If it were possible, I wouldn't give it any stars. The pizza crust was disgusting! And a mouse ran through the restaurant and I almost threw up my food!

Service is a disaster. I ordered takeaway and asked for help after 40 minutes. It had been sitting there for half an hour, and no one took responsibility. That was the last time.

Hello, I was just about to eat at Pizza Hut in o6, Mannheim. They don't have an unlimited pizza buffet! I'm being ripped off. Overpriced, no buffet. What's the point? Other countries have them, only here in rip-off Germany, no offers!

At around 10:30 p.m., I was the only customer who ordered something. While I was waiting for my order, a mouse just walked right past me. I thought that only happened in movies, but it really happened. Apparently, that's a thing, judging by the last review here. Unfortunately, the reviews mention a rat. What I saw was definitely a mouse. Otherwise, the pizza was quite tasty, but unfortunately a bit overpriced for what it was.

Very friendly staff. I think the atmosphere is one of the best I've ever been to at any Pizza Hut. We'll be happy to come back next time we're in Mannheim.

Franchise meets elegant restaurant stay - with many disadvantages. First of all: I couldn't opt ​​out of pizza ingredients "since that's how they're delivered"? So frozen goods? For €14.90? Weak. Well, you get the pan pizza served, but with cutlery, the plastic of which is obviously already peeling. If you want to ignore this, sit at a free table in a dining room that is far too large with far too few customers and let yourself be served. In my case, the service staff was very nice, so I can't say anything negative about it. Anyway, this was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a restaurant, and that was at an established US-based pizza chain. Never again Pizza Hut!

Pizza was so artificial, way too fatty, thick dough, cheese was only spread in the middle. Never again!

The service was very friendly. Unfortunately that was the only good thing. You can't cancel the pizza because it's probably frozen. I could have baked one for 3 euros at home instead of 13 euros in this store. The plastic on the handles of the spatulas that come with the pizza are already peeling off. It's not pretty and it's not appetizing either. I don't go here anymore.

I was really shocked at the hygienic conditions in this restaurant. During my visit I saw at least one large rat and two small rats in the restaurant! When I pointed this out to the staff, all I was told was, "Yes, we saw them too, but the door was open and they came in." To me that sounds more like a permanently open door through which not just a few, but probably an entire colony of rats have migrated! It is completely unacceptable that a restaurant with such hygienic deficiencies is even open. I really can't recommend anyone to eat here as cleanliness is obviously not a priority. I will report this incident to the health department because something like this shouldn't happen!

Many Pizza Hut locations have significantly declined in recent years - outdated furnishings, mediocre service and often carelessly prepared food. Fortunately, things are (still) different in Mannheim. The facility is quite new and makes a well-kept impression. The food is exactly what you'd expect from Pizza Hut - not a culinary revelation, but solid. The service is average: neither particularly friendly nor rude, just neutral. If you're looking for a classic Pizza Hut experience, you can't go wrong here.

A catastrophe. I waited two and a half hours for my order (three pizzas and chicken sticks). Ordered at 7:50 p.m. and delivered at 10:30 p.m. And what's more, I got one less pizza.

Yesterday afternoon I went for pizza with my daughter after the cinema. The service was great and the staff was super friendly and our 2 pizzas were delicious! Gladly again soon!!

Hey, maybe someone can help me, I was there with a friend yesterday on February 1st, 2025 and found a waitress very sweet and actually wanted to pay her a compliment, but then unfortunately only another waitress came. She has curly hair and big, beautiful brown eyes. Oh and the food was good too 😂

The spatulas looked very old. Wood might be recommended. Unfortunately I didn't see that my pizza with ingredients cost €10 more. €2.50 per ingredient is actually too expensive. But the waitresses were all very nice

The food is very expensive, I had 3 medium pizzas, 8 chicken nuggets and 2 large cokes and a small Fanta for 73 euros. LUXURY

Really unfriendly employees! It is strictly decided where you can sit while eating even though you didn't feel comfortable with that place. When I go out to eat, I want to decide for myself where I want to sit and I would fire all the employees there without notice, job missed!

Pizza Hut has declined significantly. I actually grew up with Pizza Hut since it opened in P3. We recently went out for pizza again after a long time, and it was all very tasty u become expensive (approx. 90 euros). That was the last time I ate there. The kids like it. It's just a mainstream pizza and not an Italian one. Priced very high for what it is. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the door always stayed open and it always got cold. You have to solve this so that the door closes again on its own.

They wanted to charge us extra because we didn't eat the pizza crust. Ridiculous!

We went there to eat simple pizza. We had no idea thay they had a special aktion. Timing was okay and we were hungry . So we ordered this option: ALL YOU CAN EAT €8,90. We were three women and plates are small. We, each, took 3 slices in 2 round. Then waitress warned us; “sorry but you can not leave the corners of pizza on the plates if you leave too much pizzas on your plate, we will charge you extra money”. We are shocked. It was unkind. If you cannot provide a system, then please don’t make this aktion. By the way, we were 50,65,67 kg ladies and how many pizzas can we eat and you can not get profit? We have paid around 40 euros and I did not drink anything. This is not a way to represent a brand. What a perfect way of marketing: COME TO PİZZA HUT but DON’t EAT TOO MUCH. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Bravo.

Pizza buffet for 8.90 euros is awesome.

The pizza no longer tastes like it did before, the sauce on the pizza was strange and the pizza was not edible. The service is chaos, the employees are misinformed and don't know what they are doing, everyone says something different, so the organization is definitely lacking. Next time it would be better to go somewhere else and save your money.

My husband and I had lunch here with our daughter today (Saturday). The food was delicious and I have to say the waitress (Katrin) is very nice, friendly and accommodating.

The condition Kathrin brought us the wrong order and, after a short notice, behaved externally unfriendly and was derogatory. But big praise to the branch manager. He was super nice and listened to our concerns. We had problems with the service - WITHOUT WORDS! For this portion of potato wedges 5 €… mini portion + carelessly prepared food! If we want to go to Pizza Hut again, we'd rather change the state.

I ordered two pizzas to pick up from Pizza Hut in Mannheim O6: a small pepperoni and a Margherita with cheesy crust. When I opened the pizzas at home I was really disappointed. Instead of the Margherita with Cheesy Crust, I had a Bolognese pizza, and the small pepperoni pizza was just a Margherita. Something like this shouldn't happen! After this disappointing experience, I will definitely not order here again and unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

Disaster!!! After two attempts to sit down, we were assigned a table. This was also littered with leftover food from the previous owner. But then it was wiped off when asked. Drinks are only available in zero. Extra requests will not be taken into account. Then they got up and left.

The pizza was delicious but they only have drinks contaminated with aspartame. No REGULAR Cola=(

We visited this pizza hut outlet recently for dinner. When compared with other pizza shops, you will get very soft, crispy and delicious pizza here. The service is fast. The lady staff had a pleasant face and treated us well. They also offered a small playing kit to my kid. There was not much of a crowd when we visited. There is enough space to sit comfortably and enjoy the food. The ambience is also very nice. Reducing 1 star because we saw a mouse running around. Team, you should definitely do something as others also mentioned in Reviews :D

I ordered takeaway (a single order of peperoni melts) and was told to sit at the big table and wait. Most of the staff were either hiding or telling this one girl (who seemed to be doing everything) what to do. I was in this place for about 30 mins. I finally got up to inquire about my order. It turns out this red box that'd been placed on an oven 15 mins prior was my order. When I told this to the girl, she got upset with me... probably because she's already doing everything and has to now deal with this... she took the order away to the back where it was no longer visible and then came back to tell me it was fresh and it wasnt waiting there for 15 minutes... I left... it wasn't fresh... it was already cooled off... I've been to a few Pizza Huts in Germany now, and I have to say... Service and execution are very bad.

As a Pizza Hut fan I don't need to say or write much, as always super delicious.

Their pizza is undercooked hence the raw bacon on top. That’s why there’s hardly any customers in restaurant. I shoudda walked when struck with the attitude of hostess same as mentioned in multiple other reviews of customers. Bottom line up front I can’t eat pizza that’s gonna make me sick

Since there is no Pizza Hut in our area, we treat ourselves to it whenever there is one nearby. The food was on par with what you would expect from Pizza Hut During my visit, a small child was playing around on one of the free tables and throwing cutlery around, but the waitresses were less interested and simply walked past it. When we went to pay I had problems getting the correct change several times. 20.40 - 11.40 shouldn't be a problem now, but the waitress managed to give me the wrong change several times. So in general you couldn't really talk about service.

I've been here several times before, but today it wasn't really pleasant. It wasn't that busy with about 12 people outside with us. Our table was still glued from the previous one. The waitress brought us drinks, she was so quick that she wet the table again with our drink, but she didn't feel it necessary to apologize or even wipe the table. Food was delicious, as always.

Unfortunately the service was very unfriendly. After a long wait, the waitress came to our table to take my order. My daughter ignored her and turned to leave. When I told her that my daughter also wanted to order something, she responded by saying that she thought the order was complete. A coffee and a small pizza!!!

A very good pizzeria, offering, among others: pizza and cold drinks. Delicious pizza (8), from the wide range that the restaurant offers, and its price, in my opinion, is reasonable. Very good service - friendly and professional. Nice decor of the place. Open until late. I also recommend cold drinks, including: coca-cola ;)

The food tastes delicious as expected, but the service is not good at all. We ordered 6 things and 2 things were given incorrectly.

Whether you want to or not, you're on your first name. If customers have sat at the table and not all of the cutlery has been used, it should be cleared away for hygiene reasons and not left lying around. Cutlery can then be adjusted to the number of guests with fresh plates

The last time I was at Pizza Hut was about 10 years ago. The quality and taste of the pizzas remain good. It's a shame that there is no longer a salad buffet or a side salad. According to the service, drinks are only available with reduced sugar. I would like to decide for myself whether I should treat myself to sugar or a substitute that I don't really like and whose effects on the body are doubtful. The furnishings are contemporary and adapted to the clientele, everything is clean, but I didn't find it comfortable there.

Worst store I've ever eaten in. We were pretty annoyed and about to leave the store before our food even arrived. The waiters didn't pay any attention to us (and they weren't really friendly either) and we waited far too long for our drinks. You get the feeling that there is no structure there. The pasta also caused me to lie flat for a week (food poisoning). The pizzas seemed to have been ok.

He doesn't deserve a star for bad service

Yesterday's lasagna bites were an impertinence, the sauce wasn't a sauce but water puree (not as creamy as you're used to) upon complaint they said the recipe had been changed and that a new portion would be geanuso, many complaints probably also related to deliveries outside the home . Then I ask myself why the original recipe isn't reintroduced given so much negative feedback? The bolo filling also tasted different. Noodles dried out. The Veggie Lovers Pizza we ordered was lukewarm. 40€ for 1x Pizza M, 1x Lasagna Bites, 1x large/1x small drink not worth it!!!

Very slow service although there were few customers, the first vegan pizza I had was excellent, the second veggie the next day when we went again, it was average. It was perfect for the vegan one 😉
