim, I can understand that. Today there were three waitresses on site and they. Not the boss. You notice immediately! Last visit ! We had reserved a table for seven people. When we arrived everything was going perfectly. We would be greeted warmly at the door and brought to the table. Our food was prepared super quickly, so we were amazed. As for the food, it was very tasty and more than adequately sized. The decoration in the restaurant is cozy and playful. The bottom line is that we will happily eat there again when we are in the area.

Service, friendliness and taste of the pizza were excellent. I ordered the spinati with slightly different ingredients without pepperoni, but with sheep's cheese and fresh tomatoes. A super tasty pizza. The dough was also very good. The fresh bread in advance with the delicious spread was really great. Overall I can say everything was 1a.

The food is actually quite good. Price-wise, completely okay. But If I order a rump steak for over 30 euros... I expect to be asked how I would like it. Nothing at all. In my opinion the steak was way too raw. It was still soft. And as I said, you weren't asked. I would have preferred to have half of the money back. 30€+ and then so screwed up. Also drinks. We ordered drinks and when they were brought, first the glasses were put on the table and then the coasters next to the glasses (which were already full)? What sense does that make? The bread was ok, fresh and soft in the middle, totally delicious, the edge was crispy, but somehow, apart from the soft middle and the crispy edge, the layer in between was rubbery. So for the fact that they call themselves a 4 star restaurant, I expect a lot more. Sorry for the spelling, I'm through and it's late.

Great restaurant! The furnishing style - the mix of old and new exudes a special and pleasant charm. The staff very nice and friendly! The food was beautifully presented, portions were generous and very tasty. All in all, it's worth a visit and we'll definitely come back🍕👍🏼

Hello everyone, We had a voucher that had just expired (Lorenzo limits it to one year). Unfortunately he didn't want to redeem it or pay it out. According to Section 812 of the German Civil Code (BGB), he must pay out the value after the expiry of the specified period, at least three years after issue. After several written requests, he has finally paid out this voucher. Thanks for the effort. Very few consumers know their rights.😊

Hier kann die italienische Mafia vielleicht noch etwas lernen. Die Intransparenz der Preise und die Rechnungstellung ist eine Frechheit. Für eine große Fanta für die Kinder wurden jeweils - genauso wie die Cola, das Radler und das Pils - in 0,5 mit 7,50€ (!!!) berechnet. WIR WAREN DAS LETZTE MAL HIER UND WÜRDEN VOR DEM BESUCH WARNEN!!!

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time today based on a recommendation. We were there spontaneously and without a reservation and were warmly welcomed and given a table straight away. The food was incredibly delicious, from the starter to the main course to the dessert - the truffle pizza, the tiramisu and the mascapone cream were amazing (!). The service staff was super friendly and we felt very comfortable. We would love to come back and definitely recommend Lorenzo to others 😊

Super leckeres Essen bei einem traditionellen Italiener. Ich kann die Cannelloni mit Spinat und Ricottafüllung sehr empfehlen. Der Service ist immer sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist typisch italienisch mit viel Deko. Als Vorspeise gibt es immer frisch gebackenes Brot mit Oliven. Das Brot ist super lecker. Das Tiramisu ist auch ein Traum. Für Vegetarier gibt es eine gute Auswahl. Lorenzo ist unser neuer Lieblingsitaliener in Dülmen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Abend im Lorenzo. Uns wurde spontan ein Tisch für 5 Personen und Kinderwagen ermöglicht. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und man fühlt sich Willkommen. Karte gibt einiges her und das Essen war sehr lecker. Danke!

Tolles Italia Restaurant mit schon, höheren Preisen. Also nicht billig - teuer wie in Bella Italia. Leider eher kleinere Portionen - aber mit toller Qualität, in schönen Ambiente .... ab wohl 2024 nochmals 15 % Teurer ? Dann kippt aus meiner Sicht das Konzept .... warten wir mal ab !

Wir waren schon mehrfach auf der Rückreise vom Norden ins Ruhrgebiet zum Essen in Dülmen: Jedes Mal sehr lecker und sehr freundlicher Service. Diesmal Orecchiette Pugliesi und Pizza al Tartufo 😋

Das Essen kam schnell und war lecker, die Portionen sehr reichhaltig

Die Pizza auf meinem Teller war eine wahre Herausforderung beim Schneiden - beinahe hätte ich ein Schwert statt eines Messers gebraucht, um durch diesen Teig zu gelangen. Dennoch verdient das Personal Lob. Trotz des chaotischen Spektakels auf dem Teller waren ihre Höflichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit vorbildlich. Beim Durchlesen der Gästebewertungen fühlte ich mich eher wie ein kritischer Beobachter eines Dramas als ein Gast, der konstruktive Kritik liest. Besonders bemerkenswert waren die Reaktionen des Besitzers auf jegliches Feedback. Seine aggressive und inkompetente Art, die Kritik nicht zu akzeptieren, war bedauerlich und unangebracht. Es war enttäuschend zu sehen, wie er sich selbst in den Vordergrund stellte und auf konstruktive Kritik mit Unverständnis und Unwillen reagierte.

So lecker.... Unglaublich. Super freundlich und eine super schöne Location.

Pizza super Pasta ok, leider wenig Geschmack an sauce und Nudeln

Konkurrenzloser Italiener in Dülmen. Ob essen im Restaurant mit super Service oder Pizza zum mitnehmen, es ist nur zu empfehlen. Und wenn die Pizza zum mitnehmen noch zwei Minuten im Ofen braucht, wird ein Zitronensorbet aufs Haus serviert. Top zufrieden, nur weiterzuempfehlen!

Waren dort mit acht Personen essen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und schöne Lokation, aber Pizza können sie nicht, wie Kaugummi, was für ein italienisches Restaurant in der preislichen Kategorie sehr traurig ist, unsere Meinung. Die anderen Gerichte, wie Nudeln mit Steinpilzen, oder der Lacks waren sehr gut und der Nachtisch sehr schön zubereitet und lecker. Das Lokal ist uns uns leider viel zu laut, man versteht das eigene Wort nicht.

Sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant. Die Pizzen und der Nachtisch waren mega lecker. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und werden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Unsere Pizzen und die Antipasti Vorspeise waren hervorragend! Ebenso der Montepulcciano! Sehr freundlicher Empfang! Ein kleines Stück Italien zuhause! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Das Restaurant an sich, ist hübsch ! Das Essen ist aber keineswegs zu empfehlen. Das Fleisch von mir, war gefühlt ROH, und die Kartoffeln waren steinhart. Die Cola sollte auch richtig serviert werden (Zero/normal) macht einen unterschied. Personal höflich, aber absolut Inkompeten!!!!! Man hat uns zum Schluss Sorbet gegeben, was auch komplett geschmolzen war. Also wirklich 112€ für was ? Schönes Ambiente!? Wir werden es nicht weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu 6t an einem Sonntag Abend dort Essen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat allen hervorragend geschmeckt, es war problemlos eine Umbestellung bei dem Essen möglich. Top. Der Nachttisch war ein Genuss an sich. Wirklich sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ein sehr schönes Lokal von innen, wo man gerne schick essen gehen kann. Es geht definitiv eine Empfehlung heraus. Einziges Makel, was überhaupt nicht gut und definitiv verbessert werden sollte, zu einem gut gezapften Bier gehört eine ordentliche Krone, was da serviert wurde, ging absolut nicht. War bei mehr 16 Bier nicht vorhanden. Schade! Dennoch Top Laden, Top Restaurant. Wir kommen öfters.
