Pizza Hut Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main

Unfortunately, it happened for the second time last night that we ordered in person and found at home that a MEAT LOVERS had been "transformed" into a Hawaiian with a piece of ham. The vegetarian pizza was again undercooked. Maybe it's because the chef was talking on the phone while he was cutting and packing the pizzas. It was now the second time that over 42.00 euros was basically thrown out the window. There won't be a third time. This branch is not recommended.

The worst Pizza Hut we have ever seen. We weren't greeted when we came in. We were handed the menu rather listlessly. The employee didn't feel like going all the way and the cards had to be taken away from him. In general we felt like we were annoying because we wanted to eat here. We ordered a Pepsi Light and a homemade lemonade. Both 0.5l. The lemonade came in a 0.3l glass. Only upon request was a 0.5l glass available. The 0.3l glass was simply tipped into a 0.5l glass and filled with water. When we asked, we were told there was the same amount of syrup in it anyway. But it tasted totally like water. The pizza was cold and had the consistency of rubber. We have been to many Pizza Huts and the pizza has never been so bad. Toilets are dirty. You can only change diapers on a table like this with no support and no trash can.

This is not indicative of a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza. This isn’t even indicative of putting toppings on any pizza.

We went to this Pizza Hut to have dinner yesterday at 8:30pm. We had a Groupon voucher 2 for 1. We were treated disrespectfully and thrown out by the employee. It started when you ordered at the checkout. The employee was extremely unfriendly and impatient when we were deciding what we wanted to eat. He tapped his fingers angrily on the cash register and waited until we finally ordered. He was also very unfriendly during the ordering process. When we asked for the receipt, he said he couldn't give it to us. He has already completed the order. The extreme situation now comes: we sat at the table and waited for our pizza. At some point he calls that the pizzas are ready. I then accepted it and was on the way to our table when he said that we weren't allowed to eat in the restaurant with the cardboard box. I asked him if he could then give us plates so we could eat there. He said he wasn't allowed to do that. The meal in the restaurant is not included in the coupon. He literally threw us out. I then showed him that he was wrong and that the coupon said we could eat there. He then said that we didn't tell him when we ordered that we wanted to eat there, so we weren't allowed to stay in the restaurant. He got louder and asked angrily if we wanted to eat there. He always treated us like he was doing us a favor for spending our money at Pizza Hut. What's that supposed to mean? So if we eat there and decide to take the rest with us, is that also forbidden because we said at the beginning that we wanted to eat there? I just find the way he treated us incredibly cheeky and disrespectful. Someone like that shouldn't be allowed to work in a restaurant or customer service if they don't want to have guests. Treated badly, we left and sat on a public bench on the street. We didn't even get anything served to clean our hands. I find it disgraceful how we were treated as paying guests. The employee should be held accountable as this is certainly not the first time this has happened. That's probably why the shop was completely empty and pizza boxes were lying on the benches in front of the restaurant because they were probably thrown out because they didn't say directly that they wanted to eat there or the employee told them that they weren't there Are allowed to eat in a restaurant. Maybe he could have done his job himself and asked before he arrogantly throws people out of the restaurant and gets loud. I will be reporting the incident to Groupon as Pizza Hut appears to be failing to comply with the terms of its contract with Groupon, which is detrimental to Groupon's business. Also, the pizza tasted really bad, but that's a completely different story.

Extremely expensive Onion fish soft like cheese

Today I used my voucher 'Single Special - 1 Pan Pizza normal with up to 4 toppings, including 1 soft drink for half price. However, I did get a small pizza. When asked, he said that there are only small and large pizzas. Normal = Small Then why are there three different prices on the card? (Small, Normal, Large??) I can fuck myself up too

Unfortunately I had to make the decision and rate this Pizza Hut, after having eaten here a couple of times due to the convenience of it being located so close to the Zoo, I think it is only fair to warn others not to waste your money inside this Pizza Hut location and to drive a bit further. The Pizza that is served here, is not up to the standard of what a Pizza Hut pizza should look or taste like. This restaurant seems to use its ingredients very sparingly, I am guessing to save money and make the most profit. There is hardly any toppings and those toppings are cut into tiny squares. If you want cheese, that is also used sparingly. The owners don’t seem friendly and it’s just not worth it. I can however warmly recommend the Pizza Hut that is located on the side next to the highway, when heading out of Frankfurt. Just don’t waste your money here.

Super easy to find. The pizzas are super good and fill your stomach well. The problem is that there is too much dirt inside which is very unpleasant when eating. Otherwise the employees are very nice.

Service was below par. They had an offer written on posters placed on each table. They told me it was no longer available. Not very polite either. Salad was below par and the pizza was mediocre. The chef or those working at the back, seemed polite while I waited to pay. The rest working on the front side need training on customer service.

Nothing special, The pizza is tasty but too small and maybe a little too expensive But this one also had to be tried.

Employees are absolutely unmotivated, unfriendly and you wait forever even though the store is empty. You feel like you're unwelcome and just a burden. The store itself is dirty. The food itself isn't bad, but for the expensive price (€41 for two medium pizzas and two large drinks), most people definitely expect more. We've come to expect better from Pizza Hut and this location is damaging the chain's reputation.

This Pizza Hut location used to be one of the best around. During my visit today I noticed that the store seems to have gone down the drain in every respect. With a moderate number of visitors and without any stress, you wait around 15 minutes until the card is brought to you. In addition, all the ashtrays are full to the limit and no one makes even the slightest effort to ensure cleanliness. From this you may also be able to determine the condition of the kitchen. The service is also subpar. There is no effort to even serve customers, let alone satisfy them. Unfriendliness is another harmless aspect of the staff here. Children are refused straws, pointing out that they are only kept for the delivery service. Something like that is an absolute no-go!!! Clear rejection of this store. Never again. The sad thing is that the location at the zoo roundabout is actually perfect for hanging out. But not like that.

The Indian guy behind the counter charged me €2 for the toilet and put it in his own pocket. Fire this guy!

It says on the internet that you can use the toilet for free. I was in the toilet with my girlfriend (separately) and the guy (an Indian) behind the counter took €2 from her and put it in his own pocket. Super dirty behavior and when I discussed it with him he just stuttered to himself. If he told us in advance that using the toilet costs money, it wouldn't be a problem. But in retrospect, simply deducting your €2 and putting it in your own pocket is extremely dirty behavior... well, what can you do... Typical behavior from Indians again. This store is definitely dead for me

Omggg the pizza that we order it was soooo delicious 😋

I recently visited this Pizza Hut next to Zoo and i had a terrible experience. The service was very poor, and everything was disorganized. It took more than 30 minutes to place my order. I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers pizza, which is supposed to come with double pepperoni, but what I received was a pizza with very little pepperoni even less than that of a small peperoni pizza. Definitely I will not be going back.

The price is so-so, for 9.40 € a small pizza and only with cheese and a regular one with everything is about 20 €, in other establishments for 11.90 € you can get a large pizza, but they brought me a small one and it was delicious, I wouldn’t do it again went

After our visit to the zoo, hunger lured us back to Pizza Hut. We got there and sat down outside. Normally there are umbrellas outside in restaurants or at KFC and McDonald's, but we sat down there anyway and had just gotten our pizzas when it happened. There was bird droppings everywhere, on the tables and chairs, then a pigeon defecated above us and everything flew onto us and onto the food and into the drinks. Just disgusting. The prices are shockingly expensive for such a small pizza with very few toppings on it. Dirty plates and cutlery. The first of the staff was very, very unfriendly and didn't even want to do his job, the second colleague, on the other hand, was a bit friendlier but he still thought they would point out that you shouldn't sit there, even though we weren't even informed about it are. The colleague then said that everything together should cost 25€, but the end of it was that we had to pay 50€ for a completely filthy ambience as well as food and drinks. We will definitely NEVER eat there again!!! Apart from the gastrointestinal problems caused by eating!

Pizzas are okay, service is mediocre to bad (waiting time is long - you will be forgotten), ambience is a disaster... loud, unhygienic (no clean plates). Staff uncoordinated. A pity!

Service was absolutely subpar, no please, no thank you. Plates were just put on the table, no good appetite, nothing. As we slowly wanted to set off, paid and were just about to get up, the service came and started messing around with us to clear away wildly. The pizzas were very sparsely topped and for these prices, never there again!!!!

Very unfriendly and rude staff. I’ve ordered chicken sticks and cheese sticks came instead. I only ate one piece (of the five in total) trying to find the chicken inside. Ok, mistakes happen. But when I told it to the waiter,he became mad and furious! And he asked me in a very impolite way why I ate this piece since I wanted the chicken inside! My daughter who was with me (6 years old) was terrified and started crying! It’s not about the waist of money and time. It’s the people who run this food corner.. What was particularly annoying was that the Barometer vouchers were not valid for VEGAN pizzas. We find this to be very discriminatory, as this restriction is not mentioned anywhere!

The appalling experience at this branch's restaurant is damaging to Pizza Hut's reputation. The recipe here is very different from the original in this branch. Dealing with the customer was very unprofessional and unfriendly! The order of 2×lasagna bites surprisingly arrived very quickly. The food looked very unappetizing, disgusting, and also hygienically questionable! Logically, we complained, but unfortunately it didn't really go down well. Since we couldn't communicate and clarify things, we wanted to speak to the boss/owner, but he wasn't there. After several requests, he was called because we had to pay even though we hadn't eaten anything! Despite discussion and explanation, unfortunately it wasn't clear enough to communicate to us because he also became aggressive!! If you are not able to serve properly pictured dishes on the table and then assume things, you should leave it alone. It took us 1 hour to be able to make it clear that we weren't going to pay for it, but they were still bargaining because of half the price or discount. Anti-social people couldn't have bargained. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered through wolt, and I'm not sure which is worse, the half cooked chicken (I literally had to airfry it to eat it) or the Mac 'n cheese pizza which had no mac 'n cheese (as shown in the photo, they only added a couple pastas on top which were half cooked yet burnt) Only reason why they got the 2 stars is how fast the ordered arrived, and that it was still warm even though it's freezing outside, however the food isn't worth it..

I have ordered via uber eats and waited for 90 minutes and didn’t receive any food. If you can’t deliver food, not sure what is your value!!!

So eine unhöfliche Bedienung habe ich noch nie erlebt, dabei wollten wir sogar nur zum mitnehmen bestellen. Während der Bestellung meiner Freundin, wurde diese kommentiert mit: Sie haben keinen Geschmack. Darauf hin haben wir den Bestellvorgang abgebrochen und haben den Laden verlassen und werden diesen in Zukunft meiden.

Ein ganz gewöhnlicher Pizza Hut. Die Pizza schmeckt so wie in jedem Pizza Hut. Service war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ambiente des Ladens hat eher den Charme einer Autobahnraststätte, davon abgesehen, war aber alles in Ordnung.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Pizza haben wir besser in Erinnerung gehabt,war etwas durchweicht.

Online Bestellung abgeschickt. Laut Bestätigung Ankunftszeit 19.36 Uhr. Jetzt ist es mittlerweile 21:20 Uhr. Geht garnicht!!! Auch bei mehrmaligen Versuchen die Filiale zu erreichen, keine Chance!!!Nie wieder!!!!

Pizzen sind gut, mit gewisser Basis-Auswahl. Den Rest kann man sich selbst zusammenbasteln. Die Preise sind aber schon recht hoch für eine Fast Food Kette. Normale Italiener sind da doch günstiger. Das Ambiente ist in Ordnung, aber leider nicht herausstechend.

Am Wochentagen gibt es Sonderangebote, die von 2 x 1 auf Pizzen am Mittwoch oder Familienpizza am Freitag zum Preis einer mittelgroßen Pizza, aber nur zum Mitnehmen, das Essen dort wird auf der Terrasse mit Aussicht zum Frankfurter Zoo im Sommer empfohlen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt, die Pizzen sind im amerikanischen Stil.

Sehr gut gelegenes Restaurant in Frankfurt am Zoo. Diese Filiale gibt es gefühlt schon ewig.... Wir kommen regelmäßig hier her.

Ambiente com ar condicionado e confortável. Pedimos uma pizza margherita que estava muito saborosa. Só não tinha manjericão. O misto de frituras não era fresco. Dava para perceber que já estava pronto e foi aquecido pelo micro-ondas.

Das Personal hat aggressiv gewirkt und wir mussten lange auf Bedienung warten. Es gibt hier scheinbar kein Tabasco und von der Pizza des Tages will man hier auch noch nie etwas gehört haben. Ich habe mich hier nicht wohl gefühlt.

Parking is a bit of a challenge. Surprised we had a little of trouble communicating with the waitress because of the language barrier. I assumed the staff would speak English as it is next to the Zoo and I thought it would be more accommodating to tourists. It is a small place so I do not recommend going during rush hours.

Not the best quality pizza and pasta. Crust was too dry. Pasta was overcooked, sauce was too watery, chicken had no flavour. However, quick service. Felt very unwelcome by the female staff member, who was quite rude. Would not recommend.

Das Essen ist typisch Pizzahut, wer fettige amerikanische Pizzas mag kommt hier also auf seine Kosten. Allerdings sind wir mit einem Coupon dort hin (Foto auf dem Handy) und uns wurde gesagt der würde als Foto nicht angenommen. Als wir dann mithilfe der Offiziellen Pizzahut-Webseite dann zeigen konnten dass der selbe Gutschein (gleiche Nummer etc.) auch digital verfügbar ist wurde gesagt das Restaurant würde eh erst ab dem nächsten Tag teilnehmen. Wieso allerdings das Datum auf dem Gutschein eindeutig etwas anderes aussagte haben wir nicht mehr gefragt, da es aussichtslos schien. Das wirk alles in allem nicht nur wenig kulant sondern fast wie eine absichtliche Täuschung. Pizzahut weiterhin, aber nicht diese Filiale

Nach dem Zoobesuch zu Pizza Hut. Leider enttäuschenden. Service nicht wirklich Kundenorientiert, Pizza sehr ölig, so das es rauslief! Essen kam zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten so das man fast fertige war mit der Pizza als die Chicken Fingers fürs Kind kamen.

A bit more cheese on the garlic bread would have been great, but it is still crispy and delicious! Texas Supreme is to die for, especially with cheezy bites 🧀 The amount of bacon as well as barbeque sauce is very generous, which intensifies the taste 🍕 I enjoyed their drinks as well.

Eine weibliche Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich. Pizza war allerdings schnell fertig.

Pizza American style ist immer etwas fettig aber lecker, was zu viel Abzug führt war die weibliche Bedienung, die mehrfach in die Hand gehustet hat und damit dann ohne Finger zu waschen weiter serviert hat, die Herren, die sehr geschäftigen wirken und die Menschlichkeit etwas vergessen. Abfertigung am Fließband. Wofür der Laden nichts kann, war das Klientel. Reinkommen und mit offenem Mund ein Eis vom Kiosk schmatzen. War schon ein merkwürdiger Abend und die Pizza redet auch am nächsten Tag noch mit mir

Très bien placé pour les visiteurs du Zoo de Francfort, ce Pizza Hut propose une carte classique d’un Pizza Hut mais avec des prix élevés. (16 euros quasiment pour une Pizza en taille « M »…) Par ailleurs, pour la vente à emporter ce Pizza Hut semble traiter les clients non pas par ordre d’arrivée mais selon les connaissances du personnel. Ce n’est pas sérieux ! 30 min d’attente pour avoir une pizza alors qu’il n’y avait initialement personne devant moi… Bref, peut largement mieux faire !

Sehr gute Pizza. Schneller netter Service. Gute Beratung weil wir das erste mal im Pizza Hut Restaurant sind (sonst nur Take away oder Imbiss). Preise sind höher als beim Italiener aber die Pizzen sind höherwertig

A really nice and authentic Pizza Hut restaurant, as you can rarely find in Germany, they usually have a little place, together with kfc and they serve only to go pizza slices. I was amazed to found a really big place, with a great outdoor terrace and lots of pizza sortiments.

Restoranın içi sırf arı, bu sebepten yemek yemekte çok zorlandık. Lokasyon olarak hayvanat bahçesinin tam karşısında olması her türlü turistin akın akın gelmesine sebep oluyor. Ancak, taşkınlık yapan, içeride yemek yiyenleri rahatsız eden turistlere görevliler hiç müdahale etmiyor. Servis süresi sıkıntılı, 1 pizza için yaklaşık yarım saat bekledik.
