my order was quickly served and it was very good. i enjoyed my stay.

No children's menu. 👎 Most of the service is provided by a robot from which you have to take your things yourself. But tips are welcome. 🤣 Exactly my sense of humor.

The staff here was very friendly. We rarely go to Pizza Hut but we tried the Chicken Broccoli and Chicken Supreme in Pan and Classic. Both extremely tasty. The beer was well chilled. Mr. Kumar provided TOP service.

The service really bad. No respect. The employee SonuKumar or something really disrespectful. Food didn't taste like anything.

The first shocking thing is what has become of the Pizza Hut chain. Do some restaurants only employ the same compatriots? Southern nature. It felt like a kebab. Then you ask for a table in the restaurant because you are unwell because you want to change yours outside. This is not possible. Why? There were 3 tables free inside. Not very customer oriented... that was the last time That's why I voted

Great pizza, unfriendly staff, a shame

Pizza has nothing to do with pizza. The waiter brought me a dirty glass. I asked for another one and told him that the glass was dirty. The waiter took the glass and brought me another dirty one.

Was there last weekend and had to get something quick to eat. Luckily I decided on Pizza Hut. Service was very quick, nice and at the highest level.

I have never seen such an unfriendly employee in my life. We wanted to sit down and it was 11:50 the employee said we couldn't sit there until 12 o'clock and there was no one there! What would be so bad about sitting there for 10 minutes? I told him all right then we'll go eat somewhere else and then he said yes, go ahead. Wonder what kind of people the boss hires. I don't recommend anyone to go there. Today 6.3 11:50 a.m. the employee was of Indian or Pakistani origin with a crappie. I will file an ad again.

I was with my wife today because I had the feeling that Muslims were not welcome here We were treated very unkindly by the Pakistani or Indian employees. So we decided to eat somewhere else.

I don't recommend eating here. The employees who work here cannot be surpassed in terms of unfriendliness. Apparently they don't feel like working and get upset if you have another request. Furthermore, almost all chairs and tables were dirty. It's better to eat somewhere else where you as a customer are treated better

Very unfriendly staff and you are no longer allowed to eat in the restaurant after 7:15 p.m. because finishing work at 8 p.m. is ridiculous

I had to wait a long time because the employee was talking to his colleague and staring at me. When he finally came to me, he seemed completely listless (uninterested) and not motivated to work. When I ordered I just wanted to eat a pizza as I had already drunk enough before I got to the restaurant. Still, I was told that I had to order something to drink or I wouldn't be able to sit here and would have to take the pizza to go. After a discussion with the employee, I was finally allowed to stay. I find this behavior rude and will not visit this restaurant again.

Really bad service! On Wednesday February 5th, 2025 I was with you around 6 p.m. I wanted to order a pizza. At the service there was a small, unfriendly man, middle-aged, of foreign origin, with a beard. I have rarely experienced such unfriendly service.

We felt like a little lunch snack, so as you can see in the pictures: a normal medium Margherita pizza & a portion of potato wedges. The pizza was fluffy with crunch & great cheese, light roasted aroma, very tasty. The potato wedges were okay, nothing special. The price (€4.90) is slightly exaggerated for this portion, as it is only a few potato wedges. The staff was very friendly & attentive. The serving robots also did a good job. I've never seen anything like that before, I was very impressed and interested. Good story to support the staff. 8/10

The store and the staff and their robots are a bit tiring...

We were there yesterday at lunchtime and it was great. We were able to sit down straight away, order a drink and what we wanted to eat. Unfortunately there wasn't a dish, but the waiter went back to the kitchen for us to ask if it really wasn't there. Food arrived quickly and drinks. The waiter left you alone until you said you wanted to pay :)

A little expensive, but pizza needs thinner dough

Drinks without carbonation. Dishes not clean. Despite complaining, full charge. Service took a long time, even though the shop was empty...

Food is ok but the staff is very disrespectful and unfriendly. You are only allowed to sit in the restaurant if you buy an overpriced drink!

I have to agree with the bad reviews, unfriendly and strange attitudes to work are very noticeable! Sometimes a customer is sent away more than half an hour before closing time or, even better, even though it's open, they're supposed to come 20 minutes later, for whatever reason........ Even when it comes to eating, not everything is perfect and that's why it was for me... Overall not recommended, every OTHER Pizza Hut is better!

Lie lie lie pat pat pat one two three Pizza was cheesy his father, service was stable (even brought me new Pepsi because I fished out the ice cubes arrrr arrrr kiss your service heart) and the automatic service cat aka ASBK was something from 2050. Worst Pizza Hut ever. Didn’t know you can make food so tasteless. Pizza boring like, potato wedges taste old and just slapped on the plate and the cesars salad was just small cut eisberg salad with watery salad sauce. Not worth the money. Cant recommend it.

Vi bestilte en øl og 4 cola, 3 forskellige slags pepsi. Det var en robot der servere maden og drikkevarer. Men tjeneren vidste ikke hvilken af de 4 cola der var hvad, så vi skulle smage på alle cola for at vide hvilken cola hver især havde bestilt. Det er IKKE optimalt.

We were here on a holiday, there were a lot of people, and there were few places. The pizza is very tasty, but expensive. Service is acceptable. I liked the robot waiters, they were so cute.

After some pre-Christmas window shopping we decided to treat ourselves to Pizza Hut. The crispy cheese crust Cesar pizza is amazing! The lemonades are tasty and the service perfect. They even have a robot cat deliver the food!

€2.20 for a small portion of ketchup is way too expensive, a disgrace! There was a hair on the portioner! Never in that store again.

We went there twice over a span of about 6 months. 2 plain pizzas and some garlic bread. Both times they were very very dark and dry. The garlic bread was so crispy and dry that we didn’t finish it. Service is non existent because of the robots, but the human staff was also pretty non communicative even though it wasn’t even full. We prefer going to literally any other Pizza Hut branch from now on.

Never experienced such bad, unfriendly customer service!! You have to get everything out of your employees' noses

The employees are very unfriendly. 3 English-speaking customers wanted to order pizza salami and asked if it was (Halal). The Indian employee then replied “there is no halal in Germany” even though halal food is offered everywhere in the Europa Passage. Why do you have to mention something like that? Just say we don't have halal food at Pizza Hut and that's fine. Pizza Hut itself can't do anything about it, but they need to train their employees better on how to deal with customers.

Prices are now beyond good and evil.

I've never seen such a bad Pizza Hut branch. First of all we had to sit for 15 minutes because we were told that even if you want to order take away, you have to wait and then we are ordered to the counter to place our order. We are then told to stand in front of the store for about 20 minutes and are not allowed to sit in the store. A catastrophe. I will never eat here again. The food was also a disaster (unfortunately). I have never felt as unwelcome as I did here. I entered the store and wanted to place my order, but the employee refused to help me and when I wanted to order again I was simply ignored and he walked away. He didn't even come to listen to us but said directly that they don't accept vouchers on Saturdays even though we didn't want to place a voucher but our order. I find that extremely unfortunate. I can understand that you are overwhelmed by the number of customers, but with such service you don't want to come back again.

The employees were not in the mood, pizza was burnt and too salty, the environment is very loud..

This evening we had pizza at Pizzahut in the Europapassage. Because there was only one waitress for the entire store, everything took time. The food was great and we had clean plates and cutlery. We really felt very sorry for the male waiter because he was just an experienced person and of course the fun of the work fell by the wayside. The bosses of this store should pay more attention to their employees, otherwise no one will want to work there soon!!! Maybe put a little less money in your own pocket!!!

It took 45 minutes until we were served. We waited 30 minutes for 2 dishes. The noodles arrived cold and the chicken had an unpleasant taste. We ordered a small beer and got a large one and that was also deducted. Employees were in a bad mood.

no time to cook dinner? Seniores Pizza is the answer.. I always eat here after a long tiring work.. They do not have fancy dine in settings but hey their Pizza is one of the best by far in town.. and I think it is better to eat Pizzas fresh from the oven..

Be careful when you have dinner in this place. They will serve you flat drink, charge you €1.90 for ketchup, and try to rip you off when you pay for your bill. Double check your bill and keep the receipt. This place totally ruined my experience in Hamburg, stay away ！ I have kept both bill and credit card receipt as proof.

Service was bored and ordering 1 pizza took 45 minutes. A little too long for a fast food restaurant. I remembered PizzaHut better

- Waiter very unfriendly - Syrup and water not mixed properly with supposed “pepsi” and “mirinda” - was not properly informed about allergies and ingredients - “Then it just doesn’t taste good,” as an answer for switching off the ingredient

The guys are ok and they're trying, it's just a shame that the cappuccino machine was broken the last few times and a bit too oily and tomatoey if I had my taste.

Affordable pizza and classic Margarita options are my choice.

Pizza was horrible, service was also bad, even Pepsi didn't taste good, it tasted like pure syrup, it was just horrible and the prices also charged for juice!!! Hopefully it will get better because I actually really like eating Pizza Hut. Everywhere is very good except there!!!!

It’s my second time visiting this place. First time the pizza was very good, that’s why we came back. But this time the pizza was super oily, I felt kind of discomfort in my stomach after eating it. They have cute robots that serve the dishes. It was also hot inside and there was no air-conditioning.

Very rude waiters. Unreasonably rude. Please visit other pizza hut restaurants and avoid this one. When i asked for the restaurant manager, employee yelled at me and said that manager is not here and never available. Also the same restaurant employee said that all employees behave rudely and customers have to accept it or leave this place 😞 seemed racist.

Dirty cutlery, dirty plates, waiters (no smiles) who you can tell don't want to work. At least the robot was friendly ;-) I like the pizza, I would still recommend it... but definitely not the branch!

Food was great and the service was very friendly. However, we had to wait a long time until we were served. The food and drinks were brought to the table by robots. The pizzas themselves were huge and more than filling.

Pizza hut in Germany is the same as Canada but the ingredients taste like they are better quality

On the upper floor of the shopping center, there are comfortable tables near the windows with beautiful views of the city, as well as cozy sofas. There is an interesting robot waiter who brings orders directly to the table. The waiters are also charismatic, friendly and polite. Incredibly tasty and filling food. Large portions with a low price tag. At your request, they will wrap it with you if you did not manage during the visit. My recommendations. I will come again.

I visited this place first time. My experience for this restaurant was not good. I visited many pizza hut stores in germany but this store's food quality was not good. And I do not like this food qualities.

War da während meiner Abschlussfahrt in der 10 Klasse. Der Stand hat eine super Position in der obersten Etage der Europa Passage. Das Essen schmeckt super und die Bedienung ist sehr nett, aber bestellt nicht mit cheese crust. Ich weiß es ist attraktiv und hört sich gut an, aber sagen wir mal so, mein Darm hatte starke Beschwerden.

Since my experience and my impressions of the visit were accused of defamation by Pizza Hut and were therefore removed, they unfortunately lose all stars. Of course I don't know whether circumstances have changed since then. Anyway. The food is good, the ambience is normal for a restaurant in the arcade. But I won't advertise it in my environment.

Disgusting food, not edible, salad without vinegar, salt or oil, raw broccoli in the casserole and then charging €45 for it, no recommendation

We went there with great expectations but the overall result was hmmmm. If you want to win customers, then focus should be good friendly service with quality. Now the company is trying to remove bad feedbacks by google compliant rather improving service, it says it all.

Pizza Hut wanted to have my review, which was already many years old, deleted because of "defamation". Congratulations, with this "friendliness" and inability to deal with criticism, they reduced my review from 3 stars to 1 star. I will also now generally advise people not to visit this branch. Regarding my original review from several years ago: The food is (mostly) okay, but some of the wait staff should be able to speak German and not argue against the fact that mostly Americans eat there.

The food is tasty but not very tasty

Plates were extremely dirty and greasy, unbelievable 🤯 do you wash the plates at all??? I asked for nine plates and they were even worse. Pizza was greasy. I couldn't have given any stars. Catastrophe !!

We ordered three pizzas and they were extremely greasy and had too much cheese on them. The service was good, there was a robot who was sweet and very nice but you had to wait a relatively long time. The shop didn't look so good now except for the robot. 30 minutes later I had very bad stomach pain!!!!

We got there at 7:20 p.m. and the employee told us in a very unfriendly manner that they closed at 8 p.m. and we couldn't order and eat. I said there were still 40 minutes until the end. His answer was yes, then hurry up. Then we went to eat somewhere else. It couldn't be more unfriendly
